Management of medical records and health information is one of the elements in the assessment of Public Health Center accreditation. Medical records play an important role in collecting accurate and comprehensive data for targeted health policies. The most appropriate management of medical records at the Public Health Center is the regional storage system or often referred to as the family folder system. Community service activities at the Cibeureum Health Center are carried out using consultation, training, and mentoring methods. Compiled 10 quality documents and the implementation of the e-family folder in stages. Furthermore, continuous data migration was carried out assisted by RMIK students. Activities carried out well.

This study aims to determine and analyze the medical record storage system on the effectiveness of patient care at the Cikole Public Health Center. The research method used is quantitative with inferential statistical analysis techniques. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. Cikole Lembang Public Health Center is one of the first level health care facilities. Based on observations, the storage system used is a regional storage system in which each region starts from the first digit. There are 2 officers who work in the medical records section of the Cikole Public Health Center. With the storage system used, there are several shortcomings, namely the occurrence of misfiles and duplication. To find out whether there is an analysis of the medical record storage system on the effectiveness of the service, the author gives a questionnaire to the Cikole Public Health Center officers. The results of the questionnaire also show that the highest percentage level is found in item no.7, namely the decentralized storage system is in accordance with the target of 71%. Then the second is item no. 8, namely a decentralized storage system that allows the provision of medical record files on time by 61%. From the results of interviews with medical records officers, suggestions and input were given: (1). The storage system used was changed to centralization so that the alignment system was not duplicated; (2). The use of bindex as an additional tool to make storage neater and easier.

BACKGROUND: The health service referral system is the organization of health services that regulate the mutual assignment of tasks and responsibilities of health services both vertically and horizontally. AIM: The purpose of this study was to determine the appropriateness of referral service operational standards at the Kalabbirang Public Health Center in Pangkajene Kepulauan district. METOHDS: This research method uses a qualitative with a phenomenological. The location of this study is in the Kalabbirang Public Health Center. The informants in this study were the Head of Medical Records Installation, the medical records installation staff of registration, doctors, and nurses. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, document review, and observation. The data obtained analyzed using the content analyze. RESULTS: The results showed that the Kalabbirang Public Health Center, no operational service standards were governing the procedures of the Public Health Center when receiving patients to be referred back. In addition, doctors do not explain in full to patients information about the referral. The conclusion of this research is the implementation of the referral system at the Kalabbirang Public Health Center in terms of the requirements for referring to be in accordance with the national referral system. CONCLUSION: We need socialization to understand more deeply about the referral system and equate perceptions among health workers about the referral mechanism in the Kalabbirang Public Health Center.

Setiap fasilitas kesehatan baik dari tingkat primer, sekunder, tresier wajib menyelenggarakan rekam medis dengan tujuan untuk tercapainya tertib administrasi, pendokumentasian pelayanan yang telah diberikan oleh tenaga kesehatan kepada pasien salah satunya Puskesmas sebagai bentuk layanan tingkat pratama bagi pasien. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman petugas rekam medis dalam hal kelengkapan isi rekam medis di Puskesmas Andalas Kota Padang. Sosialisasi tentang kelengkapan isi rekam medis ini telah dilaksanakan pada hari Jum’at tanggal 6 Maret 2020, yang diikuti sebanyak 15 orang peserta yang terdiri dari dokter, petugas rekam medis dan staf puskesmas. Berdasarkan evaluasi dari kegiatan yang dilakukan, petugas rekam medis di puskesmas Andalas mendapatkan beberapa informasi baru terkait dengan kelengkapan isi rekam medis, dan dapat melengkapi beberapa formulir yang masih kurang didalam map rekam medis. Kata kunci: Sosialisasi, Kelengkapan, Rekam medis, Dokumen, Puskesmas ABSTRACT Every health facility from primary, secondary, and secondary levels must organize medical records with the aim of achieving orderely administration, documentation, of sevices that has been given by health workers for patients, which is the public health center as a form of first- rate service for patients. This Community Services aims to increase the knowledges of medical records officers in terms of completeness of the contents of the medical record at Andalas Public Health Center in Padang City. This activity has conducted on Friday 6 March 2020, attended by 15 participants consisting of doctors, medical record officers dan other staff. Based on evaluation of the activity, medical record officers get some new information related tu the complete content of medical record, and can complete some forms that are still lacking in the medical record folder. Adolescence is a transition period recognized from physical, emotional, and psychological changes happening between 10-19 years of age. Teenagers’ health problems certainly need comprehensive and integrated treatment given through IEC, counseling, peer counseling, clinical/medical services, and referrals, including the Integrated Service Post program as a form of community participation in health services. Therefore, the integrated-service-post program should be able to expand its service range; not only for toddlers, pregnant and breast-feeding women, but also other strategic targets such as teenagers and the elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between family support and adolescent compliance in joining the family posyandu around the working area of the Public Health Center of Aikmel.This research was a descriptive correlation study using an observational approach. The population of this study was 399 teenagers and the samples were 134 drawn using systematic cluster sampling. A questionnaire was used to measure family support and observation sheets were used to find out adolescent compliance in joining the program. The data were then analyzed using the chi-square test.The results showed that the highest participation was shown by teenagers between 12-16 years of aged (70.1%) and the lowest participation was performed by adolescents aged 17-25 years (29.0%). Additionally, based on gender, girls participated more than boys (the participation of girls was 53%). Moreover, the result showed that the higher the education, the higher the family support. Finally, the levels of compliance were 53.7% (compliant) and 56.3% (non-compliant). The statistical test showed that ρ value = 0.009 (ρ < 0.05).Therefore, it can be concluded that there was a significant correlation between family support and adolescent compliance in joining the Integrated Service Post program for families around the working area of the Public Health Center of Aikmel. Hopefully, paramedics/cadres can provide counseling about the importance of family support to increase teenagers’ compliance in joining the program.

Indonesia is the nation with the third largest population in the world. One way to control the population is with the family planning program. The strategy of the implementation of KB program is increase the use of long-term contraceptive methods (MKJP) sterilization (MOW and MOP), IUD and implant. The research used descriptive research; it aimed to determine perception of acceptor KB about use of long-term contraceptive methods at the public health center Koni Jambi city year 2017. Populations were 1.686 people. It used accidental sampling technique i.e. acceptor KB who visit the public health center. Sample for this research was 42 womens. Analyzed univariate was used for statistical analysis. The collecting data used by questionnaire. The result showed 9 acceptors (21%) used MKJP and 33 acceptors (79%) choose to use contraceptive non MKJP. 29 acceptors (69%) have positive perception and 13 acceptors (31%) have negative perception about use of long-term contraceptive methods. It concluded that there are many acceptor more choose and use contraception non MKJP, it suggested to increase promotion in conducting counseling about contraception to increase awareness of acceptor for themselves especially MKJP contraceptives.

This study aims to determine the index of public satisfaction in public health center services in Sumenep Regency and the relationship between the services to the public satisfaction. The analysis measured the index of public satisfaction and logistic regression methods to determine the effect of the relationship on total satisfaction in the health services of Public Health Center. The results of the study are the alignment between interests and patient satisfaction is still not aligned, there are still differences between interests and satisfaction, the pattern of the result is the relationship between the assurance dimension to the service satisfaction of the public health center, and the results of the index of public satisfaction  values show that the results of the community assess the public health center performance is very good by getting an A grade. Background: Dengue fever in Tigo baleh Bukittinggi community is one of the infectious diseases resulting in serious health problems. Understanding the factors associated with the disease is necessity.Objective: To determine the relationships of the implementation of 3M plus program and the existence of Aedes aegypti larvae towards the number of dengue fever cases in the public health center of Tigo Baleh Bukittinggi, West Sumatera, Indonesia.Methods: This was a case control study conducted between January and December 2016 in the Public Health Center of Tigo Baleh Bukittinggi. There were 78 samples recruited by total sampling, with 39 were assigned in the case and control group. House index (HI) and Container index (CI) were used to measure the presence of Aedes aegypti larvae. The implementation of 3M plus program was measured using questionnaire developed by the researcher. Chi Square was performed for data analysis. Result: Findings showed that house index value was 43.6% and container index was 17.9%. The presence of larvae at home contributes to 24 (61.5%) cases of DHF in the case group and 10 (25.6%) cases in the control group. Poor implementation of the program contributes to 27 (69.2%) cases in the case group and 17 (43.6%) in the control group. Chi square test showed p 0.040 (0.05) for the 3M plus implementation and p 0.03 (0.05) for the presence of Aedes aegypti. Conclusion: There were significant associations between the implementation of 3m plus program and the existence of Aedes aegypti larvae towards the number of dengue fever cases in the public health center of Tigo Baleh Bukittinggi, West Sumatera, Indonesia. It is suggested that the community should do more efforts to prevent the occurrence of DHF through mosquito nest eradication, such as the implementation of 3M Plus and sanitation efforts, and pay attention to any places that potentially become a breeding ground for Aedes aegypti mosquitoes.

Public Health Center is one of governments' facilities for society that always needs to be improved so it can serve the society with maximum performance to keep the society's health quality good. Queue system at public health center that not perform maximally can caused the public health center's perform ineffectively. In this study, a system consists of a single Board Computer (Radxa Rock), an object oriented programming, Gambas, and a module of a queuing systemis proposed. This system works as a display and voice calling audio module, and a trigger switching module. The outcome of this research for design and implementation of patient's queue number display and voice calling audio system, button system for employee/doctor, communication protocol between button and server have run accordance the proposed design.
