The Customary Community of Banceuy is one of customary communities in Indonesia that still maintains and preserves local cultural wisdom based on Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa (The Belief in One and Only God) value to this day. Banceuy Customary Village is located in Subang - West Java. The purpose of this research is to find out why the obstacles in the process of cultural inheritance in Banceuy community are not used as barriers by young people in maintaining their customs and culture, although modernization and globalization have entered into the lives of these people. Besides, this study also aims to know the extent of Civic Education on religious and cultural values. This study used qualitative approach and ethnographic method. Therefore, one of the findings of this study reveals that the obstacles in the process of inheritance are not barriers because Banceuy community has the motto of "Ngindung Ka Waktu Mi Bapa Ka Jaman", which means modernity is followed and tradition is maintained.

The culture that is found in some indigenous peoples in Indonesia contains a lot of national cultural values which are still strong. But culture in the form of local wisdom values is often ignored, because it is not considered in accordance with the times. In fact, local wisdom can be used as a model in the development of Indonesian culture and organization values learning. In this context that research is carried out to see how indigenous peoples as minority groups internalize their cultural values into cohesive values and reflect in strong character. Indigenous peoples who are in Kampung Pulo, Desa Cangkuang, Kecamatan Leles, Kabupaten Garut, West Java Province, are indigenous groups who continue to internalize and preserve traditional values into the character of their citizens. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic types, namely research conducted in a particular indigenous community environment. As for the objectives to be achieved in this study is to briefly describe the internalization of cultural values of indigenous villages that can be promoted as the basis for forming the character of the Indonesian Nation and organization valuesinternalization Based on an analysis of various facts that are related to the kampong pulo, then it can be concluded that the community of kampong pulo is a traditional village that still exists to uphold the traditions that have been inherited from their ancestors. This is because they still have customary rules that are adhered. ABSTRAKKebudayaan yang terdapat pada beberapa masyarakat adat di Indonesia banyak mengandung nilai luhur budaya bangsa yang masih kuat, namun kebudayaan yang berbentuk nilai kearifan lokal sering kali diabaikan, karena dianggap tidak sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Padahal dari kearifan lokal tersebut bisa dijadikan model dalam pengembangan budaya bangsa Indonesia khususnya pembelajarannilai-nilai organisasi. Dalam konteks inilah penelitian dilaksanakan untuk melihat bagaimana masyarakat adat sebagai kelompok minoritas menginternalisasi nilai-nilai budayanya menjadi nilai yang kohesif dan merefleksi dalam karakter yang kuat. Masyarakat adat yang berada di Kampung Pulo Desa Cangkuang KecamatanLeles Kabupaten Garut Provinsi Jawa Barat, merupakan kelompok masyarakat adat yang tetap menginternalisasi dan melestarikan nilai-nilai tradisi menjadi karakter warga masyarakatnya. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis etnografi yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan di lingkungan masyarakat adat tertentu. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan secara singkat internalisasi nilai budaya dari masyarakat kampung adat yang bisa dipromosikan sebagai basis pembentuk karakter Bangsa Indonesia dan internalisasi nilai-nilai organisasi. Berdasarkan analisis dari berbagai fakta yang ada kaitannya dengan kampung Pulo, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat kampung Pulo merupakan kampung adat yang sampai saat ini masih eksis  memegang teguh tradisi yang telah diwariskan leluhurnya. Hal ini disebabkan karena mereka masih memiliki aturan adat yang dipegang teguh.

The purpose of the research work is to analyze the norms of Federal laws, as well as the laws of the Russian Federation's constituent entities, devoted to the definitions and classification of the concepts “cultural heritage”, “historical and cultural monuments”, “cultural values”. Conclusions obtained in the course of the research: based on the study of current legislation, it is concluded that the definitions of “cultural values”, “cultural property”, “objects of cultural inheritance” contained in various normative legal acts differ in content. Based on the research, the author proposes the concept of “cultural values”.

Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Barat dan Banten merupakan perusahaan atau instansi yang melaksanakan Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal, kegiatan informal tersebut dilakukan oleh Unit Seksi Humas dan Protokoler pada Bidang Ekspert Madya Komunikasi dan Pelaporan. Peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk menetahui bagaimana gambaran impelementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani. Paradigma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konstruktivisme yang bertujuan untuk memaknai makna-makna yang diungkapkan informan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian secara utuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, karena penulis ingin mengetahi aspek “how” dan “why”yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik setiap manusia dengan cara berinteraksi secara langsung dan mendalam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal tersebut menggunakan konsep POAC yaitu perencanaan (Planning), pengorganisasian (Organizing), pelaksanaan (Actuating), dan pengawasan (Controling), sehingga dalam kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani menerapkan atau mengimplementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal tersebut dengan sebaik mungkin. Implementasi yang tercipta di Perum Perhutani dapat menciptakan kenyamanan, merasa dihargai dalam melaksanakan setiap pekerjaan, sehingga dapat dipahami pula bahwa implementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani telah dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga dapat menciptakan serta meningkatan produktivitas dalam bekerja. Perum Perhutani Regional Division of West Java and Banten is a company or agency that carries out Human Relations through informal activities, informal activities are carred out by the Public Relations and protocol section unit in the field of experts in intermediate communication and reporting. Researchers are interested in doing this research with the aim to find out how the descripyion of Human Relations implementation through informal activities in Perhutani Public Division West Java and Banten Regional Division through the concept of POAC from planning, organizing, implementing to monitoring (controlling) the activity. The paradigm used in this study is contructivism which aims to interpret the meanings expressed by informants. The approach used is a qualitative approach that aims to understand the phenomenon experienced by the research subject in its entirety. The method used in this study is a case study, because the author wants to know the “how” and “why” aspects that aim to find out the caracteristics of each human being by interacting directly and deeply. Based on the results of the study showed that the implementation of Human Relations throught informal activities using the consept of POAC namely planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, so that in informal activities in the Perhutani public corporate to implement Human Relations throught informal activites as well as possibl. The implementation created in Perum Perhutani can create comfort, feel valued in carrying out every job, so that it can be understood also that the implementation of Human Relations throught informal activites in Perum Perhutani has been carried out properly so as to create and improve productivity in work.

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the implementation of civic education courses in an effort to foster a sense of nationalism student at the Buana Perjuangan Karawang University. This study used a qualitative approach with the method used is the case study. Research conducted at the Buana Perjuangan Karawang University, with an estimated study time for start of the date October 28, 2017 until August 28, 2018. The target population in this study were students who follow courses of civic education, and sampling using techniques purposive sampling. The results obtained show that nationalism formed through civic education in college can be formed. It is based on a statement cited by respondents stated that the Civic Education is very important to learn in college, it's based on the erosion of a sense of nationalism began to be immediately addressed by studying Civics. Civic education is also learned to go back to the students will be taught by the teacher candidates Pancasila and Civic Education. Increased sense of nationalism in studying Civics is proof that Civic Education is so important to learn. Keywords: Civic Education, Nationalism, Students. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan mata kuliah pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam upaya memupuk rasa nasionalisme mahasiswa di Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode yang digunakan yaitu metode studi kasus. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang, dengan estimasi waktu penelitian selama mulai dari tanggal 28 Oktober 2017 sampai dengan tanggal 28 Agustus 2018. Populasi target dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang mengikuti mata kuliah pendidikan kewarganegaraan, dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa nasionalisme yang terbentuk melalui pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan di perguruan tinggi dapat terbentuk. Hal ini berdasarkan pernyataan yang diutarakan oleh para responden yang menyatakan bahwa Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan sangat penting untuk dipelajari di Perguruan Tinggi, hal ini didasarkan pada mulai lunturnya rasa nasionalisme haruslah segera diatasi dengan mempelajari Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan juga dipelajari untuk kembali dibelajarkan kepada peserta didik nantinya oleh para calon guru Pendidikan Pacasila dan Kewarganegaraan. Meningkatnya rasa nasionalisme dalam mempelajari Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan merupakan bukti bahwasanya Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan begitu penting untuk dipelajari. AbstractInfluence and the opportunity to have one’s voice heard are fundamental rights valid for all people, including also children and youths. Despite this, research shows that young people’s voices have received less attention and young people have no influence in many contexts in which they find themselves (Evans, 2007; Fundberg, 2009; Redelius, 2005). In Sweden, the emphasis on influence can be linked to the fact that the sport club activities of the Swedish state are seen as an important arena for the civic education of young people (The Swedish Sports Confederation, 2005, 2011). The aim of this study is to explore young coaches and their opportunities to influence in the Swedish sport clubs with focus on what the youths themselves say about influence and power. We use Bourdieus’ theories on social fields to bring to light which youths are chosen to be leaders and their possibilities to influence. The results show that for young coaches to have influence, both their habitus and capital are required to ‘match’ the social context into which they are entering. One way of maintaining power is not to change the accepted way of working, which excludes the young coaches from challenging in the battle for positions.

This study aims to describe the cultural values ​​contained in the Hikayat Banta Amat Volume I and II by T. A. Sakti. Cultural value is very important to be studied in order to preserve the cultural heritage of the people of Aceh so that it can be known by the younger generation and re-cultivated in life in the present. The formulation of the problem raised in this study is how the cultural values ​​contained in the Hikayat Banta Amat Volume I and II by T. A. Sakti. The data source in this research is Hikayat Banta Amat Volume I and II by T. A. Sakti. The selected data is each quotation that has a relation to cultural values ​​in the saga. The approach and method used in this research is a qualitative approach and a descriptive method by describing the facts which are then followed by analysis. The cultural values ​​analyzed in Banta Amat sects are grouped according to five categories, namely (1) cultural values ​​in human relations with God, (2) cultural values ​​in human relations with nature, (3) cultural values ​​in human relations with other humans, (4) cultural values ​​in human relations with society, and (5) cultural values ​​in human relations with oneself. The results showed there were 37 quotations related to cultural values ​​that exist in the Banta Amat saga, namely: (1) Cultural values ​​in the human relationship with God there are 6 values ​​in 24 quotes; a) Give thanks to God 3 quotes, b) Give to Allah the Prophet 1 quote, c) Pray and ask God 9 quotes, d) surrender to God 8 quotes, e) Fear God 1 quote, and f) Obey to worship God 2 quotes, (2) Cultural values ​​in human relations with nature are found in 2 quotations about utilizing the forest, (3) Cultural values ​​in human relations with other humans there are 3 values ​​in 4 quotations; a) respect for others 2 quotes, b) say greetings 1 quote, and c) answer greetings 1 quote, (4) Cultural values ​​in human relations with the community there are 3 quotes namely about mutual care, and (5) Cultural values ​​in relationships humans with themselves there are 3 values ​​in 4 quotes; a) Never give up 2 quotes, b) responsibility 1 quote, and c) hard work 1 quote. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the cultural values ​​in the human relationship with God are more numerous than the other values. This illustrates that the people of Aceh are religious and devout people who worship God. Suggestions from researchers that the people of Aceh continue to preserve cultural values ​​such as the Banta Amat saga in daily life. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam Hikayat Banta Amat Jilid I dan II Karya T. A. Sakti. Nilai budaya sangat penting untuk dikaji guna melestarikan warisan budaya masyarakat Aceh agar dapat diketahui oleh generasi muda dan kembali dibudidayakan dalam kehidupan pada masa sekarang. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam Hikayat Banta Amat Jilid I dan II Karya T. A. Sakti. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Hikayat Banta Amat Jilid I dan II karya T. A. Sakti. Data yang dipilih adalah setiap kutipan yang ada kaitannya dengan nilai budaya dalam hikayat. Pendekatan dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskritif dengan mendeskripsikan fakta-fakta yang kemudian disusul dengan analisis. Nilai budaya yang dianalisis dalam hikayat Banta Amat dikelompokkan berdasarkan lima kategori, yaitu (1) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, (2) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan alam, (3) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain, (4) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan masyarakat, dan (5) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 37 kutipan yang terkait dengan nilai budaya yang ada dalam hikayat Banta Amat, yaitu: (1) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan terdapat 6 nilai pada 24 kutipan; a) Bersyukur kepada Allah 3 kutipan, b) Berselawat kepada Nabi Allah 1 kutipan, c) Berdoa dan memohon kepada Allah 9 kutipan, d) menyerahkan diri kepada Allah 8 kutipan, e) Takut kepada Allah 1 kutipan, dan f) Taat beribadah kepada Allah 2 kutipan, (2) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan alam terdapat pada 2 kutipan tentang memanfaatkan hutan, (3) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain terdapat 3 nilai pada 4 kutipan; a) menghormati orang lain 2 kutipan, b) mengucapkan salam 1 kutipan, dan c) menjawab salam 1 kutipan, (4) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan masyarakat terdapat 3 kutipan yaitu tentang rasa saling peduli, dan (5) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri terdapat 3 nilai pada 4 kutipan; a) Pantang menyerah 2 kutipan, b) tanggung jawab 1 kutipan, dan c) kerja keras 1 kutipan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan lebih banyak dari nilai yang lainnya. Hal ini menggambarkan bahwa masyarakat Aceh adalah masyarakat yang religius dan taat beribadah kepada Allah. Saran dari peneliti agar masyarakat Aceh terus melestarikan nilai budaya seperti pada hikayat Banta Amat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: Hikayat, Nilai Budaya

The unequal distribution of the population in Indonesia is caused by the concentration of the population of Java, which led the government to create a population movement program called transmigration. The types of transmigration carried out by the Indonesian government are general transmigration and self-employment transmigration. West Borneo, which is the destination for transmigration, is Rasau Jaya District, Kubu Raya Regency. Of the six villages in the Rasau Jaya sub-district, there are only four villages that are the placement areas for transmigrants, namely Rasau Jaya Satu Village, Rasau Jaya Dua Village, Rasau Jaya Tiga Village and Bintang Mas Village. Rasau Jaya Tiga Village in 1975-1977 became the most transmigration destination area because it had the largest land area among other villages. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach and the object under study is the transmigrant who came from West Java.

Di dalam sebuah naskah berita media cetak, terdapat bagian yang agak menjorok ke dalam yang disebut dengan paragraf. Dari kumpulan paragraf inilah para pembaca menerima segala informasi terkait hal-hal yang dibacanya. Meskipun industri media mengalami perkembangan, media cetak masih mendapat perhatian yang cukup besar dari khalayak hingga saat ini. Agar tidak kehilangan pembacanya, media cetak harus menyajikan berita-berita yang akurat dan mendalam dari peristiwa-peristiwa yang terjadi dalam masyarakat. Keakuratan sebuah berita tergantung pada setiap kalimat yang terdapat dalam paragraf yang baik karena paragraf merupakan kesatuan kecil dalam naskah berita untuk menyampaikan suatu maksud. Sebuah paragraf yang baik di antaranya harus memiliki unsur kesatuan, kepaduan, kelengkapan, dan keruntutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan metode pola pengembangan paragraf yang ada dalam naskah berita utama di koran yang ada di wilayah Kota Cirebon dan Bogor Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, Pola pengembangan paragraf pembuka dalam naskah berita utama di koran yang terbit di wilayah Cirebon dan Bogor Jawa Barat terdiri atas tiga metode, yaitu kronologi, sebab-akibat, dan ilustrasi.    In the news script of print media, there is a part that is indented that we called paragraph. From the unity of these paragraphs, the readers can receive all the information related to the things that they've read. Although the industry of media has developed, until now print media still have considerable attention from the public. In order not to lose its reader, print media must present in-depth and accurate news from the events and incidents that occur in society. The accuracy of news depends on each sentence contained in a good paragraph because the paragraph is a small unit of news script that's used to convey an intention. A good paragraph must include these elements of unity, cohesion, completeness, and coherence. This study aimed to reveal the method of the development pattern of opening paragraph in headlines script of the newspapers published in the City of Bogor and Cirebon, West Java Province. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive method. The result of this study showed that generally, the development pattern of opening paragraph in headlines script of newspapers published in the City of Bogor and Cirebon consists of three methods, namely chronology, causation, and illustration.

Part two applied the typology to identify trajectories of change in type membership occurring over one year, based on adolescent reports.

AbstrakMasyarakat Jatigede berada di wilayah administrasi Kabupaten Sumedang Provinsi Jawa Barat. Istilah “masyarakat Jatigede”  merupakan gabungan masyarakat 5 kecamatan yang terkena dampak pembangunan Waduk Jatigede. Nama Jatigede diambil dari salah satu kecamatan dari kelima kecamatan yang terkena dampak. Wilayah ini berada di bawah perbukitan dengan bentuk permukaan yang cekung sehingga memenuhi syarat untuk dijadikan sebuah bendungan raksasa, waduk. Oleh karena posisinya berada di bawah  dengan permukaan yang cukup luas, daerah ini terkenal dengan kesuburannya, baik ditumbuhi dengan berbagai macam tumbuhan tropis maupun dengan tanaman padi yang hijau membentang luas.  Masyarakat Jatigede merupakan  masyarakat agraris yang kesehariannya dominan berkecimpung dalam pertanian, masyarakat ini dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya kental dengan budaya Sunda. Masyarakatnya sejak dulu sampai kini relatif memegang teguh warisan budaya karuhun (leluhur), mulai dari perilaku bertani, daur hidup, kesenian, perilaku berbahasa, dan sebagainya. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada kepercayaan masyarakat Jatigede yang tertuang dalam upacara pertanian, upacara daur hidup, dan ungkapan tradisional. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang kepercayaan masyarakat Jatigede Kabupaten Sumedang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. AbstractThe Jatigede society is located under the administration region of Sumedang sub district West Java Province.  The term “Jatigede Society” is a combination of five sub districts which is affected by Waduk Jatigede.  The name of Jatigede is taken from one of the subdistrict name.  The territory is under the valley which have concave surface form and make it eligible to be used as a giant dam, reservoir.  Because of its position, the area is famous for its fertility, either overgrown with a variety of tropical plants or with stretches of green rice plants widely.  Jatigede community is predominantly agrarian society, daily engaged in agriculture, and their life is thick with Sundanese culture. Relatively, since the beginning until now this society upholds cultural heritage (ancestors), ranging from farming behavior, life cycle, arts, language behavior, and so on. This study is limited to Jatigede belief which formed in agricultural ceremonies, life cycle ceremonies, and traditional expressions. The purpose of the study is to get an overview of Jatigede Sumedang belief. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach.
