<p><em>This article focuses on the discussion of the Kagian Islam on justice in polygamy, namely; what are the requirements for polygamy according to the priests of the mazhab, how the arguments and laws of the priests of the mazhab allow polygamy, and how is it relevant to polygamy according to the contemporary context in Indonesia. This research is a library research (Library Reserach), which is a method of collecting data such as the books of the priests of the mazhab and books that are relevant to the issues discussed. This research is a descriptive analysis, which describes, studies and analyzes the opinions of the Imam of the Schools in terms of being fair in polygamy. The results showed that in Islam it is permissible for a husband to practice polygamy on the condition that he believes or has a strong suspicion that he is able to do justice to his wives. as indicated by the al-Qur'an in the letter al-Nisa "verse 3:" then if you are afraid that you will not be able to act fairly, then marry only one wife ". This permissibility for polygamy is not a recommendation but one of the solutions given in special conditions to those (husbands) who really need and fulfill certain conditions. The meaning of justice as a condition for polygamy is not in the inner meaning of justice (such as love and affection) but justice for things that are material and measurable. As indicated by verse 129 of the letter al-Nisa 'and the sociological background because of the verse polygamy (verse 3 al-Nisa'). What is meant by the fairest distribution is in terms of: income, clothing, place to live, and time of turn</em></p>

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in banking and factoring institutions viewed from the legal aspect. This study uses secondary data obtained from the results of previous studies. This research belongs to the type of library research (library research), which is looking for data from various kinds of library information including documents, newspapers, magazines, books, scientific journals, and encyclopedias. This research uses descriptive analysis, philosophical and pedagogical approaches. The results of the analysis of this study are that there are differences in legal aspects seen from the actors, regulations, mechanisms, ways of solving problems, etc. in banks and factoring institutions.

In the family the father is a figure who plays a role in the growth, development and success of the child. Fathers are responsible for giving advice to their children. This research discusses the role of fathers in educating children according to the Qur'an. This study examines the verses of the al-Qur'an which are related to the role of the father in educating children according to the al-Qur'an. This research uses library research or also called library research. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a classical-contemporary interpretation paradigm approach. The data collection was carried out thematically, namely collecting the verses of the Qur'an in various letters that have a relationship about the role of the father. The results showed that in the Qur'an it is explained that there are several verses that describe the role of fathers in educating their children, so that this method is relevant to be realized in the contemporary context. The father figure in question is Prophet Nuh, Prophet Ibrahim, Prophet Ya'qub, and Luqman. Among the roles are as educators and caregivers for their children, as role modes for children, creating togetherness with children, and as protectors in the family.

This article aims to discuss the concept of smart advertising, especially with regard to the goals and effects of smart smart advertising to form the top of the mind of the audience. This research was conducted with library research (library research) with a descriptive analysis approach, namely collecting data, compiling or clarifying, and interpreting it. The technique used in this research, namely by analyzing advertisement sentences, seen from the use of interference. The data in this study were obtained from several sources in which there was interference. This study concludes that one of the most widely used strategies to increase the value of advertising is "smart advertising" or advertising that is carried out with behavioral targeting. By using information about online behavior, including sites visited and interest in certain types of content, behavior targeting seeks to serve ads that are more attractive to certain groups of consumers. Despite the potential for a dramatic increase for online advertisers and publishers, some users and user advocacy groups have expressed concern over the privacy concerns posed by behavioral targeting

This writing aims to explain the position guardian in marriage according to Fiqh Syafi'īyyah dan Civil Law, as well asto describe guardian for children out of wedlock according to analysis Fiqh Syafi'īyyah and Civil Law.This research includes library research (Library Research). The method used is descriptive analysis research method, the approach used is a normative approach. To assist the preparation of this research the author reads books and books related to the problems to be discussed. The results showed thatposition guardian in marriage according to Fiqh Syafi'īyyah dan Civil law is very important, meaning that at the same time it has the nature of determining the validity of a marriage contract, so that if a marriage contract is carried out by a guardian or his representative, then the marriage contract will be valid, but on the contrary if the marriage contract is not carried out by the guardian or his representative, then The marriage contract is invalid and invalid. So betweenFiqh Syafi'īyyahand Civil Law has the same view regarding position guardian in marriage. The results also show that which become guardian for children out of wedlock according to Fiqh analysis Shafi'īyyah is guardian judge, in this case is the president even though she is a woman, and state officials whose powers are delegated by the president in matters of trustees such as the Minister of Religion and his lowest officials such as the KUA. Whereas according to Civil Law analysis is the biological father of the child provided there is an acknowledgment from the mother and father and is proven by an authentic deed and can be proven based on science and technology.

Abstract This article discusses Islamic economics during the Fatimid Dynasty. With the aim to find out how Islamic economics during the Fatimid Dynasty. This article uses literature-based qualitative research (library research) with a qualitative descriptive approach and technical descriptive analysis and content analysis. The results of this study show that Islamic economics during the Fatimid Dynasty progressed during the caliph al-Mu'izz, al-zAziz and al-Hakim. With several background factors such as the transfer of government centers from Tunisia to Cairo, extracting sources of economic income in all fields, integrated management of the fields of Agriculture, Trade and Industry, high exceptions to Science, harmonious relations with non-Muslims and tolerance which is very high for the community. The Fatimid dynasty experienced economic setbacks during the time of the Caliph al-hidAdhid until it was attacked by the Ayyubid dynasty led by Salahuddin al-Ayyubi. Keywords; Fatimid Dynasty, Progress, Setback, Economy  Abstrak Artikel ini membahas tentang perekonomian Islam pada masa Dinasti Fatimiyah. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perekonomian Islam pada masa Dinasti Fatimiyah. Artikel ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif berbasis kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan teknis analisis deskriptif dan content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa perekonomian Islam pada masa Dinasti Fatimiyah mengalami kemajuan pada masa khalifah al-Mu’izz, al-‘Aziz dan al-Hakim. Dengan beberapa faktor yang melatarbelakanginya seperti perpindahan pusat pemerintahan dari Tunisia ke Kairo, penggalian sumber pemasukan ekonomi dalam segala bidang, pengelolaan bidang-bidang Pertanian, Perdagangan dan Industri secara terpadu, kepedualian yang tinggi terhadap Ilmu Pengetahuan, hubungan harmonis dengan non-Muslim dan pemberian toleransi yang sangat tinggi terhadap masyarakat. Dinasti Fatimiyah mengalami kemunduran ekonomi pada masa khalifah al-‘Adhid hingga diserang Dinasti Ayyubiyah yang dipimpin Salahuddin al-Ayyubi.Kata Kunci; Dinasti Fatimiyah, Kemajuan, Kemunduran, Ekonomi

This journal entitled al-Insya 'at -Ta alabiy fi Surati al-Mujadilah (Dirasah Tahliliyyah Tada wuliyyah). Writing this journal on the back of many found sentences, assuming that the sentence does not work as the original. But in other circumstances, some sentences have other functions that can be understood in context when the utterance is uttered. Therefore, the researcher is interested to study and examine the letter of al-Mujadilah by asking two questions formulation, firstly, how many verses are not conventionally interpreted in the letter of al-Muja> dilah ? Second, what verses that are not conventionally interpreted in surat al-Mujadilah? Third, what is the function of the verse that is not conventionally interpreted in surat al-Mujadilah? The purpose is to know how many numbers, sentences and sentence functions that contain speech acts in the letter al-Mujadilah. The theory that researchers use and proposed is a pragmatic theory that was promoted by Austin to act speech because only this theory that can dissect and describe the function or intention contained in the sentence that contains not functioned as it should. This research is a research library (library research) with materials or reference sources obtained from the library. The data analysis is done by qualitative method and presented with descriptive analysis method, so that can know the final result of research. Moral education is given to guide and educate children in order to achieve their life goals, namely to grow their awareness as human beings as creatures of Allah. in order to have good morals, now moral education is considered very important. With the book Taisirul Khollaq explained clearly the problem of morality. As for the focus of research in this study, namely: 1. What is the concept of child moral education in Islam? 2. What is the concept of children's moral education in the Taisirul Khollaq book? This research uses the type of library research (library research). The approach in this study is a descriptive analysis approach. As for the results of the analysis I got in this study, that the concept of children's moral education in the book Taisirul Khollaq is the character of Allah SWT. Praised and despicable morals, praiseworthy ie praiseworthy deeds and words that flow without feeling forced out of oneself. Praiseworthy among others; honest, trustworthy, generous, generous, humble, fair, and others. While despicable morals are despicable actions and words that flow by feeling forced out of oneself. Despicable among others; lying, revenge, hasud, gossiping, fighting sheep, arrogant, dhalim, and others. This research is expected to bring benefits so that everyone can have good morals.

This article discusses the views of the Koran on the role of fathers in the process of child development. The focus of the study in this research is to explore the verses of the Qur'an related to the role of the father in the family. In addition, this article will also describe the story of the father in the Qur'an. This research is a type of library research. The method used in this research is descriptive-analysis using a classical-contemporary interpretation paradigm approach. From the analysis that has been carried out, this study concludes that: first, the Qur'an shows the role that a father should apply in the development process of his children, one of which is by monitoring and controlling children's daily lives, instilling educational values, building closeness. and good communication with children, and provide good support and direction. Second, several verses in the Qur'an describe the role of fathers who have their own way of educating their children, so that this method is relevant to be applied in the contemporary context. The father figures in question are Luqman, Prophet Ibrahim, Prophet Noah, and Prophet Ya'qub.

Tulisan ini menjelaskan konsep khalifah fil’ardi sebagai wakil Tuhan dalam melestarikan alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan kesadaran energi yang berasal dari sumber daya alam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research) dan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis dan data yang penulis teliti, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan yang komprehensif tentang kesadaran energi menjadi dasar mengenai khalifah fil’ardi. Mewujudkan kesadaran energi di tengah masyarakat menjadi konsep termutakhir dari “khalifah fil ‘ardi” This paper describes the concept of khalifah fil’ardi as representatives of God in conserving nature. This study aims to instill awareness of energy derived from natural resources. This type of research is the research library (Library Research) and this research is a qualitative descriptive study. Based on the analysis and the data that I researched, the author concludes that a comprehensive knowledge about energy awareness is the basis of the khalifah fil’ardi. Realizing energy awareness in society becomes the latest concept of khalifah fil’ardi.
