The development of the business world that is rapidly improving resulted in increasingly fierce competition so that various ways are done by business people to maintain and develop competitive advantage against their competitors. One of the business that also got affected by the intense competition at the moment is the building materials business in CV. Obor Pematangsiantar. Fierce competition requires the owner or manager of the CV. Obor Pematangsiantar to create a strategy that is able to compete and has an advantage so that customers decide to buy CV. Obor Pematangsiantar’s product. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and quality of service on purchasing decisions on the CV. Obor Pematangsiantar both partially and simultaneously. The results showed that: (1) price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, this is evidenced by the value of tcount> ttable (11,669> 2,026) with a significance value of 0,000 (sig ? 0.05), (2) quality of service has a positive effect on decisions purchases with tcount > ttable (21,414> 2,026) with a significance value of 0,000 (sig ? 0.05), (3) price and service quality have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, this is evidenced by the value of Fcount> Ftable (441,681> 3, 25) with a significance value of 0,000 (sig ? 0.05).

The rapid development of the business world has resulted in increasingly fierce competition, so that various ways are used by business actors to maintain and develop a competitive advantage with its competitors. In the era of modernization like today, a practical and instantaneous lifestyle has developed which affects almost the entire human population in the world. Instant lifestyle is a lifestyle that prioritizes practicality, speed and time efficiency. For some people, fast, practical and efficient have become the main needs in their daily activities. This certainly has an effect on business competition, which is then responded by most manufacturers in designing products that suit the needs of people's instant lifestyles. A business that is influenced by people's lifestyle is the restaurant business of PT. Sari Melati Kencana Pematangsiantar. Data collection methods used in this research are questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observation. The population in this study was 40 people and the number of samples in this study was 40 people because the sampling technique in this study was the census method. The data analysis technique used was the instrument test, namely validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, namely normality tests and hypothesis tests, namely multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (F test). The results showed that: (1) price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, this is evidenced by the value of tcount> ttable (4.452> 2.026) with a significance value of 0.000 (sig ≤ 0.05), (2) service quality has a positive effect on the decision. purchases with tcount> ttable (7,401> 2,026) with a significance value of 0,000 (sig ≤ 0.05), (3) price and service quality have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, this is evidenced by the value of Fcount> Ftable (49.320> 3, 25) with a significance value of 0.000 (sig ≤ 0.05)

Nowadays the competition in the culinary world is growing rapidly, especially restaurants or restaurants, this phenomenon has only recently been booming, now we easily find everywhere, both large restaurants and simple houses (warungs). Therefore marketing is very important to support the success of a business. The purpose of this study is to find out the quality of the product, the atmosphere of the place and the quality of service to the purchasing decision at the Asih Jaya Babat restaurant. The method in this study is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 67 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, partial t test and simultaneous f test. The results of this study indicate that the quality of products has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, the atmosphere of the place has a positive and significant effect, and the quality of service has a negative effect on purchasing decisions at the Asih Jaya Babat restaurant.

In the era of globalization, the competition in the business world becomes very tight. Companies vying to be able to continue to compete and survive in the business world. Each consumer must have had the expectation that the products they buy are able to provide satisfaction for them to be making purchasing decisions. Consumer purchasing decisions of companies to seeds virtual brand still low due to the brand image and quality of seeds that are still unsatisfactory.This study aims to determine the responses of respondents regarding brand image, product quality, purchasing decisions and how big an impact on the brand image itself against purchase decisions on the PT. Prabu Argo Mandiri Bandung and how much influence the quality of products on the purchase decision.The method by which the samples is Simple Random Sampling consists of 80 respondents. The method of analysis in this research using descriptive analysis and verification which is composed of multiple linear regression analysis. Product moment correlation analysis, and the coefficient of determination used to measure the level of influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions.The results based on descriptive analysis of brand image variable is in good enough category, variable quality of the product is in the unfavorable category, and the purchase decision variable is in the unfavorable category. The results based on correlation test showed that the brand image is partially significant effect on purchasing decisions by 68% and the product quality is partially significant effect on purchasing decisions by 13%. Hypothesis test results suggested that the increased purchasing decisions partially and simultaneously influence through brand image and product quality.

In the current era of globalization the level of competition in the business world becomes increasingly tight. Many are doing small businesses that require capital, or small businesses that are developing to increase the ability of an increasing economy. This relates to one of the most important objectives and should be undertaken by all types of business: maintaining the viability of the company over a long period of time (going concern), business activities sometimes, visiting some things with competition to gain additional capital. This also makes it a challenge for bank companies to showcase their brand and quality of service that is superior and satisfactory to the purpose and number of customers. This study aims to describe the quality of service and corporate image to customer satisfaction PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Gracia Mandiri Bekasi Timur. Samples and this research lied 100 respondents with sampling technique purposive sampling. The method of analysis used are description and regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of service and corporate image include customer satisfaction.

The economy in the current era of globalization has fierce competition, especially in the business world, where each company moves to continue to make products primarily to meet what is needed by consumers and companies are always innovating to make products that are different from before and from  competitors and strive to be superior to other products.  This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the independent variables which include brand image and price variables on their influence on the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions.  This study uses multiple linear regression model and with classical assumption test using SPSS software version 24. Data were obtained primarily by distributing questionnaires to 162 students at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya.  This study states that brand image and price variables can partially and significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions positively. The F test explains that the brand image and price variables together can influence purchasing decisions with results showing f-count>f-table.

The purpose of this study is to know the influence between sales promotion to purchase decisions, to know the influence between the quality of service to purchasing decisions, to know the influence between brand trusts on purchasing decisions. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 analysis tool. The object of the research in this study was indihome customers of Ciputat region as many as 100 people with random sampling techniques (probability sampling). The results of the analysis stated that partially sales promotion affects purchasing decisions, partially the quality of service services affects purchasing decisions and partially brand trusts affect purchasing decisions, simultaneously (sales promotion, service quality and brand trust) affect purchasing decisions. Concluded in this study is sales promotion influences the decision to use Indihome, the quality of service influences the decision to use Indihome, brand trust influences the decision to use Indihome, simultaneously the promotion of sales of services and brand trust influences the decision to use Indihome.

One way to increase government revenue from the tax sector is by increasing taxpayer compliance itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, understanding of regulations and taxation sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance registered at North Badung KPP Pratama. The study was conducted at the KPP Badung Utara in 2018. The sample selection was 100 taxpayers using the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to WPOP registered in North Badung KPP Pratama and the analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that service quality, understanding of regulations and taxation sanctions have a positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance registered in North Badung KPP Pratama, with the value of calculating each variable greater than the label, and having a significance value greater than 0.05. <p>In the business world, customer satisfaction is an absolute must be the goal to achieve success. Due to the achieved satisfaction of the consumers or customers will bring many benefits to manufacturers or institutions, among others, will make consumers become loyal. From the results of research conducted shows that Quality of services provided to tourists have a strong influence on the loyalty of tourists to visit the tourism objects in the area of Yogyakarta. This is evidenced by the results of the r2 of the influence of service quality to local tourists loyalty is about 22.2%. This shows if the service quality provided by the tourism industry in Yogyakarta enhanced within the region will make the travelers loyal to the tourism industry in Yogyakarta. In addition to the quality of services provided to tourist there are other factors that also have a strong influence on the tourist loyalty that tourist satisfaction factor, as evidenced by the r2 value of 15.2%. This suggests that if the tourism industry pay attention to things that could improve the satisfaction of tourists visiting the attractions in Yogyakarta, then the tourists will be eager to visit again or loyal. Meanwhile, indirectly influence the quality of service to tourists loyalty through the satisfaction of tourists who visit tourist attraction in the DIY region have only r2 values of 0.015 or 1.5%. This implies that the satisfaction of tourists is less strong loyalty of tourists who visit tourist attraction in the area of DIY.</p>

Along with the development of increasingly modern times, this has caused a lot of competition in the business world, including retail business. Every businessman needs to pay attention to the factors that influence customer purchasing decisions. The research objective is to determine the effect of service quality and pricing strategies on purchasing decisions, determine the effect of service quality and pricing strategies on customer satisfaction, determine the effect of purchasing decisions on customer satisfaction, to determine the effect of service quality and price strategies on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions at 212 Mart Gowa The population in this study were all consumers who shop at 212 Mart Gowa determined as many as 100 respondents. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique uses validity and reliability, path analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study found that service quality has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, price strategy has a positive effect but is not significant on purchasing decisions, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, price strategy has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, purchasing decisions have a positive effect and significant on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, and the price strategy has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions on 212 Mart Gowa.
