The present article deals with the idea of information and communication technologies, game technologies and is about basic possibilities of using GEOBOARD Internet service for studying Mathematics in elementary school. The scientific approaches to the concept of information and communication technologies, game technologies are described and the potential possibilities of using the GEOBOARD Internet service in elementary education as an option of educational technologies, the influence of the GEOBOARD Internet service on the development of primary school students, advantages and directions of application are analyzed. The important aspect of using GEOBOARD Internet service is the ability to use it both from a personal computer and a Google Chrome web page. Also, users can download the app from the App Store to work with Apple products. The peculiarities of using GEOBOARD Internet service on mathematics lessons are systematization of material, strict logic, the interdisciplinary nature of the service, the learning process systematization, mastering the basics of spatial imagination, mathematical knowledge usage in solving educational, cognitive and educational and practical problems and depiction of geometric shapes. The use of the GEOBOARD Internet service in mathematics lessons promotes the complex development of elementary school children; the formation of a holistic picture of the world, knowledge of the world; the development of constructive skills, spatial relations and spatial thinking, vision of geometric figures, numbers, arithmetic, etc. Working with the GEOBOARD Internet service application allows an elementary school student to learn a lot of important information, prepares students for further study of the geometry course at school and develops their skills of being a socially active, creative person who generates new ideas and makes non-standard decisions. And it all happens in the form of a cognitive game. The GEOBOARD Internet service that is made by The Math Learning Center (MLC) has a wide range of functional and didactic capabilities and will fully meet the needs of elementary school teachers to cover many topics in mathematics lessons. The visualization allows elementary school students to summarize, systematize and discard redundant information just playing a game, so this is the way to improve the educational process. The service is important because it actively involves elementary school students in the process of learning geometric material.

The question of "How to teach?" especially relevant now, when our society has already begun to be called informational. Psychologists and educators in their research show that low learning performance, deteriorating performance of many students is usually due to the use of ineffective tools and methods of learning. Today the teacher has the opportunity to freely focus on a creative approach to the organization of the educational process. The rather rapid development of modern education requires new forms, methods and means of organizing learning. Modernity dictates the need for such an education that could prepare students for a full life with the ability to quickly adapt to new conditions, think critically, be active and multifaceted personality. Accordingly, the modern teacher must also respond to changes in the world, must be able to apply innovative information and communication technologies and convey information to children. The Internet provides many opportunities to use available and free tools, services and resources that can restructure the learning process, make it interesting, creative and creative, meaningfully and instrumentally enrich learning. The article considers the concepts of "Internet service", "interactive multimedia educational content", the concept of organizational and methodological support for the use of Internet service H5P in mathematics lessons in primary school and its advantages over other forms of methodical work. Diagnosis of the advantages and possibilities of using the H5P service in mathematics lessons in primary school and methodical recommendations for the organization of work with the use of the H5P service in mathematics lessons in the 2nd grade. Criteria have been developed and the levels of readiness of the teacher to use the H5P Internet service in mathematics lessons have been described. The use of the H5P online service in math lessons provides a feedback process between teacher and students; to increase the level of visualization of the submitted educational material; provide an individual approach to each student; provide the ability to model the studied processes or phenomena; organize frontal, collective and group work; to carry out constant control and assessment of students' achievements.

Digital skills are of great importance in the development of individuals to face the technological challenges that arise every day. With the confinement of students in their homes due to the emergence of COVID-19, is important the need to apply the digital skills of both students and teachers, to continue the educational process. There are five fundamental areas of digital competences according to the European Framework of Digital Competences, developed by the Joint Research Centre (JRC), which include 21 competencies that individuals must develop with respect to the use of information and communication technologies (Tics). A questionnaire was applied to high school students from the Escuela de Bachilleres Diurna de Pánuco, Veracruz, to identify the level of digital skills that students have, which would allow support in the development of their online classes. This article describes the results of the instrument applied in each of the areas where digital skills are classified.

The article is devoted to the educational and developmental potential of information and communication technologies for the formation of understanding of music in primary school students at the music lesson. Psychological characteristics of younger school age – inquisitiveness, emotionality, mental activity, immediacy, openness, trustworthiness, their belief in the undeniable authority of the teacher and willingness to fulfill any of his tasks are favorable conditions for affirmation of broad social motives at this age responsibility, understanding of the need for training etc. The possibility of a teacher in music lessons using various computer programs: MIDI, Musical Instruments Digital Interface, Garage Band, FlexiMusic Composer, FL Studio, Finale, Sibelius. The use of modern computer technology in music lessons in primary school makes learning bright, unforgettable, interesting for the student, contributing to the formation of cognitive skills in students, forming an emotional-positive attitude to the arts. After all, the use of information and communication technologies in the classroom increases the level of understanding of music in primary school students. Various and multifaceted psychological and pedagogical tasks of informatization of the educational process in primary school students are highlighted, namely: development of communication skills; correction of mental and emotional states; development of the emotional sphere of the child's personality; formation of selfpresentation skills; setting up an emotionally-supportive atmosphere in the classroom. The use of information and communication technologies in music lessons contributes to the educational and development potential of primary school students to form an understanding of music, namely: motivation; individualization and differentiation; cognitive development of the child; forming a culture of educational activity and information culture. Thus, the problem of educational and development potential of primary school students by means of information and communication technologies does not lose its relevance. The introduction of information and communication technologies into the educational process for forming the understanding of music in primary school students in a music lesson is a complex process that is caused by individual psychological characteristics, personal experience, emotional and sensual sphere. This article gives an overview of Moodle Learning Environment, what it involves, how it can benefit your teaching. The purpose is to clarify the appropriate way to reform education and to increase the learning effectiveness, create and introduce the advanced educational systems and technologies. Information and communication technologies have been adopted in education through online learning environments “platforms” and are used worldwide to offer complete courses, or even entire programmes in e-learning mode. Theoretical and methodological base of the research in distance learning is raising the level and quality of methodological, didactic and information-related support of organizing the educational process for students and teachers. Technically, e-Learning system is constructed on the basis of a wide range of software products. As a methodological basis during this study, a descriptive method is employed that permits to look at the issues and advantages of distance learning from different sides. Besides general scientific methods of study, comparison and generalization are utilized in the article. The results are the following. Nowadays, studying has essentially speeded the implementation of various forms and technologies of the e-learning, search for efficient methods of studying, has provoked the necessity for teachers to reinforce their level of mastering information and communication technologies, especially using the Moodle platform. Its main advantages are open, and free access, user-friendliness, tons of activity types aimed toward improving motivation and the interest of teachers, students. The article pays much attention to the peculiarities of using the platform also as offers several solutions for reported issues. Thus, it is concluded that distance learning allows solving a variety of primary problems, which modern society poses to studying, and meets the requirements, and opportunities of recent students. But, like all tools, distance learning has its own strengths and weaknesses.

According to the principal ideas of the Concept of introduction of media education in Ukraine, the process of teaching and learning has to rely on information communication technologies, preparing the individual to use them skilfully and safely. This corresponds to the main aim for the teacher of a foreign language – to help learners to master skills and knowledge and to follow their own educational path. The article deals with the main aspects of using information communication technologies as a means of the development of oral speech at the English lessons in high school. The peculiarities of the development of oral speech at the final stage of school education in terms of communicative approach to language teaching and forms of information communication technologies are highlighted. During a school lesson teacher can use web quests, mailing, chats, audio- and video-conferencing, blogging, interactive applications and educational platforms. That is why it is important to understand the methodological characteristics of information communication technologies usage as well as their importance for modern education process. We also managed to reveal positive aspects and challenges of teaching English and developing oral speech with the help of information communication technologies during school practice. Using the information communication technologies has become one of the most popular tendencies in the process of education in today's world, as they help to intensify the educational process, promote perceivement and comprehension of huge amount of information.

The development of information and communication technologies have a major impact in many areas of life, one of which is education. Learning use the media, is a strategy favored by students, particularly those related to technology. Because no denying that the interest of students to current technologies is huge. It can be seen from the children of school age, who loss of learning time because they are pre occupied with the world of technology, such as playing games, mobile phones and computers. Indonesian Internet Service Provider Association (APJII) conducted a survey of online game players active in Indonesia, the result is there are about 6 million online game players. This proves that Indonesian children have an interest in the game.  The change of curriculum in Indonesia from 2006 curriculum (Curriculum Education Unit) into a curriculum 2013, providing a wide range of implications for the learning process, one of which is the subject of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). In curriculum 2013, ICT subjects be erased, it’s means not stand alone but rather merged or combined with other subjects. In elementary school curriculum needs  subjects that are combined with computer lessons (Guha &Leonard, 2002).
