The discourse of Seram as Nusa Ina for the community of non-Seram, especially for Southeast people, is not substantial because they do not have emotional connection or relationship with the genealogy and cultural discourse. They have the other myth and the other own discourse about the myth itself such as Vernusang Island which was sinking in the formation of people’s live in the Southeast. Touat's interest as a hub of secular communications between the Maghreb and Sudan has long been known. Its location in this strategic commercial space has long been an important element in the socio-economic prosperity of this region. The latter was not only linked to these external factors, but also a fertile land, full of diverse agricultural products and ancestral know-how. Indeed, the Touat brings together a series of oases, based on an original traditional hydraulic system, known as foggara. It is ultimately the source of life for the Sahara, which has dragged on for eleven century, to satisfy peasants, with a right of ownership, registered in a document called Zemam. Our intention here is to go back in the historical evolution of this ancestral heritage of the foggaras in the region of Touat, a system which consists of a traditional exploitation of water and soil, based on an ingenious method of collecting and sharing water. , exemplary social justice and rigor in the various tasks of maintaining and preserving the oasis way of life in the Sahara.

Abstract Ruwatan is a form of ceremony in Javanese society that aims to free people from bad luck and the disasters that will befall on them. Some Javanese Christians who still perform the Ruwatan ceremony. This article itself aims to understand the Ruwatan model by Javanese Christians and to review it in a christian ethics related to the implementation of Ruwatan by Javanese Christian. The method used is a qualitative method with a field observation approach. The speakers were Javanese Christians who participated in Ruwatan, cultural practitioner, and priests of GKJ. We found the fact that there are two models of Ruwatan done by Javanese Christians. We give the terms with Javanese Christians A and B. Javanese Christians A do Ruwatan as in general, namely the style of Yogyakarta and Surakarta. While the Javanese Christian B performs Ruwatan that has been contextualized in the form of bidston/ pandonga worship. The Church and GKJ Priests themselves support the Ruwatan model carried out by Javanese Christian B which presents Jesus as the Human Guardian. In conclusion after being reviewed in christian Ethics, the Ruwatan carried out by Javanese Christian A cannot be justified in terms of both the motive and the action. Contrary, the Javanese Christianity B can be accepted and implemented because it is not in conflict with the Bible.
