Kata Kunci: Circuit Training dan Kemampuan VO2 MaxAbstractThis study aims to determine whether by using circuit training can increase   VO2 Max of the students. This research used classroom action research was designed which research steps: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The framework for developing the learning process includes three main activities, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The learning planning process that must be carried out by an educator includes the following main activities: 1. Make an annual program 2. Make a syllabus 3. Make a semester program4. Make a learning implementation plan 5. Make a test/evaluation program. Of the five elements mentioned above, the syllabus and lesson plans are the minimum preparation for an educator when they want to teach. Based on the results of the analysis in the 2019/2020 school year at MTsN 10 Tanah Datar, there is a problem with the low quality of some educators who make lesson plans, especially the preparation of syllabus and lesson plans. To solve the problem of the weak performance of educators, a study was conducted to see how far the academic supervision of the madrasah principal can improve the competence of educators in preparing the syllabus and lesson plans. This mini research was carried out using the madrasah action research method which lasted for 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results showed that continuous academic supervision has been scientifically proven to improve the competence of educators in preparing syllabus and lesson plans at MTsN 10 Tanah Datar. By increasing the competence of educators in compiling the syllabus and lesson plans, it is hoped that academic supervision activities will continue to be carried out regularly and educators will always be proactive in improving their competencies

This research is motivated by the weakness of teachers in the use of information and communication technology(ICT) media in the teaching and learning process. This research was conducted at SMPN 2 Teluk Kuantan. Thisstudy uses a school action research design consisting of 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely, planning, implementation, observation and reflection. From the results of the first cycle research, indicators ofteacher attendance, from 39 teachers, 30 or 76.92% of teachers attended, in cycle II it increased to 39 teachersor 100%. Leptop readiness indicator, 20 or 51.28% of teachers are in the ready category, in the second cyclebecomes 77 or 94.87%. Indicators of physical and mental readiness, 26 or 66.66% of teachers categorized asready, in cycle II to be 39 or 100%. Judging from the observations of teachers in the use of ICT as a medium ofteaching, in cycle I, word processing indicators scored 65 or 55.55% in the sufficient category, the second cycleincreased to 101 or 86.32% in the very good category. Indicators process spreadsheets and graphics, in the firstcycle 74 or 63.24% in the good category, in the second cycle it becomes 103 or 88.03% in the very goodcategory. Indicators of making interactive presentations using power points, 69 cycles or 58.97% are sufficientcategories, cycle II becomes 110 or 94.01% with very good categories. It can be concluded that theimplementation of ICT workshops can improve the ability of teachers in the use of ICT as a teaching medium atSMPN 2 Teluk Kuantan.

This study was intended to improve the activeness of the students and the learning outcomes on Basic Technology of Automotive course in SMK N 1 Sedayu through the implementation of two stay two stray method. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR) and was conducted in two cycles. The research design in each cycle uses four steps/stages of CAR as follows, (1) planning, (2) acting, (3) observing, and (4) reflecting. The research subjects are students of class X TKR B SMK N 1 Sedayu in even semester 2018/2019. Data collection process was conducted through the observation sheet to know how high the level of activeness of the students, and observe the implementation of two stay two stray method, and the evaluation test to know the level of student learning outcomes. The implementation of two stay two stray method successfully improves the activeness and the learning outcomes if the percentage of students activeness reaches 70% (good category) and as many as 75% of students have completed KKM (good category) namely the minimun score of learning outcomes is 75. The result of the research points out that the implementation of two stay two stray method in the learning process could improve the activeness of the students and the learning outcomes of grade X students of TKR B in SMK N 1 Sedayu. This is proven in cycle II the percentage of students activeness and learning outcomes have been reached the success indicator determined with the percentage of activeness reaches 76% (good category) and students completed KKM reaches 81% (very good category).
