Abstract Background: The objective of this paper was to evaluate the COVID-19 vaccine registration website across UN-recognized member states for their portal quality, reliability, Ease Use and help to the general population in informed decision making. Methods: 12 UN member states (Countries) were selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria mentioned in the methodology section of this paper. PPS technique was used for sampling and selection of 12 countries from 193 UN member states. Post selection of UN member states the study used 2 step evaluation techniques, Step 1 The DISCERN checklist consists of 16 questions in three sections and is aimed to assess the reliability of information and quality of information; Step 2 The QUEST tool consists of 6 items with a subitem, Authorship, Attribution, Conflict of Interest, Complementarity, Currency, Tone. The authors developed a standard set of instructions for evaluating Vaccination Portals to bring uniformity in understanding and context setting. Results: DISCERN tool overall reliability score on the Likert scale of 0 to 5 was 4 (SD ± 1.28). On Quality of information regarding treatment choices, the average score was 3.4 (SD ± 1.67). The QUEST tool on ease of use, concision, and comprehensiveness demonstrated an average score of 18.1 (SD ± 8.3) out of 28.The vaccine registration portal of the Czech Republic was found to be most informative and was able to provide a piece of scientifically valid information on safety, efficacy, long-term short effects, choice of vaccine with attributable authors details. India, Bangladesh, Nigeria, South Africa scored relatively low to missing critical information on the website. The United Arab Emirates, Republic of South Korea, Indonesia, Australia, and Argentina had minor elements missing. Conclusions: COVID-19 vaccination portals vary in the quality of information and many were found unable to provide critical information for decision making on getting vaccinated

Background/Aims The quality of information technology (IT) services is key to effective healthcare delivery. However, the high aspirations of health ministers for IT services in hospitals may not be aligned with clinicians' perceptions. This study aimed to assess frontline clinicians' perceptions of the quality of IT services in their institutions. Methods The British Orthopaedics Directors Society online forum was used to invite a group of trauma and orthopaedic clinical leads from a range of hospitals to complete a short questionnaire regarding their perceptions of IT service quality in their practice. Results Negative perceptions of IT service quality were found to be common, with 45% of respondents rating their trusts' overall IT quality as poor or very poor. Of these, 13% deemed their trust's IT service quality to be so poor as to put patients at increased risk. Wide disparities were also reported between respondents' ratings of IT infrastructure quality and institutional responsiveness to concerns. Conclusions This small initial evaluation highlights concerning variations in clinicians' perceptions of IT service quality across different trusts. It also suggests the need for further, more detailed assessment and monitoring of IT quality improvement, for which the same questionnaire method may be useful.

The University of Padang (UNP) is one of the educational institutions in implementing e-learning. This research used quantitative method. The researcher evaluated e-learning by using the information success system DeLone & McClean model. This research was expected to be able to find out the overview of UNP e-learning. Based on data analysis, it showed that respondents’ level of achievement (TCR) reached 88.07% was categorized into good. The quality of information showed that the TCR reached 87.36% was categorized into good. Service quality of TCR reached 87.76% was categorized into good. The use that TCR reached 88.24% was categorized into good. Respondents’ satisfaction showed that TCR reached 88.73% was categorized into good. The benefit of TCR reached 84.10% was categorized into good. So, e-learning of Padang University had "Good" measurement on all variables, of course it would affect the use of e-learning itself, especially managed by educators and students' use.

This paper employs a measurement of the service quality of educational Websites as perceived by students, following a conceptual model developed by Santos (2003). Perceived service quality of educational Websites is conceptualized as dependent on the following variables—ease of use, content, reliability, privacy, and interaction. An empirical test with university students validates the overall model. As for the individual independent variables, all of them except privacy are found to have a significant effect on perceived service quality.

E-commerce is a general concept in the process of buying and selling products or services through the internet network. The Technology Acceptance Model theory explains the factors that influence the behavior of users of information systems, The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, subjective norms, and quality of information on interest in using e-commerce. This research was conducted on all active college students majoring in Accounting class 2016 at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, totaling 115 college students. The sampling method used in this study was saturated sampling and the data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis conducted, it was found that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, subjective norms and quality of information had a positive effect on the interest in using e-commerce. Keywords: Perceived Usefulness; Perceived Ease Of Use; Subjective Norms; Information Quality; E-Commerce.

The purpose of this study aims to empirically test the effect of information quality on perceived usefulness, the effect of information quality on perceived ease of use, and the effect of perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by Davis (1999) to evaluate perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.The method of data analysis in this research using analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS) with PLS 3.0.The resultd of this study showed that (1) Quality of information positively affects perceived usefulness, (2) Quality of information positively affects perceived ease of use, and (3) Perceived ease of use positively affects perceived usefulness. The limitations of this study were as follows: (1) The inherent limitations of the data obtained through the questionnaire, due to differences in the authors' perceptions ofthe research respondents, (2) Limitations of the number of accounting student respondents who are following the course of Accounting Introduction Practicum, and (3) Limitations on the selection of accounting software samples used are limited only to the use of the ACCURATE software. Subsequent research suggested that (1) Consider other independent variables that may influence perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, such as user satisfaction and user intent, and (2) Increase the sample size of respondents in this case not only students who are taking the course Practicum Introduction to Accounting, but also students who have taken the course before
