<p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><em>The Quran is the word of Allah which was revealed to the prophet Muhammad saw gradually through the intermediary Angel Jibril and is a worship by reading it that begins with surah Al-Fatihah and ends with surah An-Nas. In the process of learning the Quran there are some methods that can be applied including the Tilawati method, Tahsin Tilawah method, Iqra method, Qira’ati method, Baghdadiyah method, and Ummi method. The Quran is also a scripture that is used as guidelines by Muslims, therefore everyone who is Muslim must be able to read it according to the rules that already exist. But in fact, there are still many Muslims who can not read the Quran. The research results of the Institute Ilmu Al-Qur’an (IIQ) shows that 65 percent of Indonesians are illiterate in the Quran (Republika). The purpose of this article is to find out how the Islamic perspective is to look at the study of Tahsin in the Quran for adults and to find out what obstacles might occur in the study of Tahsin for adults. This study uses the study library method.</em></p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"> </p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Al-Qur’an adalah kalam Allah yang diturunkan kepada Nabi Muhammad saw secara bertahap melalui perantara Malaikat Jibril dan merupakan sebuah pahala dengan membacanya, yang diawali surat Al-Fatihah dan diakhiri dengan surat An-Nas. Dalam proses pembelajaran Al-Qur’an terdapat beberapa metode yang bisa diterapkan diantaranya metode Tilawati, metode Tahsin Tilawah, metode Iqra, metode Qira’ati, metode Baghdadiyah, dan metode Ummi. Al-Qur’an juga merupakan kitab suci yang dijadikan pedoman oleh umat Islam, oleh karena itu setiap orang yang beragama Islam harus mampu membacanya sesuai dengan kaidah yang sudah ada. Namun pada kenyataannya, masih banyak umat Islam yang tidak bisa membaca Al-Qur’an. Dilansir dari Republika, hasil riset Institut Ilmu Al-Qur’an (IIQ) menunjukkan bahwa 65 persen masyarakat Indonesia buta huruf Al-Qur’an. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perspektif Islam dalam memandang pembelajaran tahsin Al-Qur’an untuk dewasa dan untuk mengetahui apa saja hambatan yang mungkin terjadi dalam pembelajaran tahsin untuk dewasa. This research aims at exploring the nature of financial derivatives (FD) and their associated activities, and thus highlight their legitimate rule from an Islamic Perspective. Although there are many kinds of financial derivatives, this research focuses on the discussion of only three basic contracts; namely options, futures and swaps contracts, because they represent financial contracts derived from financially stable instruments such as stocks and bonds. There is no doubt that the great importance of this research lies mainly in determining the nature of these contracts and knowing their legitimate rules. In dealing with this issue, the research employs a descriptive approach which relies on first clarifying the image of each contract and its contemporary concept, second explaining the contract's performance and applications in the field of financial transactions, with reference to illustrative examples, and finally discussing its legitimate rule.The research results in uncovering the legitimate ruling on financial derivatives contracts, summed up mainly in the presence of betrayal and ignorance; leading, therefore, to the prohibition of such contracts.

AbstrakKarya seni mural berkemungkinan dapat mendorong meningkatkan kepariwisataan, hingga sejalan dengan meningkatnya perekonomian suatu masyarakat atau perihal lainnya. Namun, persoalannya ialah karya seni mural bertentangan dengan suatu ketentuan, khususnya sebagaimana yang terdapat dalam syariat Islam. Secara jelas dinyatakan dalam syariat Islam, dilarang membuat gambar yang menyerupai makhluk yang bernyawa atau memiliki ruh, seperti gambar manusia dan hewan. Akan tetapi, gambar tersebut dapat ditemui di pagar dan dinding-dinding rumah warga di bantaran Krueng Dho dan Krueng Daroy, Kota Banda Aceh. Faktanya, Aceh merupakan satu-satunya provinsi di Indonesia yang menjadikan syariat Islam sebagai landasan hukum Peraturan Daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini tidak bermaksud ‘memperuncing’ kontradiktif tersebut, melainkan ingin mengetahui pandangan masyarakat terhadap karya seni mural dari perspektif Islami dan berbagai kemungkinan dampak lainnya. Guna mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, melakukan wawancara – terencana maupun tidak terencana – kepada masyarakat yang dianggap relevan, serta studi pustaka. Kemudian hasil penelitian dibangun berdasarkan analisis terhadap data, paparan bagaimana resepsi masyarakat terhadap karya seni mural dari sudut pandang syariat Islam.Kata Kunci: syariat Islam, mural, kontradiktif, resepsi.AbstractMural art is most likely to be able to encourage increased tourism, so that it is in line with plans to increase people's income or other matters. However, the question is the mural art which is opposed to the provisions, especially those relating to Islamic law. Clearly stated in Islamic Shari'a, released images are released that have life or spirit, such as pictures of humans and animals. However, the picture can be found on the fence and walls of the houses of the residents on the banks of Krueng Dho and Krueng Daroy, Banda Aceh City. In fact, Aceh is the only province in Indonesia that makes Islamic Sharia a legal basis for Regional Regulations. The purpose of this study is not to discuss 'trusting' these contradictions, discussing the public about mural works from an Islamic perspective and various other perspective changes. In order to achieve this goal, the study was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. Data is collected by observation, conducting interviews - unplanned - for the community considered relevant, as well as literature study. Then the research results are built based on an analysis of the data, a presentation about the community of mural art from the perspective of Islamic law.  Keywords: Islamic sharia, murals, contradictions, receptions.

This research is a study case of XYZ company which moving in technology information business industry. The data in this research was collected through field and library method. The research results showed that XYZ company has implemented the service differentiation and has the above average response in facing threats and opportunities that exist in its business so that the company can use the SO strategy and expansion strategy as its business strategy.

This article aims to explain the concept of national insight from an Islamic perspective. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method by collecting data through observation, documentation, and literature review. Based on the research results, the concept of national insight has been regulated and explained in Islamic teachings. National insight is a person's view of a national entity based on certain territorial boundaries that affect his attitude towards love for his homeland. As a religion of Rahmat Lil Alamin, Islam clearly states about human life formed in a diverse civilization, both in culture, ethnicity, religion, and Nation. Nationality is a reality of human civilization recognized in Islamic teachings as part of Allah's will in creating humans. The results of the research conclude: 1) The reality of the creation of human beings with nationalities and tribes is a necessity which is mentioned in the Koran, 2) The concept of nationality does not contradict Islamic teachings, 2) The Medina Constitution is a concept of a state carried out by the Prophet and Muslims who are in harmony with national values.

This study aimed to identify the law of using eyelash extensions from the perspective of Islamic law, as well as what the scholars think about it. To get answers to this problem, descriptive qualitative research (non-statistical) was used which focused on the study of texts and texts and used historical and phenomenological approaches. The research results found are; First, eyelash extension is a method of lengthening and adding lashes with the aim of adorning or beautifying the eyes. Second, the eyelash extension procedure is done by gluing the lashes together with the original perimeter lashes using a special glue. As for the impact of eyelash extensions, it causes eyelashes to fall out, irritation, allergies, and eye injuries. Third, in determining the law of eyelash extensions from an Islamic perspective, the authors explore the law by applying eyelash extensions to the hair, and in this case, the scholars have different opinions. If real (human) hair is used, the majority of scholars forbid it. As for using synthetic hair, the scholars have different opinions, some permit while some others absolutely prohibit using either real hair or synthetic hair, and there are also those who differentiate the law by seeing whether the woman is married or not. The purpose of this research is to discuss how the discourse of the concept of Islamic da'wah by Rahmatan Lil'alamin according to Bangkit Magazine is seen from its main ideas to the characteristics of its preaching. Islam is a religion that was revealed by Allah SWT to the Prophet Muhammad SAW which regulates the relationship between humans and God and also regulates the relationship between humans and humans and the universe which benefits each other, therefore Islam has the principle of Rahmatan lil 'Alamin, which is a blessing for the universe. This research in extracting data using direct interviews to magazine administrators, literature study and documentation. From the research results, it can be found that Islam Rahmatan lil 'Alamin according to Bangkit Magazine is an Islam that is peaceful, just, tolerant and in accordance with the values of aswaja. The definition of Rahmatan lil 'Alamin is also not much different from the big concept of Islam which is in accordance with the teachings of NU (Nahdlatul Ulama). Islamic Perspective Rahmatan lil 'Alamin Bangkit Magazine is also sustainable with the characteristics of Islam Rahmatan lil' Alamin including non-violence, prioritizing peace, brotherhood, mutual respect and good things. As for the solution to restore the current image of Islam, namely by making Islam Rahmatan lil 'Alamin as a protector in preaching, with that Islam will also gradually create a vision full of tenderness and peace.

This study aims to find out how the laws of Friday prayers after Eid prayer in an Islamic perspective and how the laws of Friday prayers after Eid prayers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is library research (library research), namely through literature review related to the above problems, with normative and historical approaches. The research results found are as follows; First, the law of Friday prayers after the Eid prayer is disputed by scholars in three views: First opinion: Friday prayers are compulsory for people who attend holiday prayers like Friday on any other day. Second opinion: Rukhṣah is given to leave Friday prayers for Muslims who come from hamlets to the city to perform special prayers and Friday prayers. Third opinion: A person who has performed the Eid prayer, his obligation to perform Friday prayer is null and void, but it is appropriate for the priest to establish Friday prayers so that people who wish to attend them can attend. And for Muslims who have attended the holiday prayers, they are obliged to do the midday prayer on time if they do not do the Friday prayers. As for the law of implementing Friday prayers after the implementation of the Ied prayers in the midst of the Covid 19 pandema, the law of returning to the original law will still be mandatory for areas or zones that are still considered safe in carrying out Eid prayers in congregation

This study aims to determine the law and position of the lottery results from prizes, and to know the zakat property laws from lottery results. This study uses a qualitative library method with deductive data analysis. The research results found are as follows; First, the lottery law in Islamic law may be based on the proposition which explains that the Messenger of Allah. had done the lottery, so did the argument that explained that the Prophet Yunus had been thrown from a ship after the draw, and in general there was no argument that explained the forbidden draw. The position of the property from the lottery results is halal. Secondly, the law of issuing zakat assets from the lottery results is mandatory if the assets obtained from the lottery results do not overlap with Islamic law, for example in the category of goods that are not required to pay zakat, such as houses, land, vehicles and remain in accordance with the reckoning of the lottery results. If the gift has reached the Nisab, the zakat must apply in accordance with the provisions of gold and silver and also haul (held for a year), because this asset has become his property as a gift, which when he receives it becomes his property and is intended to be traded, this provision applies to lottery proceeds in the form of gold, silver and cash, while the rest is returned to the intention of the recipient of the prize, if he does not want to sell but only to be used, then the law that applies to the lottery results is not obligatory zakat.

This study aimed to discuss the importance of science and the Islamic perspective's position controller. The data collection of this research was carried out using the library method. Therefore, it is included in library research, preceded by collecting printed and electronic references, sourced from books and articles relating to the meaning, scope, and position of knowledge. We continued to review and explore the connections. The results explain the importance of science from the perspective of Islamic studies, namely that it cannot be separated between human life and progress/civilization. In this context, science and technology are among the branches of knowledge that provide great benefits and benefits to human survival in this world and the hereafter. Islam has glorified people who master science. Even since the Prophet Muhammad was sent to become a prophet, he always exemplified and reminded him to strive for it because he expected Allah SWT's pleased.
