This research aims to be aware of the Influence of task discipline and career development on the task commitment with the motivation to work as variable Intervening members of the Directorate of Police Air West Sumatera region as much as 91 people.  Data collected through the dissemination of questionnaires to all populations that can be used for analysis purposes. Testing the hypothesis is done using data analysis technology through Path Anlysis.  The results of Data analysis demonstrated that the task discipline and career development have significant effect on the task commitment next task discipline and career development have significant effect on work motivation as variable Intervening. Likewise, the work motivation also has significant effect on the task commitment. Variable Intervening motivation work is significant to the commitment of the task, further motivation work as a intervening between task discipline and task commitment, and motivation to work as a intervening relationship between career development and Task Commitment of the Directorate of West Sumatera Regional police. The magnitude of the influence of duty discipline, career development and work motivation affects the task commitment of 86.4%, while the remainder (100%-86.4% = 13.6%) is not included in this model.

This study aims to determinethe effect of Job Satisfaction in Mediating the Relationship between Compensation, Tasks Competence and Commitment of Teachers of SMA Don Bosco Padang as many as 64 people. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to the entire population that could be used for analysis purposes. Hypothesis testing was carried out by using data analysis techniques through Path Analysis. The results of the data analysis show that of the (two) independent variables, Compensation has no significant effect. Menawhile, task competence has a significant effect on the Task Commitment variable (the dependent variable). Furthermore, the Compensation and Task CompetencyVariables have a significant effect on the Job Satisfaction variable as an intervening variable. Likewise, the Job Satisfaction variable also has a significant effect on performance. Both of the Independent Variables are eligible for the Mediation test. Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable has no influence between Compensation and Task Commitment. While Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable influences the Task Competence and the Task Commitment of Teachers of SMA Don Bosco Padang.The effect of compensation variable and career development to the commitment of the task in the first phase amounted described by value R2is 0.783 or 78.3%, when compared to the effect test of variable compensation and competency tasks to task commitment in the second stage by inserting a mediating variable work motivation where the effect described by the value R2is 0.783 or 84.6% or the increase of effect by incorporating variable job satisfaction as an intervening variable is 84.6% - 78.3%, or 6.3%

Motivation is an important concern of rehabilitation administrators. This paper describes a new approach (expectancy theory) to understanding the work motivation of rehabilitation counselors. The theory is tested using data obtained on counselors in the State of Tennessee. The results of data analysis confirm the appropriateness of the expectancy theory model. The paper discusses the implications bf these results as well as the theory for those concerned with motivating rehabilitation counselors.

This study aimed to describe the correlation between electrical drawing learning outcomes and student motivation to work with electrical lighting installation learning outcomes of class XI TITL of SMKN 55 Jakarta with a sample of 92 students using the ex-post facto research method. The data analysis were collected by questionnaire and documentation. Based on the result of the analysis of these data, there is a linear and normal distribution. This research using method of hypothesis is Product Moment Correlation. Based on the result, the correlation value are ryx1=0,400, ryx2=0,334, ryx1x2=0,513, rtable=0,205 (rcount > rtable  5%) means (1) There is a positive correlation of engineering draw learning outcomes with electrical lighting installation learning outcomes. (2) There is positive correlation of student work motivation with electrical lighting installation learning outcomes (3) There is positive correlation of engineering draw learning outcomes and student work motivation with electrical lighting installation learning outcomes. Based on result, the higher electrical drawing learning outcomes and student motivation to work are then electrical lighting installation learning outcomes of class XI TITL of SMKN 55 Jakarta as well.   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan hasil belajar gambar teknik dan motivasi kerja siswa dengan hasil belajar instalasi penerangan listrik kelas XI TITL di SMKN 55 Jakarta dengan sampel sebanyak 92 siswa yang menggunakan metode penelitian ex-post facto. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil pengujian prasyarat analisis menyatakan bahwa data penelitian bersifat linier dan berdistribusi normal. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunaka n uji korelasi product moment. Hasil pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini terlihat dari nilai korelasi ryx1=0,400, ryx2=0,334, ryx1x2=0,513 dengan rtabel=0,205 (rhitung > rtabel 5%) yang artinya (1) Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara hasil belajar gambar teknik dengan hasil belajar instalasi penerangan listrik. (2) Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara motivasi kerja siswa dengan hasil belajar instalasi penerangan listrik. (3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara hasil belajar gambar teknik dan motivasi kerja siswa dengan hasil belajar instalasi penerangan listrik kelas XI TITL di SMKN 55 Jakarta. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi hasil belajar gambar teknik dan motivasi kerja siswa maka akan meningkat pula hasil belajar instalasi penerangan listrik siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Penerangan Listrik di SMK Negeri 55 Jakarta.

Employee performance is an important factor for company’s sustainability.The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of career development and work motivation on employee performance and the influence of career development on employee performance through mediating work motivation. The population and sample in this study are all employees of PT. Kanmo Group in the Havaianas brand of 64 people. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results of data analysis show that career development and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, career development has a positive effect on work motivation, and work motivation can mediate the influence of career development on employee performance. Employee performance can be improved by maintaining or enhancing career development and employee motivation. Keywords: career development, work motivation, employee performance

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance with Islamic motivation as a moderating variable at the Ayam Bakar Wong Solo Restaurant, Malang Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach with the object of research at the Ayam Bakar Wong Solo Restaurant, Malang Branch. The selection of the company was because the Ayam Bakar Wong Solo Restaurant still existed and developed rapidly until now, behind the success there must be quality human resources who play an important role in developing it. The method used in this study with interviews and questionnaires. Using Data Analysis Scale and Moderation Analysis Range (MRA). The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Islamic motivation has a significant effect on employee performance and Islamic motivation moderates the influence of work motivation on employee performance but is not significant. The conclusion in this study work motivation still affects employee performance without the motivation of Islam as a moderating variable.

ABSTRACT The result of preliminary studies was found that Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana (PKB) Performance is not yet optimal. Of the many factors that cause is found, Career Development and work motivation is the most dominant factor of influence. Therefore the formulated problem include : how career development, work motivation, and Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana performance. How was significant on career development and work motivation to Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana performance at BKBPP Sub-Province of Karawang by partial and simultan. . The research of target is obtaining empiric evidence and finding clarity of phenomenon and also conclusion about the influence of career development and work motivation to Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana performance at BKBPP Sub-Province of Karawang. The research method used is descriptive survey and explanatory survey. The sampling technique was used sensus method. Data analysis techniques is to expose each variable we,it used range scale. Data analysis technique used correlation analysis technique variables and Path Analysis Technique, to expose the influence of career development and work motivation. The conclusion from the examination that : 1. Career Development at BKBPP Sub-Province of Karawang is quite good. 2. Work Motivation at BKBPP Sub-Province of Karawang is high. 3. Performance of Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana at BKBPP Sub-Province of Karawang is quite high. 4. Mental revolution of education requires efforts to print educated human beings by having the motivation to meet the standards of achievement excellence, such as ethos of progress, ethics, achievement motivation, discipline, optimistic, productive, innovative and active views. This can be implemented with character education. Character education is one of the soft skill tools that can be integrated in learning in each subject. Learning activities using an active learning approach have a strategic role in instilling national character values so that students are able to behave and act on values that have become their personality. The purpose of this study was to find and analyze about: 1) Implementation of Character Education to Build Adiwiyata-Based Mental Revolution and Multiculturalism; 2) Implementation of Character Education to Build Mental Revolution in Organizational Culture. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological naturatistics (phenomenology approach), with a descriptive type of case study research design. Data were analyzed using data analysis techniques: data reduction, data analysis and conclusions. The results of the study are: The application of character education to develop a mental revolution can be started from the character of building the environment. Environmental character is very important for individual development. The implementation of character education in building a mental revolution can emphasize the internalization of multicultural values and Adiwiyata which in the end will form a loving environmental awareness and foster a spirit of tolerance.

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work placement on employee work performance at PDAM Tirtanadi, North Sumatra Province. The population in this study were all employees per division, amounting to 182 employees. From the total population can be determined the number of samples in this study amounted to 65 people. The data analysis technique used is the t-test, f-test, multiple linear regression and determinant coefficient test using SPSS 22. From the calculation results using SPSS shows that there is an influence of career development on employee work performance, there is the influence of work placement on employee performance and there is the influence of career development and work placement on employee performance.
