The article considers the problems and conditions of promotion of innovations in the innovative activity of industrial enterprises in the conditions of European integration. Research objectives are the analysis of the current state of innovative development of Ukrainian industrial enterprises and the identification of specific innovation strategies with relevant examples in domestic and foreign markets. Alternatives of innovation strategies for enterprises with relevant examples of specific enterprises and the use of marketing tools are described. The main research methods are used: general scientific – analysis of state and regional statistics, market surveys and forecasts, generalizations, analogy, data synthesis, hypothetical method and special – media monitoring, benchmarking. To solve the problems of promoting innovative products in Ukraine, a special algorithm is substantiated and proposed, which includes monitoring public spending on research and development, establishing feedback from the public sector research to industry, solving intellectual property problems and tax incentives, solving acute research problems. personnel through the creation of regional and state university associations, identification of priority areas such as support for eco-innovation, promotion of clean technologies, creation of centers of competence in industrial structures, integration of industrial entrepreneurship into the European Research Area. It was summarized that for the formation of the innovative policy of industrial enterprises, it is recommended to use a marketing approach, which provides for the preliminary formation and design of a new product based on the results of modern marketing research in order to promote innovative products to regional and foreign markets. It was emphasized that the promotion of innovative products is one of the most important areas of activity of industrial enterprises and a very important indicator of the state of the country’s economy as a whole.

PurposeOmnichannel retail are catching increasing attention from multiple research area, due to its widespread and essential application in retailing industry. The principal object of this paper is to systematically review current studies on omnichannel retail in information systems, operations and marketing research area. Further, the second purpose of this study is to provide insights and guides on omnichannel research to facilitate advance research in the area.Design/methodology/approachA systematic review on omnichannel retail in retailing industry has been conducted. 33 research articles from 2014 to 2020 from Financial Times 50 journals (FT 50 journals) were identified to be reviewed. The articles were reviewed on the basis of study area namely: information systems, operations and marketing. These research areas were further divided into subcategories to provide in-depth and crystal clear review of literature.FindingsThe review outcome showed that omnichannel topics are active in management studies. There are three main research areas: information systems, operations management and marketing. This study found that IT enhances channel capabilities and expands demand in omnichannel retail; operations can be better optimized based on understanding of cross-channel interactions, product category and retailer types; consumer heterogeneity, product category, channel capabilities and retailer type are all found to contribute to complexities of omnichannel marketing.Originality/valueThis study provides a pioneering review to gauge the updated literature concerned with omnichannel research in terms of IT, operations and marketing perspective. Further, a systematic literature review provides insights and guides for future significant studies on potential research subjects.

The article is devoted to the features’ study of the modern innovative technologies use in the marketing sphere, in order to establish the possibilities that allow modern industrial enterprises to increase their competitiveness level. The authors highlighted the theoretical and methodological foundations for modern innovative technologies application in the marketing sphere necessary for organizing the integrated management process of enterprise’s competitiveness indicators. The key features incident to modern marketing of innovations are determined. The lateral marketing improvement directions as a methodology for marketing approaches development and implementation in the company's activities to increase its efficiency in the competitive market environment formation for the production and sale of goods in modern economic conditions are considered. The main innovative marketing complex components are highlighted. The issues related to research in the innovative products’ marketing research field and forecasting the markets’ development are considered. The role played by modern marketing research in the scenario planning mechanisms’ development is determined. The factors that can have a significant impact on the industrial enterprises’ innovative activity indicators are structured. At the end of the article, the authors concluded that the current economic development level makes it possible to define innovation as a unique asset capable of qualitatively influencing the modern industrial enterprises’ competitiveness main indicators, which in turn will lead to the fundamentally new products, services and technologies emergence.

The concept of organizing the activities of industrial enterprises on an innovative basis was revealed. The importance of solving organization issues in the context of accelerated scientific and technological progress and permanent crises was showed. Some benefits of improving the organization of industrial activities on an innovative basis were outlined. Enterprises should increase the efficiency of their activities by implementing a set of measures to improve the organization of production with innovative content, the vast majority of which can be used in the production process without significant investment. And most importantly, measures in this direction will contribute to the effective use of the available resource potential of existing industrial enterprises, increase their competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets in conditions of fierce competition. Forecasting these problems in the conditions of specific industrial enterprises is due to the need to properly monitor the phased implementation of project activities and their targeting to achieve coordinated operation of production units and their elements in the process of performing production tasks related to the production of innovative products. It is not only about achieving the goals of industrial enterprises on the projects identified in the modernization of their activities, but also about the rational use of investment funds for the successful implementation of such projects. In this context, it is important to take into account that the targeted use of investment funds will allow not only to use them effectively, but also to anticipate the rational use of investments in those parts of the production process that are subject to organized coordinated operation.

Beside the increasing trend of cloud computing and mobile applications, the use of cloud based mobile learning applications is also mounting. Almost every e-commerce service provider offers cloud based mobile learning applications so that they can target more visitors and ultimately increase their sales. The usability of cloud based mobile applications is not only grounded in e-commerce platforms but it also ease out mobile learning processes. Most of the educational institutes are now offering cloud based mobile applications so their students can navigate to their knowledge portal more easily and download relevant material or submit assignments respectively. The main research area of this article is to explore how cloud based mobile learning applications can be utilized more effectively and what impact they imply on its users. Also, this research compares the mobile learning methods versus traditional learning methods. The study is evidence from Jordan and the major part of the research will be carried out through surveying literature, reports, content, and national and international databases in order to critically discuss the interactions between clouds based mobile learning application and user experiences. Published researches, published reports, books and articles has been included in the review.  Review of literature shows that mobile cloud computing is rising in Jordan and have significant impact on mobile learning of Jordanian students. Further, M-learning indeed an innovative tool for learning and it helps the users in many ways. In traditional learning, students used to spend their money on books and other written content. Findings of this study are helpful for the educational institution so they will come to know about user experiences of utilizing these cloud based mobile applications.

Nie jest to jednak kolejny kierunek, który, zakłada determinizm biologiczny. Opiera się na przekonaniu o przenikaniu się natury i kultury w człowieku, warstwy cielesnej i umysłowej. Celem artykułu jest przybliżenie czytelnikowi historycznych i teoretycznych aspektów tego wciąż rozwijającego się obszaru badawczego. Naszkicowane zostały również narzędzia badawcze oraz główne kierunki badań neuropolitycznych. Autorzy wskazują na pozytywne jak i negatywne, skutki płynące z badań neuropolitycznych, oraz perspektywy stojące przed naukami o polityce i neuronaukami. Neuropolitics – Genesis, Assumptions, Development Prospects Neuropolitcs is an interdisciplinary research area, located at the intersection of various sciences, combining political science with neuroscience. However, it is not another direction that, as it may seem assumes biological determinism. It is based on belief about the interfusion of nature and culture, physical and mental dimensions in man. The aim of article is to familiarize the reader with the historical and theoretical aspects of this still developing research area. Also the research tools and main research directions of neuropolics were outlined. Authors indicate the positive and negative results of neuropolitics research and perspectives for political science and neurosciences.

This development is also related to the matters of companies that compete with various innovations in developing their business to be more advanced. In a business, a lot of considerations are needed so that the profit or profit obtained is more than the capital spent but the quality is still prioritized. One of them is in marketing research which is a place for providers of products or goods to be traded. Market and Marketing Aspects are needed so that the buying and selling process can run smoothly and for transactions. It can be seen how vital the Market and Marketing Aspects are in a business. Where in a business this aspect is the most essential aspect. Market and Marketing Aspects are used in marketing methods in which you can find out how much demand there is so that the business runs properly. Many competitors that occur in the market make a study of the marketing aspects necessary to reduce things that can harm the company. The right marketing position will make the company get the desired profit. In marketing research, also states that there are various methods that can be used in society to support the economy by prioritizing innovative products, but problems in product innovation must be constraints with business capital and advantages or disadvantages, with the COVID-19 pandemic problem with the industrial sector experiencing a decline. Which is very drastic, thereby reducing the innovation that will be carried out.

Introduction. In modern highly competitive, dynamic and unstable conditions enterprises are able to function successfully in the marketplace and occupy leadership positions in large part due to developing, implementation and realisation of innovations. A high level of an innovative activity of enterprises creates preconditions for forming new competitive benefits, an increase of investment attractiveness, broadens possibilities of passage to new marketplaces, is an impulse for providing a progressive development. As practice shows, only a small part of innovations transforms in goods and services and is successfully commercialized due to its promotion in interested groups of consumers. That's why the problem of commercialization of innovative goods and services should be in field of view of society, government, private business, scientists because decision of this problem improves a competitive ability of goods and finely a level of population's life. The purpose of paper is an exploration of commercialization properties of innovative goods and services in foreign countries, detection of reasons of low level of commercialization of innovative goods and services by domestic enterprises. Results. It is considered a domestic and a worldwide experience of commercialization of high-tech goods and services of industrial enterprises in the context of Asian, American and European models of innovative development. It is particularly set that there in the USA, Europe and Asia the key role in development and implementation of high-tech goods and services play multinational companies, which quite often create venture companies in their structures. Besides, it is set that a venture capital is often concentrated in science parks, technopoles, business incubators and other innovative structures. It is proved that in the process of commercialization of high-tech goods and services is a governmental support of state, first of all, from positions of longevity of preferences, which are offered to subjects of innovative structures. It's also set that such kind of commercialization is successful when local properties of demand for new goods and services are taken into account. Regarding a domestic experience of commercialization of innovative goods and services, they should state that it has a quite low development. Conclusion. In this way, generalisation of domestic and foreign experience of commercialization of innovative goods and services shows that directions and ways of such commercialization are different and can have a different shape that is defined by local historical circumstances, traditions and national innovative politics in general.

The article focuses on the study of the closeness of the relationship obtained from different sources and used in different areas, finance, with the effectiveness of innovation, measured by the number of developed innovative products and the number of introduced new technological processes. The input information was the data of industrial enterprises of Ukraine for the period 2015-2019, summarized in statistical reporting and presented on the official resources of the State Statistics Service. To accomplish these objectives, the methods of correlation-regression analysis and analysis of the dynamics and structure of statistical indicators of innovation of industrial enterprises of Ukraine were used. Possible causes of crisis phenomena of innovative activity of Ukrainian enterprises that hinder the economic development of the national economy are discussed. The basis for further research of complex and individual influence of factors on development of innovative activity of the enterprises of various branches of economy is provided.

One of the complex tasks throughout the area of mobile communications would be to design a new virtualization framework based on blockchain across the Internet of Things architecture. The goal of this research is to connect a new study for an educational system that contains Blockchain to the internet of things or keeping things cryptographically secure on the internet. This research combines with its improved blockchain and IoT to create an efficient interaction system between students, teachers, employers, developers, facilitators and accreditors on the Internet. The aim of the article is to study the dynamics of innovations development, to identify the main problems of innovative activities development and to advance proposals for the incentive instruments formation. The main method of research is the systemic and structural approach, which makes it possible to organize the search for solving problems most effectively. Methods of comparative, functional analysis and classification are also used. The theoretical basis of the article is the conceptual provisions and scientific principles developed by domestic and foreign scientists on the innovative development of industrial enterprises, tools for their implementation. However, the problems associated with the development and implementation of an effective mechanism for applying the innovative development of industrial enterprises in the context of the need to intensify the inclusiveness of innovative processes remain unfinished. The importance and significance of these questions determined the choice of the topic of the article, setting of the purpose and objectives of the study. The article analyzes the status and dynamics of innovative activities of domestic enterprises. The main trends and problems of the enterprises’ innovative development in modern conditions of limited financing and reducing the foreign investment resources are revealed. The level of using various types of innovations by industrial enterprises is investigated and the peculiarities of cost sharing for innovative activities are determined. The condition analysis of innovative activities of Ukraine’s industrial enterprises is carried out, namely the ratio of innovative products sold, the ratio of enterprises engaged in innovative activities, the number of new technological processes introduction and the production development of new types of products by industrial enterprises, funding sources of innovative activities. The structural analysis of various instruments efficiency of innovations financing in the domestic market is carried out. Ukraine’s innovation infrastructure should be provided with adequate resources in the context of a modern international methodology to support innovative business, which will help to minimize and close this gap. The available resources and potential should be focused on supporting research, which is one of the foundations of innovation potential, and creating an effective infrastructure that will help to transform research results into a product suitable for commercialization. Programs should be introduced to support academic payouts, start-ups, or other means of commercial use of innovative investments. The exposure-response relationships of innovative development stagnation are revealed and the ways of optimization and elimination of imbalance are provided. The recommendations for improving the innovative activities of industrial enterprises are developed.
