This research aims to describe the course of policy implementation Lesson Study, to know the things that support and are an obstacle in implementing policies and programs Lesson Study to determine the impact / results in implementing the policy program at the Lesson study MINU Trate Putri Gresik. This research uses Qualitative approaches, data collection technique through the process of observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis was performed based on four interrelated components, namely data collection, data reduction, presentation of data, the data inference. For overcome the obstacles that occur MINU Trate Putri always try to maximize all of the potential that exists. Among them is the rescheduling of any activity that is not done, the conversion or exchange of teaching hours to be optimal in the observation, as well as the fulfillment of all the necessary infrastructure. The impact of the implementation of the School-Based Lesson Study program includes a change in the paradigm of teachers in a more open, creative and collaborative learning process as well as increasing achievements that have been achieved by students, teachers and schools in general.

The Impact

This study aims to determine and described the learning creativity of elementary school students using the number head together learning model. This research method is a literature review research method. The stages of this literature review are data collection, data reduction, data display, discussion, and conclusions. The results showed that from 17 articles published from 2010-2020 about the number head together learning model and learning creativity of elementary school students, there were 2 articles that matched these variables. The number head together learning model can increase the learning creativity of elementary school students. The novelty of this research is the connection between one article and another that discusses the same topic. The impact of the results of this study is the increasing number of literature review studies to reinforce existing theories.

This study examines the role of human resource management in improving the quality of educators. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. This research site is in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri, Purworejo Regency. The data collection technique used by researchers is interview observation. In this study, the object of research is the Role of Human Resources to Achieve Workforce Quality in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri. Research data collection using descriptive observation, interview or qualitative methods. This interview observation study was conducted by lecturers and students of Islamic Education Management Study Program with student WK in MTs Nu Ma'arifKemiri. This activity aims to observe the Quality of Human Resources Workers conducted by MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kearifan lokal suku Ende Tambi uma untuk dijadikan sebagai salah satu sumber belajar biologi dan pendidikan karakter yang kontekstual. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di desa Gheoghoma, dan desa Watumbawu, Kabupaten Ende Propinsi NTT pada bulan Mei Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa memadukan antara data observasi, wawancara dan studi literature yang ditindaklanjuti dengan tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, penyimpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kearifan lokal Tambi uma berpotensi dijadikan sebagai sumber belajar biologi dan pendidikan karakter terutama mengandung nilai-nilai karakter luhur seperti gotong royong, persaudaraan, tanggung jawab, ketaatan, kesetaraan gender, nilai sosial, dan nilai komunikatif, yang berdampak pada sikap antusias peserta didik dalam mempelajari konsep.Abstract. This study aims to identify local wisdom of the Ende Tambi uma tribe to serve as a source of contextual biology and character education. This research was conducted in Gheoghoma village and Watumbawu village, Ende Regency, NTT Province in May 2020. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is in the form of combining observation data, interviews and literature studies which are followed up with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and data inference. The results showed that local wisdom of Tambi uma has the potential to be used as a source of learning biology and character education, especially containing noble character values such as mutual cooperation, brotherhood, responsibility, obedience, gender equality, social values, and communicative values, which have an impact on enthusiasm. learners in learning concepts.

The Phenomenon of Bia Music in Batu village community needs to be closely examined considering that the Bia Music in the past to the present time is shifting and changing, due to lack of awareness, people's behavior towards Mia Music. The music of this tradition is very apprehensive to see the reality of the players from year to year diminishing in quantity and quality. The purpose of this research is to analyze: (1) Function of Bia Music, (2) Social reality that happened in society. This research uses qualitative method with data collection technique of interview, observation and document study. The technique of data validity is based on the credibility criteria, using triangulation of data. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that the Functions of Bia Music, among others, as a medium of ritual, communication media, into evangelism media, events of cultural festivals, education, association, entertainment and publicity. There are three moments of dialectics in the social realities of externalization, objectivity, and internalization.

Introduction: Morality is very important in human life because human humanity is formed when moral values are crystallized in him. Every human being is evaluated to the extent of the emergence of moral values in thoughts, speech, and behavior, the first manifestation of a person in society is that person's morality. To increase the impact of professional ethics, it is necessary to have patterns that are consistent with culture and society, and by recognizing them, the dimensions of safe behavior by accountants can be explored. Materials and Methods: This research is based on a combined method. Because in this research, both quantitative and qualitative approaches have been used in data collection and analysis, a combination of findings and conclusions. In the present study, data collection has been done through library and field research methods. Statistics consists of theoretical texts related to accounting professional ethics. In this study, using a researcher-made questionnaire, effective criteria based on previous research were identified and finally, 25 sub-components in the form of 5 indicators were identified as the most important factors of professional ethics. In this study, NVIVO software (in the content analysis section) Used. Results: According to experts, the components of professionalism and organization are more important than other criteria and affect the sustainable development of safe behavior and professional ethics of the accountant. Conclusion: By understanding the professional ethics of accountants and identifying its basic components in different dimensions and determining the importance of each of them, a specific framework or format for accountants to observe or not to observe professional ethics and the desire to act based on Design and implement a code of professional conduct to reduce unsafe behaviors and, as a result, reduce the incidence of accidents in the country's industries.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to improve the results and learning process of Genetic subjects in the Biology Education Study Program through lesson study (LS). The research type is descriptive, the sampling technique used purposive. The study sample used 40 students in the sixth semester of class a Biology Education Study Program, Faculty of Education, University of Mataram in academic year 2017/2018. The research data collection technique used observation, documentation, and tests. Data on student learning outcomes and LS-based learning processes were analyzed descriptively. LS implementation in this study consisted of four cycles and each cycle consisted of three stages, namely: planning, implementation, and reflection. Classically the average value of students' cognitive achievement is 82.1% in cycle I and II while in cycle III and IV it increases to 82.67%. Data from LS implementation observation results obtained an average value of 91.63%. The conclusion of this study is the application of LS learning can improve student achievement and learning processes on Genetic subjects in the Biology Education Study Program. It is recommended to other researchers to conduct similar follow-up research in broader research areas, more samples, use more complex research designs, and use more subjects so that more optimal results can be found. Keywords: Lessons Study; learning; genetics; learning achievements; collaborative

The research is conducted in Banjar Berawa/Desa Adat Berawa, nort Kuta district, Badung Regency. The study purposes to know the impact of tourism growth to the society consumptive pattern in Berawa. The technique of the data collection use direct observation technique to the location, interviewing for informan, I.E.Bendesa Adat Berawa, Klian Desa Berawa, Klian Dinas Berawa, Klian Subak Tibubeneng Village, Local society, and documentation by taking photos. The data are analysed by using qualitative data analysis technique which are working based on data, searching and finding pattern, getting interesting data and deciding the data that will be ssuced. The technique of informants assigmnen is purposive sampling which is assigning the sample by using particular consideration so, deserves to be a sample. The data analysis includes with collection data, reduction data, displaying data, conclusion and  verivication. The result of the study shows the society point of view to the aconomy establishmemt of educational aspec of the society which is getting increase, society in Banjar Berawa are also starting to enterpreneurship by set up abussiness such as homestay and laundy. The point of view of society to the customary order is the society seens strong with the wealth that they have. This paper tries to describe problems faced by students in general in writing final project or minithesis on Economics topics. As the last requirement every student at the Sarjana and Diploma levels, final project or minithesis is often a new and difficult problem faced by the students as they enter the last semester. In some cases, the students besides being late to graduate also drop out because they do not finish the final project or minithesis at the end of the study program. One of the factors that cause this is the studens’ failure to understand what to be chosen as a problem, to formulate the problem, or to find an appropriate title for the problem, so that the solution to the problem has been formulated. In this paper is described the technique to understand something which is appropriate to be made a title for a final project or minithesis, then how to formulate problems, to select a method of study which is suitable for the problem investigated, the data collection technique and data analysis. Through this paper it is expected that the students at the Sarjana and Diploma levels can understand how to write a final project or thesis in a simple away.

The purposes of this study is to describe (1) the analysis of teacher's difficulties in developing and designing the fourth grade thematic design of SD N Jarakan Bantul Yogyakarta in academic year 2017/2018 and (2) the solution to overcome the difficulties faced by teachers in throwing thematic learning of fourth grade students SD N Jarakan Bantul Yogyakarta in academic year 2017/2018. This research is a qualitative research. This research is a qualitative research that is conducted in SD N Jarakan Bantul Yogyakarta. The subject of the research are principal, teachers, and students. Data collection technique use interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that (1) the teacher's difficulties in developing the fourth grade thematic design of SD N Jarakan Bantul Yogyakarta to determine the time allocation, assessment, learning of students, developing lesson plan. When designing the learning process the teacher also faces difficulties because while the teacher's learning still beheads one of the subjects. Teachers also have difficulties when made the syllabus. (2) The solution that can be used to face the difficulties of the teacher is by conducting regular meetings through KKG activities, conducting the training, and learning activities are not glued by teacher book, but in learning teacher should pay attention to basic competence and the implementation requirements of thematic learning.

Abstrak: Beberapa tahun terakhir eksistensi Pancasila dalam fungsinya sebagai dasar negara (philophische grondslag) dan pandangan hidup bangsa (weltanschauung) dipertaruhkan. Banyak tantangan dan rintangan yang dihadapi oleh Pancasila dalam mempertahankan eksistensinya. Kemerosotan nilai-nilai bangsa menjadi tantangan tersendiri yang dihadapi oleh Pancasila. Terorisme, radikalisme, narkoba, korupsi, hilangnya toleransi serta melunturnya rasa nasionalisme dan patriotisme sudah menjadi bukti merosotnya nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Mahasiswa sebagai agent of change harus peka dalam melihat situasi ini dan diharapkan mempunyai solusi dalam memecahkan masalah merosotnya nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap fungsi Pancasila sebagai weltanschauung dalam upaya menghadapi merosotnya nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Lokasi penelitian di Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Universitas Mataram. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Tahap penelitian melalui tahap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) mayoritas mahasiswa masih percaya bahwa Pancasila sebagai weltanschauung masih mampu menghadapi berbagai persoalan tentang merosotnya nilai-nilai kebangsaan. (2) diperlukan penanaman nilai-nilai pancasila melalui pendekatan multiapproach, multimedia, multidiscipline dan multistake holders dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: Pancasila, Philosopische Grondslag, Weltanschauung, Nilai-Nilai BangsaAbstract: The last few years of the existence of Pancasila in its function as the basic of the state (philophische grondslag) and the way of life (weltanschauung) were at stake. Terrorism, radicalism, drugs, corruption, loss of tolerance and the weakening of the sense of nationalism and patriotism have been proof of the decline of national values. Students as agents of change must be sensitive in seeing this situation and expected to have a solution in solving the problem of declining national values. This study aims to determine students' perceptions the function of Pancasila as a weltanschauung in an effort to deal with the decline of national values. The research location in the Universty of Mataram, Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Research phase through the planning and implementation stages. The results of the study show that: (1) the majority of students still believe that the Pancasila as a weltanschauung is still able to face various problems regarding the decline of national values. (2) it is necessary to cultivate the values of the Pancasila through a multimedia, multidiscipline and multistakeholder approach in daily life.Keywords: Pancasila, Philosopische Grondslag, Weltanschauung, National Values
