Background: The high number of natural disasters in the country requires the vigilance and preparedness of all parties. Landslide events still occur in several areas in Indonesia, presumably for all parties to make preparedness and prevention efforts to face the threat of disaster. Objectives: Preparedness is an important factor that is currently the focus of attention, considering that preparedness is a determining factor for disaster risk reduction that can be carried out and pursued from an early age. Methods: This type of research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 207 respondents, using a random sampling technique using the Slovin formula, a sample of 68 respondents was obtained. Results: The research shows that there is an influence of disaster knowledge, community attitudes and socialization of landslides on preparedness for landslide disasters. Village Studies in Cemparam Pakat Jeroh Village, Mesidah District. Conclusion: the need for the government's role in providing business opportunities for people living in landslide-prone areas so that people can meet the needs of their family's life

The problem of marine debris is inseparable from the culture of the people who are not aware not to throw garbage in the sea and the lack of communication between stakeholders. Problems with the implementation of waste management also occur in the city of Kendari, the increase in population result in the accumulation of waste person as much 0.6 kg/day or 247.96 tons/day. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors related to the behavior of people throwing garbage at sea in the coastal area of ​​Bungkutoko Village. The research method is quantitative research with cross sectional design with a sample of 231 respondents by purposive sampling using the Spearman Rank Correlation test. The results of this study indicate that there is no relationship between public knowledge and the act of throwing garbage at sea (p-value=0.545>0.05), there is no relationship between community attitudes and the act of throwing garbage at sea (p-value=0.225>0.05), there is no relationship between available facilities and the act of throwing garbage at sea (p-value=0.196>0.05), there is no relationship between local government supervision and the act of throwing garbage at sea (p-value=0.505>0.05). The conclusion in this study is that there is no relationship between community knowledge, community attitudes, available facilities or facilities, and local government supervision with the act of throwing garbage at sea. For further researchers, it is hoped that this research can be used as a reference to complete this research.

<p><em><em>Background: In Batik Mawar, almost all work is done manually using the hands and upper arms on a continuous basis combined with the rigor of work and the use of traditional tools. The work has a heavy workload because all the work process is done by the same craftsman causing fatigue besides that the worker also have double role. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between workload and dual role with feelings of fatigue on craftsmen batik roses.Method: This research is Quantitative research with Cross Sectional research design. The population in this study are all artisans in Batik Mawar. Sampling in this study using total sampling technique with the number of research samples as many as 40 respondents. Data analysis used by Univariat and Bivariat.Result: Result of data analysis using Chi-Square test for work load got value p-Value = 0,001. The result of data analysis using Chi-square test for double role got p-value = 0,031. Thus it is concluded that there is a meaningful relationship between workload and dual role with feeling tired. We recommend that craftsmen wash clothes 2 times a day, cook ready meals, other than together in completing the work at home</em></em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Di Batik Mawar, hampir semua pekerjaan dikerjakan secara manual menggunakan tangan dan lengan atas secara berkesinambungan yang dikombinasi dengan ketelitian kerja dan penggunaan alat-alat tradisional. Pekerjaan mempunyai beban kerja yang berat dikarenakan semua proses kerja dilakukan oleh pengrajin yang sama sehingga menimbulkan kelelahan</em><em> disamping itu pekerjanya juga memiliki peran ganda</em><em>.</em><em> Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dan peran ganda dengan perasaan lelah pada pengrajin batik mawar.Metode: </em><em>Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pengrajin di Batik Mawar. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan Univariat dan Bivariat.</em><em>Hasil: </em><em>Hasil analisis data yang menggunakan uji Chi-Square untuk beban kerja didapatkan nilai p-Value = 0,001. Hasil analisis data yang menggunakan uji Chi-square untuk peran ganda didapatkan nilai p-value= 0,031. Dengan demikian  disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara beban kerja dan peran ganda dengan perasaan lelah.Sebaiknya pengrajin mencuci pakaian 2 kali sehari, memasak makanan siap saji, selain itu dengan cara bersama-sama dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan dirumah.</em><em></em></p><strong><em></em></strong>

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The achievement of Pulmonary TB CDR in the working area of Banjarmasin City Health Office is still 49% in 2015 and increased by 52% in 2016. The low achievement of pulmonary TB CDR in Banjarmasin became a health problem related to the performance of P2TB officers in the Health Service Working Area City of Banjarmasin. This study aims to explain factors related to the performance of Proram Control Officers Tuberculosis in the Work Area of Banjarmasin City Health Office. This research is a quantitative research using cross sectional design. The population is all officers of P2TB in the working area of Banjarmasin City Health Office. The sample taken is a population of 57 people using total sampling technique. The results showed that the availability factor of the facility was related to the performance of the Proram Control Officer Tuberculosis (ρ-value = 0.049). While factors unrelated to officer performance are psychological factor (ρ-value = 1.000) and incentive (ρ-value = 0.260). The Conclusion of this study is the relationship between the availability of facilities with the performance of Proram Control Officers Tuberculosis, but there is no relationship between the psychological and incentives with the Proram Control Officer Tuberculosis in the Work Area of Banjarmasin City Health Office.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FAMILY SUPPORT AND THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF PEOPLE WITH MENTAL DISORDERS  ABSTRACTMental disorder is one of the most serious health problems. Families have to spend more time to provide care to People with Mental Disorders at home. People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ) usually have problems with quality of life. The study aimed to determine the relationship between family support and the quality of life of People with Mental Disorders / ODGJ. This research is a quantitative research by using cross-sectional design with correlative analytic method. The sample of the research were 39 people selected by non probability sampling technique of purposive sampling. Data collection of respondent characteristics was conducted by using questionnaire of respondent characteristics. The level of family support was assessed by using family support questionnaires proposed by Friedman and the quality of life of the respondents was measured using the SQLS questionnaires. The findings showed that good and moderate family supports have the same percentage of 35.9%, while the results of the quality of life score showed that the majority of respondents had good quality of life (82.1%). Based on the analysis by using Spearman-Rank test, there is a significant correlation between family support and quality of life of respondents with p = 0,000 (p <0,05) and strong correlation value of 0.618 and positive correlation direction which means if family support increases then the quality of life of respondents will increase and vice versa. The future researchers are expected to exercise control over other factors that may affect the quality of life of People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ).

The causes of drug abuse are complex due to the interaction of various factors, including individual factors such great curiosity to try and unknowingly or think long about the consequences later in life, environmental factors such as family problems or a broken home or social environment / community one even all members become abusers drug. This research is a quantitative research using Cross sectional design. The population in this study is the victim of drug abuse which amounted to 545 people and a total sample of 40 respondents using simple random sampling technique and the data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate by using the chi-square test. There is The relationship of knowledge and family support to the behavior of drug abuse in class IIA prison  Jambi. Expected to be used as inputs in the preparation of the program increased knowledge about the dangers of drugs.

<p><em>The number of medical personnel in the Padang City is still a shortage of the amount required is 83 people, but this time medical personnel numbered 53 people. This research was carried out by combining two types of research are mixed method, preceded by a quantitative research with cross sectional approach, followed by qualitative research. The study was conducted in Primary Health Care Padang City. The population in this study are all medical personnel in the Padang City with a sample of 38 people, with a sampling technique is simple random sampling. The bivariate analysis known there are significant relationship between work (p = 0,023), compensation (p = 0,001), supervision (p = 0,001) and the relationship between employees (p = 0,000) with job satisfaction. But there is no relationship promotion with job satisfaction (p = 0,208). The conclusion of the study there are significant relationship between work, compensation, supervision and the relationship between employees with job satisfaction.</em></p>

ABSTRACTBackground: Dysmenorrhea is a painful sensation, cramping in the lower abdomen which is often accompanied by other symptoms, such as sweating, headache, nausea, diarrhea, and tremors, all of which occur before or during menstruation. Teenage girls who experience dysmenorrhea can interfere with social or physical activities because when they are in pain, sufferers tend to be silent and even don't want to interact with other people, they tend to be more emotional. Emotional embodiment part of what a woman feels, a reaction to a certain event or situation. Emotional status and dysmenorrhea in women is a conscious experience that influences bodily activities and is psychologically able to influence a woman's emotions. Objective: To identify emotional status and to analyze the relationship between emotional status and the degree of dysmenorrhea in young girls. Methods: Quantitative research, descriptive analytic research design with cross sectional research design with proportionate stratified random sampling technique, the sample of this study was 54 students of class X SMKN 12 Loa Buah Samarinda who experienced dysmenorrheaResults: Variable emotional status obtained positive emotional classification 33 (61, 1%) and negative emotions 21 (38.9%) respondents. Variable The degree of dysmenorrhea was classified as mild 35 (64.8%), moderate 12 (22.2%), severe 5 (9.3%) and unbearable 2 (3.7%). The test used Pearson Chi-square results obtained P value = 0.402, the significant level (α) is 0.05, then p> from α. This result means that Ho is accepted, there is no relationship between emotional status and the degree of dysmenorrhea in young girls at SMKN 12 loa buah samarinda. Conclusion: There is no relationship between emotional status and the degree of dysmenorrhea in adolescents at SMKN 12 Loa Buah Samarinda

As people's standard of living increases, the demand for quality health also increases. Patient satisfaction is correlated with the quality of service in the hospital. By understanding the level of patient satisfaction, hospital management can learn and improve service quality. The study aims to determine the relationship between reliability, responsiveness, and empathy aspects with patient satisfaction in Pharmacy Installations at Mitra Medika Amplas Hospital. This research was an explanatory quantitative research with cross sectional design. The sample of this study amounted to 60 people and taken by accidental sampling technique. The data obtained through interviews using a questionnaire. The results showed that the level of patient satisfaction in Pharmacy Installations at Mitra Medika Amplas Hospital on reliability aspect was 63.3%, responsiveness aspect was 56.7% and empathy aspect was 81.7%. Based on the result of the research, the suggestion given to the service provider in this case Mitra Medika Amplas Hospital is to improve the performance of health service especially in Pharmacy Installation service by way of monitoring and evaluating periodically with the implementation of the service, evaluating and developing human resources, and infrastructure. A condom is a sheath made of latex which is caused by an erect penis or vagina that acts as a protector to prevent semen or fluid from ejaculating when the penis is in the vagina. Men's participation in joining the Family Planning program is quite low. This has also reduced men's participation in using condom contraception. The purpose of this study was to determine the Relationship between Knowledge and Perceptions of Men with Condom Use in the work area of the Rimbo Data Center. This research is quantitative research with analytic descriptive design and cross-sectional approach conducted in January 2019. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with a sample size of 80 people. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariate by computer using the chi-square statistical test. The results obtained from 80 samples, based on this univariate analysis (46.2%) had a low level of knowledge, (53.8%) had a negative perception, and most (63.8%) respondents did not use contraceptives condom. Based on bivariate analysis states there is a significant relationship between male knowledge with the use of condoms with a value of p-value = 0,000 <0.05. The perception of men with the use of condoms states that there is a significant relationship between perception with the use of condoms with the results of p-value = 0,000 <0.05. It is expected that the results of this study can increase the knowledge and perception of the community through counseling, especially regarding condom contraception. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that there is a relationship between Knowledge and Perceptions of Men with Condom Use in the work area of Rimbo Data Center.

Cigarettes are very dangerous for health. The Global Adults Tobacco Survey (GATS) survey estimated that as many as 7.9 billion adults became active smokers and about 3.5 billion people were exposed to cigarette smoke at work. Indonesia ranks 4th out of 10 countries with a population of smokers (4%) after China (38%), Russia (7%) and the United States (5%) (Ministry of Health, 2012). Every cigarette smoked contains a lot of toxic substances, especially carbon monoxide (CO) which can damage the sympathetic nervous system and hemoglobin desaturation.This study aims to see the effect of the number of cigarettes with CO levels in adolescent smokers in vocational schools. This research is a quantitative research with cross-sectional design. The sample in this study amounted to 20 people in which the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This study was conducted on July  2018 in SMK in the city of Jambi. Analysis using the Wilcoxon test.The results showed that the average number of cigarettes smoked by teenagers per day was 3.2 cigarettes, and the average CO level was 10.1ppm. The results of the analysis with Wilcoxon test showed that there was an effect of the number of cigarettes on CO levels with a p value of 0,000, meaning that there was a relationship between the number of cigarettes and CO levels in adolescent smokers in SMKs.The results of this study are expected to be a reference for teenagers to know the content of cigarettes and their dangers so that they can stop smoking behavior.
