The dance work "Chaos" was created based on a chaotic atmosphere, when the voices of the demonstrators during the action were never heard. Starting from the concept of a chaotic demonstration, which is correlated with today's life. One of them is how humans dare to do anything to fulfill their rights so that their opinions can be conveyed. No matter how much danger he would endure, the most important thing was that his expression had to be achieved. This work is presented in the form of non-literary dance works. This work is not related to a particular story and there are no characterizations, but tries to create the desired atmosphere. The artist visualizes the idea of working on the atmosphere and spirit of a demonstrator.This work can be directed at anyone, including the creator himself, where when we get a position then don't act arbitrarily, and keep good communication so that we can create policies that may be very good and never crossed our minds.

Abstrak-Komunikasi merupakan hal penting dalam kehidupan manusia, dengan berkomunikasi manusia dapat memahami satu sama lain, mengenai keinginan, kebutuhan dan juga tujuannya. Untuk dapat memperoleh pemahaman satu sama lain dan mencapai tujuan, komunikasi harus dilakukan dengan efektif jika tidak dilakukan secara efektif, maka yang timbul adalah kesalahpahaman dan konflik. Komunikasi dapat dilakukan diberbagai lingkungan, baik itu keluarga, masyarakat maupun perusahaan. Dalam lingkungan perusahaan, komunikasi merupakan salah satu faktor penting untuk dapat mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan. Komunikasi dalam suatu perusahaan dapat terjadi antara: pemimpin dengan pemimpin, pemimpin dengan bawahan, sesama bawahan, staf perusahaan dengan pelanggan atau masyarakat. Salah satu profesi yang sangat membutuhkan komunikasi yang baik adalah Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP), profesi ini berhubungan langsung dengan masyarakat luas di mana Satpol PP memiliki kewajiban untuk menegakkan peraturan pemerintah daerah, misalnya: mengenai ketertiban umum   yang melarang pedagang kaki lima untuk berjualan di trotoar, untuk itu seorang Satpol PP harus dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik untuk memberikan pengertian dan pemahaman kepada Pedagang Kaki Lima agar tidak menimbulkan konflik atau kerusuhan. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran komunikasi Satpol PP dalam memberikan pembinaan kepada pedagang kaki lima. Kata kunci: Komunikasi, Satpol PP, Pembinaan Pedagang Kaki Lima  Abstract-Communication is an important thing in human life, by communicating humans can understand each other, about their wants, needs and goals. Communication within a company can occur between: leader with leader, leader with subordinates, fellow subordinates, company staff with customers or the community. One of the professions that really need good communication is the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP), this profession deals directly with the wider community where Satpol PP has an obligation to enforce local government regulations, for example: regarding public order which prohibits street vendors from selling on the sidewalk, for that a Satpol PP must be able to communicate well to provide understanding and understanding to street vendors so as not to cause conflict or riots. In social interaction with indigenous people (Indonesian people), Japanese people must equip themselves with Indonesian language skills to establish good communication. The same is true of the descendants of those who will make association with Indonesian children. In this case Indonesian is very important to be taught so that children of Japanese descent can interact and live well with the surrounding community. This is what attracts researchers to find out, patterns or ways of Japanese society in teaching Indonesian to their children. This research was conducted in the Sanur area, Denpasar City, Bali. This study uses the theory of sociology of language, teaching Indonesian, and using a questionnaire as a tool to obtain data. The results of this study reveal that the teaching pattern used consists of two types, namely the naturalistic and the formal type. While teaching Indonesian to his children, he found several problems. One of them is the complexity of using polite language and special expressions when communicating to each person in their respective positions. From the parameters of language skills, the most important thing to be taught to children of Japanese descent is the ability to speak (conversation).

Patients satisfaction is a very important thing for doctors. Effective communication between doctor and patient is very needed to make the patient feel comfortable. Success in communication can be indicated with feedback from the patient. To get a good feedback, the doctor has to create a comfortable environment for the patient to tell what s/he feels. Recovering patients condition not only through physical recovery but through mental recovery as well. In the recovery of seborrheic dermatitis patient, doctors are required to do some research and know how to handle the patient. Lessons that were taught by the doctors will be different on every patients depends on the current condition. Doctors must be able to choose the most effective ways and methods to recover the patients condition. Therefore, doctors are required to have a good communication skills.

In this globalization era, health is the most important thing to be able to run various activities. Without good health, this will hinder many activities. Diabetes mellitus is one of the diseases caused by unhealty lifestyle.There are many treatments that can be done to prevent the occurrence of diabetes. The treatments are giving the insulin and also checking the glucose rate to the patients.Checking the glucose rate needs the tools which is safety to the body. This research want to develop non invasive tool which is safety and do not injure the patient. The purpose of this research is also finding the best model which derived from Linear, Quadratic, and Cubic Spline Regression. Some respondents were taking to get the glucose measuring by invasive and non invasive tools. It could be seen clearly that Spline Linear Regression was the best model than Quadratic and Cubic Spline Regression. It had 70% and 33.939 for R2 and RMSEP respectively.

In education, for educational instruments scientific writing is a very important thing. It requires an information management skill, information management is a library search, which can be done through a computer and guided by the internet. It can also be through the quality of reading used as a reference for scientific writing. In addition, in producing a paper also must know the management of writing, not only required to pay attention to the rules of standard language, but also must be able to convey ideas and ideas well and meet scientific criteria, such as making a quote or reference list used. Revenue and cost recognitions is the most important thing to be done by an entity,  time and the recognition method must be based on the rules from Financial Accounting Standards. Revenue and cost recognition which is done by PT. EMKL Jelutung Subur located on Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung province is done by using the accrual basis, and it can be seen with its influences to company profits every year.  This research is useful to get a data and information for preparing this thesis and improving my knowledge and also for comparing between theories accepted against facts applied in the field.  The result of this research shows that PT. EMKL Jelutung Subur has implemented one of the revenue and cost recognition method (accrual basis) continually, so that profit accuracy is accountable to be used for developing this kind of expedition business in order to become a better company. The accuracy is evaluated because all revenues received and cost spent  have clear evidence and found in the period of time.  The evaluation shows there is one thing that miss from revenue and cost recognition done by PT. EMKL Jelutung Subur, that is charge to the customers who use the storage service temporary, because some customers keep their goods for a long time in the warehouse, and it will increase the costs of loading, warehouse maintenance, damaged goods and decreasing a quantity of goods. If the storage service is charged to the customers, PT. EMKL Jelutung Subur will earn additional revenue to cover all the expenses above

Trading frequency can be said as the implementation from trader of commerce. This case based on positive or negative trader reaction given by trader information.  Stock trading in BEI always fluctuate with price of volume value and frequency particularly. Frequency itself shows the company  involved or not. In trading frequency, if the indicator frequency it self shown the higher point, it means better. In spite of the most important thing is how the fluctuation or value conversion itself. On the frequencies we also could see which stocks is interested by the investor. When trading frequency high, it  may be create sense of interest from investors.The aim of this research, in order to know how far the effect of trading frequency (X) with stock value (Y) using cover stock value. The information used is begin 2008 with sample from twelve property and real estate companies. According to the research can be conclude from twelve companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008, 75 % of trading frequency samples doesn’t have signification degree between trading frequency and stock value.
