Abstract: Many ways taken by the government to realize the human resources of Indonesia with intellectual ability that can compete with the region even with other countries, one of them with a Mathematics Olympiad held both elementary / MI, SMP / MTs., SMA / SMK / MA even the level of Students . But sometimes those who can enjoy the Olympics are only certain schools. This is due to the lack of socialization conducted by the government regarding such activities as well as the factor of the school itself which still has a sense of inferior to compete with other schools. The purpose of this training activity is to improve the ability of students to solve Mathematics Olympic questions. The implementation of this activity was carried out at SMAN 2 Tanjung Balai, with the method of providing training and training strategies prepared by the writing team. the results of the training, that students are very enthusiastic in discussing Mathematical Olympiad problems with the tricks provided and they can easily answer the questions given without the constraints which means are expected to produce new seeds from the winners of the Mathematics Olympiad. Keywords: Training, Problem Prediction, Mathematics Olympiad.  Abstrak: Banyak cara yang ditempuh oleh pemerintah untuk mewujudkan sumber daya manusia Indonesia dengan kemampuan intelektual yang dapat bersaing dengan daerah bahkan dengan Negara lain, salah satunya dengan diadakan Olimpiade Matematika baik tingkat SD/MI, SMP/MTs., SMA/SMK/MA bahkan tingkat Mahasiswa. Namun terkadang yang bisa menikmati kegiatan olimpiade tersebut hanyalah sekolah-sekolah tertentu saja. Hal tersebut disebabkan masih kurangmya sosialisasi yang dilakukan pemerintah mengenai kegiatan tersebut serta faktor dari sekolah itu sendiri yang masih memiliki rasa minder untuk bersaing dengan sekolah-sekolah lain. Tujuan dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal Olimpiade Matematika. Penyelenggaraan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 2 Tanjung Balai, dengan metode memberikan pelatihan dan strategi pelatihan yang sudah disiapkan oleh tim penulis. hasil pelatihan tersebut, bahwa siswa sangat antusias dalam membahas soal-soal Olimpiade Matematika dengan  trik yang diberikan dan mereka pun dapat dengan mudah menjawab soal-soal yang diberikan tanpa kendala yang berarti diharapkan mampu menghasilkan bibit-bibit baru dari pemenang Olimpiade Matematika. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Prediksi Soal, Olimpiade Matematika.

ABSTRAKPengelolaan dan manajemen bisnis dalam usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) masih menjadi permasalahan yang seringkali diabaikan oleh kebanyakan para pelaku UMKM. Masalah ini disebabkan karena masih minimnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan manajerial tentang bisnis yang dimiliki oleh SDM di UMKM tersebut. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi tas masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra binaan, khususnya di UMKM Desa Kerinjing, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan. Fokus utama dalam pengabdian ini adalah memberikan berbagai pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam kaitannya dengan prinsip dasar manajemen bisnis yang baik, diantaranya yaitu tentang pemberdayaan dan peningkatan kompetensi SDM UMKM melalui pelatihan aplikasi marketplace. Disrupsi ekonomi digital dan adanya pandemi Covid-19 merupakan peluang yang seharusnya dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para pelaku usaha kecil untuk beralih ke bisnis online. Hal ini diupayakan untuk seiring sejalan dengan program pemerintah yang berupaya mewujudkan sebanyak 30juta UMKM untuk beralih ke bisnis online pada tahun 2024. Adapun khalayak sasaran yang menjadi mitra dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah para pelaku UMKM di Desa Kerinjing, Kecamatan Tanjung Raja, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Metode dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ceramah, tutorial aplikasi, dan diskusi. Kata kunci: manajemen; marketplace; SDM; UMKM; desa kerinjing. ABSTRACTBusiness management in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is a problem that is often ignored by most MSME entrepreneurs. This problem is caused by the lack of knowledge and managerial skills about the business owned by human resources in the MSMEs. The purpose of this community service is to provide solutions to problems faced by partners, especially in SMEs in Desa Kerinjing, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. The main focus in this service is to provide various assistance and training related to the basic principles of good business management, including the empowerment and improvement of MSME human resources competencies through marketplace application training. Disruption of the digital economy and the Covid-19 pandemic are opportunities that should be used by small business entrepreneurs to move to online business. This is in accordance with the program that has been launched by the government, namely "30 million MSMEs go digital by 2024". The target audience who are partners in this community service are MSME entrepreneurs in Desa Kerinjing, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme reviu Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah oleh Inspektorat Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara pada setiap tahap perencanaan pelaksanaan dan pelaporan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, pelaksanaan reviu LKPD oleh Inspektorat Tahun Anggaran 2010 dan 2011 belum memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan akuntabilitas LKPD. Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara harus menyiapkan langkah-langkah perbaikaan mekanisme reviu pada setiap tahap perencaanaan, pelaksanaan dan pelaporan dengan mengikuti standar pedoman reviu (Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 4 Tahun 2008), pendidikan dan pelatihan tenaga Inspektorat melalui koordinasi dengan BPKP, pemenuhan kuantitas, kualitas dan standar SDM Inspektorat serta identifikasi setiap permasalahan yang telah menyebabkan disclaimer opinion LKPD TA 2010 dan 2011 sebagai prioritas penentuan langkah perbaikan melalui koordinasi dengan pihak DPPKAD dan BPK RI. Kata Kunci :  Reviu Inspektorat, Akuntabilitas, Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah (LKPD) ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the mechanism of review of financial statements the Government Financial Reportby InspektoratKab. Abstract This study is intended to see how the government service in the management of identity card (KTP) either from the apparatus or from its role. Identity Card (KTP) is one of the mandatory identity that must be owned by every citizen of Indonesia and has been regulated by the rules in effect so that in the implementation of society must get good service. A policy will be successfully implemented if the government apparatus in running it in the community in accordance with the role and rules that apply and the community must also accept and support the policy so that there is a good interaction. Lubuk Baja sub-district has performed its role and provide maximum services, but there are still obstacles in terms of human resources, access and facilities. The importance of increasing human resources by providing training and training for the socialization, implemtation and evaluation of the policy can work well, the government should also provide easy access for the community and the addition of facilities that support the role and services to run well. Keywords: government, role, public service  AbstrakStudi ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pelayanan pemrintah dalam pengurusan kartu tanda penduduk (KTP) baik itu dari aparaturnya ataupun dari peranannya. Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) merupakan salah satu identitas wajib yang harus dimiliki setiap warga Negara Indonesia dan sudah diatur oleh aturan-aturan yang berlaku sehingga dalam pelaksanaannya masyarakat harus mendapatkan pelayanan yang baik. Suatu kebijakan akan berhasil dilaksanakan apabila aparatur-aparatur pemerintah dalam menjalankannya dimasyarakat sesuai dengan peranan dan aturan yang berlaku dan masyarakat juga harus menerima dan mendukung kebijakan tersebut sehingga terjadi interaksi yang baik. Kecamatan Lubuk Baja sudah menjalankan peranannya dan memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal, hanya saja masih terdapat kendala dari segi sumber daya manusia, akses dan fasilitas-fasilitas. Pentingnya peningkatan sumber daya manusia missal dengan memberikan pelatihan dan diklat agar dalam tahap sosialisasi, implemtasi dan evaluasi kebijakan dapat berjalan dengan baik, pemerintah juga harus memeberikan kemudahan akses bagi masyarakat dan penambahan-penambahan fasilitas yang mendukung peranan dan pelayanan agar berjalan dengan baik. Kata Kunci : pemerintah, peranan, pelayanan publik

Pemerintahan Desa merupakan garda terdepan dalam penyelenggaran pemerintahan dan pelayanan publik di Indonesia. Hal itu bisa berjalan dengan baik kalau di dukung dengan SDM perangkat desa dan pemuda karang taruna yang mampu melaksanakan perannya dengan baik. Perangkat desa dan pemuda merupakan SDM di pemerintahan paling bawah yang memiliki andil besar terhadap pembangunan di negeri ini. Peran  mereka dibutuhkan terutama di desa sebagai penggerak pemerintahan desa. Kemampuan manajemen administrasi pemerintahan desa harus dikuasai oleh perangkat desa dan pemuda di suatu desa untuk memberikan pelayanan publik yang maksimal baik dari aspek tata kelola maupun dokumentasi. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pelatihan terhadap manajemen pengelolaan administrasi Desa Wotsogo Kecamatan Jatirogo Kabupaten Tuban. Metode yang dipakai dalam pelatihan adalah metode Demonstrasi berbasis audio visual. Melalui metode Demonstrasi diharapkan dapat melatih dan memahami manajemen administrasi pemerintahan. Sasaran pelatihan ini adalah perangkat desa dan  unsur  pemerintahan Desa Wotsogo Kecamatan Jatirogo. Village apparatus is the front guard in the administration of government and public services in Indonesia. It needs to be supported by the human resources of the village, especially youth organization. Village apparatus and youth as the human resources are at the bottom position of the government have many contributions in the development of the country. Their role is needed as the driving force in the village governance. The village apparatus and youth organization must capable in administration manajement to give good services to the public both in terms of administration and documentation. The purpose of this activity is to provide understanding and training on the administrative manajement of Wotsogo Village, Jatirogo District, Tuban Regency. The method used in the training is the audio-visual based demonstration method. Through the Demonstration method, it is hoped that it can train and understand the government administration manajement. The targets of this training are village apparatus and also the element of the Wotsogo Village government in Jatirogo District.

The counseling and training activities on the preparation of financial management at the DarusShiddiqien NW Mertak Paok Reformatory in Central Lombok Regency aim to provide understanding and training to orphanage administrators in Central Lombok Regency. In addition, this training was conducted to provide knowledge to orphanage administrators about the importance of making financial reports, so that funds from donors can be managed properly. In the end, this activity is expected to produce human resources capable of making bookkeeping and financial management. This training activity will be aimed at administrators of the DarusShiddiqien NW Mertak Paok Islamic Boarding School in Central Lombok Regency. The implementation of the activity is carried out with the approach of presenting material relevant to the needs of the orphanage administrators according to PSAK 45. Another hope of this activity can be a means of carrying out community service activities, in particular providing counseling and training in preparing financial reports.

The need to improve the competence of human resources needs to get serious attentithe local government. The human resources is a resources or operates other r available within the organization. Alternative programs commonly used by an organiz improve the capability or competence or human resources is education and training ( The high demands of increasing the competence of apparatus in every SKPD in the Government of Riau bring the consequences to the many need education and training. all the needs of the competences of development that match with the specifications an of the job in the field is certainly difficult to fulfill everything.This is due to various limitations, including a) Limited funds for education and trai Limited facilities and infrastructure of training institutions, and c) Limited man human resources. Paying attention to Mid-Term Plan Develompent (RPJM) of Riau2014-2019 (Bappeda of Riau Province, 2014), it can be put forward the priority ag fulfilling the needs of competence development for the apparaturs in the environme provincial government.

In the current era, countries are required to contribute in order to compete with developing and developed countries. The government provides the legal basis governing the State Civil Apparatus, namely Law No. 5 of 2014. The regulation discusses its relation to the merit system based on qualifications, competencies, and performance. With this regulation, planning in developing human resources is needed in order to improve the quality of personnel themselves. The development of good apparatus resources will benefit an organization. One way can be done by providing education and training for apparatuses to improve their competence and quality. The discussion contained in the regulation of Law No. 5 of 2014 explains the management of human resources in accordance with the regulations.

The study aims to analyze about the low graduation and certification exam training participants of the procurement of goods / services of the government and its contributing factors, and formulate a strategy of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services of the government. Collecting data using the method of study documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Is the official source of information on the structural and functional Regional Employment Board, as well as the participants of the training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services of the government in Magelang regency government environment. Analysis using 4 quadrant SWOT analysis, to determine the issue or strategic factors in improving the quality of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of government goods / services within the Government of Magelang regency. The results show organizer position is in quadrant I, which is supporting the growth strategy, with 3 alternative formulation strategies that improve the quality of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of government goods / services, and conducts certification examination of the procurement of government goods / services with computer assisted test system (CAT). Based on the research recommendations formulated advice to the organizing committee, namely: of prospective participants of the training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services the government should consider the motivation of civil servants, is examinees who have attended training in the same period of the year, the need for simulation procurement of goods / services significantly, an additional allocation of training time, giving sanction to civil servants who have not passed the exam, the provision of adequate classroom space with the number of participants of each class are proportional, as well as explore the evaluation of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services for Government of participants.

The main purpose for the application of science and technology for livestock group of cow, is to form a group of skilled and professional livestock, as vaccinators, can take advantage of Azadirachta indica leaves a plant insecticide, apply a good cage sanitation, can produce organic fertilizer from feces of cow, can treat hay as feed to good nutritional value. The method used is education and training. Activity results obtained, that 10 percent of members of the group have managed to become vaccinators cadres, able to implement good sanitation stables, feces of cow (Stomoxys calsitrans) can process technology with EM4 into organic fertilizer and can process the rice straw with urea spraying method, to produce feed hay to the value of good nutrition for growing cattle.
