The key concepts that assist to reflect the essence of the process of professional self-realization of police officers have been determined. The professional self-realization of the personality, which is determined by the value and sensory, intellectual and motivational features of the personality, has been studied. Modeling the experience of professional self-realization is the support of the personality for self-development of intellectual and volitional actions. This process is most productive in adolescence – at the time of completion of the development of readiness to choose a particular profession, defining oneself in a possible professional role. The main point of the studied process is the search for a professional image of “oneself”. It has been noted that the key stages of professional self-realization’s formation are: choice of educational institution, place of work (professional self-determination), subsequent choice of the type and direction of activity, formation within the chosen profession, professional growth, which reflects the effectiveness of professional self-realization. Thus, successful self-realization within the profession is based on a reasonable choice of place of study and future profession, continuous professional self-growth and self-development within labor activity, as well as satisfaction with the way of professional life and career. It has been studied that the development of the value sphere of the personality of law enforcement officers contributes to the optimization of their behavior and self-realization in such spheres of life as profession, family life, relationships, hobbies. The motivational component is one of the basic in the system of moral regulation of activities and behavior of professionals and includes a positive attitude to the chosen type of professional activity, the desire for self-realization and achievement, moral and professional attitudes and interests. Motivation acts as a link between the true goals, ideals, beliefs of the cadet and the actions, deeds, decisions he makes. The author has proved the expediency of forming value regulators of behavior and motivational sphere of future law enforcement officers in higher educational institutions with specific learning conditions, which may increase the efficiency of professional activity and self-realization of police officers in modern conditions.

In the article different approaches to the definition of the essence of the concepts of «self-realization», «professional self-realization» have been considered. The factors influencing the process of lecturers’ selfactualization, pedagogical conditions of self-actualization of the lecturer’s personality have been singled out. In view of the concepts and approaches analyzed, in our study self-realization is understood as a specially organized activity by the subject, the purpose of which is the realization of their own purpose, as well as the result of this activity, is closely connected with self-development and self-affirmation of the individual. Under professional selfrealization, we mean the socialized way of harmonious development of the individual, combined with the acquisition of professional and practical experience in the process of obtaining a qualification by a future specialist during the period of initial professional formation (studying at a higher school) and improving professional growth in the process of fulfilling professional roles and responsibilities, which is an inalienable attribute of the disclosure and implementation of personal and professional potential. In the article, the professional self-realization of the future lecturer of a higher educational institution has been disclosed as a pedagogical problem, the essence of which is the constant self-improvement and self-development of their own potential. It has been determined that the formation of readiness, the nature of the process of professional self-actualization and its outcome depend on both internal and external conditions. External conditions have a certain impact on the internal, thus changing the level of readiness of the student to professional self-realization. Significant influence on the formation of readiness for self-realization in the professional sphere has a set of pedagogical conditions provided in the process of professional training: actualization of students’ subjective experience and its inclusion in the content of professional training, ensuring communication between the subjects of the educational process on the basis of dialogical interaction, the formation of value guidelines of future lecturers for professional self-realization. It has been established that the effectiveness of the self-realization process is related to the success of a master student’s pedagogical activity in the process of assistant practice and positive future professional benchmarks, which reveals possible career prospects.

The author has studied the peculiarities of academic motivation of final-year cadets (n=323) of higher education institutions with specific educational conditions. It has been determined that the dominant motivation for their professional training is internal motivation. They make independent decisions about their professional activities and seek to continue their service within the National Police. Adequate and situational types of professional motivation are typical for cadets. Respondents are aiming for theoretical knowledge. The motives for the professional activities of final-year cadets do not affect their motivation to acquire theoretical knowledge, but they affect the acquisition of professional skills and abilities. The “romantic halo” of the profession remains in the perception of the profession by final-year cadets, but the material component also becomes important. The status of the profession in society and its material remuneration, as well as the curiosity of the chosen profession have significant influence on the motivation of future professional activities of fourth-year cadets. The motivating factor for internally motivated cadets is a sense of effectiveness, as well as status and state’s high salary for labor of law enforcement professionals. Externally positively motivated cadets in case of the decrease in the status of the profession, unrealized career ambitions or the reduction of the material rewards of law enforcement officers may begin to perform their duties formally or may leave the service. Externally negatively motivated cadets are not interested in performing professional duties. On the basis of the obtained data, the author has concluded on the importance of mentoring in the process of professional development of young specialists and the continuation of professional training in the system of postgraduate education and service training of police officers. The author has emphasized the importance of further motivation of final-year cadets within professional activity, in particular the introduction of a “motivational” package for police officers by the state.

In the article the author shows the peculiarities of the development of socio-professional maturity of the future pedagogue in the context of pedagogical acmeology. Therefore, there is an urgent need to optimize the process of professional training of future lecturers on the basis of a new methodology that would combine personal and professional development in the educational process, direct professional self-determination and self-improvement of the future specialist, promote their self-realization and professional development. We believe that the process of professional training of future pedagogues should be based on the developed acmeogram and professiogram, model the professional and personal development of the specialist in accordance with the content and objectives of professional activity. This will not only direct the process of professional training to a certain ideal model of the specialist, but also to actualize the professional self-determination and self-development of the future pedagogue.Key words: future pedagogue, activity, personality, self-determination, self-improvement, acmeology.

In the article the professional training of a future specialist is analyzed; development, self-development, self-determination and self-reflection are its main tasks. It is proved that reflection plays the synthesizing role and encourages the widening of the personality limits. The reflection essence is personality’s realizing oneself as a potential or a real subject of a particular professional activity. According to the lawyers’ professional training results this activity determines not only proper specifics of the attitude to a profession but one’s personal or social life. It has been justified that professional self-reflection is carried out as the initial professional self-determination of a personality and the series of professional choices. It is noted that the positive attitude to oneself encourages the positive attitude to the future and awareness of one’s abilities in achieving a goal is taking place on the conditions of a positive attitude to future. It has been proved that one of the main components influencing the formation of today’s specialist abilities in achieving success in professional activity and professional self-actualization is the high level of the formed professional self-consciousness. The model of professional self-reflection of a future specialist corresponds to the psychological structure of self-consciousness and it has three subsequent interconnected stages: professional self-knowing, self-attitude and self-regulation, the content of which is determined by peculiarities of professional activity of a specialist and requirements set by a personality to one’s professional knowledge, skills and professionally important qualities. It is emphasized that professional self-reflection specifies the understanding oneself as a subject of a particular professional activity and involves the availability of: the conscious process of forming one’s attitude to the professional-working sphere; self-assessment of one’s individual psychological qualities and comparing one’s abilities with psychological requirements to a profession; the constant search for senses in a professional activity; self-regulation of behavior carried out through correlation of inner-personal and social-professional needs and directed to reaching a set goal. It has been proved that reflection activity is an important condition of self-development of a personality, an indicator of personal and professional values and senses determining the culture of activity. Reflection activity is considered as one of the ways education modernization and a mechanism of independent development, search, discovery, creation or making a new product, constructing individual experience, experimental check of external impacts, stereotypes, activity patterns, self-development forecasting.

The article reveals significant aspects of the development of the professional potential of future educators. The main features of the professional readiness of future educators of preschool education institutions to pedagogical activity are highlighted. The essence of such concepts as “professionalism”, “potential”, “creative potential”, and “professional potential” are described. The author pays attention to adverse factors, which block the professional potential of future teachers: low social status in the team; inner anxiety and lack of confidence; authoritarian style of pedagogical leadership; strict control, that prevent youth from taking the initiative; the indifference of a teacher towards professional success and achievements of students. This article draws attention to creating favourable pedagogical conditions in a higher educational institution for developing professional skills, stimulating initiative, searching and independence of future teachers. The significance of the acmeological approach to the formation of the professional potential of future teachers is introduced. It is claimed by the author that modernization of the process of professional training of future preschool teachers provides the search for new effective ways of organization educational activities addressed to actualize the professional potential of specialists. The essential condition of self-fulfilment of future teachers is a creative educational environment needed for the successful professional activity of students. It allows for creating a creative atmosphere for improving creative thinking, stimulating creative activities, initiative and formative research of students. The problem of psychological training of employees of law enforcement agencies remains relevant at the present time. The problem of professional training for extreme situations is of particular importance, as the choice of a methodological approach to the implementation of professional and psychological training of law enforcement officers. The most effective is the system-situational approach in combination with the model approach, which are based on the system approach. The authors consider the role of situational, system-situational, model approaches to the psychological training of law enforcement officers in extreme situations of professional activity. In the course of the theoretical analysis and empirical research, the conclusion is formulated about the significance and effectiveness of the system-situational approach, the use of which contributes to the formation of effective psychodiagnostic procedures. In the course of the study, the features of the psychological and managerial potential of employees of law enforcement agencies were identified. In modern conditions, a systematic approach is developing most intensively, which carries out a gradual study of the subject: from the general to the particular, taking into account the significance of the goal, its achievability. The article considers the system-situational approach as one of the most promising, especially in the aspect of empirical research of crisis and anti-crisis situations of operational and service activities. Within the framework of system-situational analysis, professionally significant activity is studied as a dynamic system.

Modern conditions for the modernization of higher education in Ukraine have led to the need to introduce innovative approaches to the implementation of the concept of future specialists training, taking into account European standards. Higher education is crucial for socio-economic and cultural development of society. The need for training of a competent police officer, who is capable of effective professional activity in a multinational environment, is a priority approach in the training of future police officers in the parameters of European standards. The socio-cultural aspect in the training of future police officers is not only the formation of ethno-cultural competence, but also the space of interpersonal relationships in which a holistic culture of personality is formed. The competent paradigm of professional training of the future police officers, as a subject of personal and professional growth, which is capable of expanding and updating the subject areas of their professional activity, becomes of special significance in this context. In this article, we draw our attention to the peculiarities and possibilities of forming the personality of a future police officer by means of mobile resources. In particular, the classification of modern mobile devices for using in the education al processes defined. The importance of the aim of modern professional education – the formation of high level of intelligence of the future specialists, the development and consolidation of complex abilities to solve problems in conditions of constant changes and new requirements of the external environment are revealed. It has been established that the use of mobile resources contributes to increase of interest during classroom hours and the optimal organization of their independent non-auditing work, which will enable the training of specialists of a new type.

The main purporse is to determine the main aspects of professional competence among students of physical culture and sports. The pedagogical practice of future physical culture teachers is an integrating and core component of the personal and professional formation of a future specialist, which provides for the formation of his professional competence through mastering various types of activity, leads to professional self-improvement, student self-knowledge in various professional roles in the real conditions of a general education school. Among the main tasks facing the system of higher pedagogical education, an important place is occupied by the task of training a competence-based specialist of a wide profile, further strengthening of fundamental education and bringing it closer to research and practical professional activity, therefore, the goal of training should provide for an optimal combination of theoretical knowledge and creative abilities of future teachers, which would allow them, after graduating from an educational institution, to independently raise the level of their education and professional training, to find fundamentally new solutions to the problems of science and practice. The study was carried out using the following theoretical methods: systems analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison, classification, generalization and systematization, idealization and abstraction. The article considers the psychological and pedagogical conditions of personal and professional self-improvement of future professionals, including psychology students. Such conditions include technologies of self-education and self-education, specially designed forms, methods and approaches of interactive work, focused on stimulating of motivation and expanding of self-development resources. In the process of professional training of future psychologists, specially designed training sessions are crucial if specific content and methodological requirements for targeted training of personal and professional self-development are taken into account. Usually such training is realized by activating the internal factors of self-improvement process, one of which is internality - a personal property that acquires special significance in the context of the specifics of a psychologist’s professional activity. It is assumed that an effective psychological and pedagogical condition for the formation of internality as a factor of future psychologists’ personal and professional self-development is a specially organized educational activities of students. In this regard, a special training course "Theoretical and methodological foundations of the future psychologists’ internality formation" was designed. The methodological basis of special training course is a personal-acmeological approach and experimentally substantiated data concerning the results and means of applicants’ for higher education personal and professional self-development. The purpose, tasks, psychological and pedagogical conditions of formation of students’ internality by educational materials are formulated. The structure of the special course, the content of classroom and independent work are revealed, the forms of control are offered. The content and methodological features of the special course, which contribute to the formation of internality as a factor of future psychologists’ readiness for personal and professional self-development, and the expected learning outcomes are highlighted.

Modern education on the verge of entering the information age can become a cultural space that will allow a person to acquire a new cultural identity. But at the same time, the world of education must change itself significantly. Determination of the personal qualities of the future teacher, the characteristics of his professional activity and progress, the formation of self-development skills is today one of the main directions of improving teacher training. The preparation of a future teacher should be built as a system of conditions for ensuring the professional and self development. It is necessary that a novice teacher theoretically and practically be able to analyze his or her own professional capabilities and, on this basis, be able to form a routine for his own further professional growth at any stage of professional activity. This can be achieved by creating a desire of future teachers.to be ready for professional self-development. A pedagogical institution needs to prepare future specialists for creative pedagogical activity, in which the acquired professional skills will be a means of developing the student's personality as well. The most important component of such training is an advanced creative imagination and the ability to evolve it. If in-depth knowledge is a platform for training a new generation of competent specialists, then creative activity is a springboard that gives them an advantage in everyday professional field, therefore, at the moment, the need to develop a technology for developing creative skills of students of the pedagogical institutions is of especial relevance
