The concept of complete mental health efforts is the handling of health problems and its foundation includes community mental health efforts, supported by basic mental health services and strengthened integrated referral mental health services. Most of ODGJ have not gotten health care. Not yet optimal mental health services indirectly affect the success rate of health development. This research aims to analyse the implementation of community-based mental health services in Palembang. Methods of research with qualitative design, informant in the research is chosen purposive. Data retrieval techniques with in-depth interviews to 12 informant, observation and study of documents. Triangulation is done in the form of triangulation of source, method and data. Results showed that the low public awareness of mental health is still low because of the high level of negative stigma of society and low public knowledge that can impact on the support that will be provided by Family. So the empowerment of community needs to reach people to access mental health services. This research suggests that there is a proactive stance from the public health center to reach people throughout their workforce by reproducing activities outside the public health center, strengthening cross-sector cooperation and empowering community.

In the world of LBW occupies the first cause of infant mortality in the world in the early period of life. LBW accounts for 60% to 80% of all neonatal deaths. The global prevalence of LBW is 20 million per year or 15.5% of all babies born in the world (WHO, 2015). In Indonesia, according to The Inter-Census Population Surveys (SUPAS) 2015 IMR was 22.23 per 1,000 live births (Kemenkes RI, 2016). The Poor quality of antenatal care is one of the risk factors for LBW (Sistiarani, 2008). This study aims to determine the correlation between the quality of ANC services and the incidence of LBW in the Public Health Center of Wates Kulon Progo Regency. This study uses quantitative research with case control design and uses a retrospective approach. The populations of the study were mothers who had given birth to babies during the last two years (2016-2017). The sampling technique uses total sampling for control cases by using a ratio of 1: 1 for the case group of 40:40 samples. The study proves that the results of statistical tests show that there is a relationship between the quality of ANC services and the incidence of LBW with a p-value of 0.025 (OR=3.095, CI= 1.234-7.706).). There is a relationship between the quality of ANC services and the incidence of LBW. The inadequate or unqualified quality of ANC services increases the risk 3 times for the incident of LBW. It is expected to be able to monitor and import data on pregnant women using a mobile application.

There were 78 samples recruited by total sampling, with 39 were assigned in the case and control group. House index (HI) and Container index (CI) were used to measure the presence of Aedes aegypti larvae. The implementation of 3M plus program was measured using questionnaire developed by the researcher. Chi Square was performed for data analysis. Result: Findings showed that house index value was 43.6% and container index was 17.9%. The presence of larvae at home contributes to 24 (61.5%) cases of DHF in the case group and 10 (25.6%) cases in the control group. Poor implementation of the program contributes to 27 (69.2%) cases in the case group and 17 (43.6%) in the control group. Chi square test showed p 0.040 (0.05) for the 3M plus implementation and p 0.03 (0.05) for the presence of Aedes aegypti. Conclusion: There were significant associations between the implementation of 3m plus program and the existence of Aedes aegypti larvae towards the number of dengue fever cases in the public health center of Tigo Baleh Bukittinggi, West Sumatera, Indonesia. It is suggested that the community should do more efforts to prevent the occurrence of DHF through mosquito nest eradication, such as the implementation of 3M Plus and sanitation efforts, and pay attention to any places that potentially become a breeding ground for Aedes aegypti mosquitoes.

The increasing incidences of hypertension in the world may be affected by several predictors including age, sex-linked, heredity, smoking habit, obesity, and salt consump on. This study has objec ve to examine those predictors to hypertension grade. Methods: This research was used observa onal analy c method with cross-sec onal study. This study involved 136 respondents who came to Kalijaga Permai Public Health Center, Cirebon City. The variables were measured by microtoise, sphygmomanometer, stethoscope, scales, and ques onnaires. Spearman correla on test and lo- gis c regression test was analyzed for this study. Results: 59.9% of respondents were in hypertension grade 1 and 54% of respondents were in high risk age. The bivariate results revealed that age, sex-linked, heredity, and salt consump on were sta s cally correlated with hypertension grade (p=0.001). However, smoking habit and obesity were not sta s cally correlated. Mul vari- ate analysis found that those who add extra salt were 3.3 mes more likely to have hypertension grade 2 and those in high risk age were 3.1 more likely to have hypertension grade 2 as well. Compared with female and those who have nega ve heredity, male and posi ve heredity were 2.7 mes more likely to have hypertension grade 2. Conclusion: Salt consump on, age, sex-linked, heredity was significantly correlated with hypertension grade. Salt consump on was a risk factors which has the highest impact. Public health center should educate people about the recommenda on of daily salt intake to prevent the excessive intake that may affect hypertension.
