The purpose of the article is to examine and assess the role played by television in modern society in defining the classification of entertaining television formats and the television formats influence on the recipients’ minds. The methodology of the research is based on the selection of the actual material on the suggestive properties study of television is based on the domestic and foreign scholars’ concepts, as well as on the philosophers views, sociologists, semiotics, cultural scientists, art critics, who consider television as a phenomenon of modern culture. The scientific novelty of the work lies in that the semantic properties' perception of reality on TV has got a tendency to withdraw from person’s conscious control and society, pushing the subconscious of the viewer to mythological stereotyping. Conclusions. In practice, everyone is influenced by various media. Creating the whole picture of reality with all its contradictions can bring us to a comprehensive understanding of the world in all its diversity, which will help, in our opinion, overcome the crisis on a television screen, where today a vivid visual image often covers the lack of spirituality and the screen’s aggressiveness.

The article provides a philosophical analysis of the tropological theory of the history of H. White. The researcher claims that history is a specific kind of literature, and the historical works is the connection of a certain set of research and narrative operations. The first type of operation answers the question of why the event happened this way and not the other. The second operation is the social description, the narrative of events, the intellectual act of organizing the actual material. According to H. White, this is where the set of ideas and preferences of the researcher begin to work, mainly of a literary and historical nature. Explanations are the main mechanism that becomes the common thread of the narrative. The are implemented through using plot (romantic, satire, comic and tragic) and trope systems – the main stylistic forms of text organization (metaphor, metonymy, synecdoche, irony). The latter decisively influenced for result of the work historians. Historiographical style follows the tropological model, the selection of which is determined by the historian’s individual language practice. When the choice is made, the imagination is ready to create a narrative. Therefore, the historical understanding, according to H. White, can only be tropological. H. White proposes a new methodology for historical research. During the discourse, adequate speech is created to analyze historical phenomena, which the philosopher defines as prefigurative tropological movement. This is how history is revealed through the art of anthropology. Thus, H. White’s tropical history theory offers modern science f meaningful and metatheoretically significant. The structure of concepts on which the classification of historiographical styles can be based and the predictive function of philosophy regarding historical knowledge can be refined.

This article is an attempt to analyze advertising as a cultural phenomenon through understanding the ideas of the great philosophers of the twentieth century. The article compares various philosophical concepts with respect to the phenomenon of advertising and its place in modern civilization, namely through the theory of M. McLuhan and his understanding of advertising in the light of studying the media concept; the French thinker R. Barth and his rhetoric of the visual image in the context of studying the advertising impact; semiotics advertisement of the famous Italian philosopher and writer U. Eco; simulations of advertising in the system of things of the French thinker J. Baudrillard. The analysis revealed ontological, ethical, epistemological aspects of advertising, reflected in the concept of M. McLuhan, who viewed advertising as an integral part of media influence; R. Barth, who approached advertising as a text containing certain codes; U. Eco analyzed the semiotics of advertising; and, finally, J. Baudrillard, who viewed advertising as an incentive in the consumer society. The great philosophers of modern times did not accidentally turn to the study of the phenomenon of advertising, noting the importance of advertising for a modern society and recognizing the importance of this powerful communication channel that affects all aspects of human life. Considering the fact that advertising in a certain sense perfectly embodies the modern ideal of human cognitive activity, we came to the conclusion that it continues to be among a number of sociocultural phenomena of universal significance requiring constant comprehension. In our opinion, on the whole, the analysis of the philosophical understanding of the phenomenon of advertising, despite its complexity and contradiction, allows us to more thoroughly reveal its underlying premises and essence, contributing to a better understanding of the problems any society and individual faces.

Reference methods developed for L. monocytogenes are commonly used for Listeria spp. detection. Improved method performance data are needed, since the genus Listeria has expanded from 6 to 26 species and now includes several Listeria sensu lato species, which can show phenotypes distinct from Listeria sensu stricto . Here, we evaluated growth of 19 Listeria spp., including 12 recently described sensu lato species, using the media specified by (i) the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Bacteriological Analytical Manual , (ii) the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Microbiology Laboratory Guidebook , and (iii) the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The FDA enrichment procedure allowed all species to grow to detectable levels (≥ 4 log 10 ), yielded the highest mean growth (7.58 log 10 ), and was the only procedure where no sensu lato species yielded significantly higher bacterial growth than a sensu stricto species. With the USDA or ISO enrichment procedures several sensu lato species yielded significantly higher bacterial growth than either L. seeligeri or L. ivanovii , suggesting that these two sensu stricto species could be outgrown by sensu lato species. On selective and differential agars, L. seeligeri, L. ivanovii, and L. grayi yielded atypical colony morphologies and/or showed inhibited growth (which may lead to incorrect classification of a sample as negative), while several newly described sensu lato species grew well and showed typical morphologies. Overall, our study shows that the ability to detect different Listeria spp. can be impacted by the specific broth and selective and differential agars used. Our data will aid with selection of media and detection methods for environmental Listeria monitoring programs and facilitate selection of methods that are most likely to detect the targeted Listeria groups (e.g., Listeria sensu stricto, which appear to be the most appropriate index organisms for the pathogen L. monocytogenes ).

Visual image of photography is a visual recordingmedia which is objective and representative in revealing the truth when recording a reality. Thetechnology revolution led to the change in photography, from analog photographic technologyas one of the media for promoting truth or evidence and as media representing truth to thedigital technology which allow people to manipulate digital images through software. Digitaltechnology has made the truth in a photograph is no longer absolute. In the end, photographyas an images recording tool representing truth is doubted. It is getting harder and moredifficult to distinguish the original or fake photo, even an original photo can be said as aresult of manipulation. The creation of visual imagination photography is produced by thepower of human thought. The process requires a creativity of merging the previous or recentimages to imagine. The meanings will be shifted from visual image photography into a newvisual image photography. Visual imagination of the artistic process is created on the basisof artistic imagination, artistic imagination and artistic are based on a combination of realityand imagination. The creation of visual photography imagination is a power to construct orrecombine from multiple images or pictures imaginatively and creatively with the perceptionto be a whole new image, logical, and may occur with the use of techniques and photographiceffects. The process of constructing requires an ability of imagining to combine and unitethem into a single unit as a unity which is intact on s single surface of the picture/image,expressively and imaginatively through an aesthetic creative process based on the personalcharacteristics of the creator. By doing so, the construction process will no longer visible onthe former image and the meaning will shift into an image with a new meaning.

The process of globalization, which many times is considered as new world order is affecting all spheres of modern society but also the media. In this paper specifically we will see the impact of globalization because we see changing the media access to global problems in general being listed on these processes. We will see that the greatest difficulties will have small media as such because the process is moving in the direction of creating mega media which thanks to new technology are reaching to deliver news and information at the time of their occurrence through choked the small media. So it is fair to conclude that the rapid economic development and especially the technology have made the world seem "too small" to the human eyes, because for real-time we will communicate with the world with the only one Internet connection, and also all the information are take for the development of events in the four corners of the world and direct from the places when the events happen. Even Albanian space has not left out of this process because the media in the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Kosovo are adapted to the new conditions under the influence of the globalization process. This fact is proven powerful through creating new television packages, written the websites and newspapers in their possession.

The problem of determining the repair sections of the main oil pipeline is solved, basing on the classification of images using distance functions and the clustering principle, The criteria characterizing the cluster are determined by certain given values, based on a comparison with which the defect is assigned to a given cluster, procedures for the redistribution of defects in cluster zones are provided, and the cluster zones parameters are being changed. Calculations are demonstrating the range of defect density variation depending on pipeline sections and the universal capabilities of linear objects configuration with arbitrary density, provided by cluster analysis.
