Competition increasingly competitive business trigger Muliadana company to be more innovative in improving the quality of the company. One technique used by management companies in improving the quality of human resources is to conduct employee performance appraisal. To the authors try to establish a scoring system using the Graphic Rating Scale (GRS), which is a methodology for assessing the scale of the graph by comparing the individual performance against an absolute standard. The purpose of this valuation method is to minimize the less objective assessment and can determine the development of the employee's performance over several periods. The results of the performance appraisal company can provide feedback to the employees so they can decide the steps taken in making decisions such as: promotion, promotion or class, mutation, degradation as well as training for employees in need.

Performance appraisal of employees is an important thing to do by government agencies and private companies. It is useful to see, monitor the level and quality of work given by an employee to his company in order to create a company that is able to achieve the goals of each company by starting to do evaluation of HR (Human Resources) because in the business and management world says that a great company is a company that is able to manage its human resources. In employee performance appraisal, each company has their own way and certainly different in the actual practice of employee performance appraisal activities must be done properly and fairly as possible to eliminate social gaps in the world of work and reduce the occurrence of errors in granting an assessment of the performance of each each company employee and the results obtained after employees are given an assessment of their performance are expected to grow and influence the level of loyalty given by employees to the company and foster high self-motivation for the progress of the company itself. In evaluating employee performance, there are several tools that can be used, one of which is a decision support system that will process some of the criteria set by the company using the Weighted Product (WP) method

ABSTRACTHuman resource is an element determining the success of the organization. Because of that many effort to improve the performance of the organization are started the good performance of the employees. It has an important value to improve the individual performance that will give a contribution toward the organization’s performance. The aims of the study are to analyse, to get the empirical evidence, and to explain the effect of mediation of quality of work life, the involvement of work on the influence of transglobal leadership toward the performance of the employee in all cooperatives in East Java Province. The study is exploratory research trying to find the new relationship and explanarory research explaining the symptom caused a research. The study with quantitative approach uses purposive sampling of the cooperatives employee in several cities and regents in East Java Province. The analysis used is Generalized Structural Component Analysis (GSCA) with Sobel Test Approach to test the mediation effect on the relationship between the variables. The research result finds that the development of human resources management science especially the quality of work life, and the involvement of work on the influence of transglobal leadership toward the performance of the employee in all cooperatives in East Java Province will provide a recommendation as an useful information to the management in managing the human resources.It will accelerate the success of the organization especially the cooperatives in East Java Province.The conclusions of the research results are 1) Quality of work life fully mediate the influence of transglobal leadership toward the employee performance; 2) The involvement of work fully mediate the influence of transglobal leadership toward the employee performance. It is concluded that the optimalization of the implementation of quality of work life and the involvement of work will achieve the performance of the employee if the strategy of transglobal leadership in managing the human resources in the sucess cooperatives in East Java Province.

Once the employee has been selected, trained and motivated, he is then appraised for his performance. Performance appraisal is the step where the management finds out how effective it has been at hiring and placing employees. Thus, teachers evaluate the performance of students, bankers evaluate the performance of creditors, parents evaluate the behavior of their children and all of us consciously or unconsciously evaluate our own actions from time to time. In social interactions, performance is considered a systematic and planned manner to achieve widespread popularity in recent years. Performance appraisal is essential to understand and improve the employee’s appraisal. It was viewed that performance appraisal was useful to decide upon employee promotion/transfer salary determination and the like. But the recent development in human resources management, it indicates the levels of desired performance levels, of actual performance in gap between this two. This gap should be bridged through human resources development techniques like training, executive development etc., For the main asset is employees according to the employee’s performance the production, sale is happened to the organization according to that the profit and growth of the organization is increased or decreased for that the employee performance is most important. The employee performance is known by performance evaluation only. In other words, performance appraisal can be defined as the systematic evaluation of the individual with respect to their performance on the job and their potential development and his or her judgments, targets achieved by him or her, etc. The study aimed to investigate the assessment of performance appraisal is given to the employees working in the Visakhapatnam port trust.

The success of an organization in achieving its vision and mission depends on the quality of its human resources. Organizational management is essentially a process of human resource management because all organizations must operate through human resources. The quality of human resources is reflected in its performance within the company. Employee performance as a human resource is measured in a formal system called performance appraisal. Performance management is applied to achieve the company's vision and mission through employee competence and performance that match the values contained within the company. The targets of each work unit based on the balance scorecard set by the Directorate. The performance of Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) employees is monitored through key performance indicator. Performance appraisal of BSM employees is done periodically every 3 months, i.e. quarterly review and annual review. The grouping of employee performance through Performance Level (PL) is used as the basis for reward / appreciation from company to employee. Employee PL determination is aligned with the achievement level of the Work Unit and the composition should approach the normal distribution curve form using the PL predicate. Performance appraisal is self through self-assessment and direct superior through interview based on evidence of employee performance activity (self-assessment result). Implementation of performance management in BSM is good so that the company performance more structured and organized, effective and efficient and encourage employees to work according to procedures, spirit and productive so that the work is more optimal and contribute positively to the company.

The public spotlight on performance is getting bigger, especially regarding the sub-optimal and the minimum standard of apparatus performance. Therefore attention to the performance and effectiveness of the organization's work is a central topic to be a busy topic of discussion. This study examines the extent of the influence of employee performance on the organizational effectiveness of the District Education Office of Tanah Bumbu. To administer this condition, the apparatus's behavioral dimensions include abilities, skills, knowledge, attitudes, and motivations while the dimensions of organizational effectiveness on work productivity, efficiency, and job satisfaction. Skills, knowledge, attitudes, and motivation as an organizational asset, so that the quality of the human resources of the organization concerned can be relied upon in carrying out work and readiness to face changes and challenges in the future.Keywords: Employee behavior, work effictiveness, performance, performance appraisal, HR quality

Today employee performance is a fundamental element for the progress of the institution. Along with the changing times demanded in increasing employee performance in order to achieve the objectives to be achieved. The discussion of this study regarding the decline in employee performance is characterized by a decrease in the percentage of achievement of work program targets. In this study, there are two variables, namely human resources information system variable (X) and employee performance variable (Y). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of human resources information system and the level of employee performance. This research method uses descriptive method using the type of explanatory survey research. Data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires that used a rating scale measurement scale. Data analysis techniques using simple regression analysis. The population in this study is employees. Based on the results of the study, showed that the respondents' perceptions of performance appraisal in the effective category were in the very high category. Hypothesis testing shows that human resources information system has a positive and significant influence on employee performance

The quality of human resources, work professionalism, communication has an influence on the performance of education and employment center employees in airlines both partially and simultaneously. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The aviation training center population was 79 employees and 75 people were taken as respondents with the sampling method used was simple random sampling or simple random samples. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of testing and analysis conducted stated that the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work professionalism has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the quality of human resources, work professionalism, and communication support employee performance.

This study analyzed the relationship between humans as users of the system and application software as object an inseparable relationship. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of variable quality system to the perception of the quality system, the effect of perceived quality system and quality of information on the intensity of use and user satisfaction, and the influence of the intensity of use and user satisfaction of the impact of individual performance. This research is an empirical study using purposive sampling technique in data collection. Data were collected through  questionnaires to 39 BMT’s operational employees. Then, performed an analysis of the data obtained used path analysis. This included: testing hypotheses through path analysis. The results of tests performed using path analysis to get the results that each variable in the model of equation 4 had a coefficient with a positive direction. This means that the improvement of the quality of the system will be able to improve the quality of information for the individual impact of the use and satisfaction of employees through the use of the system.

The dynamics of the development of educational institutions in Indonesia cannot be stopped, let alone limit the rapid development of institutions. Not a few institutions have closed down due to the lack of interest in the community to send their children to school. The problem basically concerns the quality of the institution, especially human resources who play a role as the subject or manager of the institution. For quality institutions, it is certain that they will not be displaced by global developments and the demands of the community for quality education. The research method of this article is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. This type of research is a case study with a multi-case design considering the choice of two research institutions even though one shelter, namely early childhood education and primary school Anak Saleh Malang City. The results showed that early childhood education has four strategies in improving the quality of human resources, including: training, professional development, career development, and performance appraisal. One of the four strategies has the theme of developing human resources through workshops on the responsibilities of employees in schools and families. Meanwhile, the Saleh Children Primary School has three strategies for developing human resources, namely: monitoring, evaluation and follow-up. Among the three strategies, one of the activity designs is the awarding of employees through employee and teacher months including the involvement of parents in follow-up programs. Keywords: Quality, Human Resources, SDGs, Saleh Children
