In the family the father is a figure who plays a role in the growth, development and success of the child. Fathers are responsible for giving advice to their children. This research discusses the role of fathers in educating children according to the Qur'an. This study examines the verses of the al-Qur'an which are related to the role of the father in educating children according to the al-Qur'an. This research uses library research or also called library research. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a classical-contemporary interpretation paradigm approach. The data collection was carried out thematically, namely collecting the verses of the Qur'an in various letters that have a relationship about the role of the father. The results showed that in the Qur'an it is explained that there are several verses that describe the role of fathers in educating their children, so that this method is relevant to be realized in the contemporary context. The father figure in question is Prophet Nuh, Prophet Ibrahim, Prophet Ya'qub, and Luqman. Among the roles are as educators and caregivers for their children, as role modes for children, creating togetherness with children, and as protectors in the family.

This article discusses the views of the Koran on the role of fathers in the process of child development. The focus of the study in this research is to explore the verses of the Qur'an related to the role of the father in the family. In addition, this article will also describe the story of the father in the Qur'an. This research is a type of library research. The method used in this research is descriptive-analysis using a classical-contemporary interpretation paradigm approach. From the analysis that has been carried out, this study concludes that: first, the Qur'an shows the role that a father should apply in the development process of his children, one of which is by monitoring and controlling children's daily lives, instilling educational values, building closeness. and good communication with children, and provide good support and direction. Second, several verses in the Qur'an describe the role of fathers who have their own way of educating their children, so that this method is relevant to be applied in the contemporary context. The father figures in question are Luqman, Prophet Ibrahim, Prophet Noah, and Prophet Ya'qub.

Nafkah merupakan salah satu daripada hak isteri yang perlu ditunaikan. Hukum ini telah termaktub di dalam Al-Quran dan sebagaimana yang diketahui oleh semua muslim, salah satu kewajiban seorang suami itu adalah menyediakan nafkah buat isterinya baik dalam  tempoh  perkawinan  maupun  pasca perceraian.  Namun,  mutakhir  ini,  banyak kasus yang melibatkan perilaku suami yang mengabaikan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian. Bahagian Sokongan Keluarga (BSK) merupakan pihak berwenang yang mampu mengatasi dengan sebaik mungkin segala permasalahan berkaitan dengan pemberian nafkah. BSK memberi peluang kepada mantan isteri untuk membuat tuntutan nafkah jika suami gagal atau enggan membayar nafkah sekaligus mengembalikan hak isteri. Pertanyaan yang diajukan dalam permasalahan ini adalah bagaimana peran BSK dalam menjamin terpenuhinya  nafkah isteri pasca perceraian dan bagaimana efektifitasnya (BSK) terhadap masalah penegakan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang peran (BSK) dalam masalah pemenuhan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian. Penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah yuridis empiris yaitu kajian lapangan (field research) dan yuridis normatif yaitu kajian kepustakaan (library research). Adapun Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis dalam skripsi ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan telaah dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, bahwa peran BSK dalam masalah pemenuhan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian berjalan secara efektif karena BSK memantau dan menangani masalah ketidakpatuhan mantan suami terhadap perintah nafkah Mahkamah Syariah melalui pembentukan Unit Khidmat Nasehat dan Perundangan, Unit Penguatkuasaan dan Pelaksanaan Perintah dan Unit Pengurusan Dana. Keberadaan BSK telah menjadi tempat rujukan dan   memberikan bantuan kepada mantan isteri. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat difahami bahwa pokok permasalahan dalam penyelesaian masalah pengabaian nafkah apabila mantan suami memahami  hal  berkaitan  agama  Islam  serta  mengetahui  hak  dan  tanggung  jawab terhadap isteri pasca perceraian.Kata Kunci: Bahagian Sokongan Keluarga (BSK) dan Nafkah Isteri Pasca Penceraian Living in one of the rights of wives that need to be shown. This law has been contained in the Koran and as it is known by all Muslims, one of the obligations of a husband is to provide a living for his wife both in the period of marriage or post-divorce. However, these cutting-edge, many cases involve the behavior of husbands who neglect the living wives post-divorce. The Family Support Division (BSK) is the authority who can cope with the best possible problems relating to the provision of the living. BSK allows the former wife to make a living claim if the husband fails or refuses to pay the living while returning the right of the wife. The question posed in this issue was the role of BSK in guaranteeing the fulfillment of the postpartum wife and how effectiveness (BSK) has been to the problem of establishing a divorce post. The study aims to find out about the role (BSK) in the issue of fulfilling wives after divorce. The research in this thesis was empirical, i.e. field research and normative juridical (library research) study. The methods of data collection used by the authors in this thesis are observations, interviews and documentation study. The results of the research obtained, that the role of BSK in the problem of fulfillment of wives post-divorce runs effectively because BSK monitors and addresses the problem of non-compliance of ex-husband against the order of Sharia court The establishment of the Advisory and Legal Unit, enforcement Unit and the execution of the Order and fund Management unit. The existence of BSK has been a referral place and provides relief to the former wife. Based on this, it can be understood that the subject matter in solving the issue of living if the former husband understands the matter related to Islam and knows the rights and responsibilities of the post-divorce wife.

Abstract: The participation of women at work domain, does not only contributes in changing the mindset and economic structure of a region, but also has contributed greatly to family welfare. This research uses descriptive analysis method to analyze and describe the role of women in improving the economic welfare of the family in the perspective of maqashid syariah. Based on the results of the research, it is found that the implication is that the role of women is very positive in improving family welfare and in accordance with the objectives of Islam,; falah (prosperous in the world and the hereafter), and in accordance with the five main elements that must be maintained in Islam, namely hifz ad-din, hifz an. -nafs, hifz al-aql, hifz an-nasl, and hifz al-mall. Keywords: Islamic law, the role of women, family welfare.   Abstrak: Partisipasi peran perempuan dalam dalam dunia kerja tidak hanya berkontribusi terhadap berubahnya pola fikir dan tatanan perekonomian suatu daerah, akan tetapi juga telah memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif untuk menganalisis dan mendiskripsikan peran perempuan dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi keluarga perspektif maqashid syariah. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian, ditemukan implikasi bahwa peran perempuan sangat positif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga dan  sesuai dengan tujuan Islam yaitu falah (sejahtera dunia dan akhirat), serta sesuai dengan lima unsur pokok yang harus dijaga dalam islam, yakni hifz ad-din, hifz an-nafs, hifz al-aql, hifz an-nasl, dan hifz al-mall. Kata-kata kunci: hukum Islam, peran perempuan, kesejahteraan keluarga.

This study aims to (1) determine the meaning of Sufism education; (2) knowing the values ​​of Sufism education contained in the film "99 Kali Rindu"; (3) to determine the relevance of the values ​​of Sufism education in the film "99 Kali Rindu" with Islamic education today. The method used in this data analysis is descriptive analysis method, while the data collection techniques used in this data collection are documentation techniques and library research. The collected data were then analyzed by unit processing. In the film 99 Kali Rindu, after doing the research it can be concluded that: (1) the definition of sufism is the teaching or belief that knowledge of truth and Allah can be achieved by means of mental vision of reflection, (2) the film has sufism educational values ​​that can be applied to students. these values ​​are: (a) divine value (deity), (b) insaniyah (human) values, (c) natural value (nature), (3) the relevance of sufism education in islamic education is that it has a relevant relationship, which is applied to schools and educational institutions. The dialogue excerpt made by Azhari Zain in his film 99 Kali Rindu, contains the values ​​of Sufism education which are in accordance with the material taught at schools and educational institutions such as Akidah Akhlak, Al-Quran Hadith, and other Islamic education. Bathara Katong merupakan salah satu leluhur yang menyiarkan agama Islam di Kaliwungu. Penghargaan Kaliwungu sebagai kota santri tidak terlepas dari peran penting Bathara Katong, warna masyarakat Kaliwungu yang religius hingga saat ini merupakan salah satu pengaruh ajaran Bathara Katong. Data penelitian ini berupa ajaran Bathara Katong yaitu tradisi lisan dan tradisi bukan lisan. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah data dari informan yaitu juru kunci makam Sunan Katong di Kaliwungu, juru kunci tempat sembahyang Sunan Ampel (nama lain Sunan Katong) di Kendal kota, tokoh masyarakat Kaliwungu, tokoh masyarakat Kendal, dan masyarakat umum Kaliwungu. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu ajaran Bathara Katong di Kaliwungu ada yang masih rutin dijalankan, dan ada yang sudah jarang dilaksanakan, namun sebagian besar masyarakat Kaliwungu tidak mengetahui bahwa ajaran tersebut merupakan ajaran Bathara Katong. Ajaran Bathara Katong di Kaliwungu penting untuk dilestarikan tidak hanya oleh masyarakat Kaliwungu namun juga oleh tokoh masyarakat, masyarakat Kaliwungu harus berani mengakui bahwa warna masyarakat Kaliwungu hingga saat ini merupakan hasil perjuangan leluhur seperti Bathara Katong. Abstraks Bathara Katong is one of the ancestors who broadcast Islam in Kaliwungu. The Kaliwungu award as a city of santri is inseparable from the important role of Bathara Katong, the color of the religious Kaliwungu community to date is one of the influences of the teachings of Bathara Katong. This research data is in the form of Bathara Katong teachings namely oral traditions and traditions rather than oral. The data sources of this research are data from informants namely the caretaker of the tomb of Sunan Katong in Kaliwungu, the caretaker of the prayer place of Sunan Ampel (another name is Sunan Katong) in Kendal city, Kaliwungu community leaders, Kendal community leaders, and the Kaliwungu general public. The data collection of this study uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Then the data obtained were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of this study are the teachings of Bathara Katong in Kaliwungu which are still routinely carried out, and some are rarely implemented, but most of the Kaliwungu people do not know that the teachings are the teachings of Bathara Katong. The Bathara Katong teaching in Kaliwungu is important to be preserved not only by the Kaliwungu community but also by community leaders, the Kaliwungu community must dare to admit that the colors of the Kaliwungu community up to now are the result of ancestral struggles such as Bathara Katong.

We ​​need a handle on life, that is religion or belief that recognizes the existence of an all-powerful substance, whereas in daily life a person is required to maintain, improve, and improve the quality of faith and piety in the creator, to achieve that there are all several ways one of which is through the world of Sufism or commonly known as the mystical world. For attainment in the mystical world it can be done by way of meditation or spiritual practice. The pinnacle of the mystical world is mahaabah or divine love where these are the highest levels of attainment towards God. In this paper the author examine the theory of divine love (mahabbah) from the Sufi women who first expressed her love to God, namely Rabi'ah Adawiyah. This paper uses the type of library research, while the approach used is historical, philosophical. Data collection is done by the documentation method and analyzed by descriptive analysis method. According to Rabi'ah love is love that has no strings attached to it and does not expect a reward in the form of either reward or liberation of the law, but what is sought is only doing God's will and perfecting it. Dalam kehidupan ini kita membutuhkan pegangan hidup yaitu agama atau keyakinan yang mengakui adanya Zat yang maha kuasa, sedangkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari seseorang dituntut menjaga, memperbaiki, dan meningkatkan kualitas iman dan takwa pada sang pencipta, untuk mencapai itu semua ada beberapa jalan salah satunya adalah melalui dunia tasawuf atau biasa dikenal dengan dunia mistik. Untuk pencapaian dalam dunia mistik itu dapat dilakukan dengan cara meditasi atau latihan spiritual. Puncak dari dunia mistik adalah mahaabah atau cinta Ilahi dimana ini semua merupakan tingkat tertinggi dalam pencapaian menuju Allah. Dalam tulisan ini penulis akan mencoba untuk menelaah teori cinta ilahi (mahabbah) dari toko sufi perempuan yang pertama kali mengemukakan kecintaanya pada sangkhalik yakni Rabi’ah Adawiyah. Penelitian dengan judul “Konsep Cinta Ilahi (Mahabbah) Rabi’ah Adawiyah” menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research), adapun pendekatan yang digunakan adalah historis, folosofis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode dokumentasi dan dianalisis dengan metode analisis deskritif. Menurut Rabi’ah cinta adalah cinta yang tidak ada pamrih di dalamnya dan tidak mengharapkan balasan baik yang berupa ganjaran maupun pembebasan hukum, tetapi yang dicari hanyalah melakukan keinginan Allah dan menyempurnakannya.

This article discusses the role of Islamic counseling guidance in overcoming juvenile delinquency. The method used is descriptive analysis, namely by exploring all sources related to Islamic counseling guidance as an effort to overcome juvenile delinquency. The data collection technique used in this research is library research where library research is the activity of collecting data or materials related to research through books, scientific journals, literatures and other publications that can be used as sources for research that will be carried out. researched by the author. The purpose of the study was to eradicate the problem of juvenile delinquency with Islamic counseling guidance. In adolescence, they want to show their existence and not infrequently they want to get recognition or want to be considered their existence in the midst of society by doing various things, both positive and negative things which is commonly called juvenile delinquency. Juvenile delinquency is a serious problem that must be addressed immediately in order to save the next generations of the nation. Islamic counseling guidance is one of the efforts that can be used in overcoming delinquency in adolescents, where Islamic counseling guidance aims to help individuals realize themselves into complete human beings in order to achieve happiness in life in the world and in the hereafter in accordance with Islamic laws. So it is hoped that later with the Islamic counseling guidance method, juvenile delinquency can be eradicated and not only that but also can form a better person according to religious norms and form quality teenagers who are religiously obedient.

<pre><em>This study aims to determine the important role of psychology for Islamic education. The method used library research. Data collection uses documentation and data analysis with descriptive analysis. The results showed that psychology plays an important role in Islamic education as a religious consciousness associated with the values of the soul that is personality. In Islamic Psychology it is better known as term al-Syakhsiyah. The role of psychology in Islamic education is to bridge the delivery process of science to pay more attention to the psychology of each learner, this will  determine success of the transfer  process of values to students, becouse student and teacher have opened  psychology and ready to make good communication. . </em></pre><pre><em> </em></pre><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="Default">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran penting psikologi bagi pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan library research. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan analisa data dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa psikologi berperan penting dalam pendidikan Islam yaitu sebagai penanaman kesadaran keagamaan yang berhubungan dengan nilai-nilai bathiniyah yang bersifat pribadi (<em>personality</em>). Dalam istilah psikolgi Islam lebih dikenal dengan term al-Syakhsiyah. Peran psikologi dalam pendidikan Islam adalah menjembatani proses penyampaian ilmu pengetahuan agar lebih memperhatikan psikologi masing-masing peserta didik,  hal ini akan sangat menentukan keberhasilan  proses <em>transfer of values </em>siswa.</p>

Abstrak - Kasus Terorisme sejak beberapa tahun kebelakang banyak dijumpai bermacam jenis kejahatan terorisme baik berupa aksi teror dengan menggunakan bom maupun dengan kejahatan. Tidak sedikit tindak pidana terorisme yang dilakukan oleh anak dibawah umur. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaturana anak yang terlibat Tindak Pidana Terorisme, mengetahui faktor penyebab anak terlibat Tindak Pidana Terorisme, dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pertanggungjawaban jika anak terlibat Tindak Pidana Terorisme. Penelitian ini menggunakan library research atau metode penelitian kepustakaan. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier.data akan dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-analisis. Landasan terori yang digunakan adalah teori tangung jawab negara. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pengaturan Tindak Pidana Terorisme berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 5 tahun 2018 tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2002 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Terorisme berdasarkan pasal 19 dan 24 dalam penjatuhan hukuman minimum tidak berlaku bagi anak dibawah 18 (delapan belas) tahun, faktor penyebab anakt terlibat yaitu berdasarkan terori motivasi, faktor usia, faktor kelamin, faktor kedudukan anak dalam keluarga, serta faktor dorongan dari keluarga itu sendiri, dan pertanggungjawaban anak dibawah umur yaitu dilakukan pemidaan tetapi tidak boleh melebihi ½ dari hukuman orang dewasa. Kata Kunci : Tindak Pidana Terorsme dilakukan oleh Anak dibawah Umur.   Abstract - Terrorism Cases since the past few years many types of terrorism crimes have been found, both in the form of acts of terror using bombs and with crimes. Not a few criminal acts of terrorism committed by minors. The purpose of this study was to determine the organization of children involved in criminal acts of terrorism, determine the factors causing children to be involved in criminal acts of terrorism, and to find out how responsibility if children are involved in criminal acts of terrorism. This research uses library research or library research methods. The data sources used are primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The data will be analyzed using descriptive-analysis method. The theoretical foundation used is the theory of state responsibility. Based on the analysis of the data conducted, it was concluded that the regulation of Terrorism Crimes based on Law Number 5 of 2018 concerning Amendment to Law Number 1 of 2002 concerning Eradication of Terrorism Crimes under articles 19 and 24 in the imposition of minimum sentences does not apply to children under 18 (eighteen) years, the causative factors involved are based on motivational theory, age factors, sex factors, the position of the child in the family, as well as the encouragement factors of the family itself, and the responsibility of minors, namely carried out convictions but may not exceed ½ of adult punishment. Perempuan yang bekerja di sektor maritim mempunyai peran ganda, karena penghasilan suami sebagai pencari nafkah tidak dapat mencukupi kebutuhan keluarga. Dari fenomena itu, yang menjadi permasalahan adalah bagaimana peran ganda perempuan nelayan di Desa Muara Gading Mas Lampung Timur sehingga kedua tanggungjawab baik peran domestik dan publik berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran ganda perempuan nelayan di sektor maritim terkait dengan kontribusi perempuan nelayan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi dan peran domestik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yakni pendekatan yang dipakai untuk memahami aktivitas kehidupan dan peran perempuan nelayan secara utuh dan holistik. Penelitian bersifat analisis deskriptif yakni menganalisis dan menyajikan fakta secara sistematis sehingga mudah dipahami dan disimpulkan. Adapun pengambilan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, studi pustaka, dan foto. Hasil penelitian, terungkap mereka berhasil mengembangkan strategi adaptasi sehingga peran ganda tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan baik. Upaya yang dilakukan  adalah menciptakan sumber usaha baru, mengatur alokasi waktu, dan meningkatkan keterampilannya mengikuti berbagai pelatihan, serta usaha simpan pinjam. Women who work in the maritime sector have a dual role, because the husband's income as a breadwinner cannot meet the needs of the family. From this phenomenon, the problem is how the dual role of fisherwomen in Muara Gading Mas village, East Lampung, so that both responsibilities both domestic and public roles are successfully implemented. The purpose of this study was to determine the dual role of fisherwomen in the maritime sector related to the contribution in meeting economic needs and domestic roles. This study uses a qualitative approach. The approach used to understand the activities of life and the role of fisherwomen holistically. The research is descriptive analysis that is analyzing and presenting the facts systematically so that they are easily understood and concluded. The data collection is done through observation, in-depth interviews, literature studies, and photographs. The results of the study revealed that they had succeeded in developing adaptation strategies, so the dual role could be carried out well. Efforts are made to create new business sources, manage time allocations, and improve their skills in participating in various trainings, as well as savings and loan businesses.
