Instructors also are the actual implementers of the curriculum. Additionally, they guide students in the actual process. Their role reflects their influence on the effectiveness of EETP.

Abstract An interdisciplinary approach was used to analyse multicomplex issues of the Covid-19 crisis, demonstrated also by the Economics of innovation. The Economics of innovation is useful when analysing a unique feedback of megatrends and the emergence of liminal crisis innovations. The purpose of this paper is, in spite of many statements to the contrary, to prove that innovative activity may serve as the key to unlocking a post-crisis economic development. Analyses presented in the paper are based on the Polish and foreign literature on the subject, reports on research conducted in many research centres and the author’s own observation at the Social Innovation Council. Three research themes are signalled: 1) the reality of the crisis in the aspect of Covid-19 pandemic and other crises in the literature studies and in practice; 2) innovation as the driving force for recovering from the Covid-19 crisis; 3) Coronavirus support: the activity of the state and social expectations. Conclusions and recommendations contained in this paper are, to a large extent, based on hermeneutics; they also stem from statistical data analyses and own research.

The article examines the position of educational institutions of the Smolensk region in the period preceding the educational reform of Alexander II. On the basis of archival sources of the State Archive of the Smolensk region (GASO), statistical data and materials from publications of «Smolensk Province Records», the author considers the situation in Smolensk gymnasium, eight districts, as well as parish, rural, private, including women’s, educational institutions located in the province. The article analyzes the most significant materials of reports, statements and finance records compiled by Smolensk school directorate, administrations of gymnasiums, parish and district schools, as well as full-time school superintendents who were accountable to different departments. The data obtained as a result of the study suggests that the number of existing schools on the eve and at the very beginning of the Great Reforms tended to be seriously reduced. This decrease particularly affected primary schools owned by the landowners or the schools for which peasant societies were responsible. The research materials provide data on the quantity and class of students in Smolensk gymnasium, district, parish and rural schools, as well as the quantity of teachers conducting classes in the above educational institutions. In the article statistics are presented for the period before and after the start of the reform of the educational institutions network. Ultimately, the author of the article concludes that the education reform observed a rather painful process of a significant (almost two-fold) reduction in the number of primary schools and the quantity of students. This situation was clearly not in line with the aspirations of the provincial government and the pedagogical community, they were aimed at further developing and improving the work of the educational institutions network in the Smolensk region

The article presents the full cycle from development and implementation to the complete coverage and analysis of the results of the program of optimization of the development and psychocorrection of social expectations of personality, by an example of the project «Leader’s School» for the first time. A retrospective and comparative analysis of the project implementation experience is presented. The essence of stages of program development is revealed, psychological content parameters of social expectations of personality are investigated. A considerable amount of psychological content parameters, related to the motivational structure of the personality, sense of life orientations, subject control and exspectometric features has been analyzed. The program has been implemented, which has contributed to the positive dynamic changes in cognitive and behavioral readiness for the intended course of events, which in turn allowed the participants of the project group to be able to assess the future perspective, comprehend the content and organizational peculiarities of future professional activity, «take on the role of future work», which made adjustments to social expectations of the subjects, and affected the design of the expected future model. It was assumed that a significant proportion of students turned out to be unprepared to rapidly change their status, which was reflected on the level of social psychological peculiarities of the expected attitude of the individual towards participants in interpersonal interaction (Tp=16,00; Tn=44,00; p≥0,05). It is established that the process of formation of emotional readiness requires long-term external interventions. The author’s position is that the developed program for optimization of development and psychocorrection of social expectations of personality has become an effective, guided tool for solving a number of important social economic problems of the present, which lie in the sphere of interaction «institution of higher education – professional activity».

A PROPOSAL FOR ANALYZING CHEMISTRY ISSUES AT ENADE ACCORDING TO THE COGNITIVE LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY. This article aims to present an analysis of the ENADE-Chemistry exam using a taxonomy based on the cognitive operations mobilized to solve the chemistry issues here called as Cognitive Level of Difficulty. In addition to identifying contents in the area of knowledge, skills and competences. All questions from the exams of the years 2011, 2014 and 2017 were analyzed; selected the statistical data present on the reports issued by INEP for four higher-educational institutions (UFRN, UTFPR, UFU and UFAM) and the percentages of the distractors indicated. These data were organized in an excel spreadsheet (database) that helped the comparisons of different variables. As a result, we observed discrepancies when comparing the variables of the ease index and the cognitive level of difficulty for the questions that addressed general chemistry concepts. For example, issues considered very difficult in the easiness rating, but which required low order thinking skills and reciprocally. We consider the proposed taxonomy of analysis of cognitive operations and the database is a tool that can contribute to their courses structure. Furthermore, the proposal can be extended to other areas.
