Bali is one of the islands with tourism potential that has grown rapidly. The fame of Bali Island tourism is well known to all corners of the world. Many of the people's daily activities become a tourist attraction for both domestic and foreign tourists. Every activity, especially those that give rise to this tourist attraction, produces waste both on a household and industrial scale. The waste produced is almost found in all sectors of activity, one of which is the tourism industry which is currently very much still moving. The increase in waste generation has prompted the government of Bali through the issuance of the Governor of Bali Regulation number 97 of 2018 concerning the limitation of single-use plastic waste, which shows the seriousness of the waste problem. Waste generation, especially in tourist attraction, has the potential to change the view of tourists on the image of Bali tourism. This research explores community movements both spontaneously and in an organized manner, such as the Trash Hero Indonesia community and other community activities that care about the high waste generation. It is hoped that alternative activities will be obtained to help reduce the generation of plastic waste that supports the implementation of Bali Governor Regulation number 97 of 2018. Activities from the community are expected to be able to maintain and provide a positive legacy for future generations.

ABSTRAKBerbagai macam aktivitas yang ada di Pulau Bali, menyebabkan seluruh elemen masyarakat bergerak dalam berbagai bidang pekerjaan yang tersedia. Hampir sebagian besar aktivitas masyarakat menimbulkan sampah baik skala rumah tangga maupun skala industri salah satunya di industri pariwisata. Pada industri pariwisata di bali yang merupakan salah satu penopang utama kehidupan masyarakat bali, sampah ini hampir ditemui hampir disemua objek wisata seiring dengan makin masifnya kegiatan pariwisata. Meningkatnya penumpukan sampah ini bukannya tidak disadari oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat, tetapi perlu ditingkatkan gerakan dalam pengelolaan sampah yang ada. Hal ini terlihat dari adanya Peraturan Gubernur Bali nomor 97 tahun 2018 tentang pembatasan timbulan sampah plastik sekali pakai yang menunjukkan bagaimana pemerintah peduli akan permasalah sampah yang sudah lama terjadi selama ini terutamanya dalam menjaga citra pariwisata bali. Meskipun masih cukup tinggi timbulan sampah yang sering ditemui di beberapa tempat. Penelitian ini akan mencari beberapa gerakan masyarakat baik yang terorganisir seperti pada komunitas Trash Hero Indonesia maupun yang belum dalam mengurangi timbulan penggunaan sampah untuk menjaga citra pariwisata bali. Sehingga didapatkan beberapa tindakan alternatif yang mendukung Peraturan Gubernur Bali nomor 97 tahun 2018 yang mampu secara efektif dalam mengurangi resiko pencemaran lingkungan dengan adanya sampah plastik tersebut. Diharapkan tindakan alternatif ini dapat menjaga dan memberikan warisan yang positif bagi generasi berikutnya. Kata Kunci : Citra Pariwisata, Plastik, SampahABSTRACTVarious kinds of activities that exist on the island of Bali, causing all elements of society to move forward in various fields of work. Most of the community's activities cause garbage both in household scale and industrial scale, one of which is in the tourism industry. In the tourism industry in Bali which is one of the main pillars of the life of the Balinese people, this waste is almost found in almost all tourism objects along with the increasingly massive tourism activities. Increasing the accumulation of waste is not realized by the government and the community, but it needs to be improved in the management of existing waste management. This is evident from the existence of the Bali Governor Regulation number 97 of 2018 concerning restrictions on the generation of disposable plastic waste that shows how the government cares about the long-standing waste problem especially in maintaining the image of Bali tourism. Although it is still quite high, waste generation is often found in several places. This research will look for some well-organized community movements such as the Trash Hero Indonesia community and those who have not reduced the use of waste to maintain the image of Bali tourism. So that there are several alternative actions that support the Bali Governor Regulation number 97 of 2018 which is able to effectively reduce the risk of environmental pollution in the presence of plastic waste. This research is based on the weakness of Human Resources in managing the tourism especially Cicalobak Beach in Kecamatan Mekarmukti Garut Regency. Tourism industry in Indonesia should get special attention from the government, both central and local government in developing tourism potential. The development of the tourism industry itself has a strong influence for the development of the region in the area around the tourism object, because it can act as the main sector industry, namely the superior sector that can improve the regional economy. Therefore, this research is focused on the management of tourism object especially in Cicalobak Beach. The management of tourism object in Cicalobak Beach uses G.R Terry (2011:10) theory which is management planning theory or often referred to as POAC stands for Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. This study aims to find out how the study of the management of attractions in Cicalobak Beach District Mekarmukti Garut regency. Research uses qualitative methods. The author took the research location at Cicalobak Beach and Village Office Karangwangi District Mekarmukti Garut, involving Village Government and community Karangwangi Village District Mekarmukti Garut with the number of informants 6 people. From the results of interviews and observations, it was found that the management in Cicalobak Beach is still lacking in terms of Human Resources and has not been optimal because this beach is opened as a new tourist attraction around 2012. So it still requires good management to promote the tourism object.

<em>The design of Urban Resort motivated by the increasing number of tourists coming to the city of Solo as increasing tourism potential. The increasing number of tourist coming and tourist potential are not accompanied by an increase in the numbers LOS (Length Of Stay) and the availability of lodging facilities that accommodate in Solo. The purpose of this scheme is to get a building design that is able to accommodate the needs of lodging accommodations and recreation in the form of a resort hotel in the center of the city of Solo with the implementation of ecological architecture as a form of support to the Government to make Solo as an ecological city. Design issues are: how the concept of ecological architecture can be applied in the design of Urban Resort in Surakarta. The method used is the method of architectural design with mix of the theory about ecological architecture with Government Regulation about requirements of five star resort hotel. The results obtained are the design of urban resort as a means of lodging accommodations, and public space as a tourist attraction and people who apply the concept of ecology architecture on the shape and appearance of the building. So that the building can give the impression of a comfortable and natural even though the resort hotel located in the middle city of Solo.</em>

A strong and sustainable regional economic development is an effective collaboration between the use of existing resources, the community and the government. One of the optimal resource utilization efforts is to develop tourism with the concept of Ecotourism. The industrial revolution 4.0 opens wide opportunities for anyone to advance. Information that is very abundant provides great benefits for the development of science and the economy. People in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 have a very large dependence on using information technology. Based on the background that has been explained, the problem can be formulated through the question "How to develop economic-based ecotourism business opportunities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0? The purpose of this study is to describe the development of ecotourism based on the economy of Patuanan Leuwimunding Village, Majalengka, to be a business opportunity in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Whereas the research method in the preparation of this research is qualitative research by exploring and understanding the meaning that is considered to come from social or humanitarian problems, focusing on individual meanings, and translating the complexity of a problem. This type of research was chosen because qualitative research is able to provide descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the behavior of the people being observed. Forms of economic-based ecotourism development activities are 1. Building local tourism competitiveness based on natural resource conservation, village / local tourism potential, namely plengkung tourism objects that can be used as fishing activities and other community activities at the location of the object. 2. Introduction and utilization of opportunities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 through social media as a marketing and promotion medium. Patuanan Village, which has tourist destination locations, introduces and promotes it through social media, including YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. The results of ecotourism development activities based on the economy of business opportunities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are 1. Beautifying the tourism object in Plengkung into an object of economic-based ecotourism. 2. Exposing through social media including YouTube. Abstrak Pembangunan ekonomi daerah yang kuat dan berkelanjutan merupakan sebuah kolaborasi yang efektif antara pemanfaatan sumberdaya yang ada, masyarakat dan pemerintah. Salah satu upaya pemanfaatan sumberdaya yang optimal adalah dengan mengembangkan pariwisata dengan konsep Ekowisata. Revolusi industri 4.0 membuka peluang yang luas bagi siapapun untuk maju. Informasi yang sangat melimpah menyediakan manfaat yang   besar untuk pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun perekonomian. Masyarakat di era revolusi industri 4.0 memiliki ketergantungan yang sangat besar dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi.  Berdasarkan latar belakang yang telah dijelaskan maka dapat dirumuskan masalahnya melalaui pertanyaan ”Bagaimana mengembangkan ekowisata berbasis ekonomi peluang bisnis di era revolusi industri 4.0? Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan pengembangan ekowisata berbasis ekonomi Desa Patuanan Leuwimunding Majalengka menjadi peluang bisnis di era revolusi industri 4.0. Sedangkan metode penelitian dalam penyusunan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan ekplorasi dan memahami makna yang dianggap berasal dari masalah sosial atau kemanusian, berfokus pada makna individual, dan menerjemahkan komplesitas suatu persoalan. Jenis penelitian ini dipilih karena penelitian kualitatif mampu memberikan data deskriptif  berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari perilaku orang yang diamati. Bentuk kegiatan pengembangan ekowisata berbasis ekonomi adalah 1. Membangun daya saing wisata lokal dengan berbasis konservasi sumber daya alam, potensi wisata desa/lokal yaitu objek wisata situ plengkung dapat dijadikan kegiatan pemancingan dan aktifitas masyarakat lainnya yang di lokasi objek tersebut. 2. Pengenalan dan pemanfaatan peluang di era revolusi industri 4.0 melalui sosial media sebagai media pemasaran dan promosi. Desa Patuanan yang memiliki lokasi tujuan wisata memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan melalui media sosial diantarnya berupa youtube, facebook, instragram. Hasil Kegiatan pengembangan ekowisata berbasis ekonomi peluang bisnis di era revolusi industri 4.0 adalah 1. Mempercantik objek wisata situ plengkung menjadi objek ekowisata berbasis ekonomi. 2. Mengekspos melalui media sosial diantaranya youtube.

The background of this research is that in the past, the increasing trend of mountain climbing in Indonesia has reportedly raised environmental problems, especially regarding the tremendous volume of rubbish left behind mountain climbers.  Plastic waste threatens the Indonesia tourism industry in mountain areas. The government stated that the continuously increasing plastic waste threatens to ruin Indonesia's tourism sector. The mineral water industry is one of the government's primary focuses in its plastic waste reduction. As Indonesia's largest plastic-bottled mineral water brand, Aqua is pledging to remove more plastic from the environment than it uses by 2025. The purpose of the research is to get a descriptive analysis of how the company can manage its stakeholder engagement for reducing plastic waste in Indonesia. This research employed a qualitative narrative analysis method with a case study around Aqua’s efforts for reducing plastic waste in Indonesia and data collected from digital media. The principal results of the research show that Aqua made good collaboration between the Trashbag Community Indonesia, The Ministry of Environment and Forestry, and media journalists on the program “Sapujagad 2017" by removing 5 tons of rubbish from Indonesia's mountains. In conclusion, a successful company must do stakeholder engagement and corporate social responsibility activities for supporting sustainable tourism development in Indonesia.

Buluh Cina Village is located at Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province and its about 25 km from Pekanbaru City. This Village is designated as Tourism Village by The Government of Riau Province. This research aims to optimize the potential Geo-tourism by understanding the strengths and weaknesses aspect which is owned by Buluh China Village. So it can increase the number of tourists who visit Buluh Cina Village. The method used is the field survey and literature review. The village is surrounded by a tropical rain forest with an area of over 100 hectares and it divided by the Kampar Kanan River. Fluvial Meandering System of this river form the main channel (river), sandbars, natural levee, floodplain and oxbow lake. Geo-tourism potential that can be developed are sand bars and oxbow lake. Buluh China Village has had a tourist attraction, but there are still some weaknesses, such as floods in the rainy season and some support facilities are not optimal.

Denpasar city has a variety of tourist potential, namely the potential of cultural tourism such as historical buildings, art attractions, a traditional market with a wide variety of traditional dishes as well as community activities related to culture. Given these potentials can be developed into a tourist city tour packages in Denpasar. In connection with the travel package packing city tour, then the formulation of issues to be discussed are (1) What is the potential of the city of Denpasar as a cultural tourist attraction ?, (2) How packaging travel packages culture-based city tour in Denpasar? This study aims to determine the potential of the city of Denpasar as cultural charms, knowing the way of packaging travel packages culture-based city tour in the city of Denpasar. Data collection techniques in this study was done by observation, interview, and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the city of Denpasar has tourism potential which comprise the majority of the potential of cultural tourism, the potential that made travel packages in this study is the charm of the castle and temple, traditional market and museum in the city of Denpasar The potential is then packaged in three forms, namely, in narrative form, tabular and graphical form four- travel packages including: Melali ke Puri, Heritage Denpasar City Tour, Beautiful Cultural of Denpasar City Tour, Historic Denpasar City Tour.

Melasti beach is a tourist attraction of the beach that is just starting to develop. Melasti Beach still in development in the governance by the village of Ungasan and yet the existence of a management system. Melasti beach is located in Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung Regency, has the potentialities are wonderful and interesting to develop. The assumption behind this is based on the chosen research topic "melasti Beach Development Strategy as a tourist attraction in the village of Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung Regency. Data types and data sources that are used i.e. qualitative data, primary and secondary data. Data collection done by way of observation, unstructured interviews, study kepustakan, documentation, research instrument is the guidance interview. The analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis with the use of tourism potential and analysis approach to SWOT analysis which clearly sets forth the findings based on the issues examined with accurate data sources. In the results of this research demonstrating that the Melasti Beach has the potential of nature is very beautiful, it also has the potential of culture as well as potential human or artificial to developed, capable of attracting tourists visit. Although still in the development phase is already visited by tourists and foreigners to the archipelago. The conclusions from the results of Shore Development Melasti is need for management systems, many still lack facilities to complement the tourist attraction due to the lack of funds and contributions from the Government is still waiting for him. The research aim is to determine development strategy of Banjar Samu as a tourism village. This research used qualitative and quantitative data with source from primary and secondary data. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. The sample method used purposive sampling while data analysis used descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis.  Based on the results, the research indicate is that Banjar Samu have tourism potential which is consisted of natural potentials include panorama of rice fields and water springs. While the potential of culture include: community activities, hospitality and attitude of mutual cooperation, temples: building architecture and religious activity, sacred art of barong landung and another arts entertainment such as joged bumbung, arja, gambelan geguntangan, as well as local craft communities such as wood carving, silver handicrafts, yoga-meditation activity and sekaa such as sekaa gong,  joged, geguntangan, arja, angklung, subak and sekaa santi. Based on the analysis of SWOT Matrix, the results obtained by SO strategies are improving the quality of tourism potential and establish tourist activity. ST strategy is improving the security services. WO strategies are increasing cooperation with the government college, arranging some promotion. Tourism is a magnet of a region to realise a developing area. This study aims to clarify the role of the Government in the Development of Yendi Beach Tourist Attraction in Biak Numfor Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The results showed that the role of the Tourism Office in developing Yendi Beach's tourism potential in Biak Numfor District was dominant as a Motivator compared to other roles, namely as a Facilitator and a Dynamicsator. This role as a facilitator is seen mainly in the form of: provision of facilities and infrastructure for tourist attraction objects, which are still largely borne by the Department of Tourism as the leading sector, facilitation in channelling stimulant financial assistance for people who want to develop tourism attractions, promotion of attraction objects tourism, as well as facilitation to third parties, such as investors and tourism entrepreneurs to develop Yendi Beach tourism business in Biak Numfor Regency.
