In modern conditions of development of integration processes in the world economy, special importance is attached to the transport sector. The formation of a single transport space (STS) in the regions creates additional opportunities for the economic development of the integrating countries. At the same time, the literature does not pay enough attention to the definition of the essence of the single transport space and the classification of integration associations according to the degree of its development. Therefore, there is a need to develop such a classification. The article substantiates the expediency of classification of integration associations according to the degree of development of a single transport space. The author's formal-logical classification is developed, which is based on three basic types of a single transport space: transport and logistics type provide a positive multiplier of integrated economic growth for all participating countries; innovative-logistic and customs-logistic types cause polarization in the action of the multiplier of integrated economic growth (in particular, both positive and negative growth rates of GDP values of the participating countries are possible); industrial and logistics type provide a zero multiplier of integrated economic growth for all participating countries. The conclusion is made about the possibility of unification and harmonization of transport space in the practice of integration associations on the basis of the developed classification.

The tendency to promote alternative ways of resolving disputes and their effectiveness leads to the expansion of the scope of their application. The relevance of corporate dispute arbitration relates to the rising number of multinational corporations and the general tendencies of globalization and regionalization of the world economy. To identify the main tendencies in the development of national legislation, it is necessary to study the genesis of corporate dispute arbitrability. The purpose of the paper is to determine the scope of corporate disputes that may be submitted to the consideration of international commercial arbitration (arbitrable corporate disputes) under the current legislation of Ukraine (in particular, in light of the reform of procedural legislation in 2016) and the prospects for the dynamics of corporate arbitrability in the future. The tasks of the paper are to analyze the genesis of corporate dispute arbitrability; to analyze the legislation of foreign countries on arbitrability of corporate disputes; analysis of the efficiency of corporate litigation in international commercial arbitration; research into the expediency of expanding the range of arbitrable corporate disputes in the national legislation of Ukraine. There was a negative tendency in the Ukrainian legislation, formed by the current version of the COD of Ukraine, regarding the classification of at least a significant part of corporate disputes in the category of non-arbitrable, which not only does not correspond to the general global tendencies in this area, but also significantly reduces the level of investment attractiveness of Ukraine.

Several field studies have shown low levels of implementation of this type of catalog in organizations in various countries around the world, which is accentuated in public organizations. To address this problem, the main objective of this research is to demonstrate the contribution of a methodology for the construction of a catalog of information technology services in the management of technology services aimed at public entities, which is tested and assessed in terms of its levels of contribution to the information management of technology services. The methodology used in this research was tested and evaluated by 46 IT professionals working in public organizations in Ecuador, verifying the contribution levels of the proposal in four aspects: 1) the identification of information technology services, 2) the classification of information technology services, 3) feedback from the service catalog as a transversal component, and 4) the automation of all the processes described. Favourable results were obtained regarding the proposed methodology.

This chapter argues that in order to protect its export model from the dangers of imported inflation, Germany strove to commit the US to monetary and fiscal rigor. To this end, German officials blocked the attempts of the Carter administration to organize a global Keynesian expansion, and scaled back their foreign exchange interventions in support of a weakening dollar. Both actions helped push the US into the Volcker Shock, which deflated the world economy and launched the attack on organized labor. The chapter concludes that the neoliberal experiment in the US, paralleled and reinforced by similar attempts in the UK, was late and lucky. Rather than the outcome of a decade-long domestic shift—seamless and sealed off from the world outside the Anglo-American heartland—the neoliberal counter-revolution was driven in part by the external pressures imposed by Germany, and subsequently sustained by a bout of Japanese investment.

The winemaking industry plays a significant role both in the world economy and in the national one, is an important part of the world economy in general and Ukraine in particular, being a significant budget-forming component. The article is aimed at improving, on the basis of the study of modern international and domestic tendencies in the sphere of winemaking, the classification of stakeholders in the development of enterprises of the viticulture and winemaking industry, the effective interaction of which will ensure the active functioning and success of the wine business. Based on the analysis of modern international and domestic tendencies in the development of the winemaking industry, it is specified that the geography of winemaking is gradually expanding throughout the world. The winemaking industry is developing steadily at the world level, the dynamics of international trade in wine is positive and is determined by many players in the international market and leaders around the world. In Ukraine, due to the large number of factors, the winemaking industry is narrowing, imports significantly exceed exports. Under such conditions, the search and introduction of effective principles for improving the efficiency of functioning and development of industry enterprises becomes urgent. Such principles are the definition of stakeholders in the development of industry enterprises for their active involvement in cooperation and effective interaction. Application of stakeholder-oriented approaches in the processes of stabilization and development of enterprises in the winemaking industry will balance the interests of consumers, customers, that is, a wide range of stakeholders, and increase the efficiency of their interaction. Prospects for further research are to determine the threshold values of the stakeholders’ stimulating, neutral and destimulating influences.

It is shown that the $100 Malaya Japanese Invasion Money, Pick number “M8a” (Pick # M8a) has other types of varieties by scoping their capital block letter “M” and “number of ropes” respectively. The recognition of variety on paper money is an important problem for private collectors and numismatic researchers responsible for the classification of numismatic collections. Nowadays international tourism is among the sectors of the world economy most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The aim of the study is to identify differences in the dynamics of tourist flow in Finland and Estonia during the first eight months of 2020 compared to 2019, as well as changes in the structure of incoming tourist flow to these countries. Particular interest in studying the tourist flows of Finland and Estonia is due to the fact that over the past two decades they have been among the top ten countries in the world in terms of outbound tourism of Russians, as well as among the leaders in this indicator among the EU States, which is directly related to their neighboring position with Russia. Tourism in Estonia and Finland experienced a rather difficult period of spring quarantine, and its recovery in the summer began with domestic tourism. There has also been an increase in the incoming tourist flow. At the same time, the best dynamics were demonstrated by the tourist flow from neighboring countries of the European Union, the border with which was partially opened for tourists in the summer of 2020. Adjacent territories of neighboring countries are the part of the cross-border tourist and recreational regions, within which tourist flows were restored faster than tourist exchange with other, geographically more remote States. This conclusion gives hope for a fairly rapid recovery of cross-border tourist exchange between Russia and neighboring countries after the “opening” of borders at the end of the pandemic.
