The article is aimed at improving, on the basis of the study of modern international and domestic tendencies in the sphere of winemaking, the classification of stakeholders in the development of enterprises of the viticulture and winemaking industry, the effective interaction of which will ensure the active functioning and success of the wine business. Based on the analysis of modern international and domestic tendencies in the development of the winemaking industry, it is specified that the geography of winemaking is gradually expanding throughout the world. The winemaking industry is developing steadily at the world level, the dynamics of international trade in wine is positive and is determined by many players in the international market and leaders around the world. In Ukraine, due to the large number of factors, the winemaking industry is narrowing, imports significantly exceed exports. Under such conditions, the search and introduction of effective principles for improving the efficiency of functioning and development of industry enterprises becomes urgent. Such principles are the definition of stakeholders in the development of industry enterprises for their active involvement in cooperation and effective interaction. Application of stakeholder-oriented approaches in the processes of stabilization and development of enterprises in the winemaking industry will balance the interests of consumers, customers, that is, a wide range of stakeholders, and increase the efficiency of their interaction. Prospects for further research are to determine the threshold values of the stakeholders’ stimulating, neutral and destimulating influences.

In modern conditions of development of integration processes in the world economy, special importance is attached to the transport sector. The formation of a single transport space (STS) in the regions creates additional opportunities for the economic development of the integrating countries. At the same time, the literature does not pay enough attention to the definition of the essence of the single transport space and the classification of integration associations according to the degree of its development. Therefore, there is a need to develop such a classification. The article substantiates the expediency of classification of integration associations according to the degree of development of a single transport space. The author's formal-logical classification is developed, which is based on three basic types of a single transport space: transport and logistics type provide a positive multiplier of integrated economic growth for all participating countries; innovative-logistic and customs-logistic types cause polarization in the action of the multiplier of integrated economic growth (in particular, both positive and negative growth rates of GDP values of the participating countries are possible); industrial and logistics type provide a zero multiplier of integrated economic growth for all participating countries. The conclusion is made about the possibility of unification and harmonization of transport space in the practice of integration associations on the basis of the developed classification.

The current unsustainable growth of the world economy is largely a consequence of the crisis of social capital experienced by much of the world’s population. Declining social capital leads economies towards excessive growth, because people seek, in economic affluence, compensation for emotional distress and loss of resources caused by scarce social and affective relationships. To slow down economic growth requires an increase in social capital that is a fundamental contributor to happiness. From a wide range of possible approaches to increasing present happiness, this article suggests policies that would shift the economy to a more sustainable path. It focuses on a more politically sustainable set of proposals for a green ‘new deal’ than some of those currently under discussion.

At the intersection of various trends, the displacement of cultures and ideologies in modern Chechen society, there is a wide range of social polymorphism when individuals who practically represent one ethnic culture, depending on the social environment, acquire various phenotypic forms due to the interaction of the genotype with the environment. A classification of cultural trends is proposed, within the framework of which the worldview of the modern young Chechen in the Republic is being formed. The simultaneous coexistence of such different trends with the active interaction of their actors introduces transgressive changes in the consciousness of that part of young people with a problematic level of psychological and social adaptability to a changing world. The conducted analysis shows that in the process of forming the worldview of a modern young person a consciousness must be developed that adequately reflects objective reality in a subjective picture of the world based on healthy social interaction.

The tendency to promote alternative ways of resolving disputes and their effectiveness leads to the expansion of the scope of their application. The relevance of corporate dispute arbitration relates to the rising number of multinational corporations and the general tendencies of globalization and regionalization of the world economy. To identify the main tendencies in the development of national legislation, it is necessary to study the genesis of corporate dispute arbitrability. The purpose of the paper is to determine the scope of corporate disputes that may be submitted to the consideration of international commercial arbitration (arbitrable corporate disputes) under the current legislation of Ukraine (in particular, in light of the reform of procedural legislation in 2016) and the prospects for the dynamics of corporate arbitrability in the future. The tasks of the paper are to analyze the genesis of corporate dispute arbitrability; to analyze the legislation of foreign countries on arbitrability of corporate disputes; analysis of the efficiency of corporate litigation in international commercial arbitration; research into the expediency of expanding the range of arbitrable corporate disputes in the national legislation of Ukraine. There was a negative tendency in the Ukrainian legislation, formed by the current version of the COD of Ukraine, regarding the classification of at least a significant part of corporate disputes in the category of non-arbitrable, which not only does not correspond to the general global tendencies in this area, but also significantly reduces the level of investment attractiveness of Ukraine.

So, initially new technologies actively developed in the USA, Germany, Japan and other developed countries, but now these countries reduce the pace of growth of technological implementations, and the less developed countries, where the rates of digitalization are more significant. The article presents dividing countries in four categories, according to the growth of digitalization of the economy. In the world economy, the key to stability and high competitiveness in the long term should be the policy of continuous innovations, which requires from banks and other market participants to make quick and radical decisions that often affect their financial behavior and strategic line of development.
