Coronavirus or severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 is a virus that attacks the respiratory system. This disease due to viral infection is called COVID-19. The Coronavirus can cause minor disturbances to the respiratory system, severe lung infections, and death. The rapid spread of the coronavirus has caused fear, anxiety, and several other social problems in the community. Besides, the implementation of various government policies to break the chain of distribution of COVID 19, on the other hand, has had a negative impact. This community service aims to provide education to the community, especially in the teaching group Aisyiyah Kereng Bangkirai in the form of socialization and spiritual guidance to reduce anxiety and worry about Covid-19. The implementation method offered is spiritual guidance to deal with stress problems due to the Covid-19 pandemic by delivering material from an Islamic religious perspective and a psychological perspective. The results of this dedication show that there is anxiety among the community due to Covid-19 which has a psychological impact and that impact also affects the joints of community life, both socio-economic, socio-cultural, and socio-religious. Based on the results of the activities carried out, it can be concluded that community service activities can have a positive impact on society regarding the anxiety arising from the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as providing an understanding that religion is always relevant to all conditions that arise in society. Religion is not something rigid but something elastic so that it can always provide solutions to problems that arise.

Psychiatric inpatients' perceptions of positive and negative aspects of physical restraintBackground: Restrain carried out on mental hospital clients also has a negative impact, besides restrain also has a positive impact that clients are calmer, reduce risk hurt himself. Restrain the client can cause physical impacts on the client, edema, lesions, the risk of injury, incontinence, the appearance of the client is less neat, and often the basic human needs of the client are not met. In addition, clients also feel the psychological effects of anxiety, anger, fear and even physical and psychological trauma.Purpose: To identify Psychiatric inpatients' perceptions of positive and negative aspects of physical restraint at Atma Husada Mahakam Hospital of Province East Kalimantan.Methods: This study uses quantitative research methods with designs descriptive, the sample of the study was 46 respondents and the data collection in the form of a questionnaire lately was about the physical impact and psychological impact.Results: The results of the study the majority of respondents 37 people (72.5%) experienced physical impact in the category of positive impact. While the study of the majority of respondents 28 people (60.9%) experienced a psychological impact on the positive impact category.Conclusion: Physical impact on restrain action is more dominant in the impact category, while the psychological impact on restrain action is more dominant in the positive impact category. It is recommended that nursing service agencies, can foster nurses' confidence to improve management of restrain measures.Keywords: Psychiatric inpatients; Perceptions; Physical restraint; Violent behaviorPendahuluan: Restrain yang dilakukan pada klien di rumah sakit jiwa ternyata juga menimbulkan dampak negatif, selain itu restrain juga memiliki dampak positif yaitu klien jadi lebih cepat tenang, mengurangi risiko mencederai diriya sendiri. Restrain pada klien bisa menyebabkan dampak fisik bagi klien yaitu oedema, lesi, resiko terjadi cedera, inkontensia, penampilan klien kurang rapi, dan sering kali kebutuhan dasar manusia pada klien tidak terpenuhi. Selain itu klien juga merasakan dampak psikologis yaitu cemas, marah, takut bahkan trauma baik fisik maupun psikologis.Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi gambaran dampak tindakan restrain pada klien dengan gangguan jiwa di RSJD Atma Husada Mahakam Propinsi Kalimantan Timur.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif , sampel penelitian sebanyak 46 orang responden dan alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner berisi tentang dampak fisik dan dampak psikologis.Hasil: Hasil penelitian mayoritas responden 37 orang (72.5%) mengalami dampak fisik pada kategori dampak positif. Sedangkan penelitian mayoritas responden 28 orang (60.9%) mengalami dampak psikologis pada kategori dampak positif.Simpulan : Dampak fisik pada tindakan restrain lebih dominan pada kategori dampak, sedangkan dampak psikologis pada tindakan restrain lebih dominan pada kategori dampak positif. Disarankan agar instansi pelayanan keperawatan, dapat menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri perawat untuk meningkatkan penatalaksanaan tindakan restrain. untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan dalam menjalankan penatalaksanaan tindakan restrain.

Social media is a communication tool that is commonly used by everyone in today's technological era. Excessive use of social media will cause addiction, and have an impact on people's psychology. This article aims to reveal data on the impact of social media addiction on the psychology of society and its implications for counseling. The research uses qualitative research methods, especially phenomenology. The research instrument is the researcher himself, and for data collection using in-depth interviews and observation. The research respondents are the people of West Sumatra with male and female sexes aged 15 to 50 years. The data analysis technique is using Miles and Huberman data analysis with the following steps; data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study found that the psychological impact of social media addiction generally affects people's cognitive and emotions. The positive impact is cognitive, namely increasing insight and thinking skills, as well as giving birth to various creative ideas. The negative impact is causing forgetfulness, panic, dead-end thoughts, lack of logical thinking. Emotionally the positive impact of using social media by the community is to create happiness, optimism, motivation, enthusiasm, enthusiasm. The negative impact is causing anxiety, despair, sadness, resentment, anger and frustration. The results of this study have implications for counseling, namely preventively developing counseling techniques that aim to reduce social media addiction. Curatively, it can develop counseling techniques that can improve brain function and reduce anxiety levels.

The phenomenon of being viral and well-known in Indonesia, which begins with experience as a victim of cyberbullying, has a psychological and negative impact that is quite complex psychologically. Methods: Review e-journals obtained through Google Scholar, Springer Link, ProQuest, Ebsco Host, Cambridge Core, and Taylor and Francis Online, during October 2018. Results: There are 4 major themes identified in the negative psychological impact of victims of cyberbulling, e.g.: (1) emotional regulation, (2) stress, (3) depression, and (4) loneliness. There are 3 major themes identified in the psychologically positive impact of cyberbulling victims who become viral and well-known, e.g.: (1) happiness, (2) life satisfaction, and (3) subjective wellbeing. Conclusions: Based on this literature review, cyberbullying is noted to have psychological disadvantages and benefits for victims. In Indonesia, being one of the victims of cyberbullying on social media in Indonesia is quite unique, because the effect can be viral and famous.

ABSTRAKVirus Corona atau severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS CoV-2) adalah virus yang menyerang sistem pernapasan. Penyakit karena infeksi virus ini disebut COVID-19. Virus Corona bisa menyebabkan gangguan ringan pada sistem pernapasan, infeksi paru-paru yang berat, hingga kematian. Pandemi COVID-19 telah berdampak merugikan masyarakat, tidak hanya kesakitan dan kematian tetapi juga pada berbagai bidang sosial dan ekonomi. Vaksinasi atau imunisasi bertujuan untuk membuat sistem kekebalan tubuh seseorang mampu mengenali dan dengan cepat melawan bakteri atau virus penyebab infeksi. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dengan pemberian vaksin COVID-19 adalah menurunnya angka kesakitan dan angka kematian akibat virus ini. Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh relawan Pengabdian Masyarakat STIKES Widyagama Husada ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk membantu percepatan vaksinasi di seluruh wilayah di Kabupaten Malang khususnya vaksinasi pada masyarakat cakupan wilayah Puskesmas Karangploso. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan pemberian dosis pertama dan dosis kedua. Pemberian vaksinasi dilakukan dengan kunjungan rumah dan sasarannya adalah lansia. Kolaborasi Abdimas STIKES Widyagama Husada Malang dengan tenaga medis di Puskesmas dan kader terjalin dengan baik, dengan indikator pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan lancar dan tertib. Vaccination or immunization aims to make a person's immune system able to recognize and quickly fight bacteria or viruses that cause infection. The goal to be achieved by giving the COVID-19 vaccine is to reduce morbidity and mortality due to this virus. This community service carried out by the STIKES Widyagama Husada Community Service volunteer has a goal, namely to help accelerate vaccination in all areas in Malang Regency, especially vaccinations in the community coverage of the Karangploso Health Center area. This Community Service activity is carried out by giving the first dose and the second dose. Vaccination is carried out by home visits and the target is the elderly. The collaboration of Abdimas STIKES Widyagama Husada Malang with medical personnel at the Puskesmas and cadres is well established, with indicators that the implementation of activities runs smoothly and in an orderly manner. The rapid development of tourism in Pacitan Regency, in addition to having a positive impact, has also caused various problems, including environmental degradation and environmental pollution due to plastic waste. Watu Karung and Pancer Door beaches are also affected by the beach. One of the main factors that can support the cleanliness of the coast is the existence of pro-active actions from the surrounding community and beach visitors. Therefore, through the 2020 Latjapura activity, the Immigration Polytechnic Cadets carry out community service activities by mutual cooperation around the coast to provide benefits to the community and the surrounding ecosystem and increase awareness of the cleanliness of the surrounding community in order to create a good ecosystem and ecotourism-based beaches. This activity is also expected to provide awareness of the cleanliness of the coastal environment for the surrounding community and provide an understanding to the public that the waste produced has a negative impact on the development of marine biota and ecosystems.

The modern person spends the most part of time in the urban environment. Any environment influences human. At the moment, the issue of psychological impact of architecture on people is especially topical. The analysis of the foreign and domestic developments and research, describing the influence of urban development, architecture of buildings and the interior of rooms in terms of architecture psychology is presented in the article. The authors studied the phenomenon of architecture psychology during the research as well as the main methods of psychological influence, characteristic of architecture, and methods of their realization in practice. The research concerns the optical illusions and acoustic effects in architecture objects, having the largest potential as instruments of psychological impact on human. The authors of the article developed classification of optical illusions by the purposes of their use and the nature of origin during the research. The most striking examples of the use of optical illusions and acoustic effects in already existing buildings and structures are reviewed in the article. The main design methods of the similar phenomena are also provided. The negative impact of noise pollution is also considered in the work besides the positive impact of sound on human. Its sources and measures, directed to the decrease in negative noise impact, are also described. The principles of the creation of positive sound influence in architecture were studied. The extent of impact of these architectural acceptances on psychological state of human is revealed as the result. According to that the conclusions are drawn on the need of taking into account of psychological influence of objects of architecture at the design stage.

Literacy is the ability to understand, analyze, and deconstruct media imager. The ability to do this is intended so that viewers on this matter especially students as media consumers become aware of the way media is created and accessed. Social media is a positive contributor in the advancement of technology and communication. However, the positive impact of the use of social media is often not paid attention, instead of the negative impact of social media that ultimately happens a lot, where one of them is related to the spread of hoax news Hoaxs are information that is created to cover up the actual information. In other words hoaks can also be interpreted as an effort to distort the facts using information that seems convincing but cannot be verified. Hoaks can also be interpreted as an act of obscuring the real information, by flooding a media with the wrong message in order to cover up the correct message. One of the efforts to increase media literacy is through the implementation of Community Service in the form of discussions and the provision of knowledge held at the PKBM 26 Bintro. With the aim of increasing social media literacy training related to hoax prevention, this activity is carried out by providing contemporary examples and presentations regarding the risks of hoax dispersal.Keywords: Media Literacy, Social Media, Hoaks

Community growth and rapid technological development not only have a positive impact on life but also have a negative impact. The problem today is the decrease of public awareness in reading and writing Al Qur'an, reading literacy culture from an early age, and the importance of having skills of handicraft and participating in extracurricular activities also preserving the environment. This community service activity aims to maintain and re-grow the reading literacy culture, the penchant for reading and writing Al Qur'an, having skills of handicraft, taking extracurricular activities and protecting the environment. To instill this personality, a long period of time is needed so it must be done as early as possible. The targets in this community service are early childhood and society. These activities were held in May to June 2017 in several places by conducting education and mentoring. The participants have given a positive response with high enthusiasm. This community service still needs to be carried out similar activities continuously to get personality according to these goals.

Around our environment it is very easy to find plastic waste, in rivers and gutters this will have a negative impact because plastic waste is very difficult to decompose by the soil, it takes tens of years or even hundreds of years. Seeing this, the team through the Community Service (PKM) program was interested in using plastic waste as an effort to recycle waste to protect environmental damage. This PKM provides about how to chop plastic as an alternative effort in recycling waste from materials that are neglected by the community into product materials with high material value. it has a positive impact on promising plastics business community entrepreneurs. With the opening of these new business fields, the community can open new business fields and prevent the environment from polluting the soil, and the Go Green campaign

Objective: The study aimed to explore the psychological symptoms and the readiness to fight the pandemic of the new generation of healthcare professionals: medical and other healthcare degree students.Methods: We enrolled 509 medical and healthcare-related degree students during the second outbreak of COVID-19 in Italy. We have examined their psychological symptoms using the 12-item General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12) and their readiness to fight the pandemic together with their academic career status, their relationship with the university, and their emotional reactions to the pandemic with Visual Analog Scales.Results: We retrieved a GHQ mean of 21.65 (SD = 40.63) and readiness to fight the pandemic mean of 53.58 (SD = 31.49). Perceived control affects variables: a negative effect on psychological symptoms and a positive effect on the willingness to fight the pandemic. The other variables with an impact were stress, loneliness, and anger that had a significant and positive impact on psychological symptoms. Age and concern for patients had a significant positive impact on readiness to fight for the pandemic, while years of attendance had a significant but negative impact.Conclusion: Universities and Institutions should consider the impact of the pandemic on students, in particular, for its effect on their mental health.
