The article discusses the problems of the modern textbooks and teaching aids on pedagogy, where the solution of management problems is the content of the chapter, which is often called “Management of educational systems”. Then authors define, that in scientific papers devoted to the problems of pedagogical management, the view of his specific object and subject is substantiated. So, it is considered that pedagogical management as a science of management of educational systems and processes is a branch of pedagogy, the subject of which is the organization of management in the field of education and in educational institutions. The structure of pedagogical management includes the following levels: a. management of the teaching staff; b. teacher activity management; c. student activity management. The authors believe that in pedagogical management there are two levels of management: the head of the educational institution and the teacher. The activity of the head is aimed at creating conditions for the effective functioning and development of the entire educational system of the institution; the task of the teacher-manager is the organization of educational work with the aim of developing cognitive activity and the formation of the student's personality. According to the authors, project management is among the “young” and most demanded areas of scientific knowledge and practice.  Development of it over the past 50–60 years has gone from its understanding as a technological scheme for organizing work on the implementation of individual projects to the idea of project management as a methodology for system changes, which carried out in organizations, firms, corporations, territorial entities, across the country and interstate associations. The article also reviewed the most diverse areas of scientific knowledge. It is the project culture. We think that it is institutionally manifested in project activities, although it does not boil down to it. All of the above gives grounds for identifying historical and cultural sources of project management as a person’s ability, an independent type of professional activity and, finally, a cultural phenomenon. The authors think that in modern management concepts, there are two types of management - process (management of recurring activities in fundamentally unchanged external conditions) and project management (change management of the managed system). The latter is precisely the subject of research in the field of scientific knowledge and practice, called “project management” and the subject of one of the branches of management science - project management. In conclusion, the authors define the methodological foundations of project management in pedagogical management are system-activity, process, and resource approaches, which, being internally consistent, set the fundamental methodological orientation of research in the considered field of scientific pedagogical knowledge.

The  article analyzes the  problems of  introducing new theoretical and methodological approaches in  the  educational process of  primary school. The authors consider the changes that occur in learning as a result of the creation and application of  pedagogical innovations  – ideas, principles, technologies, methods and teaching aids. Unfortunately, the analysis of the literary sources and work experience of  teachers in  primary schools of  the  Moscow Region indicate a  lack of  activity of  teachers in  this direction. One of  the  main  reasons for this problem is the lack of an innovative environment in educational institutions, which is  manifested in  the  methodological unpreparedness of  teachers, in  their poor awareness of the essence of pedagogical innovations.

The COVID-19 is an ongoing global pandemic, caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The virus was first identified in December 2019 in Wuhan, China. The COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 resulted in the abrupt shutting of all the educational institutions (schools, colleges, and universities) in India. This resulted in dramatic changes in the education system with the distinctive rise of e-learning, whereby teaching is undertaken remotely and on digital platforms. Online learning is a competent and contactless method of teaching to remotely located students. Geography is a branch of science which deals with the study of the earth’s surface and the relationships between people and their environment. Geographers explore both the physical properties of the earth’s surface and the human societies spread across it. The subject matter of Geography containing different theory papers and practical papers cannot just be effectively taught in a classroom or laboratory but best enlightened on the field. For the effective learning process in the subject of Geography, students require on-ground observations, laboratory analysis, projects and dissertations, field surveying, computer mapping and analysis, field trips and excursions, etc. It helps the budding Geographers to acquire not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills. But the COVID-19 pandemic situation confronted the education system, forcing the educators in the field of Geography to shift to an online mode of teaching, leaving them with no option. During this crisis, the educators have given their best in teaching the subject matter of Geography to the students by using various open-source teaching aids by overcoming the issues like lack of training and professional technical support. This altered the traditional teaching and learning process in the field of Geography, which essentially affects the students of Geography. Thus, a case study was undertaken to assess the online teaching in the subject of Geography at the undergraduate level during the academic year 2020-21 from the student’s perspective.

Declination of the names of Polish local places in school education — how and why?Inflection of Polish place names is a new topic in the Polish language curriculum. In the article I discuss the basic problems with the teaching of the subject in school practice e.g. Considerable grammatical diversity and irregularity of the names, relatively low number of teaching aids and propose basic objectives as well as examples of methods used when working with the names of Polish towns and villages. The main objective is not just to develop grammatical competence; it is also about, perhaps above all, developing logical thinking as well as the ability to deal with difficulties using reliable sources of information. Exercises with Polish place names can teach analysis, reasoning, spotting differences and similarities, and using analogies. They should also encourage the use of place names in various texts.

As our theoretical analysis has shown, the relevance of the study is determined by the importance of rural schools in the education system both in Russia and in the world. Despite thedifferences in the policies of states towards rural schools, similar didactic difficulties for teachers both in Russia and abroad have been identified. The purpose of the article is to describe the results of a study of educational process comfort ina rural school, which was attended by teachers, students and their parents (more than 3000 in total) from 10 regions of Russia. The main research methods were the collection of an array of empirical data based on questionnaires and their theoretical interpretation. The article contains an analysis of data on an educational lesson in rural school as a marker of the psychological comfort of education according to the following parameters: lesson density; the emotional background of the training session; the use of technical teaching aids in the classroom; frequency of rotation of activities types, methods and techniques of teaching. Despite the positive data obtained on the psychological comfort of the educational process in rural school, in the course of the study, problems were found out and identified, the failure of which in the context of the digital transformation of education creates the danger of losing the designated positions. The article substantiates and reveals the substantive, technological, communicative aspects of the formation of the psychological comfort of the educational process in rural school as vectors of transformation of the characteristics of the educational process of rural school in accordance with the trends and challenges of the time. The article will be useful for working teachers, as well as researchers dealing with the modernization of the educational process in educational institutions of the village, graduate students, undergraduates and students of the training directions «Pedagogical Education».

The effective teaching of Psychiatry to medical students remains a formidable problem for many reasons apart from the actual methods employed by the teacher. Allocation of adequate time to the subject, the attitude of other teachers and students towards it, the facilities provided by local hospitals, clinics and other institutions alike contribute to the difficulty in establishing Psychiatry as a major subject within the medical curriculum. It is with the problem of teaching method alone that this paper wishes to deal: first to outline the inherent difficulties commonly encountered; secondly to describe the design of structures and equipment found useful in overcoming these difficulties in some measure; and thirdly to point the way for possible future development.

The offering of Arabic in Management and Science (MSU) is not new, even since its inception. It is in line with government policy through the Ministry of Education Malaysia to promote Arabic as an international professional field. To date, there have been no specific studies related to the journey of Arabic teaching and learning at MSU as there are no such requirements today. Therefore, this study was conducted by those with a background in Arabic seeking to determine what factors are likely to be of interest to MSU students in Arabic during the current semester of September 2019. Researcher adopt a library study through a qualitative approach that leads to text analysis through application of methods descriptive surveys, a set of online surveys using google sheets and distributed to 30 students who took Arabic from a variety of programs and faculties. This study shows that the dominant factor is the desire to learn a new language among students compared to other factors such as refining their knowledge, working in the Arab world, understanding the Quran, responding to challenges and fun teaching aids. This study also records some of the important factors that influence this factor: gender, semester of study, program, faculty, age and subject. This proves that students' interest in the subject matter of the Arabic is not only due to certain factors, but also by other influences which also play an important role in the formation of the student's own interest.

Introduction. An insufficient level of structuring and systematization of students' subject knowledge requires the improvement of the educational process, increasing its efficiency. In this regard, the relevance of the research is due to the need to develop new principles and approaches to the construction of the educational content of the school course «Fundamentals of Life Safety» and the development of modern teaching aids for its assimilation. In particular, an attempt was made to create a system of concepts for the subject area of life safety based on the use of a sign-symbolic teaching tool. Materials and Methods. The experimental study covered 412 8th grade schoolchildren in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and Sakhalin region. To assess the current state of the level of knowledge of students and the dynamics of their change as a result of experimental teaching, a questionnaire survey of students in control and experimental classes was carried out. The results obtained were subjected to level analysis according to the method of V. P. Bespalko, in order to establish significant differences in the quality of the subject training of students in the study of the school course «Fundamentals of Life Safety» (Grade 8). To determine the degree of reliability of the results of knowledge assimilation, the Student's t-test was used. Results. It was revealed that the formation of a system of concepts about man-made emergencies by means of mental maps contributes to an increase in the level of subject knowledge of students through their structuring and systematization. The results of the final section at the formative stage of the study demonstrated the effectiveness of training using the developed system of concepts about technogenic emergencies and mental maps (temp = 7.48; p <0.001). Discussion and Conclusion. The results obtained can be massively applied by researchers in the field of life safety and teachers of the course «Fundamentals of life safety» (Grade 8) in their professional activities. Further study of the presented topic is possible along the way of creating a unified system of concepts for the academic subject «Fundamentals of Life Safety».
