Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa mekanisme, alur pengelolaan pengaduan dan mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan pengaduan pelayanan masyarakat. Pendekatan penelitan dilakukan dengan deskriftif kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari sumber informasi dan sumber informasi kunci. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan  wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, data hasil penelitian dianalisa dengan langkah reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Mekanisme dan alur pengaduan pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Banjarmasin tidak sesuai dengan Permen PAN RB No. 24/2014. Kedua, Ada 2 (dua) faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam pengelolaan pengaduan pelayanan masyarakat yaitu; a) faktor internal, yaitu kurangnya jumlah orang dan kompetensi petugas b) faktor eksternal yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat karena kurangnya sosialisasi terkait materi aduan yang tidak sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsi dinas ini.This study aims to analyze the mechanisms, flow of complaints management and identify the obstacles faced in managing public service complaints. The research approach was carried out with a qualitative descriptive approach. Research data were obtained from sources of information and key sources of information. The technique of collecting data was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation, the research data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion / verification. The results showed that the complaint mechanism and flow at the Banjarmasin Investment Agency and One Stop Integrated Service were not in accordance with the PAN RB Regulation No. 24/2014. Second, there are 2 (two) factors that become obstacles in the management of public service complaints, namely; a) internal factors, namely the lack of the number of people and the competence of officers b) external factors, namely the lack of public knowledge due to the lack of socialization regarding complaint material that is not in accordance with the duties and functions of this agency.Keywords: Management; Public Services; Community Complaints

Vlog (video blogging)  is a form of blogging activity using vlog medium which represents personality and usually discusses, tells, or discusses about certain content. Besides being entertainment, video blogging also provide knowledge for the audience. One of the vlog that is full of knowledge is the vlog "Q&A Session 3" contained on Sherly Annavita Rahmi's channel on social media Youtube. Please note that the types of vlogs that are often uploaded in the YouTube channel are motivational vlogs, Question & Answers (Q&A), and speakers' opinions on various issues. This study aims to describe the range of illocutionary speech acts that exist in the V&A Q&A Session 3. The research approach is a qualitative descriptive approach. At the stage of data collection, the authors use the observation of referring to downloading vlogs first, and followed by the note taking technique. The author uses the method of referring to downloading vlogs and continued with note taking techniques to collect data. Data analysis was performed by transcription, translation analysis and interpretation, then making conclusions about the types of illocutionary speech acts used by speakers in the V&A Q&A Session 3. The research data is in the form of utterances delivered by Sherly Annavita Rahmi's youtube channel account owner. Based on the data analysis, there are five types of speech acts of are (1) asertive speech acts, including stating, speculating, and mentioning; (2) directive ordering, giving cue, suggesting, and urging; (3) expressive thank you, criticize, and congratulations; (4) commisives, includes offer; and (5) Declarative, including deciding. From this research it is expected to find the types and meanings of illocutionary speech in vlogs that will be useful for reference in life.language, vlog, sherly annavita rahmi, speech acts, illocution

This article discusses the capacity and innovation of Village Govern-ment population services in several villages in Serang District, Indo-nesia.The research approach used qualitative descriptive with inter-view data collection techniques, observation and documentation with the informant determination technique through purposive sampling.The results of the research findings indicate thatcapacity and service innovation are the most energetic parts of the implementation of vil-lage governance.In this case, it is important to encourage the perfor-mance of village government, especially in increasing the capacity and governance of public service innovation in several villages in Se-rang District.

Abstrak: Studi Eksplorasi Perilaku Konsumsi Rokok: Perspektif Motif, Merek, dan Iklan Rokok. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi motif dasar perilaku konsumsi rokok, pendapat terkait merek dan iklan rokok, serta mengidentifikasi biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk konsumsi rokok. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif. Informan yang menjadi sumber informasi dalam penelitian mahasiswa di UNY yang merokok. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa secara internal alasan yang mendasari responden merokok adalah coba-coba dan iseng sedangkan faktor eksternal yang mendorong responden merokok adalah diajak teman, kerabat atau melihat orangtua, ikutan karena lingkungan rokok dan terlihat lebih menarik atau istilahnya terlihat keren menurut versi mahasiswa. Merek menjadi salah satu pertimbangan pemilihan rokok yang terkait dengan iklan. Iklan yang didominasi dari produsen rokok membawa dorongan yang lebih kuat bagi responden untuk merokok dibandingkan iklan layanan masyarakat tentang bahaya rokok. Harga rokok menjadi pertimbangan utama bagi responden untuk mengkonsumsi rokok. Biaya yang dikeluarkan per bulan untuk konsumsi rokok responden tergolong cukup besar. Kata-kata kunci: Motif, Konsumsi Rokok, Merek, Iklan Abstract: Exploratory Study of Cigarette Consumption Behavior: Perspective of Motive, Brand and Cigarette Advertisement. This study aims to explore the primary motives of cigarette consumption behavior, opinions related to the cigarette brand and advertisement as well as to identify the expense spent to consume cigarette. This study applied qualitative research. The sources of information were the students of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta who were smokers. The technique of data analysis used in this study was qualitative descriptive. This study found that the reason underlined the respondents smoking, internally, were attempts, while the external factors that drove the respondent smoking were friends and relatives invitation, seeing the parents, joining the smoking environment or neighborhood, and looking cool according to the students. Brand was one of the considerations in choosing the cigarette related to the advertisement. Advertisement dominated by the cigarette producer brought more encouragement to the respondents than public service advertisements about the danger of smoking. The selling price of cigarette was also the main consideration by the respondent to smoke. The monthly expense spent for smoking was considerably high. Keywords: motive, cigarette consumptions, brand, advertisement

Dialectics of public service in providing services to the community is always involved in social interactions that do not stop. Very complex interactions involving not only theories related to public service, but also heterogeneous and dynamic human individuals who are involved either directly or indirectly. This research aims to build the concept of prophetic ethics as the basis of the ethical values of public service. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach in building the concept of prophetic ethics. The main bases of the theory are adopted from the spirit and the prophetic principle of profetic which is classified respectively into the four elements of the establishment, namely humanity, scholarly, pregnancy as well as humanist, emancypatorist, transcendental and Teleological. This ethical concept has an orientation on the highest human spiritual peaks, namely the divine and prophetic consciousness. With such awareness of public service not only give service to society in general, but also as a form of devotion of a servant to the creator. Prophetic ethic recognizes the existence of empirical knowledge and not empirical. From the science was then made a practical formulation in the form of “prophetic law”, which was finally called by the name “prophetic ethics”. Prophetic ethics is an endeavor that the writer undertakes in internalizing a principle and spirit that holds fast to a holistic awareness that is divine and prophetic awareness. Thus the concept of public service is not only to dethrone obligations in providing service but also as a form of devotion of a servant to its creator.

Pesantren, as an authentic educational institution initiated by Indonesian Muslims, provides parents aneffective alternative to educate their children. For years, pesantren has proven trusted in educating youthand establishing a standard in both general and religious educations. In this study, the researchers willdiscuss factors that motivate parents to entrust pesantren as the institution to educate their children. Thisstudy uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, andthe results of relevant studies. After analyzing the data, the results indicate that there are two types ofmotives among parents. First is general motivation in placing children in pesantren, namely intrinsicmotivation which covers parents' ideals having a generation with the quality of faith and good moralconduct, forming morals, and building strong physical and mental. The other factor is extrinsic motivation,including intense, integrated, and comprehensive Islamic teaching, positive activities carried outcontinuously for 24 hours, and proper coaching methods. The two factors indicate that parents' motivationto entrust pesantren as an educational institution is relevant to current conditions in which the youngergeneration is prone to moral depravity

The purpose of this research is to describe the factors that affect mathematics learning outcomes in class V SD Negeri 01 Nanga Merakai Academic Year 2019/2020. This research uses qualitative research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study research form.  The research sample consisted of 16 student of class 5th at public elementary school 01 Nanga Merakai. Data collection tools in the form of interview guidelines, questionnaires and documentation studies. Data analysis through several stages of data collection, data persentation, data reduction and conclusion drawing. The results showed that (1) Inhibiting factors affecting mathematics learning outcomes were divided into two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. (2)  Supporting factors for mathematics learning outcomes, the research results are divided into two, namely internal factors and external factors.

Basicly a lecturer should have the skills determine the learning strategy because learning strategy is important for student. For that this research aims to know learning strategy applied by a lecturer to student in the lecture. So as to formulate a problem of this research is how learning strategy by the lecturer of Islamic religion faculty at the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik. This research aimed to describe the learning strategy conducted by the lecturer of Islamic religion faculty at the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik. As for the methods used in this research is qualitative descriptive method with using data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. Than the object of research in the form of the activities of learning strategy applied by the lecturer of Islamic religion faculty at the time lecture in the classroom, while the research subject is the lecturer of Islamic religion faculty and the students of Islamic religion faculty that is possible to add the necessary data in research. Data analysis using model data analysis of Milles and Hubberman with test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques and member check.

Tujuan ditulisnya artikel ini untuk mengidentifikasi jejak Hindu Kuno di Kawasan Menara Kudus Jawa Tengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah deskriptif analitik yakni cara mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa data berupa bangunan kuno berupa Menara Masjid Al-Aqsha, Makara/Kalla, dan dua gapura (kori) di Masjid al-Aqsha. Riset ini mendeskripsikan, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasi data berdasarkan observasi danliteratur. Hasilnya,kondisi benda cagar budaya yang menyerupai peninggalan Hindu di Kawasan Menara Kudus(1) Menara hasil renovasi erakolonial tahun 1880, 1913, 1933, dan oleh BPCB Jawa Tengah tahun 1980, 2011, 2013, dan 2014.Kondisinya kini tidak lagi asli karya masa lalu tapi bentuknya tetap utuh, 80 persen hasil renovasi BPCB Jawa Tengah akibat Menara mengalami kerusakan diterpa hujan, cuaca/iklim/angin, dan getaran akibat pengguna jalan di depan Menara yakni mobil dan sepeda motor.Rekomendasi BPCB Jawa Tengah sejak tahun 2018 mobil umum dilarang melintas jalan di depan Menara oleh Pemda Kudus hingga kini, (2) dua gapura (kori) di serambi dan di dalam Masjid Menara Kudus kondisinya baik dan utuh, dan (3) kala/makara posisinya ada di tempat wudlu.Untuk merawat kesinambungan Kawasan Kauman Menara Kudus agar lestari, Pemda Kudus perlu mencanangkannya sebagai kota pusaka.   This article identifying the Kuno Hindu Trail in Region Kudus Minaret Central Java. This research data were descriptive analysis a by interview, participatory observation, and literature review. Data collection was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was observationand literature. Research result, condition culture reserve relic Hindu in Kudus Minaret (1) minaret, renovation colonial era in the year of 1880, 1913, 1933 and BPCB Central Java 0f 1980, 2911, 2013, and 2014. The condition is now not original after renovation although the shape is still intact. The minaret is damaged because get rained on, weather, vibration due to the car. The recomanded BPCB until 2018 the car prohibited from passing in front of minaret, (2) two gate (kori) in the masque al-Aqsha good condition and intact, (3) kala/makara in ablution place. To preserve holy government Kudus need to schedule the city heritage.

This article examines the marketing communication strategies used by Lemospirés Batik to attract consumer interest. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. The research data were analyzed with the perspective of the marketing communication mix theory. The results of this study describe that the strategy taken by Lemospirés Batik to market and introduce its products is (1) the use of advertisements on social and non-social media, (2) organizing exhibitions to do direct marketing, (3) giving discounts and giveaways. to create sales promotions, (4) creating distinctive features on products that are part of personal selling, (5) using public relations to build relationships, and (6) using social media Instagram and Facebook to market products with the concept of storytelling.
