AbstrakPada saat ini salah satu kemampuan yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang perawat profesional adalah resusitasi jantung paru (RJP). Untuk mencapai kemampuan tersebut diperlukan metode pembelajaran yang tepat, salah satunya dengan menggunakan metode audiovisual dan demonstrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan efektivitas metode audiovisual dan demonstrasi terhadap skill RJP pada masing-masing mahasiswa di Program Studi S-1 Keperawatan STIKes Hafshawaty. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasy eksperimental dengan two group pre-post test design. Sampel dipilih dengan perhitungan dan didapatkan sejumlah 36responden. Dari jumlah tersebut dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok masing-masing terdiri dari 18 responden.Hasil penelitian menggunakan SPSS 23 for windows dengan uji wilcoxon didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebelum dan setelah diberikan intervensi pada kelompok audiovisual dan demonstrasi adalah ρ=0,000. Sedangkan uji beda antara kedua metode tersebut menggunakan uji mann-whitney menunjukkan nilai signifikansi ρ=0,010. Dengan demikian, kedua metode dapat meningkatkan skill RJP responden sebelum dan setelah intervensi secara signifikan. Akan tetapi terdapat perbedan yang signifikan antara kedua metode tersebut dimana metode demonstrasi lebih signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan RJP responden.  Kata kunci : RJP, audiovisual, demonstrasi AbstractToday, one of skill that must be possessed by a professional nurse is cardiac pulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Therefore, to achieve these skill required the right learning methods, one of which is by using audiovisual and demonstrationsmethods. This study aims to determine the differences in the effectiveness of audiovisual methods and demonstrations of CPR skills in each nursing student in the Institute of Health Science Hafshawaty. The research design used quasy experimental research design with two groups pre-post test design. The sample was selected with a calculation of 36 respondents. Of this amount divided into 2 groups, each consisting of 18 respondents. The results of the study using SPSS 23 for windows with Wilcoxon test obtained significance value before and after being given intervention in the audiovisual group and the demonstration was ρ = 0,000. While the difference test between the two methods using the mann-whitney test showed a significance value of ρ = 0.010. Thus, both methods can improve the CPR skills of respondents before and after the intervention significantly. However, there is a significant difference between the two methods where the demonstration method significantly increases the CPR skills of the respondent. Keywords: CPR, audiovisual, demonstration

The most prominent problem in children at TK Tunas Harapan Emaus Liliba Kupang is autonomy.  Autonomy can be promoted in various ways, one of them which is story telling. Background. Hypnotherapy is a hypnotic application in curing psychological disorders and relieving physical disorders. The mechanism of action of hypnosis is based on the subconscious. Some scientists speculate that hypnosis stimulates the brain to release neurotransmitters (chemicals in the brain), encephalin, and endorphins and suppress the hypothalamus, which functions to improve mood so that it can change the individual's acceptance of nausea.   Purpose. This research aims to determine the effect of hypnotherapy techniques on the characteristics of nausea in patients who underwent chemotherapy in hospitals Mitra Plumbon Cirebon.   Method. This study used pre experimental methods with non-randomized one group pre test and post test design performed on patients chemotherapy who experienced nausea. The sample in this study is the entire population of patients who have undergone chemotherapy and experienced nausea in the hospital Mitra Plumbon the total samples are 54 respondent data  analysis used Wilcoxon Test.   Result. The result of the research on 54 subjects in hypnotherapy showed the nausea characteristics of chemotherapy patients before and after hypnotherapy was 51 people with decreased nausea, 3 people with the result remained nauseous and nobody experienced increased nausea. Wilxocon Signed Ranks Test Test results obtained significancy value 0.000 (p, 0.05), thus there is a significant difference of nausea characteristics before after hypnotherapy. Conclusions. This suggests that hypnotherapy is effective and effective against the reduction of nausea characteristics in chemotherapy patients. It is hoped that the action of hypnotherapy can be made as an intervention in dealing with nausea.

This research is motivated by the lack of students' abilities in Sundanese. The purpose of this study is to describe the ability of ngawih before and after using the Explicit Intruction model, whether or not increasing after using the Explicit Intruction model, as well as describing the difference between the ngawih ability before and after using the Explicit Intruction model. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method, to students of class XI KPU-2 SMK Negeri 12 Bandung by using a pre-test and post-test design. Based on the results of research conducted, the average before using the Explicit Intruction model is (30.14) which proves that students are not capable of being incompetent, while the average after using the Explicit Intruction model is (75.88) which proves students are capable of being incompetent. Based on the statistical test results the significance value (Sig.2-tailed) is (0,000 0.5) or less than 0.5. Thus, H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. This means that there is a significant difference between the ability to appear before and after using the Explicit Instruction model. This shows that the Explicit Intruction learning model can improve the Sundanese ngawih ability of class XI KPU-2 students of SMK Negeri 12 Bandung in Academic Year 2018/2019. AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam ngawih Sunda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan ngawih sebelum dan setelah menggunakan model Explicit Intruction, meningkat atau tidaknya setelah menggunakan model Explicit Intruction, serta mendeskripsikan perbedaan antara kemampuan ngawih sebelum dan setelah menggunakan model Explicit Intruction. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuasi eksperimen, kepada siswa kelas XI KPU-2 SMK Negeri 12 Bandung dengan menggunakan desain pre-test dan post-test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan, rata –rata sebelum menggunakan model Explicit Intruction adalah (30,14) yang membuktikan bahwa siswa belum mampu ngawih, sedangkan rata-rata setelah menggunakan model Explicit Intruction adalah (75,88) yang membuktikan siswa mampu ngawih. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistika nilai signifikansi (Sig.2-tailed) yaitu (0,0000,5) atau kurang dari 0,5. Dengan demikian, H1 diterima serta H0 ditolak. Artinya ada perbedaan yang signifikan anatar kemampuan ngawih sebelum dan setelah menggunakan model Explicit Intruction. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa model pembelajaran Explicit Intruction dapat meningkatkan kemampuan ngawih Sunda siswa kelas XI KPU-2 SMK Negeri 12 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019.

Objective: To identify the effectiveness of beet juice administration on hemoglobin level of anemic pregnant women.Materials and Methods: This was an experimental quantitative study using pretest-posttest design with a total sample of 30 patients who were divided into 2 groups of treatment groups (beetroot + Fe) and control group (Fe). The treatment was carried out for 14 days. Before and after the treatment, the samples were subjected to hemoglobin examination. Data in this study were the difference between pre-test and post-test values, the results of normality test with Shapiro Wilk, and, to identify the difference between pre-test and post-test, the results of Wilcoxon Test for abnormal data and Paired T-Test for normal data.Results: Mann Whitney Test results between treatment and control groups revealed p (0.023) < alpha (0.05). There was a significant difference in hemoglobin levels between TM III pregnant women with anemia receiving beets and those receiving Fe tablets only.Conclusion: Minimum Hb increase before and after the administration of Fe and beetroot juice to pregnant women was 17.7 gr% and the maximum Hb level was 0.8 gr%.

Background: Lactating mothers were successful in giving exclusive breastfeeding as much as 42% based on SDKI (Survei Demografi Kesehatan Indonesia) in 2012. This is depend on the support of husbands and families as well as health workers. Thus, the husband or family should remind and motivate mothers as well as monitor the breastfeeding activity every day for 6 months using breastfeeding calendar.Objectives: This study aimed to determine the increase in knowledge and attitudes of mothers in providing exclusive breastfeeding after the exclusive breastfeeding calendar training.Materials and Methods: The research design used a quasi-experimental one group pre-test post-test design. This research was conducted on mothers who had babies (age 0-12 months) in Pasawahan Village and Pasawahan Kidul Village, Pasawahan District, Purwakarta Regency in April to November 2018, with 96 respondents. The sampling technique was conducted by purposive sampling. Data were collected by giving questionnaires to respondents, before and after the breastfeeding calendar training were given. The Wilcoxon test was used for the analysis of the data in this study.Results: The results showed that there were differences in the knowledge of mothers before and after training on breastfeeding calendar (p <0,000) and there were differences in the attitudes of mothers before and after the training on breastfeeding calendar (p <0,000).Conclusions: There was an increase in knowledge and changes in the attitude of mothers towards exclusive breastfeeding after being given the breastfeeding Calendar training. Therefore, suggestions for health workers, especially midwives and nutrition workers, can use the breastfeeding calendar as an educational medium to increase husband and family support in exclusive breastfeeding.

The research is led by the problems on student’s skill in writing poetry in eight grade SMPN 3 Cipanas cianjur. Imaginative suggestion method with audio visual media does not only create comfortable atmosphere but also give suggestion that develop students amaginative skill. The research design used in this study is One Group Pre-test Post-test. The design is aimed to find out the result of the subject and to show how well the final results of each subject. Based on the results, it is shown that there is a significant difference of students’ ability of writing poetry before and after using Imaginative Suggestion method With Visual-Audio Media, it is proven by calculation with t-test obtained t arithmetic is 2.68 and t table price t 0,05 ie 2.04. it shows that t count (2.68)> t table (2.04). Then it can be concluded that the results of implementing Imaginative Suggestion method With Visual-Audio Media on Poetry Writing is effective.Keywords: imaginative suggestion method, audio-visual media, poetry writing

Half of the women in Indonesia experience menstrual pain / dysmenorrhoea, 54.89%, experience various disorders including abdominal pain, cramps and back pain. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of acupressure, ginger drink and the difference in giving acupressure and ginger drink to reducing the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea in young women at SMK Swasta PAB 5 Klambir Lima 2020. The design of this study used a quasi-experimental pre and post test with a sample of 30 students who were divided into two groups. Each group was given acupressure and ginger drink in the morning and evening during menstruation from day one to day two. Respondents were assessed for pain before and after the intervention was given. The results of the Shapiro-Wilk normality test contained Sig data (p <0.05). The Wilcoxon test has a p-value of 0.002 (p <0.05), which means that acupressure is effective in reducing the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea, there is a p-value of 0.001 (p <0.05) which means that ginger is effective against reducing pain intensity. menstruation / dysmenorrhea, there is a p-value of 0.034 (p <0.05), which means that there is a difference in the effectiveness of acupressure and ginger drink in reducing the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea. There is an effectiveness of giving acupressure, ginger drink, and there is a difference in giving acupressure and ginger drink on the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea on young women. It is hoped that the school will provide ginger drinks and acupressure measures to young women who experience menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea so that they can participate in learning activities at school.

Industrial activities developed from households to large-scale industries, including the development of industries in the field of canning fish. Worker health is one of the important things in a company, can be achieved by choosing the right work method. This study was conducted to determine whether ergonomic oriented working methods in the process of wiping canned sardines can reduce musculoskeletal complaints and fatigue in workers. The study design was two period cross over pre and post-test group desig). The research was conducted at PT. BMP Negara. It was held in December 2016. Total sample were 18 workers who wiping cans of sardines. The difference in conditions between before and after activities using ergonomic un-oriented working methods and ergonomic oriented working methods are compared and tested statistically. Comparison tests were carried out on scores of musculoskeletal complaints and worker fatigue. The results showed that ergonomic oriented working methods decreased of musculoskeletal complaints 17.82% (p<0.05) and fatigue score of 11.86% (p<0.05). The conclusion of this study is that ergonomic oriented working methods in the process of wiping sardine cans reduce musculoskeletal complaints and work fatigue of workers in PT. BMP Negara.


This study aims to identify the effect of Teachers’ Work Ethics (TWE) practice based on the teachers’ work ethics code outlined by the Ministry of Education (MOE). The research sample involved teachers who are teaching at one of the daily schools in the Kubang Pasu District whom were given intervention for a month. Questionnaire was used to seek the effect of intervention prescribed in the effort to develop TWE Model. The study employed inferential statistics of t-test paired sample to see the difference between pre test and post test result. The finding showed that there is an increase in ethics practice in terms of the right intention, good conduct, initiator of goodness, fulfilling promise and; disciplined and civilised. However, in the aspect of discipline and conduct, there is significant difference between pre and post test that is (p< 0.05). This difference shows that teachers focus more on practicing this particular aspect in their daily lives. Study findings give the implication that attitude, training and role of leaders are important in determining that this principle is implemented successfully.
