Increasing patient satisfaction in this case, especially Puskesmas as the government agency that provides health services for the community, will certainly have an impact on the quality of service from the Puskesmas Itself. One of them with an efficient queuing system.  A good queue will support regularity in an agency. Previously, analysis and calculation of queuing time had been carried out using the Kolgomorov-Smirnov compatibility test at the Puskesmas Siak Hulu I Kabupaten Kampar- Riau, and the results obtained an average of six working hours of patient care. This research is a pilot project that was carried out as a form of increasing effectiveness and efficiency in Puskesmas. The research has been completed and the results are the basis for this research and further research. The purpose of the current research is to make an online queuing system design, where later the results of this design are used to create a web-based online queuing system. The design is adapted to the existing queuing model at the Puskesmas, namely the Sigle Channel-Multi Steps queuing model. System development using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) consisting of, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. The design phase is carried out in three stages, namely conceptual modeling, database design, and interface design. The design starts from making the proposed Rich-Picture, then carries out the predetermined design stages. With this design, it is hoped that in the future it will facilitate the process of developing a web-based online queuing system.

The purpose of the analysis of queuing systems is to find out the model and the performance of queuing system was run. The research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) South Bali Area Rayon Kuta and the issue raised is about the analysis of queuing systems at the payment counter. Model queue is determined based on the Kendall notation and performance of queuing systems can be determined by calculating the utilization factor. At payment counter, the queuing model used is a model (M/G/4):(GD/?/?). The performance of queuing system at payment counter of PT. PLN (Persero) South Bali Area Rayon Kuta is less effective because each servers was busy on average only between 30% – 50% of working hours so that more time unemployed servers.

As UiTM increases its student enrollment, the number of students seeking accommodation inherently increases. This is particularly true with respect to off-campus accommodation since the number of students that the residential colleges can accommodate is limited. Unit Kebajikan NR (Non Resident) under Hal Ehwal Pelajar (HEP) has been set up to assist students looking for suitable accommodation. The unit is still implementing a manual- and paper-based processing to capture information. This is both highly inefficient and time consuming. This study provides a convenient platform for students and landlords to share updated information about available rental accommodation. A prototype web-based rental housing system, which is based on generic notification messaging, has been developed. This online system offers services to students seeking rental accommodation around the UiTM campus. Home owners can use this system to advertise their properties without the use of paper based forms or placing advertisements in newspapers, which is common practice. Communication between potential landlords and tenants can be done interactively via SMS once both parties have registered with the system. A System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), an iterative development, has been adopted for the purposes of evaluating this study. This research has the potential to aid in the development of an effective means by which accommodation for students and essentially any potential rentees can be found and attained.

Restrictions of the visitor on the tourism places is one of the mechanism of health protocol that carried out during the new normal era. This restriction become a dilemma since the manager of the tourism places want to maximize their profit by allowing all visitor, while the government still limiting the number of visitor to avoid crowding. Otherwise, real-time monitoring of the number of visitor somewhat difficult since they can come in and leave the tourism places at any time. In this study we implement the queuing theory to solve this problem. The visitor of the tourism places is modelled as the customer, while the time spent by them in the tourism places is modelled as the serving duration.  By estimating the average of time spent by the visitor and determine the average number of arrivals during the specified time, the number of visitor in the tourism place can be estimated as the number of people in the queuing system. As a preliminary study, this paper only focused on two queuing model, namely the M/M/1 and M/G/1. Further study is needed to develop the model and calibrate it using the data from a specified tourism place.

During January-April 2020, a number of flights were canceled to reduce the risk of contracting COVID-19. Flights were reopened when the government relaxed the PSBB in mid-May 2020. However, aviation activities must comply with health protocols. One of the requirements for traveling by plane is to show a letter of negative PCR test results for COVID-19 or rapid test with non-reactive results. The medical clinical laboratory in registering the rapid test is still manual so that the general public who wants to travel by plane in carrying out a rapid test must be served from registration to completion at the clinic. So that sometimes there is an accumulation of people who want a rapid test. It is necessary to make a registration system for rapid tests in medical clinics using the waterfall method. The stages of system development are business process modeling using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), user interface design, and the testing process will be carried out with a blackbox. The system developed can reduce the accumulation of patients in the clinic. From the test results, the system functionality can run well

The recent development in the field of Web system technology has transformed the software industry radically by integrating a wide range of web users, vendors, and enterprise applications worldwide. In Web-based system, a security requirement is a critical issue. This difficulty is due to the complexity level of such systems as well as their variety and increasing distribution. The World Wide Web has become a highly adopted platform for web system. In order to avoid the high impacts of software vulnerabilities, it is necessary to specify security requirements early in the development on a detailed level and it needs to be built into the application design up-front by explicitly stating the security approach. A current web system faces major security problems because security design is not integrated into the Web Engineering Development Process. Due to insufficient support for a concrete and assessable level the application security and the software security is invaded. This paper emphasizes on need of security at Development Lifecycle (SDLC) of web system and integration of security in web system development life cycle.

KPPN Medan II is one of the government organization units at the Ministry of Finance. Where leaders and employees who work at KPPN Medan II always carry out official trips between cities and outside the city. With these conditions, making SPPD documents experiencing the intensity of official travel activities carried out by employees of KPPN Medan II can be said frequently. So that in making SPPD in KPPN Medan II is still using the manual method that is recording through Microsoft Word which in the sense is less effective and efficient. In naming employees who get official assignments, officers manually entering employee data that receives official travel letters are prone to being lost because data is manually written. The web-based SPPD application is built by applying this prototyping method which is expected to facilitate SPPD KPPN Medan II management officers in making SPPD that is effective, efficient, accurate, time-saving, and not prone to losing SPPD data of KPPN Medan II employees who will has made official trips due to the existence of a special database to accommodate all SPPD files.
