Women, especially housewives, hold a number of central functions in the family and areimportant economic resources. Empowerment of women is very important because it can createconditions, atmosphere, climate, which allows the potential to develop. The main priority ofempowerment is the creation of independence. Self-empowerment efforts have also been realizedby groups of housewives who are PKM partners, "Dasawisma Mawar V and Mawar IX� locatedin RT 22, RW 7, Kelurahan Manisrejo, Kecamatan Taman, Kota Madiun, Provinsi Jawa Timur.The objectives of this PKM activity are: 1) help empower groups of housewives who desire tobecome entrepreneurs; 2) help PKM partners in creating skills and comfort in community lifethrough entrepreneurship; 3) improve thinking, reading and writing skills or other skills such asinternet use. The target of this program are: 1) the formation of a new business in the field ofhandicrafts from rope or thread curry (macrame); 2) availability of production support tools toproduce creative macram� products; 3) there is an increase in knowledge and skills in producingvarious types of creative macarame products and are in demand by consumers. The outputs ofthis program are: Modul Kewirausahaan, Modul Akuntansi Keuangan Dasar, and ModulPenggunaan Teknologi, Informasi, dan Komunikasi. The implementation method is carried outto achieve the purpose of community service through PKM activities through discussionmethods, technical guidance/training, workshops, and mentoring.

Community empowerment program in literacy aims to provide training and coachingin writing literary works for students. This activity is an effort to foster students'critical literacy skills, primarily through writing skills. Also, this activity is a way tobring schools and students closer to literature. The implementation method,Community Service, is carried out by providing training and mentoring on an ongoingbasis. The training is conducted for three days for students. This training is carriedout in two ways, namely in-class and outclass. In-class training is conducted toprovide students with the same understanding of writing literary works.Simultaneously, outclass training is conducted to hone students' sensitivity, criticalpower, and intuition to capture any existing problems around them to be used as amaterial in writing literary works. Likewise, with students' writing skills increasingand better, This is evidenced by the results of literary works that they make in theform of an anthology of poetry. The poems they made was varied in typography, theme,and contents. The students were enthusiastic and enthusiastic in participating in theactivity. The activities of fostering literary writing in schools can help students andschool parties better recognize literacy, especially in literary works' authorship. Onthe other hand, fostering the writing of literary works in schools can help teachersform the School Literacy Programme in their respective schools, bearing in mind isstill very important in the school environment, so there is a need for sweet activitiesto increase student competency and love in reading and writing.

Community Service in Setro Village aims to provide assistance and training on the use of clover plants in this advanced pandemic era. The implementation method is carried out by providing training and assistance in the practice of making various preparations with clover raw materials such as making peanut brittle, cilok and clover nuggets. Where the participants presented are PKK cadres and village officials who are expected to be able to share their knowledge with other communities so that they can also be used for entrepreneurship in order to be able to help improve the family economy in difficult times like today.

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman Kepala Sekolah PAUD dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran yang menarik bagi siswa. Tema pengabdian yang dipilih adalah game edukatif sebagai media pembelajaran. Dari beberapa metode pengabdian maka dipilih metode pengabdian partisipatif. Kegiatan pengabdian berupa pembelajaran dilakukan pada tanggal 9 November 2019 dengan jumlah keseluruhan peserta 34 orang. Kegiatan pengabdian berupa pembelajaran dilakukan oleh tim pelaksana bersama dengan para Kepala Sekolah PAUD yang tergabung di Kelompok Kerja Kepala Sekolah (K3 PAUD) di Alalak Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan tahapan dimulai dari tahap persiapan, dan tahap pelaksanaan yang mencakup pemaparan materi dan pembuatan game edukatif. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah bahwa pelaksanan Bimbingan Teknis berlangsung lancar. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim pelaksana telah berhasil mencapai tujuan yaitu para peserta bimbingan teknik di Alalak Kabupaten Barito Kuala tersebut mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang pembuatan game edukatif sebagai media pembelajaran yang menarik bagi anak-anak PAUD. Para peserta Bimbingan Teknis terlihat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembuatan game edukatif dengan mampu membuat game edukatif mengenal buah dan angka.This service aims to increase the understanding of the Principal of PAUD in making learning media interesting for students. The chosen theme of service is educational games as learning media. Of the several methods of service, the method of participatory service chosen. Community service activities took place on November 9, 2019, with a total of 34 participants. Service activities in the form of learning are carried out by the implementing team and the Principals of PAUD Schools. They are members of the School Principal Work Group (K3 PAUD) in Alalak, Barito Kuala Regency. The activity is carried out with stages starting from the preparation stage and the implementation stage, including the presentation of material and making educational games. The results obtained are that the implementation of Technical Guidance takes place smoothly. This activity has succeeded in achieving the goal that the technical guidance participants in Alalak Barito Kuala Regency have increased knowledge and skills about making educational games as an exciting learning medium for PAUD children. The Technical Guidance participants seemed enthusiastic in participating in the activities of creating educational games by being able to make educational games to recognize fruit and numbers.

This community service was conducted for Karang Taruna, a youth organnization, at Perum Graha Kencana RT 01 RW 27 Kadipiro Surakarta. The focus was a training of using Rosetta Stone and Google Translation to improve English skills. The materials were delivered using three phases namely presentation, practise, and production. The training was beneficial for the participants specifically to improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills as well as translation. Having adequate understanding of using Rosetta Stone and Google Translation, the participants were able to develop their English especially when completing school assignments.Keywords: Rosetta Stone, Google Translation

Oyster mushrooms are widely cultivated by Saraso farmer group Kenagarian Batu Balang, Harau District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. The purpose of the activity was to increase knowledge and skills and empower the women of the Saraso Farmers Group, in the diversification of processed oyster mushroom products in order to increase the selling value. So far, the oyster mushrooms they cultivate are sold in fresh mushrooms, and only a few sell in processed food. The hope is that with this activity, the community can make various processed oyster mushrooms to add value to the sale which is expected to raise the family economy. The activity method was carried out by demonstration and hands-on practice. The results of community service activities showed that the women of the Saraso farmer group are able to process oyster mushrooms into various ready-to-consume products. Various processed mushrooms are made, namely Dendeng oyster mushroom, oyster mushroom beef, oyster mushroom satay, oyster mushroom shredded and additional materials, namely making sauces and chili sauce. This activity succeeded in arousing the motivation of the Saraso farmer groups in making variations of processed oyster mushrooms.

This partnership or community service activity was implemented in "Bengkel Motor Nager" with the aim of assisting and realizing the knowledge and skills related to the construction of motorcycle engines, the working principle of motor machines, engine Fittings, electrical motorcycles, Unloading and tuning of machines, and on the motorcycle engines, which are specific focused on fuel measurements and compression ratios on the engine and camshaft; and the fulfillment of repair equipment to support the profession and business partners. The implementation method applied is to perform the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the partner; contact and elicit mechanical experts; Schedule of Trainings agreed together between the proposal, partners and trainers, the implementation of training, namely the introduction of theories and practices; procurement of repair equipment for partners. The results that have been achieved are the partners have the knowledge and skills needed by the partner, specifically everything related to motor machines and partners also have the repair equipment that supports the profession and business partners for the term long.

The community service team of Unversitas Mercu Buana Jakarta held entrepreneurship training for the community, especially for the young generation and housewives who do not have job, and to grow entrepreneurship spirit as well as explore their potential. The entrepreneurship training was expected to bring new business and give a positive effect on the development of independent spirits of the younger generation and housewives in their efforts of earning additional income. The Decoupage Training for the Kampung Sawah Kota Bekasi community aimed to i) foster enthusiasm, motivation and entrepreneurial creativity for the community and ii) to provide sufficient knowledge and skills so that the participants could obtain the entrepreneurship spirits. The participants consisted of 22 teenage girls who dropped out of school and unemployed housewives. We believe that the training brought good results and we hope that in the future the creativity of the community can be developed and enhanced into a productive business to support family finances.

[Bahasa]: Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada para remaja tentang membuat digital academics writing yang berbasis COST (comprehensive, objective, systematic, trusted) sehingga dapat Meningkatkan wawasan pengetahuan tentang menulis makalah atau karya tulis yang baik dan benar. Disamping itu juga meningkatkan hubungan dan kerjasama antara Universitas Budi Luhur dengan Warga Puri Cinere Hijau Depok sebagai mitra. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey, wawancara, penyampaian materi dan praktikum serta memberikan kuesioner sebagai feedback dari mitra dan evaluasi dari kegiatan PKM. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Word dalam pembuatan digital academics writing yang berbasis COST berjalan dengan baik dan terbukti berdasarkan Analisis angket menunjukkan bahwa respon remaja terhadap Evaluasi pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam Digital Academics Writing berbasis COST dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 71%. Serta berdasarkan hasil evaluasi proses pelatihan menunjukkan 90% peserta setuju isi materi pelatihan jelas dan mudah dipahami, 80% Tutor memberi kesempatan untuk bertanya, 90% peserta sangat setuju bahwa tutor mampu menjawab pertanyaan peserta dengan jelas, 70% Peserta setuju bahwa tutor membantu dalam memahami materi yang disampaikan contoh latihan jelas dan mudah dipahami. Pelatihan ini meningkatkan kompetensi remaja  dalam bidang menulis makalah atau bentuk digital academic writing lainnya serta memiliki dampak sangat positif bagi remaja khususnya pelajar dan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas harian sekolah atau kampus dan juga sebagai modal dalam penyusunan makalah dan skripsi nantinya. Kata Kunci: digital academics writing, COST [English]: This community service aims to increase teenagers’ knowledge and skills on how to make Digital Academics Writing based by COST (comprehensive, objective, systematic, trusted) to increase their writing quality. It also improves relations and cooperation between Budi Luhur University and the partner (Puri Cinere Hijau Depok residents). The methods used were surveys, interviews, expository, and practicum. Questionnaires were also given to the participants as an evaluation of the program. The training on using Microsoft Word application to create Digital academic Writing based on COST was running well. The questionnaire results showed that the program improved participants’ Digital Academics Writing skills based on COST with 71% average. The evaluation of the training reveals that 90% of the participants agreed that the training content is clear and understandable, 80% agreed that the tutor facilitated a discussion, 90% strongly agreed that the tutor could answer the participants’ questions clearly, and 70% agreed that tutor had helped the participants to understand the delivered lesson, and appropriately given the exercises. The program has improved the participants’ competence in writing papers or another digital academic writing form. Also, it gives a strong positive impact on school students and university students to complete their daily school or college tasks and as a preparation for writing the thesis. The Village

The community service provided in Karang Indah Village aims to disseminate and assist village officials in preparing archives. This activity involves students of the History Education study program as the implementation of archival and museum science. The preparation of archives, both manually and digitally, is very important for all agencies, especially in the village office. This is done, of course, to make it easier to serve the community. When needed, archives that have been well organized will be easy to find. Archives contain primary data and play an important role in the process of reconstructing history. The archive's position is so critical that it must be managed properly and appropriately. The implementation method consists of three steps: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The service activities have resulted in increased knowledge and skills among village officials in the preparation and management of archives, both manually and digitally.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mencarikan solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat khususnya ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam menghasilkan aneka kudapan yang beranekaragam yang berbasis bahan pangan lokal. Wanita sebagai pengelola rumah tangga, haruslah mampu menggali potensi dan sumber daya keluarga yang ada. Jika sumber daya tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik, niscaya akan sangat membantu dalam meningkatkan taraf kehidupan dan ekonomi keluarga. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka dipandang perlu untuk memberikan keterampilan boga untuk ibu rumah tangga, sehingga diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dapat digunakan untuk berwirausaha untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Berdasarkan analisis masalah di atas, maka usulan model kegiatan adalah : Pelatihan peningkatan kreatifitas membuat aneka kudapan berbasis bahan pangan lokal, serta pendampingan teknis bagi ibu –ibu rumah tangga yang tergabung dalam PKK Sungai Kunyit Kecamatan Sangir Balai Janggo Kabupaten Solok Selatan, mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, sampai pengelolaan usaha. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan PKM yaitu : Memberikan beberapa alat, bahan pelatihan, serta modul materi pelatihan yang akan dilaksanakan; Penyajian materi sesuai dengan isi buku resep ditambah mengenai materi gizi makanan, hygine dan sanitasi, manajemen dapur, dan kewirausahaan terkait usaha yang akan dijalankan; serta Pelatihan pembuatan beberapa jenis aneka kudapan berbasis bahan pangan lokal. Target luaran kegiatan adalah : Peserta dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menghasilkan aneka kudapan; Peserta mampu menata dan mengelola usaha mereka dengan baik dan berkelanjutan; terdapatnya aneka kudapan khas berbasis pangan lokal yang dapat dijadikan sebagai oleh-oleh bagi konsumen; serta  dihasilkannya publikasinya ilmiah hasil PKM melalui jurnal nasional maupun media masa.Kata kunci: Kudapan, Pangan lokal, Ekonomi keluarga ABSTRACT This community service activity aims to give the good solutions which is faced by the community, especially housewives in producing a variety of snacks that are based on local potential resources. Women as household managers must be able to explore the potential and existing family resources. If these resources can be put to good use, it will undoubtedly be very helpful in improving the standard of living and family welfare. Related to this, it is important to provide skills to housewives, so that it is expected to be able to add knowledge and skills that can be used for entrepreneurship to improve the family welfare. Based on the analysis of the problem above, the proposed activity model is : Training to increase creativity in making various snacks based on potential local resources, as well as technical assistance for housewives who are members of housewife group in Sungai Kunyit. Starting from planning, implementation, and business management, by providing several tools, training materials, as well as modules that will be implemented; Presentation of material in accordance with the contents of the recipe book plus regarding food nutrition, hygiene and sanitation materials, kitchen management, and entrepreneurship related to the business to be run; and training on making several types of various snacks based on potential local resources. The target outcome activities are : Participants can increase their knowledge and skills in producing various snacks; able to organize and manage their business well and sustainably.
