The core of the concept allows to characterize the specifics of any pedagogical concept and to enable the theoretical and logical inference of its key provisions. It is formed by the basic laws and principles of the concept as a system of scientific knowledge. The activity concept of the technology of extend didactic units (EDU) is based on the idea of an action enlargement, as a fundamental strategic component. Then one of the components of the core of the activity concept EDU, explaining the regularities of its functioning, is the system of an action enlargement as didactic units. The given paper is reveals the gradual construction of a final (noncomputer) model of system of this enlargement using the phased construction of the auxiliary models: informational and symbolic. Also the mechanism of an action enlargement based on this model is described. Thus the essence of the model and the mechanism of an enlargement are showed on the subject material of the school course of geometry.

To entitle an article “the future of information technology law” may appear unduly adventurous to those who would argue that the subject has yet to establish a present. The purpose of this contribution is therefore to give some information about the current reach of the subject as well as the directions in which it is likely to grow.

Problem setting. High technologies, being a characteristic feature of the modern world, determines the widespread introduction of innovative approaches and methods in various spheres of human life. The trend of digitalization has also influenced the legal services industry. Already today there is a high degree of influence of information technology on the choice of formats for the organization of work processes of lawyers, the choice of tools for professional activities and methods of providing legal services. Therefore, it is important to study the impact of information technology on the prospects for further development of advocacy, in order to ensure the effective functioning of the legal practice Analysis of recent research and publications. Among the studies on the impact of information technology on legal activities should be noted the work of legal scholars such as O.V. Spivakovsky, M.I. Sherman, G.H. Yavorska, V.M. Stratonov, B.A. Zaplotynsky, G.S. Polishchuk, M.V. Protsenko, I. Zhilinkova and others. However, the growing influence of information technology on the provision of legal services causes the need of an additional comprehensive analysis. The target of research in this article is to analyze the impact of information technology on the current state and prospects for further development of advocacy. Conclusions and prospects for the development. Speaking about the prospects of advocacy, it should be noted that the hyperactive development of information technology over the past decade has led to the introduction of telecommunications, information resources and Internet services in all spheres of human life, and advocacy is no exception. Information technologies are often the key to the transition to a qualitatively new level of legal business, as their use provides the introduction of new technical tools and integrated approaches to meet the needs of clients in legal aid. As a result, it is concluded that the impact of information technology is crucial to the future development of advocacy. However, the traditional and conservative nature of advocacy is an obstacle to the innovative development of legal services. Besides, it is necessary to change the current information legislation, which will promote more active implementation of the latest approaches in the field of jurisprudence. Given the above, the main focus should be on overcoming these obstacles, in order to ensure the effective functioning of the legal practice in the future technological world.

Is artificial intelligence (AI) just something that is done in laboratories disconnected from the development of the pragmatic computing, which constitutes current information technology or does it contribute to progress in computing and information technology? It has even been suggested that advances in AI are merely a re-branding exercise for promises that are rarely kept. This paper is a personal view of the forces that have driven the development of AI in the past and what might be a serious paradigm shift in the future. The latter points to what appears to be the most abstruse corner of the subject: the modelling of the human brain and the possibility of designing systems with the brain's ability to create conscious thought. There have been accusations that AI is always ahead on promise and behind on delivery. This is an inaccurate view. In broad terms, the argument presented here suggests that as AI developed, progress was achieved by overcoming unforeseen difficulties in the pursuit of very ambitious targets, not just a re-branding of promises. This process not only advanced AI but also fed into the mainstream of computing that underpins the information technology of the present time. While the outcome of the paradigm shift towards conscious machines, which is examined at the end of this paper is still unclear, it is possible to speculate how information technology might be affected in the future.
