AbstractBackground :Hemoglobin levels are biochemical indicators to determine the nutritional status of pregnant women. Normal pregnancy decreases slightly in hemoglobin concentration due to hypervolemia which occurs as a physiological adaptation in pregnancy. Red blood cells that function to deliver oxygen throughout the body, if Hb is reduced, the body's tissues lack oxygen. Preliminary survey conducted by researchers in January 2019 from the results of observations at the West Lampung Liwa Public Health Center in the ANC book found 147 pregnant women, namely TM 1 (49 people), TM II (53 people) and TM III (45 people).  The purpose of this research is to know the effect of giving dragon fruit juice on hemoglobin levels in pregnant women.. Methode :This research method is a pre-experimental action research with One group pretest - posttest design. The population was all pregnant mothers who were anemic in the Liwa Health Center as many as 34 mothers. A sample of 18 people, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection using observation sheets and data analysis used is the T-dependent test. Result :The results of the study revealed the average value of hemoglobin levels before administration of 9,761 dragon fruit juice and standard deviation of 0.5304. The average value of hemoglobin levels on the 15th day of giving dragon fruit juice is 11,583 and the standard deviation is 0.6888.  Conclusion : There Is An Effect Of Giving Dragon Fruit Juice On Increasing Hb Levels In Pregnant Women (p value 0,000 <0.05).  Suggestions as a non-pharmacological method for the action of raising hemoglobin levels one of which is by giving dragon fruit juice on increasing levels of Hb in pregnant women and conducting counseling to increase pregnancy knowledge about handling anemia.  Keywords: pregnant women, anemia, dragon fruit juice, hemoglobin levels  ABSTRAK  Latar Belakang : Kadar hemoglobin merupakan indikator biokimia untuk mengetahui status gizi ibu hamil. Kehamilan normal terjadi penurunan sedikit konsentrasi hemoglobin dikarenakan hipervolemia yang terjadi sebagai suatu adaptasi fisiologis di dalam kehamilan. Sel darah merah yang berfungsi menyalurkan oksigen ke seluruh tubuh, jika Hb berkurang, jaringan tubuh kekurangan oksigen. Survey pendahuluan yang peneliti lakukan pada januari Tahun 2019 dari hasil observasi di Puskesmas Liwa Lampung Barat pada buku ANC diketahui 147 ibu hamil yaitu TM 1 (49 orang), TM II (53 orang) dan TM III (45 orang).  Tujuan penelitian adalah diketahui pengaruh Pemberian Jus Buah naga Terhadap Kadar Hemoglobin Pada Ibu Hamil. Metode : Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan pra eksperimen dengan rancangan One group pretest – posttest design. Populasi adalah Seluruh ibu hamil yang anemia di Puskesmas Liwa Sebanyak 34 ibu. Sampel 18 orang, Teknik sampling yang digunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji T-dependent. Hasil : Hasil penelitian diketahui Nilai rata-rata kadar hemoglobin sebelum pemberian Jus buah naga 9.761   dan standar deviasi 0.5304. Nilai rata-rata kadar hemoglobin pada hari ke 15 pemberian Jus buah naga  11.583 dan standar deviasi 0.6888.  Kesimpulan : Ada Pengaruh Pemberian Jus buah naga Terhadap Peningkatan Kadar Hb Pada Ibu Hamil  (p value 0,000 < 0,05).  Saran sebagai metode nonfarmakologi untuk tindakan menaikkan kadar hemoglobin salah satunya dengan Pemberian jus buah naga terhadap peningkatan kadar Hemoglobin pada ibu hamil serta melakukan penyuluhan-penyuluhan untuk menambah pengetahuan hamil tentang penanganan anemia.  Kata Kunci  : ibu hamil, anemia, jus buah naga, kadar

 Background: anemia in pregnancy is anemia due to iron deficiency, and is a type of anemia which is relatively easy treatment, even cheap. Efforts to overcome iron nutritional anemia in pregnant women are done through increasing the coverage of iron tablet supplementation, Vitamin C has unstable properties in alkaline solutions, stable in dry conditions and in acidic solutions, and as an iron catalyst so that helps absorption. Preliminary survey conducted by researchers in January 2019 from observations from 3 posyandu in the ANC book found that 65 pregnant women consisted of Posyandu Strawbery 1, namely TM 2 (4 people), TM III (8 people), in Posyandu Strawbery II TM 2 ( 8 people), TM III (23 people). And in the Strawbery III posyandu namely TM 2 (7 people), TM III (15 people). Purpose: of this study is to know the effect of Vit C on hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia in the village of Ringin Sari Banjar Margo, Tuba Tulang Bawang Regency in 2019. Methods: quantitative with pre-experimental action, One group pretest - posttest design. The population in this study were all pregnant women with anemia as many as 65 respondents. A sample of 30 people, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection using observation sheets, how to administer Vit C was given 1 day 50 mg to be consumed for 14 days 1x50 mg / day taken after lunch together with FE tablets and the data analysis used was the T-dependent test. Results: of the study are known to be the average value of hemoglobin levels before administration of Vit C 8,980 and standard deviation. The average value of hemoglobin levels after administration of Vit C was 12,190 and a standard deviation of .8397. Conclution: There Is An Effect Of Giving Vit C On Increasing Hb Levels In Pregnant Women (p value 0,0003 <0.05). Suggestions For pregnant women can consume Fe + vit C tablets regularly in order to prevent anemia and to consume foods that contain vitamin C. Suggestion  Pregnant women are expected to routinely take Vit C together with FE tablets at 13 weeks to 40 weeks' gestation, as recommended, so that at the time of delivery the mother does not experience anemia.  Keywords: Anemia, vit C, Hemoglobin ABSTRAK   Latar belakang : anemia pada kehamilan adalah anemia karena kekurangan zat besi, dan merupakan jenis anemia yang pengobatannya relatif mudah, bahkan murah. Upaya penanggulangan anemia gizi besi pada ibu hamil dilakukan melalui peningkatan cakupan suplementasi tablet besi, Vitamin C memiliki sifat yang labil dalam larutan alkali, stabil dalam kondisi kering dan dalam larutan asam, dan sebagai katalisator besi sehingga membantu penyerapan. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan lembar observasi,  cara pemberian Vit C diberikan 1 hari 50 mg untuk dikosumsi selama 14 hari 1x50 mg/hari Pemberian Vitamin C Dapat Meningkatkan Kadar Hemoglobin Pada Ibu Hamil Anemiadiminum setelah makan siang bersamaan dengan tablet FE dan analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji Tdependent.  Hasil: diketahui Nilai rata-rata kadar hemoglobin sebelum pemberian Vit C  8.980 dan standar deviasi .8277. Nilai rata-rata kadar hemoglobin sesudah pemberian Vit C  12.190 dan standar deviasi .8397. Kesimpulan:  Ada Pengaruh Pemberian Vit C Terhadap Peningkatan Kadar Hb Pada Ibu Hamil (p value 0,0003 < 0,05). Saran bagi ibu hamil dapat mengkonsumsi tablet Fe + vit C secara rutin guna pencegahan terjadinya anemia serta mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung vitamin C. Saran Bagi Ibu Hamil  diharapkan untuk rutin mengkonsumsi Vit C bersamaan tablet FE pada usia kehamilan 13 minggu hingga 40 minggu, sesuai dengan anjuran, agar pada waktu persalinan ibu tidak mengalami anemia  Kata Kunci : Anemia, vit C, kadar

Background : Nausea vomiting (emesis gravidarum) is a phenomenon experienced by 50% of women early in pregnancy. This is normal, but if left untreated can result in an unbalanced nutritional intake and bad impact on the mother and fetus. The situation can be exacerbated if the mother's condition has experienced Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) at the beginning of pregnancy, where 24.89% of 111,973 people are at risk of experiencing KEK. If this situation is not handled properly, it can have dangerous consequences. One of the treatments that can be done is non-pharmacological handling using materials that are around us such as ginger which contains volatile (evaporated oil) which is the basic ingredient of essential oils and aromatherapy candles.. Objectives : To determine the effect of ginger aromatherapy on nausea, vomiting (emesis gravidarum) in pregnant women in the working area of Sungai Durian Public Health Center, Kubu Raya Regency.. Methods : This research is a study using a quasi-experimental method with the design of One Group Pre-Post Test Without Control. In this study, samples taken with the Nonprobability sampling method, the technique used in sampling in this study is purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 19 respondents, the analysis used was the Wilcoxon test. Hasil : There is an effect of Ginger Aromatherapy on nausea, vomiting (emesis) in pregnant women. Based on statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test showed that p value 0.000 <α = 0.05, a very significant result was obtained before ginger  aromatherapy was given nausea vomiting (emesis) with an average value of 7.00 (medium range) to an average value 5,37 (mild range). Conclusion: There is an effect of ginger aromatherapy on the decrease in the frequency of nausea, vomiting (emesis) in pregnant women in the working area of Sungai Durian Public Health Center, Kubu Raya Regency. Keywords: Emesis Gravidarum, Ginger Aromatherapy,     ABSTRAK   Latar Belakang : Mual muntah (emesis gravidarum) adalah sebuah fenomena yang dialami oleh 50% wanita di awal kehamilannya. Hal ini normal, namun jika tidak ditangani dapat berakibat asupan gisi tidak seimbang dan berdampak buruk bagi ibu dan janin. Keadaan dapat diperparah jika keadaan ibu sudah mengalami Kurang Energi Kronik (KEK) diawal kehamilan yang mana 24,89% dari 111.973 jiwa beresiko mengalami KEK. Jika keadaan ini tidak ditangani dengan tepat maka dapat berakibat fatal. Salah satu penanganan yang dapat dilakukan adalah penanganan secara nonfarmakologi menggunakan bahan yang ada disekitar kita seperti jahe yang menggandung atsiri (minyak menguap) yang merupakan bahan dasar dari minyak esensial dan aromaterapi lilin. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh aromaterapi jahe terhadap mual muntah (emesis gravidarum) pada ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sungai Durian Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen  dengan rancangan One Grup Pre-Post Test Without Control. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel yang diambil dengan metode Nonprobability sampling, teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 19 responden, analisis yang digunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil : Ada pengaruh pemberian Aromaterapi Jahe terhadap mual muntah (emesis) pada ibu hamil. Berdasarkan uji statistic menggunakan uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa p value 0,000 <  α = 0,05, didapatkan hasil yang sangat signifikan dimana sebelum diberikan aromaterapi jahe mual muntah (emesis) dengan nilai rata-rata 7,00 (rentang sedang) menjadi nilai rata-rata 5,37 (rentang ringan). Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh pemberian aromaterapi jahe terhadap penurunan frekuensi mual muntah (emesis) pada ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sungai Durian Kabupaten Kubu Raya.

Studi memperkirakan emesis gravidarum terjadi pada 50-90% kehamilan. Mual muntah pada kehamilan memberikan dampak yang signifikan bagi tubuh dimana ibu menjadi lemah, pucat dan cairan tubuh berkurang sehingga darah menjadi kental (hemokonsentrasi). Keadaan ini dapat memperlambat peredaran darah dan berakibat pada kurangnya suplay oksigen serta makanan ke jaringan sehingga dapat membahayakan kesehatan ibu dan janin. Salah satu terapi yang aman dan dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi keluahan mual muntah pada ibu hamil adalah pemberian aromaterapi lemon. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas aroma terapi lemon untuk menangani emesis gravidarum. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Quasi experiment  dengan  one group pre-post test design. Populasi penelitian adalah ibu hamil yang mengalami emesis gravidarum di Kecamatan Berbah, Sleman. Jumlah sampel 20 ibu hamil trimester pertama yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengukuran mual muntah dilakukan debelum dan setelah  pemberian aromaterapi lemon menggunakan Indeks Rhodes. Analisa data menggunakan uji Paired t-test. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata skor mual muntah sebelum pemberian aromaterapi lemon berdasarkan Indeks Rhodes pada Ibu Hamil dengan emesis gravidarum yaitu 22,1 dan terjadi penurunan skor setelah pemberian aromaterapi lemon menjadi 19,8. Ada pengaruh pemberian aromaterapi lemon dengan pengurangan mual muntah pada ibu hamil (p-value = 0.017). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan pemberian aromaterapi lemon efektif untuk mengurangi emesis gravidarum pada ibu hamil trimester pertama.  Kata kunci: aromaterapi lemon, emesis gravidarum THE EFFECTIVENESS OF LEMON AROMATHERAPY FOR HANDLING EMESIS GRAVIDARUM   ABSTRACT Studies estimate that nausea and vomiting (emesis gravidarum) occur in 50 – 90% of pregnancies. Nausea and vomiting of pregnancy have a significant impact on the body in which it makes a mother becomes weak, pale, and decreasing body fluid so that the blood becomes thick (hemoconcentration). This situation can slow down blood circulation and inflict the lack of oxygen and food supplies to the body tissues so that it can endanger the health of the mother and fetus. One of the therapies that is safe and can be conducted to reduce nausea and vomiting of pregnancy is by giving the lemon aromatherapy treatment. The research aims to determine the effectiveness of the aroma of lemon therapy to deal with emesis gravidarum. This study applied quasi-experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study was pregnant women who experienced emesis gravidarum. Furthermore, samples were 20 mothers from Berbah, Sleman taken by using a purposive sampling technique. Nausea and vomiting were assessed between before and after giving lemon aromatherapy using the Rhodes Index. The data were analyzed using the paired t-test. The mean score of nausea and vomiting before giving lemon aromatherapy on mother with emesis gravidarum based on the Rhodes Index was 22.1. However, it decreased after given lemon aromatherapy treatment to 19.8. Therefore, there was an effect on giving lemon aromatherapy treatment toward the decrease of nausea and vomiting for pregnant women (p-value = 0.017). Lemon aromatherapy is effective to reduce emesis gravidarum.  Keywords: lemon aromatherapy, emesis gravidarum

ABSTRAKAdaptasi fisik dan psikis kehamilan trimester III secara fisiologis dapat menimbulkan kecemasan ibu hamil. Adanya kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III dapat menyebabkan komplikasi ibu dan janin saat kehamilan, persalinan bahkan nifas. Terapi acupressure merupakan natural terapi dengan cara menekan acupoint  untuk merelaksasi tubuh, melancarkan sirkulasi darah serta memberikan rasa tenang dan nyaman. Acupoint KID 27 dan CV 17 adalah titik yang berhubungan dengan kecemasan, agitasi, penyimpangan kelenjar tiroid, keseimbangan tubuh dan pusat jantung. Penekanan pada titik ini menyeimbangkan kadar hormon tiroid dan mengatasi gangguan kecemasan. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh acupressure depression points terhadap kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III. Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian pre-experimental One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Penelitian dilakukan Bulan Februari-Agustus 2021. Populasi penelitian ibu hamil trimester III yang melakukan ANC bulan Juni 2021 dengan keluhan kecemasan. Sampel penelitian 22 ibu hamil trimester III dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner PRAQ-R2. Analisa data univariat dan bivariat (Uji Wilcoxon) Hasil: Hasil analisa statistik dengan uji Wilcoxon diperoleh nilai P-value 0,000 pada tingkat kecemasan. Kesimpulan: Acupressure depression points berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III di Semarang.Kata kunci: kecemasan, ibu hamil trimester IIIREDUCE ANXIETY IN PREGNANT MOTHER TRIMESTER III WITH ACCUPRESSURE DEPRESSION POINTS METHODABSTRACTPhysical and psychological adaptation of the third trimester of pregnancy can physiologically cause anxiety for pregnant women. The existence of anxiety in third trimester pregnant women can affect the quality of sleep which causes maternal and fetal complications during pregnancy, delivery and even postpartum. Acupressure therapy is a natural therapy by pressing the acupoints to relax the body, improve blood circulation and provide a sense of calm and comfort. Acupoints KID 27 and CV 17 are points associated with anxiety, agitation, thyroid disorders, body balance and heart centers. Emphasis on this point balances thyroid hormone levels and treats anxiety disorders thereby improving sleep quality. Objective: to determine the effect of acupressure depression points on the level of anxiety and sleep quality of pregnant women in the third trimester. Methods: This type of research is quantitative with pre-experimental research method One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The study was conducted in February-August 2021. The study population was pregnant women in the third trimester who performed ANC in June 2021 with complaints of anxiety. The study sample was 22 pregnant women in the third trimester with purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used the PRAQ-R2. Analysis of univariate and bivariate data (Wilcoxon test) Results: The results of statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon test obtained a P-value of 0.000 on anxiety levels. Knowledge of nutritional intake of pregnant women is the result of knowing about the amount of nutrition that enters through daily food consumption by pregnant women. Chronic lack of energy is an occurrence where pregnant women experience a shortage of nutrients that lasts for a long time or is caused by an imbalance in nutritional intake, so that the nutrients needed by the body are not fulfilled. This study aims to determine the relationship of nutritional intake knowledge with chronic energy deficiency events in pregnant women at Kalijaga Health Center. This research method uses analytical survey, with a cross-sectional research design. The population is children of pregnant women the total sample is 24 pregnant women. The sampling technique used total sampling. The instruments used were questionnaire sheets, Upper arm circumference and observation sheets. Data analysis used Spearman rank with significance value α = 0.05. The results of univariate analysis, knowledge of good nutritional intake (70.8%), those who have sufficient knowledge (12.5%), and those who have less knowledge (16.7%), while pregnant women who experience chronic energy deficiency amounted to (16.7%) and pregnant women who do not experience chronic energy deficiency (83.3%). Bivariate analysis with the Spearman rank test shows the p-value <ᾳ (p-value = 0,000: ᾳ = 0.05) r0.808, so that H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a very strong and positive relationship between knowledge of nutrient intake with less energy events chronic in pregnant women at UPT. GIVING BEETROOT TO INCREASE LEVEL HB OF PREGNANT WOMEN Background anemia is a state of decreased levels of hemoglobin, hematocrine and the number of erythrocytes below normal values. Severe anemia if Hb <8 gr / dl, mild anemia if Hb> 8-11 gr / dl and normal in pregnant women Hb> 11 gr / dl. Based on the results of the survey conducted by researchers at UPTD Puskesmas Sudimoro Tanggamus Lampung in January-March 2019 there were 54 (100%) pregnant women who had anemia where 17 (31.4%) pregnant women had mild anemia. Purpose of this study is to know the effect of Beetroot juice on hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia in UPTD Puskesmas Sudimoro Tanggamus Lampung.Methods is a pre-experimental action research with One group pretest - posttest design. There were 54 pregnant women with anemia who were anemic. Sample 17 people, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection using observation sheets and data analysis used is the T-dependent test.Results of the study are known to be the average value of hemoglobin levels before administration of 9,835 beet juice and standard deviation of 0.5689. The average value of hemoglobin levels after giving beetroot juice is 11,771 and the standard deviation is 1.2164. Conclusion There Is The Effect Of Beetroot Juice On Increased Hemoglobin Levels In Pregnant Women With Anemia Pvalue = 0,000 <α = 0.005.Suggestions for pregnant women to consume beet juice regularly to prevent anemia and to consume foods that contain vitamin C. Keywords: anemia, beetroot, pregnant women ABSTRAK Latar Belakang anemia merupakan suatu keadaan adanya penurunan kadar hemoglobin, hematokrin dan jumlah eritrosit dibawah nilai normal. Anemia berat bila Hb < 8 gr/dl, anemia ringan jika Hb > 8-11 gr/dl dan normal pada ibu hamil Hb > 11 gr/dl. Berdasarkan hasil prasurvey yang telah peneliti lakukan di UPTD Puskesmas Sudimoro Tanggamus Lampung pada bulan Januari-Maret tahun 2019 terdapat 54 (100%) ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia dimana 17 (31,4%) ibu hamil mengalami anemia ringan.Tujuan diketahui Pengaruh Pemberian Jus Buah Bit Terhadap Kadar Hemoglobin Ibu Hamil Dengan Anemia Di UPTD Puskesmas Sudimoro Tanggamus Lampung.Metode tindakan pra eksperimen dengan rancangan One group pretest – posttest design. Seluruh ibu hamil yang anemia di terdapat 54 ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia. Sampel 17 orang,  Teknik sampling yang digunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji T-dependent.Hasil penelitian diketahui Nilai rata-rata kadar hemoglobin sebelum pemberian Jus buah Bit 9.835 dan standar deviasi 0.5689. Nilai rata-rata kadar hemoglobin sesudah pemberian Jus buah Bit 11.771 dan standar deviasi 1.2164.Kesimpulan ada Pengaruh pemberian Jus buah Bit Terhadap peningkatan Kadar Hemoglobin Pada Ibu Hamil dengan anemia pvalue = 0,000 < α = 0,005.Saran bagi ibu hamil dapat mengkonsumsi jus buah bit secara rutin guna pencegahan terjadinya anemia serta mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung vitamin C. Kata Kunci: anemia, buah bit, ibu hamil

<p>Pregnancy leads to increased energy metabolism, hence the need for energy and other nutrients increases during pregnancy. Increased energy and nutrients are needed for growth and development of the fetus, the increase in the amount of the uterus, changes in the composition and metabolism of the mother's body. If  levels of iron in the body of pregnant women is less, then there will be a condition called anemia. That's because iron is an essential microelement for the body. This substance is especially needed in hemopoiesis (blood formation), ie in the synthesis of hemoglobin. The purpose of this study was  to determine Knowledge of Pregnant Women About Iron Deficiency Anemia and Family Role With Compliance In Consuming Iron Tablet in health center . This study was a quantitative research, analytical, with cross sectional study subjects all mothers who have antenatal and get a tablet Fe in Tanjungpinang health center  based on data consist of 40 respondents. The result of this study was significat relationship between knowledge of pregnant women to iron deficiency anemia with Compliance Consuming Tablet iron  show the value of p 0814, the p-value is greater than the p value 0:05 was shows that no have correlation between knowledge of pregnant women about iron deficiency anemia with Compliance Consuming Iron Tablets. Family Role in monitoring drinking iron tablet  with Compliance Consuming Iron Tablets shows the value of p 0.00 is smaller than the value of α 0.05. This shows that there is a relationship between family role in monitoring drinking iron tablet with compliance consuming iron tablet. This study  indicated to increase Knowledge Level Of a Person On Iron Deficiency Anemia  Not Consume The Influence Behavior Of Iron Tablet  But Can Improve The Role Of Family In Compliance With Pregnant Women Eat Iron Tablet.</p>

Breast milk is very beneficial for babies, mothers, families, countries and the earth, so every mother is encouraged to do breastfeeding to their babies. The lowest coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Gunungkidul District is Girisubo Health Center as much as 32.8%. Many factors influence the low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding, one of them is the support of the family especially the husband. Support from the nearest person (husband) is important in the success of exclusive breastfeeding. Objective this study to Know Relationship between Husband’s Support and woman’s attitude in their third trimester towards Exclusive Breastfeeding at Public Health Center of Girisubo Gunung Kidul. This study types was correlational analytic research with cross sectional study design. Sampling technique used purposive sampling with a large sample of 86 trimester pregnant women 3 who had a husband and live together. Data collection used closed questionnaires with Likert scale. Data analysis used chi square test. This research showed that Husband’s support in exclusive breastfeeding majority in less than 46 respondents (53,5%). Likewise with the attitude of pregnant women in giving the majority of the milk is also negative by 57%. The result of cross tabulation of husband support is negative, mother's attitude in giving ASI 32 fall in negative category, whereas the husband/s support is positive, negative pregnant woman attitude only 17. Result bivariate analysis is known that p value = 0,011, there is relationship between husband support with attitude of pregnant mother with OR value as much as 3,092. It can be concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between the husband’s support and the attitude of the expectant mother. The husband's positive support to the wife, raises 3 positive attitudes of TM III pregnant women in exclusive breastfeeding.  Keywords: Attitude, Support, Exclusive Breast Milk ABSTRAK ASI sangat bermanfaat baik bagi bayi, ibu, keluarga, negara serta bumi, sehingga setiap ibu dianjurkan untuk memberikan ASI. Puskesmas Girisubo mempunyai cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif terendah di wilayah Kabupaten Gunungkidul yaitu sebanyak 32,8%. Rendahnya cakupan dapat dipengaruhi banyak faktor, salah satunya adalah dukungan dari keluarga khususnya suami. Dukungan dari suami atau keluarga sangat berperan dalam keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Tujuan dari peneitian ini adalah mengetahui korelasi dukungan suami dengan sikap Ibu Hamil Trimester III dalam Pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Puskesmas Girisubo Gunung Kidul. Jenis penelitian analitik korelasi dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Besar sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 86 ibu hamil trimester 3 yang memiliki suami dan tinggal bersama. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dengan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Dukungan suami kepada istri dalam memberikan ASI eksklusif mayoritas negatif sebanyak 46 responden (53,5%). Begitu pula dengan sikap ibu hamil dalam memberikan ASI mayoritas juga negatif sebesar 57%. Hasil tabulasi silang dukungan suami yang negatif, sikap ibu hamil TM III dalam memberikan ASI 32 masuk dalam kategori negatif, sedangkan jika dukungan suami yang positif, sikap ibu hamil yang negatif hanya 17. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan nilai p = 0,011, ada korelasi yang signifikan antara dukungan suami dengan sikap ibu hamil dengan nilai OR diketahui 3,092. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan secara statistik antara dukungan suami dengan sikap ibu hamil. Dukungan positif suami kepada istri, meningkatkan 3 kali sikap positif ibu hamil TM III dalam pemberian ASI Eksklusif.  Kata kunci: Sikap, Dukungan, ASI Eksklusif

Giving iron tablets (Fe) is one of the efforts to prevent anemia. Guava is a fruit that rich in vitamin C that can increase the absorption of Fe in the body. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of giving Fe tablets along with guava juice on the increasing of Hb levels in pregnant women in South Tangerang Region Health Center. This study used quasi experimental two group pre-post design. The sample consisted of 30 third trimester pregnant women with anemia which were divided into two treatment and control groups. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis using Independent T-test, correlation and linear regression analysis. The results showed there was a significant difference between the increase in Hb levels resulting from the giving of Fe tablets along with guava juice compared with only the giving of Fe tablets with a p-value of 0.000. Multivariate analysis between treatment and control groups obtained p-value = 0.00, with the coefficient of determination (R square) = 0.748. The conclusion is giving Fe tablets along with guava juice has influence on the increasing of Hb levels in pregnant women, so it is recommended for anemic pregnant women to take Fe tablets along with guava juice Keywords: haemoglobin; anemia, Fe tablets; guava juice

Effect of nei–guan point (P6) acupressure on nausea and vomiting in women with hyperemesis gravidarum Background: Prevalence of emesis gravidarum issued by the explains that more than 80% of pregnant women in Indonesia experience excessive nausea and vomiting. the incidence of gravidarum emesis cases is 0.8 to 32 cases per 1,000 pregnancies. Therefore, the treatment of labor pain is necessary mother of birth.. While in the year 2017 period January-December as many as 56 cases of hyperemesis gravidarum of 132 visits and 26 pregnant women (46.43%) received treatment and medical treatment.Purpose: Knowing the effect of giving acupressure point P6 to nausea and vomiting in pregnant women TM I in BPM Wirahayu Panjang Year 2018.Methods: Quantitative research type, experimental quasi research design with one group pretest - posttest design approach. The number of population and  samples is 30 people, purposive sampling technique samples. Data Analysis using t-test.Results: Showed vomiting before being given intervention Mean 10.53 Min 9 Max 13 and Standard Deviation 1.408 and Standard Error 0.257, after being given acupressure Mean 7.30 Min 5 Max 10 and Standard Deviation 1,317 and Standard Error 0.240. Statistical test results obtained P-value = 0.000 means that there is an effect of p6 point acupressure on nausea and vomiting in pregnant women TM I at BPM Wirahayu Panjang in 2018.Conclusion: Acupressure stimulates the regulatory system and activates endocrine and neurological mechanisms, by stimulating the hypothalamus to removing endorphins which give a sense of relaxation.Suggestions:  are used as input in providing information about nausea and vomiting, understanding, handling and impact if nausea vomiting is allowed, besides providing benefits and information resources for mothers about handling nausea and vomiting using acupressure massage in daily life Keywords: Nei–guan point (P6);  Acupressure; Nausea; Vomiting; Women; Hyperemesis; Gravidarum Pendahuluan: Prevalensi emesis gravidarum lebih dari 80% wanita hamil di Indonesia mengalami mual dan muntah yang berlebihan. Jumlah populasi 120 orang ibu hamil dan sampel sebanyak 30 orang, teknik sampel purposive sampling. Analisa Data menggunakan uji t-test.Hasil: Menunjukan muntah sebelum diberi intervensi Mean 10.53 Min 9 Max 13 danStandar Deviasi 1.408 dan Standar Eror 0.257, sesudah diberi akupresur  Mean 7.30 Min 5 Max 10 dan Standar Deviasi 1.317 dan Standar Eror 0.240. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai P-value = 0.000 artinya terdapat Pengaruh pemberian akupresure titik p6 terhadap mual dan muntah pada ibu hamil TM I di BPM Wirahayu Panjang Tahun 2018.Simpulan: Akupresur menstimulasi system regulasi serta mengaktifkan mekanisme endokrin dan neurologi, dengan cara merangsang kerja hipotalamus untuk mengeluarkan zat endorphin yang memberikan rasa rileks.Saran: Sebagai masukan dalam memberikan informasi tentang mual dan muntah, pengertian, penanganan dan dampak jika mual muntah dibiarkan, selain itu memberikan manfaat dan sumber informasi bagi ibu tentang penanganan mual muntah menggunakan pijat akupresur dalam kehidupan sehari-hari
