Abstrak-Komunikasi merupakan hal penting dalam kehidupan manusia, dengan berkomunikasi manusia dapat memahami satu sama lain, mengenai keinginan, kebutuhan dan juga tujuannya. Untuk dapat memperoleh pemahaman satu sama lain dan mencapai tujuan, komunikasi harus dilakukan dengan efektif jika tidak dilakukan secara efektif, maka yang timbul adalah kesalahpahaman dan konflik. Komunikasi dapat dilakukan diberbagai lingkungan, baik itu keluarga, masyarakat maupun perusahaan. Dalam lingkungan perusahaan, komunikasi merupakan salah satu faktor penting untuk dapat mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan. Komunikasi dalam suatu perusahaan dapat terjadi antara: pemimpin dengan pemimpin, pemimpin dengan bawahan, sesama bawahan, staf perusahaan dengan pelanggan atau masyarakat. Salah satu profesi yang sangat membutuhkan komunikasi yang baik adalah Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP), profesi ini berhubungan langsung dengan masyarakat luas di mana Satpol PP memiliki kewajiban untuk menegakkan peraturan pemerintah daerah, misalnya: mengenai ketertiban umum   yang melarang pedagang kaki lima untuk berjualan di trotoar, untuk itu seorang Satpol PP harus dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik untuk memberikan pengertian dan pemahaman kepada Pedagang Kaki Lima agar tidak menimbulkan konflik atau kerusuhan. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran komunikasi Satpol PP dalam memberikan pembinaan kepada pedagang kaki lima. Kata kunci: Komunikasi, Satpol PP, Pembinaan Pedagang Kaki Lima  Abstract-Communication is an important thing in human life, by communicating humans can understand each other, about their wants, needs and goals. One of the professions that really need good communication is the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP), this profession deals directly with the wider community where Satpol PP has an obligation to enforce local government regulations, for example: regarding public order which prohibits street vendors from selling on the sidewalk, for that a Satpol PP must be able to communicate well to provide understanding and understanding to street vendors so as not to cause conflict or riots. The role of the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda), so far has been more of a coordination forum that discussed problems in the region. The discussion was carried out in a form of meetings that were usually held in the local government office. The problems discussed are usually around the development of the last situation that occurred in the region. Other discussions usually depend on the theme or material of the discussion delivered by the Regional Head, which is then asked for advice from other Forkopinda members. In its development, it turned out that in addition to forums that were coordinating and discussing, it turned out that there were several activities in the field involving Forkopinda elements other than the Regional Head, in the form of handling social problems and natural disasters that were handled directly by TNI agencies and Polri agencies, even other institutions. who may not belong to Forkopinda.In addition to that role, Forkopinda, often also plays a role in the issue of public order, handling social conflicts, drug problems, population problems and family planning and foreign supervision problems.All of these problems require cross-sectoral coordination or coordination between vertical agencies in the region.

Environment is a very important thing to maintain and preserve. From the perspective of religion or ethics there is has been done. But in the development of human life, it seems that the impact of industrialization begin to cause various enviromental problems. Therefore, regulation that relating to the production in a business and/or activity are needed, one of which is EIA-Environmental Impact Assessment (in Indonesia usually called by Amdal). This study aims to describe the role of EIA for guarding bussiness ethics on the environtment. The method is use qualitative-decriptive-literature. Result from this study is the existence of “Kerangka Acuan,” “Andal,” and “RKL-RPL” in EIA documents can be an instrument for guarding this ethics, in other side there are contain a “mashlahah” to maintain and preserve the environment. AbstractEducation is a very important thing in human life. When talking about education, it is inseparable about education personnel called teachers. Therefore in this study discussed about the role of teachers of Islamic religious education which is basically a forum for fostering student morals when the students are in the school environment. This study uses qualitative methods that basically collect data from interviews, observations, and observations. With this method it is considered very good for this research so that it can answer the problem. Ketika bicara tentang pendidikan, tak dapat dipisahkan tentang tenaga pendidikan yang disebut dengan guru. Oleh sebab itu dalam penlitian ini dibahas tentang peran guru pendidikan agama islam yang dasarnya adalah untuk wadah membina akhlak siswa ketika siswa tersebut dalam lingkungan sekolah.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif  yang pada dasarnya mengumpulkan data dari wawancara, pengamatan, dan observasi.  Dengan metode tersebut dirasa sangat baik untuk penelitian ini sehingga dapat menjawab permasalahan. Guru disekolah ini sangat kooperatif dalam meningkatkan akhlak siswa baik ketika di sekolah amupun diluar sekolah. Kata Kunci: Peran, Guru PAI, Pembinaan Akhlak

Numerous branches of industry, involving the textile and clothing sector, are subjected to various negative trends of the COVID-19 pandemic period and other crises. Crisis management in a systematic manner within a company represents one of the possible replies aiming at reducing the adverse effects of these events. The analysis of companies' experiences in encountering such an unwanted event shows that good communication facilitates crisis management. The main goal of this paper is to consider the role of public relations in the crisis management. The first part of this paper considers different forms of crisis that every production company has to take into account. The middle part of the paper focuses on the crisis management process, and, also, analyzes possible communication strategies. In the final part of the paper, attention is paid to the recent experiences in terms of crisis communication management in well-known companies.

The article deals with topical issues of ensuring public order at the local government level in the light of the constitutional reform of 2020 and the adjustment of legislation in this area. The article substantiates the significance of this function of the state at the level of local self-government. Based on statistical data and analysis of the activities of internal Affairs bodies to ensure public order in the context of the pandemic, it is concluded that it is important to preserve not only the function, but also the constitutional consolidation of the independence of local self-government bodies to ensure public order in close contact with state bodies called upon to perform law enforcement activities. It is concluded that today it is difficult to assess the results of changes in the constitutional provision regarding the role of local self-government bodies in ensuring the protection of public order, since legislative changes have not yet affected the practice of implementing this function of local authorities

The Impact

The empowerment of street vendors in an area, if appropriately managed, will be able to improve the economy of the community and the local government. It is the duty of the local government. This study aims to find out the efforts and impacts of street vendors' empowerment by the Brebes Regency government. The results showed that: (1) street vendors' empowerment efforts carried out by the Brebes Regency Government were reasonable, but it would be better if street vendors’ empowerment efforts had special regional regulations related to street vendors’ empowerment. (2) The impact of empowerment by the Brebes Regency Government is divided into two aspects, namely social and economic issues. Common elements, for example, the formation of street vendor associations, a more organized environment, in financial aspects, for instance increasing street vendors' income and increasing the income of Brebes Regency.
