Orientation in spiritual education does not always run smoothly. One of the obstacles is related to how to use the right learning method in order to teach students spiritual intelligence properly and optimally. This study aims to explain the application of the hypnoteaching method in spiritual learning. This type of research is qualitative research in the form of a literature review. The main data source of this research is Muhammad Noer's thoughts in his book entitled Hypnoteaching For Success Learning. Meanwhile, the secondary data sources used were various studies that were relevant to the object of this research discussion. The results of this study concluded that the hypnoteaching method is a learning method that combines the teaching and learning process with hypnosis. This method can be used as a method in the spiritual learning process. In its application, the hypnoteaching method emphasizes the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects of students through positive suggestions. With these steps, it is hoped that a more effective and enjoyable spiritual learning process can be realized.

This study aims to explain the application of hypnoteaching method in spiritual values learning. This type of research is library research. This research is qualitative research. The primary source used in this study is the thought of Muhammad Noer in his book entitled Hypnoteaching For Success Learning. This research concludes that the hypnoteaching method is a learning method that combines teaching and learning with hypnosis. This method can be used as one of the methods in the process of learning spiritual values. In its application, the hypnoteaching method emphasizes the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of students through positive suggestions. The success of learning objectives is determined by many factors including the factor of the teacher in implementing the teaching and learning process, because the teacher can directly influence, foster and improve student intelligence and skills. To overcome the above problems and to achieve educational goals to the fullest, the role of the teacher is very important and it is hoped that the teacher has a way / model of teaching that is good and able to choose the right learning model and in accordance with the concepts of the subject to be delivered. Based on the results of observations in grade IV SDN Cibungkul, it shows that in the learning process the teacher has not used the right learning method so that learning is less interesting and students think mathematics is a difficult subject. Students have difficulty solving problems and are less active in the learning process in class. The results of observations by researchers there were obstacles that were encountered at PLP 2 at SDN Cibungkul, namely the lack of students to be able to understand in recognizing numbers and children who were used as subjects, namely children with special needs (ABK) in grade IV. I made observations after PLP 2 by conducting interviews and testing the children with special needs. Based on this, the researcher wants to try to use the Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) approach assisted by number card media in understanding numbers 1-10 in children with special needs (ABK) in Class IV SDN Cibungkul. This study uses the case method with the subject of 1 student with special needs. Data analysis in qualitative research. The findings show that the use of number card media in understanding numbers 1-10 in children with special needs has gone well through various stages using the Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) learning method. Contextual methods assisted by number card media, especially for children with special needs, create a fun and interesting learning atmosphere. The understanding of numbers for children with special needs has made a lot of progress, children no longer forget numbers 1-10 and children feel happy because they use items that are liked by children. In children with special needs, the application of contextual learning methods assisted by number card media will motivate students to participate in active learning.

Corruption is a serious problem because it can endanger the stability and security of society, destroy democratic values and morality, and endanger economic, socio-political development, and create massive poverty so that it needs attention from the government and society and social institutions. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the sanctions arrangements for corruption in the abuse of office and the return of assets resulting from corruption against criminal acts of abuse of office based on Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Corruption Eradication. The research that was conducted was juridical normative, the data source used to support this research was secondary data sources. The return of assets from corruption has occupied an important position in eradicating corruption. a criminal act of corruption is an act directly related to the authority (bevoegheid), the right to rule or act as the power of a public official to comply with the rule of law in the scope of carrying out public obligations. The return of assets is based on the principles of social justice which gives the ability, duty and responsibility to state institutions and legal institutions to provide protection and opportunities for individuals in society to achieve prosperity, so that this is in line with the objectives of the State as specified in UUD 1945.

The purpose  of this activity is for increasing  students interest  in learning  at MI Nasrul  Ulum Klagensrampat. This activity uses a learning  method in conveying material  to students.By applying this method the writer hopes that the learning process can be achieved properly. Therefore, it is very important for educators  to recognize several kinds of learning  methods so that students feel happy and comfortable when learning takes place. Leadership of school leaders regardless principals or headmasters is among the key factors that can affect the academic achievement of students directly or indirectly. Based on previous research, a strong relationship between student achievement and leadership of school leaders was proven. The Ministry of Education Malaysia (MoE) has outlined three approaches to improving student achievement through the improvement of school leaders' performance. One of the approaches is school leaders should act as instructional leaders who are actively involved in teacher development activities by planning, coordinating and evaluating the teaching and learning process (T&L) at school. This concept paper will discuss several matters related to instructional leadership such as background and development of instructional leadership, instructional leadership definitions, the development of instructional leadership concepts, instructional leadership models and the issues and challenges that exist in implementing this leadership styles. The analysis was done in the context of Malaysia and abroad. The paper is written based on extensive secondary data analysis. After analyzing matters relating to instructional leadership, it can be concluded that instructional leadership is a form of leadership that every school leader needs to practice for excellence achievements in a school. With a lot of challenges nowadays, it needs to be addressed so that the direction of the school is on the right track and students’ achievement can be enhanced.

Abstract: All children experience the process of growth and development in life. In order to reach optimal development, the child needs to get the appropriate stimulation provided with the right method. At the age of 0 to 7 years, children learn to use limbs so that the most appropriate stimulation for children aged 0 to 7 years is to use limbs as a medium of learning. This is in line with the techniques performed on sensory integration programs. But unfortunately not many parents know this. This issue often creates problems in child development. The purpose of this community service is to raise the awareness of parents to conduct teaching and learning process in ways appropriate to the age and stages of development owned by children so that children can be optimally developed. This activity is done by making activity planning, determining the location of activities and doing psychoeducation program on the parents of children at Darul Syifa Wal Aitam Foundation that located at Kranji, Bekasi. This activity is an attempt to improve parental knowledge about the importance of sensory integration and the impact it gains when the child's sensory is not well integrated. The benefit of this community service is the increased knowledge of parents about the use of sensory integration methods so that it can be used to optimize the growth of their children.   Abstrak: Semua anak mengalami proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan dalam hidupnya. Agar perkembangannya dapat optimal, anak perlu mendapatkan stimulasi yang sesuai yang diberikan dengan metode yang tepat. Di usia 0 sampai 7 tahun anak belajar menggunakan anggota tubuhnya sehingga pemberian stimulasi yang paling tepat untuk anak usia 0 sampai 7 tahun adalah dengan menggunakan anggota tubuhnya sebagai media pembelajaran. Hal ini senada dengan teknik-teknik yang dilakukan pada program sensory integrasi. Namun sayangnya belum banyak orang tua yang mengetahui hal ini sehingga sering muncul permasalahan dalam perkembangan anak.Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran orangtua untuk melakukan proses belajar mengajar dengan cara-cara yang sesuai dengan usia dan tahapan perkembangan yang dimiliki oleh anak sehingga anak dapat berkembang dengan optimal. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan membuat perencanaan kegiatan, menentukan lokasi kegiatan dan melakukan program psikoedukasi pada orangtua anak-anak pada yayasan Darul Syifa Wal Aitam Kranji, Bekasi. Kegiatan ini sebagai usaha untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan orangtua tentang pentingnya sensori integrasi dan dampak yang didapatkan apabila sensori anak tidak terintegrasi dengan baik. Manfaat dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan orang tua tentang penggunaan metode sensori integrasi sehingga dapat digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan tumbuh kembang anakanaknya .

Teaching and learning interaction ins chools is an interactive activity and the various components to realize the achievement of learning objectives have been established in the learning planning, to get there, first it need to be understood about the meaning of the term learning, teaching and interaction. These three terms will lead to the definition of teaching and learning interaction. The utilization of information technology in the making and using of interactive multimedia in learning in school be judged very effective in supporting the learning materials delivery. The use of interactive multimedia in the learning in school is one of solution to relieve stiffness, saturation, and the vacuum of students in learning so many kinds of subject in school. By steps and the process of the use of the right interactive multimedia, using interactive multimedia as the messaging media will stimulate thought, feelings, concerns and wishes of student so as to encourage the learning process more interactive and communicative and can enhance students learning experiences become more concrete.

This article deals with the training of Fun English Games Learning Method for English Teacher in MAS NU Batahan, This article shows several learning methods by using English Games funny and easy to understand, such as, Word Connect Application, Spelling Bee application, Stop the Clock Application, Typing Paragraphs for speed. This activity intends to enlarge some learning methods by using English Games for fun, and to give comprehending that English learning’s easy and enjoying. The method of this study used community development that collaborating theory and practicing in which using fun English games learning method in teaching English for English teacher MAS NU Batahan. The result shows that Fun English Games learning Method’s successfully applied in the classroom, the students are happy and can understand English learning easily and quickly through Fun English Games Method. It has benefit for teachers in teaching 4 skill, reading, writing, speaking and listening that must be mastered by students. In addition, School can use this method to improve the quality of learning in achieving very satisfactory results. Based on the explanation above can be concluded that Fun English Games learning Method for English teachers is very useful dan helpful in teaching and learning process.
