[Id]Penerimaan peserta didik baru (PPDB) merupakan salah satu proses yang ada di instansi pendidikan seperti sekolah yang berguna untuk menyaring calon siswa yang terpilih sesuai kriteria yang ditentukan oleh sekolah tersebut untuk menjadi siswa didiknya. Pada umumnya proses PPDB dilakukan melalui tahapan pendaftaran, tes seleksi, dan pengumuman penerimaan siswa. Dalam penelitian ini penerapannya pada SMP BPPI Baleendah yang selama ini dilakukan secara manual atau sudah terkomputerisasi tetapi menggunakan Microsoft Office Excel. Pendaftaran secara manual masih menggunakan formulir yang menimbulkan antrian. Formulir pendaftaran tersebut akan dimasukkan oleh komite PPDB ke dalam komputer. Dengan semakin banyaknya calon siswa baru, maka proses memasukkan, mengolah dan memberikan informasi hasil PPDB memerlukan waktu.Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sistem PPDB berbasis web menggunakan pendekatan YII Framework dengan metoda MVC (Model View Controller) pada SMP BPPI Baleendah yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang ada. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan kemudahan bagi admin maupun siswa itu sendiri. Langkah-langkah pengembangan sistem ini adalah studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara, analisis, perancangan, uji coba dan implementasi. Kesimpulan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah diharapkan dapat terbangunnya sistem informasi penerimaan siswa baru yang berbasis web.Kata kunci : Perangkat Lunak, Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru, Berbasis Web[En]The admission of new students is one of processes within educational institutions like school which is used to select candidate according to stated criteria by related school. Generally, the process of acceptance of new students began with registration, selection, and announcement steps of new student. This research was taken place at Junior High School (SMP) BPPI Baleendah which during the time has practiced the admission of new students manually or computerized but used Microsoft Office Excel only. The manual registration that are still using the form that led to long queues. The registration form hereinafter be recapitulated in the ledger by the committee PPDB into the computer. Because the number of applicants who pretty much and continues to grow, so that the input process, data processing and delivery of information resulting from the admission requires substantial time. The expected outcome of this research is to produce PPDB system web-based using YII Framework with MVC method on SMP BPPI Baleendah which can solve problem. The benefit of this research is to provide an ease for administrator and student. The steps of development system are literature study, observation, interview, analysis, schematization, trial, and implementation as its method. The conclusion from research result hopes installed an information system of new student acceptance in web-based. The author suggested that these applications can grow more, as in the use of Mobile-based or Website.

New Student Admission is a series of annual compulsory activities held by all schools in Indonesia in order to accept new students in the new academic year. The process of New Student Admission is based on school and government policies. In 2019, the Ministry of Education and Culture issued a regulation regarding the admission of new students as stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 44 of 2019. In this regulation, the age of students is used as one of the parameters that are put into consideration after the distance between residence. In its implementation, many schools in Jakarta use age as the main parameter instead of the distance of student residence so that it violates the provisions of Permendikbud 44 of 2019. The use of age as a main parameter can affect student achievement in school. To see this further, a literature study was conducted which discussed the effect of entry age and achievement in several countries and various levels of education. Based on the literature that has been done, it is unfortunate that the effect of student entry age on achievement at school has different results between each level of education. At the early education level (Kindergarten - Elementary School), the age at which students enter has an influence on their achievement at school, but this does not apply at the secondary level (Junior High School - Senior High School) where the age of students has no effect on achievement at school.

This research was conducted by using a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The quantitative approach was chosen to be tested theories by examining and measuring variables in the form of relationships, differences, influences, contributions, and the others. The research was carried out by describing the students acquisition data on the new student admission (PPDB) using zoning system based on the academic year 2019-2020 and the student acquisition data on the academic year PPDB 2018-2019 as a comparison. Based on the results of the study, the new students of PPDB using zoning system was considered lower in terms of economic and educational background of parents. There were more parents with less education (elementary & junior high school) in the zoning system than in the rayon system, whereas parents with higher education in the zoning system were fewer than the rayon system.  Likewise, in terms of income, there were more people with the low income in the zoning system than in the rayon system, and those having high income were fewer than in the rayon system. The study showed that the intelligence and the result of National Examination Score (NUN) in the zoning system is lower than in the rayon system. The intelligent level of the students in the zoning system is mostly dominated by the scores under 90-109, while in the rayon system were dominated by the scores above 90-109.  The National Examination Scores (NUN) in the zoning system were evenly distributed from a range of scores 0 to 30, while in the rayon system the scores were dominated by a range of scores 28-30, with the lowest score 24.

Kardin Pisau Indonesia needs to take advantage of information technology in warehouse inventory management, no longer in manual management, namely recording in paper media, which will be vulnerable to data mismatches. Web application here is defined as an inventory application, through displays which include items to be stored in the warehouse and incoming and outgoing product transactions. The research method used here is Research and Development (R&D). Making software is done with a waterfall model which consists of stages: needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. In object orientation paradigm modeling system with visual UML. The results of this study produce web-based software using the YII Framework with the MVC (Model View Controller) method. Through a web application that provides direct contact, it is hoped that the service process to consumers can be clear and fast. This inventory application can be used as material for product inventory in warehouse stock which includes recording, processing, and reporting data on warehouse inventory. Another benefit is that with this web-based application, the head office can know the inventory in the warehouse by itself so that it can quickly take action to fill the warehouse inventory.

ABSTRAK Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung salah satu institusi perguruan tinggi yang memiliki kualitas yang bagus dan memiliki potensi yang dapat menyerap mahasiswa baru berdasarkan berlimpahnya data awal yang diperoleh dari tahun ajaran 2013/2014 sampai dengan 2016/2017, dengan tahapan seleksi penerimaan yang banyak bahkan mahasiswa baru yang terserap beberapa tahun terakhir mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan.Dalam penelitian dilakukan analisa perbandingan algoritma fuzzy logic metode Tsukamoto, Sugeno dan Mamdani untuk memprediksi jumlah pendaftar untuk tahun kedepan dilihat dari jumlah mahasiswa yang lulus dan registrasi dari tahun sebelumnya dan dalam membandingkan perhitungannya menggunakan nilai rata-rata dari hasil yang diperoleh pada ketiga metode fuzzy tersebut dengan aplikasi berbasis web.Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dihitung bahwa metode fuzzy Mamdani mempunyai tingkat error yang lebih kecil sebesar 19,76% dibandingkan dengan metode Tsukamoto sebesar 39,03% dan Sugeno sebesar 86,41% pada prediksi jumlah pendaftar mahasiswa baru.   ABSTRACT State Islamic University (UIN) Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung one of the university institutions that have good quality and has the potential to absorb new students based on the abundance of preliminary data obtained from the academic year 2013/2014 until 2016/2017, with the selection selection stage Which many new students even absorbed in the last few years have increased and decreased. In the research, comparative analysis of fuzzy logic algorithm of Tsukamoto, Sugeno and Mamdani method is used to predict the number of applicants for the next year seen from the number of students who graduated and registration from the previous year and in comparing the calculation uses the average value of the results obtained in the three fuzzy methods with web-based applications. The existence of a system that is applied online can help and facilitate human work in various aspects of life so that it is easier and more effective. The implementation of the registration of prospective new students is used as the initial process of entering a new level in education. The implementation of the registration of prospective new students who have to come directly to the school to fill out the registration form is considered ineffective and inefficient. So, to make the registration process easier, it is necessary to create an online registration information system. For the analysis stage using flowcharts, activity diagrams, use case diagrams, Erd, and hierarchies for the design stage using class diagrams. With the design of a web-based system, it can simplify the process of registering new members, storing data relating to new student registrations can be stored neatly using a database and information relating to new student registration can be obtained quickly and accurately.

STKIP Paracendekia NW Sumbawa is an educational institution that deals in English education and mathematics education. STKIP Paracendekia NW Sumbawa organizes new student admissions every year. In organizing the admission of new students, STKIP Paracendekia NW Sumbawa still uses a manual system that is by recording all registrants using books and registration forms are still stored in a cupboard. This makes it difficult for the organizing committee to manage data, which data will change from time to time. The solution to the problems that are happening at STKIP Paracendekia NW Sumbawa is to build a Web-Based New Student Admission Information System at STKIP Paracendekia NW Sumbawa. This system was developed using the PHP programming language by using the CodeIgniter and MysSql Framework as a database. The method used in building this system is to use the waterfall method. This system is expected to simplify and speed up the data management process for prospective new students.

This research has the aim of building a system of acceptance for new students with a website-based method, so that it can help prospective new students in the subject make it easier to obtain information about the registration of new students. Data processing in the acceptance of new students at Al Amanah Vocational School Pasar Kemis still uses Conventional systems, namely prospective registrants come directly to the school then fill out the registration form then the registration data is recorded in a book and reports are made also using manual recapitulation resulting in archival loss and needing a very long time in the process of making a report. Using research methods namely Library Studies, Analysis, Observation, Designing, Trial and Implementation. The information system at the admission of new students is designed using the PHP programming language and using the MySQL database as a Database Server. The output of this research is that the information system on admission of new students with web-based can have the ability to provide convenience for parents of new students in terms of getting all information about acceptance to new students and doing the registration process flow online.   Keywords: New Student Admissions, PHP, MySQL Database.

Abstrak: Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan masih menjadi favorit para siswa dalam menimba ilmu pengetahuan dibangku sekolah, salah satu yang menjadi alasannya adalah biaya yang terjangkau. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan semakin bertambahnya siswa SMK yang ada pada kota Bekasi sehingga pihak sekolah membutuhkan peningkatan pelayanan yang cepat tanggap yang didukung dengan teknologi informasi, ruang belajar yang nyaman dan pendidik yang profesional. Seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah siswa membuat pihak sekolah kesulitan dalam mengelola data siswa yang mendaftar secara akurat sampai dengan proses pembuatan laporan yang membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Pada saat penerimaan siswa baru pihak sekolah masih menggunakan sistem manual yakni calon siswa mengisi kertas formulir yang diberikan panitia pendaftaran. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membantu pihak sekolah mengelola data siswa dalam proses penerimaan siswa baru menggunakan website yang mana dapat diakses melalui smartphone sehingga kegiatan penerimaan dapat berjalan dengan efektif. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Waterfall karena dianggap memiliki tahapan yang terurut atau sekuensial yaitu analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengkodean, pengujian dan pemeliharaan. Sedangkan bahasa pemrograman untuk membangun sistem menggunakan PHP dengan CodeIgniter web framework, karena dianggap dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pembangunan aplikasi yang memiliki banyak library dan DBMS yang digunakan menggunakan mysql yang kompatibel dalam pembangunan aplikasi berbasis website. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi penerimaan siswa baru berbasis web menggunakan framework codeigniter sehingga dapat membantu mempermudah siswa dalam mendaftar dan pihak sekolah dalam melakukan kegiatan penerimaan siswa baru secara online.   Kata kunci: penerimaan siswa baru, sistem informasi, metode waterfall   Abstract: Vocational High School is still a favorite of students in studying at school, one of the reasons is the affordable cost. This is evidenced by the increasing number of vocational students in the city of Bekasi so that the school needs an increase in responsive services that are supported by information technology, comfortable learning spaces and professional educators. As the number of students increases, it is difficult for schools to manage the data of students who register accurately up to the process of making reports that require a long time. At the time of admission of new students the school still uses a manual system where the prospective student fills out the paper form provided by the registration committee. Based on the problems faced, the purpose of this study is to help the school manage student data in the process of admitting new students using a website which can be accessed via a smartphone so that the reception activity can run effectively. The method used in this study is the Waterfall method because it is considered to have sequential or sequential stages namely requirements analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. While the programming language for building systems using PHP with CodeIgniter web framework, because it is considered to be able to simplify and accelerate the process of building applications that have lots of libraries and DBMS that are used using mysql that are compatible in building website-based applications. The results of this study in the form of a web-based new student admission information system using a codeigniter framework so that it can help facilitate students in registering and the school in conducting new student admission activities online.   Keywords: new student admissions, information systems, waterfall methods

The problems of union can arise in various parts of the business process implementedthat are services to members and consumers, financial management, sales management, promotions and other various services, both the main process and supporting one. For service business processes, the union uses social media and other similiar platform. For reporting business processes, it is still carried out in a manual way. To improve the results of the business process in the system of union, it requires web-based e-commerce in order to help all of the aspects. The presence of an e-commerce system is to help promoting the products and facilitate consumers to do everything within the business processes. The design of the e-commerce system uses the MVC (Model, View, Controller). The programming language used is the PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) based on Codeigniter framework and MySQL as a Database Management System (DBMS) and Sublime Text 3 as the editor. Business processes that exist in this union could sell products in a larger area in order to convey the information about the products to consumers quickly. With the system in the union, consumers will be much easier in ordering the producs they want.Keywords :  Codeigniter Framework, MySQL, E-Commerce.

The government through the Manpower Office has built a Job Training Center which aims to provide skills and expertise to training participants in order to improve the quality of prospective workforce. The service for admitting new students at the Cilegon City Work Training Center which is implemented has not been effective because it still uses the manual system, where participants come to the office to take the registration form. This study aims to create a web-based information system for new student admissions at the Cilegon City Work Training Center. Making this new web-based student admission information system uses the waterfall method which includes software requirements analysis, design, system coding, system testing, system support and maintenance. The web-based admission system at the Cilegon City Work Training Center can make it easier for prospective new students to register by saving time and costs compared to coming in person. With this new student admission information system, it is hoped that it can facilitate the processing of new students at the Cilegon City Work Training Center.
