Fast food visage amplified challenges with the retention of employees. A newly established fast-food brand in a very short time since its commencement in 2009, Pizza Max has become the top brand name in Karachi even though facing tough and irresistible competition. Due to its extraordinary standards and exceptional service, Pizza Max already has a loyal customer base, and the brand is expanding each day with 8 branches across Karachi already. It also opened its branches in other cities of Pakistan. This research study is intended to getting an understandable and translucent view about employee job retention in diverse Pizza Max branches of Karachi. The prime intention of this research is to determine the contact and the end result of the selected factors on employee job retention in Pizza Max, Karachi. This research study brings a close-deduced representation of selected factors that align with employee retention. All Pizza max branches are tripped for primary data collection. The data was quantitatively collected with the help of survey questionnaires by using the probability random sampling technique. However, the data were analyzed via SPSS, and the outcomes were significant. The main reason for this research is to clarify the association and the result of the selected factors on employee job retention in Pizza Max. At the same time, findings show that the training has no association with employee retention in Pizza Max. However, pay and promotion have greatest association on employee retention in Pizza Max, Karachi. This research will help fast-food organizations enhance employee commitment with the organization along with helping future analysts and researchers.

The paper entitled “Influential Factors on Customer Satisfaction: Case of Branded Fast Food Outlet in Jammu City” was carried out in Jammu city of J&K (UT). The research adopted a convenience sampling technique to carry out the survey. The primary data was collected from 100 respondents by filling up the pre-tested schedule-cum-questionnaire. The major findings of the study show that the factors like hospitality, advertisement, and price of the food at the branded retail outlets influence the overall customer satisfaction.

This study is an attempt to examine whether leadership styles (transformational & transactional) have any effect on the commitment of employees, working in PESCO. The current study also examined the facilitating role of job stress in connection amid employees’ commitment and leadership styles that whether the job stress affects this relationship or otherwise. A stratified random sampling technique was used to select the respondent of the research study. The primary data were collected by using questionnaire. The significance level (p < .05) was used to accept and reject the hypotheses. The results acclaim that the development in the perceived level of leadership style used by the leaders can affect the commitment level among the employees. The leadership style of the leaders is expected to mark not only the commitment level of the workforces but also the performance of the organization. Similarly, job stress “fully mediated the relationships between leadership” styles and employees’ performance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the compensation and supervisor support variables mediated by job satisfaction affect employee retention at PT Pradu. The population in this study were 55 employees of the non-academic division. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, namely the sampling technique where the number was the same as the population. The type of data used in this study uses primary data which is done by distributing questionnaires directly to Pradu employees. The research data analysis technique used structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) version 3.2.7 program. The results of data analysis found that the R-square of the compensation and supervisor support variables in explaining the job satisfaction variable was 0.701 or about 70% and 30% was explained by other factors outside of this study. While the compensation variable, supervisor support, and job satisfaction in explaining the employee retention variable amounted to 0.325 or about 32.5% and 67.5% was explained by other factors outside of this study. A total of 5 hypotheses were accepted and 2 hypotheses were rejected after testing with the limit of t-statistics> t-table 1.96 and P-Value ​

This study aimed to examine the effect of organizational structure consisting of dimensional complexity of the work, the formalization of employment, and the centralization of the work on the effectiveness of employees at PT. Inti Karsa Persada (Kalla Hospitality) Makassar. Collecting data using primary data obtained from questionnaires using proportionate random sampling technique. 62 respondents Population as much of 86 employees and 62 employees were used as samples in this study. The results of the WarphPLS Ver.5.0 indicate that the hypothesis is accepted because it shows the complexity of the work is positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness. This means that the effect on job retention complexity positive and significant impact on the employee work effectiveness. The research on work formalizing shows that the hypothesis is accepted because it is positive and significant results. This means that the effect of work formalization is positive and significantly effect on work effectiveness of the employee. While the centralization of work shows that the hypothesis is accepted because it is positive and significant. This means that the job centralization has a positive and significant effect of the employee work effectiveness.

Fast food is one type of food that is prepared and served quickly. In this research, the writer wants to know whether halal labeling, consumer awareness and behavioral intention influences fast food buying decisions. This research used quantitative method. The data in this study are primary data. Technique of determining the sample using proportional random sampling technique with a sample size is 83 students from Islamic Economics and Business Faculty IAIN Kudus Sharia Economics Major in class of 2015 and 2016. Data analysis techniques using linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that the variable halal labeling has significant influence on fast food buying decision, consumer awareness variable have significantly influenced the fast food buying decision and variable behavior intention has no effect which is not significant to the fast food buying decision. Women entrepreneurship is getting an ever increased attention in the recent era. Women entrepreneurs are appearing as potential players in Pakistan’s economy. Women are more than 50% of the national population and are economically utilizing their potentialthat not only leads to individual growth but household wellbeing.Literature hasmostly documented the gender bias, the opportunities and constraints faced by women entrepreneurs.However, how significantly these women entrepreneurs contribute to the well being of their households have not been explored yet. Therefore, the current paperattempts to explore the role of women owned entrepreneurial venturesin their household wellbeingin Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.A Qualitative approach is adopted to conduct the research study. Primary data is collected through face to face in-depth interviews with 30 women entrepreneursthrough purposive sampling technique. The research study explored that women entrepreneurs are making significant contributions towards the education, health and raising living standards of their households thereby, increasing the overall wellbeing of their households.


Employee retention is not something that can be dealt with records and reports. It depends purely upon how the employers understand the various concerns of the employees and how they help them resolve their problem, when they are in need. Therefore the main aim of this study is to study the employee retention at a private sector small bank in Chennai. To achieve the said objectives of the study data was collected from around 100 employees from the total population of 450 employees using convenience sampling technique. The research design used in this study is descriptive research design. Primary data was collected using a structured questionnaire and secondary data was obtained from company website, journals and books. The Independent variable used for the study are Age, gender, marital status, educational qualification, experience and monthly income and the dependent Variables are Compensation & Rewards, Work Environment, Organization Culture & Relationship, Job Satisfaction & Security, Training & development and Social relevance of working life. Percentage analysis were used to break the raw data. From the study it is found that majority of the respondents are above the age group of 20 years, majority are male and are UG. It is further found that employee retention helps in the development of the organization and management comes forward to solve the employees problem. Employees feel valued and appreciated, be given feedback, provided with growth opportunities, be given work-life balance options, have trust and confidence in their leaders.

Employee retention could be a crucial issue within the pharmaceutical industry of Pakistan. As of now workplace and workers both are influenced at the same time with this genuine issue. Therefore there is a need of research to retain the assets of the company. The main cause of the following research is to demonstrate the factors which influence the employee retention. The variables we are using are job satisfaction, salary & rewards, career development & superior support. Sample size of the study was 250 out of 250 questionnaires was filled by 214 employees in which 89.0% were male and 11.0% were females of different pharmaceutical firms of Pakistan. In this we use quantitative research the study is based on mono method research. The collected primary data has been analysed through SPSS & Smart PLS and correlational analysis. If the result of the study is been concluded so it has been shown that all the variables have significant relationship and alternative hypothesis are accepted. As a result the uniqueness of the research study is also significant which shows that working on their talented people (employees) and to keep them satisfying is important for the productivity of organization. The study has different indication as it has given new ways to the pharmaceutical sector to retain their employees and reduce the cost of hiring by retention.

This study aims to determine the effect of transparency in financial management of village funds and community empowerment on community welfare in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods and primary data using questionnaires. This study took a sample of residents who were divided into 11 hamlets in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunung kidul Regency. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to people’s homes, attending social gatherings and routine meetings held by community members. It aims to obtain more data from respondents directly. The number of questionnaires processed was 120 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that community empowerment has a positive effect on the welfare of the people of Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency, while transparency in financial management of village funds does not affect the welfare of the community in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency.

In this era, a lot of activities that can not be separated from the practice of cheating or fraud , no exception In the government . Inspektorat Sumenep is the leading institution of internal Local Government in preventing and detecting fraud in the Local Government appropiate Perbup Sumenep No. 29 of 2008 . Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep need attention on the issue . This is due to Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep an agency with the largest number of assets and managing large budgets . These conditions led to the formulation of the problem is How Inspektorat Sumenep role in preventing and detecting fraud in Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep. This study used a qualitative approach in which the focus of this study is Inspektorat role in preventing and detecting fraud at Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep . Primary data obtained by direct interviews with the parties directly related to the determination of the source of research data in a qualitative study using nonprobability sampling . The sampling technique used was purposive sampling . The conclusion of this study, role of the Inspektorat Sumenep in the prevention of fraud in Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep still not maximal . This is due to Inspektorat Sumenep not supervise from the planning / budgeting and not optimal in overseeing and assisting the implementation of the SPIP as an instrument of fraud prevention in Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep . The role of Inspektorat Sumenep in the detection of fraud in Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep done by conducting an audit of financial and asset management in each financial year.Keywords: fraud, government, inspektorat.
