The nature of a woman is childbirth, all women at the time of labor need to have a good labour  and give birth to a healthy and perfect baby. Childbirth can be normal, but also many in the process of labor that experienced obstacles so that it is done with the procedure of surgery sectio caesaria (SC). Childbirth with  surgery for some mothers is a scary thing so that not a few mothers who experience anxiety before SC is done. Anxiety is a feeling that is not clear and worried because there is something that threatens one's security. Anxiety in each person is certainly not the same, this anxiety can lead to various changes in the body's system can even interfere with heart function and result in changes in cardiac output. Changes in cardiac output may result in changes in the patient's blood pressure that may affect the success of SC. This research use correlational research design with csoss sectional approach. The location of research is premedication room of operation room of ORPEHA Islamic Hospital Tulungagung with the number of 32 respondents. The results showed the mean cardiac output value of 7625.62. The results of statistical data analysis with Pearson correlation test obtained 0,000 significance results so Ho is rejected which means there is an association between anxiety with cardiac output in patients with SC surgery with large correlation pearson 1, which means the strength of the relationship is very strong. This happens because anxiety can affect the production of catecholamines and cortisol, where this hormone can stimulate the occurrence of vasodilation of blood vessels resulting in blood flowing rapidly and much so that oxygen is distributed more, thus in people who are anxious will an increase in cardiac output. The conclusion of this study is that there is an association between anxiety with cardiac output in patients with preoperative sectio caesarea at the operating room installation of Islamic Orpeha tulungagung public hospital with the strength of the relationship of 1.

Introduction: When confronted with traumatic accidents and events that result in death, people are at risk of developing death anxiety. Due to their stressful job, emergency medical technicians (EMTs) will develop alexithymia and be unable to express and manage their emotions over time. Studies show that alexithymia causes physical and mental disorders in many people. The present study aimed to determine the relationship between death anxiety and alexithymia in EMTs.Methods: The convenience sampling method was used to select 400 EMTs in southeastern Iran who met the inclusion criteria for this descriptive-analytical study. The Templer Death Anxiety Scale and the Toronto Alexithymia Scale were used to collect data. SPSS version 20 was used to analyze the data, which included descriptive and analytical statistics (Independent t test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and regression). Results: The results of the study showed that the mean score of death anxiety in EMTs was 10.26 ± 3.69. It was revealed that 46.7% of the EMTs experienced severe death anxiety. Furthermore, the total mean score of alexithymia in EMTs was 59.65 ± 8.28, indicating the possibility of alexithymia. The Pearson correlation test showed a direct moderate relationship between death anxiety and alexithymia scores (r = .351, p < .001).Conclusion: According to the results, there is a direct significant relationship between death anxiety and alexithymia in EMTs. Therefore, it is suggested that EMTs be continuously taught effective methods to deal with death anxiety and reduce the physical and mental disorders caused by this problem.

Background: Maxillofacial hard and soft tissues play an essential role in the formation of facial aesthetics. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between inferior scleral exposure and maxillary sagittal position. Methods: The present study was performed on the lateral cephalometric radiographs and frontal facial photographs of 110 adolescent subjects. The participants were divided into two equal groups according to gender (55 subjects per group). Total eye height and inferior scleral heights were defined, and scleral exposure ratios were calculated on facial photographs. The measurements were performed for right and left eyes, and the mean value for inferior scleral exposure ratio was calculated. Soft and hard tissue measurements of maxilla were performed on lateral cephalometric radiographs. Independent t test, Mann-Whitney U test, and Pearson correlation test were used to analyze the data. Results: There was no statistical difference between genders in the inferior scleral exposure ratio, NPerp_A, A’_True Vertical Line (TVL), and Upper Lip_TVL parameters (P>0.05). However, maxillary height was greater in male subjects than females (P < 0.001). The inferior scleral exposure ratio was statistically significantly correlated with NPerp_A distance in males (r=0.286; P < 0.05). However, there was no correlation between other maxillary parameters and inferior scleral exposure ratio in males (P>0.05). The inferior scleral exposure ratio was significantly correlated with maxillary height in females (r=-0.296; P < 0.05). However, there was no correlation between other maxillary parameters and inferior scleral exposure ratio in females (P>0.05). Conclusions: While the inferior scleral exposure ratio was correlated with NPerp_A distance in male adolescents, the inferior scleral exposure ratio was correlated with maxillary height in female adolescents.

In the context of education of socially disadvantaged pupils and the perspective of inclusive education, the teacher occupies a significant position. The presented study focuses on the issue of education of socially disadvantaged pupils, respectively its aim is to present results of the research survey focused on the attitudinal orientation of teachers in Pardubice, Liberec and Ústí nad Labem regions (n = 122) towards the socially disadvantaged pupils. Further, its goal is to find out whether there exists a relation between the teacher's attitudinal orientation and the region, his/her age, the length of the teaching experience, his/her experience with socially disadvantaged pupils education and their self-efficacy. In order to achieve research goals the Likert-type questionnaire method was used and as a research tool Teacher self-efficacy. The obtained data were subjected to factor analysis, in order to verify the relation between individual variables ANOVA was used, further Kruskal-Wallis test, Mann-Whitney test and Pearson correlation coefficient were used. It was found out that teachers evaluate the group of socially disadvantaged pupils rather negatively, on the other hand, they evaluate the possibility to reduce or overcome their disadvantage originating from the family environment they come from rather positively and also they perceive the relationship between the school and the socially disadvantaged pupils rather positively. The teachers' attitudinal orientation is not related to the previous experience with the education of socially disadvantaged pupils, the length of their teaching experience and region where the teachers work. On the contrary, the relation between teachers' attitudinal orientation and age and self-efficacy was proved.

Background: Among all aspects of nursing care, the spiritual one is the issue that has received little attention. Having spiritual wellbeing (SWB) is a necessity to provide appropriate spiritual care. In addition to, the Emotional intelligence (EI) is one of the most important factors in social and professional success and is essential for effective nursing practice. Therefore, aim of study was evaluating the Relationship between SWB and EI among nursing students. Methods: The sample of this descriptive-analytic study consisted of 136 nursing students studying at Bam University of Medical Sciences selected by convenience sampling method. The Bradberry and Greaves 28-item EI scale, Palutzian and Ellison SWB Scale were used to assess the total score of EI and SWB. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation), Pearson correlation coefficient, independent t-test and one-way ANOVA with SPSS v18. Results: The mean score of SWB and EI were 97.1±11.56 and 123.4 + 123.6, respectively. The mean score dimensions of SWB include (religious wellbeing 47.9±6.6, existential wellbeing 49.1±5.7) and dimensions EI: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management were 27.2 3 3.2, 36.2 2 5.4, 25.1 + 3.5 and 35.1 + 4.5, respectively. The majority of students have reported moderate level SWB and high level of emotional intelligence. The factors influencing their level of SWB were academic semester and age (p<0.05). Conclusion: Although the level of students' EI and SWB were at a desirable level in this study, due to the nature of nursing and the interaction between nurses and patients, providing a suitable learning environment for the development of EI is essential. Therefore, it is suggested that nursing policymakers should develop appropriate educational programs for nurses and provide curriculum for students to promote their knowledge and skills. Life preservers often play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety in water-related accidents, while the difficulty of donning life preservers has been repeatedly proved even in a donning test. To evaluate the influencing factors for life preserver donning tests, 109 college students and 42 villagers were chosen as subjects. A total of fourteen variables with seven categorical variables and seven continuous variables were considered as potential influencing factors. T-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA, for three or more categories) were used to judge whether grouping in categorical variables had a significant effect on the donning performance. Then all variables were offered into the stepwise linear regression (SLR) to evaluate the influential factors for life preserver donning tests. Results showed that four of fourteen variables, including gender, instruction condition, age group, and tool test time (representing the subject’s flexibility), had a significant effect on the donning performance. To evaluate the relationship between the donning performance and influencing factors, models of the retrieving time, the opening time, and the donning time were built based on the SLR analysis. The paper also highlights recommendations for modification of the donning test procedure, which helps to improve the validation and reliability of life preserver donning tests.
