Moral education is given to guide and educate children in order to achieve their life goals, namely to grow their awareness as human beings as creatures of Allah. in order to have good morals, now moral education is considered very important. With the book Taisirul Khollaq explained clearly the problem of morality. As for the focus of research in this study, namely: 1. What is the concept of child moral education in Islam? 2. What is the concept of children's moral education in the Taisirul Khollaq book? This research uses the type of library research (library research). The approach in this study is a descriptive analysis approach. As for the results of the analysis I got in this study, that the concept of children's moral education in the book Taisirul Khollaq is the character of Allah SWT. Praised and despicable morals, praiseworthy ie praiseworthy deeds and words that flow without feeling forced out of oneself. Praiseworthy among others; honest, trustworthy, generous, generous, humble, fair, and others. While despicable morals are despicable actions and words that flow by feeling forced out of oneself. Despicable among others; lying, revenge, hasud, gossiping, fighting sheep, arrogant, dhalim, and others. This research is expected to bring benefits so that everyone can have good morals.

This article aims to discuss the concept of smart advertising, especially with regard to the goals and effects of smart smart advertising to form the top of the mind of the audience. This research was conducted with library research (library research) with a descriptive analysis approach, namely collecting data, compiling or clarifying, and interpreting it. The technique used in this research, namely by analyzing advertisement sentences, seen from the use of interference. The data in this study were obtained from several sources in which there was interference. This study concludes that one of the most widely used strategies to increase the value of advertising is "smart advertising" or advertising that is carried out with behavioral targeting. By using information about online behavior, including sites visited and interest in certain types of content, behavior targeting seeks to serve ads that are more attractive to certain groups of consumers. Despite the potential for a dramatic increase for online advertisers and publishers, some users and user advocacy groups have expressed concern over the privacy concerns posed by behavioral targeting

<p>Technological developments have transformed the cash-money payment model into e-money, but the law on the use of e-money is still a debate in Indonesian Moslim society. This paper aims to analyze the legal use of e-money based on DSN-MUI fatwa No: 116/DSN-MUI /IX/2017 concerning Sharia Electronic Money. This research is a library research with descriptive analysis approach. E-money that was studied in this study was the BCA Flazz cards, Go-Pay, and Grab-Pay. Based on the Fatwa of MUI DSN on Shari’ah electronic money, the e-money system used in Indonesia today is not permitted because the issuer places the nominal amount of electronic money in conventional banks, if the card is lost the nominal amount of money in the issuer is also lost, and electronic money holders cannot be taken or cashed back.</p><p>Perkembangan teknologi telah mentransformasi model pembayaran dari cash-money menjadi e-money, tetapi hukum penggunaan e-money masih menjadi perdebatan di kalangan masyarakat Muslim Indonesia. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hukum penggunaan e-money berdasarkan fatwa DSN-MUI No: 116/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 tentang Uang Elektronik Syariah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. E-money yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah kartu Flazz BCA, Go-Pay, dan Grab-Pay. Berdasarkan fatwa DSN MUI tentang Uang elektronik Syari’ah, maka sistem e-money yang dipakai di Indonesia hari ini tidak diperbolehkan karena penerbit menempatkan jumlah nominal uang elektronik di bank konvensional, apabila kartu hilang maka jumlah nominal uang yang ada di penerbit juga hilang, dan uang elektronik pemegang tidak bisa diambil atau diuangkan kembali.</p>

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in banking and factoring institutions viewed from the legal aspect. This study uses secondary data obtained from the results of previous studies. This research belongs to the type of library research (library research), which is looking for data from various kinds of library information including documents, newspapers, magazines, books, scientific journals, and encyclopedias. This research uses descriptive analysis, philosophical and pedagogical approaches. The results of the analysis of this study are that there are differences in legal aspects seen from the actors, regulations, mechanisms, ways of solving problems, etc. in banks and factoring institutions.

Moral education is education which is about the basics of morals (morals) and the virtue of character, the traits a child must have from childhood until he becomes a convert. Morals are closely related to human thought patterns, attitudes and behavior. Good morals or noble morals are attitudes and behaviors that must be possessed by every Muslim, either directly related to Allah Almighty, or to His creatures. Regarding the moral education, the researcher studied the thoughts of Haji Abdul Malik Karim Amrullah (HAMKA), a prominent scholar from Minangkabau. This study is to determine the moral education according to HAMKA, both for students and for the community. Moreover, some of HAMKA's thoughts on Islamic Education, many say that the form of all his thoughts on the issue of Education is to emphasize more on mental education or morals. The objectives of this research are: 1) To know the basis of moral thought according to HAMKA, 2) To know the purpose of moral education according to HAMKA, and 3) To find out the moral education according to HAMKA and its relevance to Islamic religious education. This study uses library research (library research) with descriptive analysis method, namely by collecting data, compiling and classifying, compiling and interpreting it. This descriptive study was carried out by collecting data, classifying the data, then formulating the rules for compliance contained in the data. The results of the research conducted by the intruder is that according to HAMKA, the moral basis is an inner temper that can change so that if it arises based on reason and religion, a good character will emerge and vice versa if it arises not based on reason and religion, a bad character will appear or is often called with a despicable character. The sources of moral education according to HAMKA are the Koran, Assunah, tawhid, and reason.

This study describes anthropomorphism that contains ethics and values education within East Nusa Tenggara folktales in Indonesia. The study explored the data on anthropomorphism based on the students’ textbooks of the local content subject, “Pengetahuan Lingkungan dan Sosial Budaya Daerah Nusa Tenggara Timur Sekolah Dasar Kelas 2” and“Cerita Rakyat Nusa Tenggara Timur Sekolah Dasar Kelas 6”. The textbooks containing the folktales were published in 2012 by CV Jala Makmur – Kupang. There were 20 folktales in the textbooks, but the anthropomorphisms investigated were only within four folktales, in which the animals behaving like human beings. The study was library research based, using a descriptive qualitative method. The study applied a moral approach since the value of anthropomorphism is to educate the readers. The results of this study showed that there were eight values to learn in Hoga Woe, three in Nenek Bupu Repu, five in Asu Nok Maleobibi, and five in Dhone dan Kaju. This study concludes that folktales can be one of the teaching and learning materials for introducing morals, attitudes, and good judgments to the young students in ethics and values education. In addition, folktales can be developed into plays, from which the students can play the characters in order to easily absorb moral education in a fun and interesting way.

This researcher examines the concept of spiritual education according to Muhammad Quraish Shihab in surah Ibrahim verses 35-41 and the relevance of spiritual education in the present context. This type of research is library research and data collection is done by the method of irfani (Sufism) and analysis approach. Data analysis was performed with inductive analysis techniques, which are drawing conclusions by departing from specific interpretations towards general conclusions. While interpretative is to look for the meaning behind the explicit and implied meaning. The results of the research show that the concept of spiritual education according to Muhammad Quraish Shihab in surah Ibrahim verses 35-41 uses the irfani method (tasawuf science) and analysis approach so that it can be seen the meaning of the material and the values ​​of spiritual education contained in surah Ibrahim verses 35-41 namely the value of faith, worship, patience, sincerity, gratitude, and morals. The relevance of spiritual education in the present context of diversity in Islam is the first meaning of the rituals of prayer, fasting, zakat, and pilgrimage. If the rapid development of technology and communication as human beings are required to commemorate each other, advise that they always do the right thing and stay away from the sin. So, current technological developments by looking at spiritual education in the face of social media which are viral can we avoid but must be multi-channel in overcoming the challenges of globalization.

Islam encourages the followers to be moderate, belances, not extreme, and not inclusive. TheTawasuthis part of the moderation of religion that must be embededto the students so that students have a moderate attitude in thier life of the nation and state. In the middle of the advancement of the Indonesian nation, religious moderation is needed by all human being and its must be taught to students so that they can become peaceful, compassionate and tolerance people in the future. The involvement of religious teachers in providing understanding of the tawasuth for the students are needed in order that its can be habatuation in their life. The content of Islamic religious education is emphasized on the understanding of compassion, mutual love, mutual respect, and help each other in kindness. Because with this understanding, the students can implement it in their daily life. This paper explains the role of religious teacher in embeding religious moderation. This paper uses the library research method with a descriptive analysis approach.

<p class="IIABSBARU">Currently the development of western science has been very advanced. However, the development of western science only concerns towards big profits without any consideration about the side effects of science development itself. The western science has marginalized the aspects of metaphysics and theology so that the western science arises materialistic characteristics for human beings, ecological damage, and disharmonic situations between nature and human. This writing discussed Ziauddin Sardar thoughts about Islamic science applying descriptive analysis approach. In Sardar’s thoughts, Muslim community must not follow western science; nevertheless, Muslim community may have Islamic science, having the Islamic characteristic and value. The characteristics of Islamic science cannot be separated from the ten parameters such as <em>tawḥīd, khilāfah</em><em>, ’ibādah</em>, <em>’ilm, ḥalāl, ḥarām, ’adl, ẓulm, istiṣlāḥ</em> and <em>diyā’</em>.</p><p class="IIABSBARU" align="center">***</p>Pada era sekarang ini perkembangan sains telah mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat. Namun kemajuan sains hanya mengambil keuntungan sebesar-besarnya, tanpa memikirkan dampak dari perkembangan sains itu sendiri. Sains telah memarginalkan sisi metafisika dan teologi sehingga sains Barat me­nimbul­kan sifat materialistis bagi manusia, kerusakan ekologi, dan ketidak­harmonisan antara alam dan manusia. Tulisan ini mengkaji pemikiran Ziauddin Sardar tentang sains Islam dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Dalam pandangan Sardar, masyarakat Muslim tidak harus mengekor sains Barat, akan tetapi masyarakat Muslim bisa memiliki sains sebagai karakteristik sains yang bercorak dan bernilai Islam yakni sains Islam. Adapun karaketeristik sains Islam tidak lepas dari sepuluh parameter yang meliputi <em>tawḥīd, khilāfah</em><em>, ’ibādah</em>, <em>’ilm, ḥalāl, ḥarām, ’adl, ẓulm, istiṣlāḥ</em> dan <em>diyā’</em>.

This article discusses the role of Islamic counseling guidance in overcoming juvenile delinquency. The method used is descriptive analysis, namely by exploring all sources related to Islamic counseling guidance as an effort to overcome juvenile delinquency. The data collection technique used in this research is library research where library research is the activity of collecting data or materials related to research through books, scientific journals, literatures and other publications that can be used as sources for research that will be carried out. researched by the author. The purpose of the study was to eradicate the problem of juvenile delinquency with Islamic counseling guidance. In adolescence, they want to show their existence and not infrequently they want to get recognition or want to be considered their existence in the midst of society by doing various things, both positive and negative things which is commonly called juvenile delinquency. Juvenile delinquency is a serious problem that must be addressed immediately in order to save the next generations of the nation. Islamic counseling guidance is one of the efforts that can be used in overcoming delinquency in adolescents, where Islamic counseling guidance aims to help individuals realize themselves into complete human beings in order to achieve happiness in life in the world and in the hereafter in accordance with Islamic laws. So it is hoped that later with the Islamic counseling guidance method, juvenile delinquency can be eradicated and not only that but also can form a better person according to religious norms and form quality teenagers who are religiously obedient.
