A strong and sustainable regional economic development is an effective collaboration between the use of existing resources, the community and the government. One of the optimal resource utilization efforts is to develop tourism with the concept of Ecotourism. The industrial revolution 4.0 opens wide opportunities for anyone to advance. Information that is very abundant provides great benefits for the development of science and the economy. People in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 have a very large dependence on using information technology. Based on the background that has been explained, the problem can be formulated through the question "How to develop economic-based ecotourism business opportunities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0? The purpose of this study is to describe the development of ecotourism based on the economy of Patuanan Leuwimunding Village, Majalengka, to be a business opportunity in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Whereas the research method in the preparation of this research is qualitative research by exploring and understanding the meaning that is considered to come from social or humanitarian problems, focusing on individual meanings, and translating the complexity of a problem. This type of research was chosen because qualitative research is able to provide descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the behavior of the people being observed. Forms of economic-based ecotourism development activities are 1. Building local tourism competitiveness based on natural resource conservation, village / local tourism potential, namely plengkung tourism objects that can be used as fishing activities and other community activities at the location of the object. 2. Introduction and utilization of opportunities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 through social media as a marketing and promotion medium. Patuanan Village, which has tourist destination locations, introduces and promotes it through social media, including YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. The results of ecotourism development activities based on the economy of business opportunities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are 1. Beautifying the tourism object in Plengkung into an object of economic-based ecotourism. 2. Exposing through social media including YouTube. Abstrak Pembangunan ekonomi daerah yang kuat dan berkelanjutan merupakan sebuah kolaborasi yang efektif antara pemanfaatan sumberdaya yang ada, masyarakat dan pemerintah. Salah satu upaya pemanfaatan sumberdaya yang optimal adalah dengan mengembangkan pariwisata dengan konsep Ekowisata. Revolusi industri 4.0 membuka peluang yang luas bagi siapapun untuk maju. Informasi yang sangat melimpah menyediakan manfaat yang   besar untuk pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun perekonomian. Masyarakat di era revolusi industri 4.0 memiliki ketergantungan yang sangat besar dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi.  Berdasarkan latar belakang yang telah dijelaskan maka dapat dirumuskan masalahnya melalaui pertanyaan ”Bagaimana mengembangkan ekowisata berbasis ekonomi peluang bisnis di era revolusi industri 4.0? Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan pengembangan ekowisata berbasis ekonomi Desa Patuanan Leuwimunding Majalengka menjadi peluang bisnis di era revolusi industri 4.0. Sedangkan metode penelitian dalam penyusunan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan ekplorasi dan memahami makna yang dianggap berasal dari masalah sosial atau kemanusian, berfokus pada makna individual, dan menerjemahkan komplesitas suatu persoalan. Jenis penelitian ini dipilih karena penelitian kualitatif mampu memberikan data deskriptif  berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari perilaku orang yang diamati. Bentuk kegiatan pengembangan ekowisata berbasis ekonomi adalah 1. Membangun daya saing wisata lokal dengan berbasis konservasi sumber daya alam, potensi wisata desa/lokal yaitu objek wisata situ plengkung dapat dijadikan kegiatan pemancingan dan aktifitas masyarakat lainnya yang di lokasi objek tersebut. 2. Pengenalan dan pemanfaatan peluang di era revolusi industri 4.0 melalui sosial media sebagai media pemasaran dan promosi. Desa Patuanan yang memiliki lokasi tujuan wisata memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan melalui media sosial diantarnya berupa youtube, facebook, instragram. Hasil Kegiatan pengembangan ekowisata berbasis ekonomi peluang bisnis di era revolusi industri 4.0 adalah 1. Mempercantik objek wisata situ plengkung menjadi objek ekowisata berbasis ekonomi. 2. Mengekspos melalui media sosial diantaranya youtube.

The research aim is to determine development strategy of Banjar Samu as a tourism village. This research used qualitative and quantitative data with source from primary and secondary data. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. The sample method used purposive sampling while data analysis used descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis.  Based on the results, the research indicate is that Banjar Samu have tourism potential which is consisted of natural potentials include panorama of rice fields and water springs. While the potential of culture include: community activities, hospitality and attitude of mutual cooperation, temples: building architecture and religious activity, sacred art of barong landung and another arts entertainment such as joged bumbung, arja, gambelan geguntangan, as well as local craft communities such as wood carving, silver handicrafts, yoga-meditation activity and sekaa such as sekaa gong,  joged, geguntangan, arja, angklung, subak and sekaa santi. Based on the analysis of SWOT Matrix, the results obtained by SO strategies are improving the quality of tourism potential and establish tourist activity. ST strategy is improving the security services. WO strategies are increasing cooperation with the government college, arranging some promotion. The fact that millennial generation is the breadwinner of the Indonesian economy cannot be ignored by the government and tourism industry businesses. The Thousand Islands Marine National Park seeks to use Instagram social media to attract potential tourists from millennial groups. A total of 110 @tnlkepulauaneribu uploads were then analyzed with descriptive qualitative research methods to find out how Gina Lutrell's SOME (Sharring, Optimize, Manage, Engagement) Model was used in managing the Instagram account communication @tnlkep Kepulauan Seribu as an effort to digitally promote the Thousand Islands National Park as an Ecotourism Destination for Generations Millennial. The results of this study indicate that the manager of the @tnlkepulauanseribu account has not implemented The Circular Model of SOME to the fullest. The engagement process (is the process that is at least maximally carried out. This can be seen from the lack of adequate engagement to nurture and create new followers. There are not many communication activities that can have a binding impact on followers and prospective followers of the @tnlkepulauanseribu account.

Local government in Indonesia adapted to the development legislation of an ideal tourist destination; ethically and aesthetically the local area is known as value-local culture. Gunungkidul Regency is an area that has tourism potential with the number of tourists increasing every year; this can indicate that these tourism objects are well managed. However, Gunungkidul Regency is still one of the areas with underdevelopment, the highest poverty rate indicator in DIY. Community groups have not been thoroughly involved as well as several other tourist objects that have not been managed as tourist destinations. Tourism activities need to be supported by policies that regulate tourism actors in carrying out their activities. This research method is a qualitative method with a literature study model that aims to describe the implementation of policies to increase tourist destinations based on local wisdom which comes from various other types of reading, such as previous research, news articles, and others. Target indicator sets more towards material things. The current policy for increasing tourist destinations in Gunungkidul Regency has not prioritized the value base of local wisdom. Furthermore, it discusses the implementation and obstacles faced in relation to the policies to increase tourist destinations based on local wisdom. The implementation of policies in terms of resources leads to the value of local wisdom in developing human resources which ultimately leads to material benefits. There has been no implementation that leads to local wisdom values of natural resource conservation, social, ethical, and moral meanings. The implementation of policies in terms of communication between the public and the government is good enough, however, among tourism business actors is not optimal.

Tourism is one of the many resources owned by Banyumas Recency, a small town located in Central Java Province, which has potential impact in increasing the independence and welfare of the community. To promote Banyumas tourism, a communication medium that is in tune with the present and can built public motivation and interest in visiting the location is urgently needed. Instagram is a social media that responds as a digital communication platform that has the ability to build a reputation and sustainable reciprocal relationships with audiences/publics. This research aims to identify how to manage the Instagram account content @dinporabudpar_banyumas in supporting the tourism potential promotion system in Banyumas Regency. Using a qualitative approach and content analysis, the data were obtained through the upload documentation in Instagram from 21 September until 31 December 2019. The results showed that the uploaded content was categorized into three types, namely cultural, natural and culinary tourism. Uploaded content combines photo and video aspects with attention to informative-persuasive text narrative. This capability in management will have an impact on the development of regional development and become a form of public relations articulation for the government that takes sides in the implementation of development. Bali is one of the islands with tourism potential that has grown rapidly. The fame of Bali Island tourism is well known to all corners of the world. Many of the people's daily activities become a tourist attraction for both domestic and foreign tourists. Every activity, especially those that give rise to this tourist attraction, produces waste both on a household and industrial scale. The waste produced is almost found in all sectors of activity, one of which is the tourism industry which is currently very much still moving. The increase in waste generation has prompted the government of Bali through the issuance of the Governor of Bali Regulation number 97 of 2018 concerning the limitation of single-use plastic waste, which shows the seriousness of the waste problem. Waste generation, especially in tourist attraction, has the potential to change the view of tourists on the image of Bali tourism. This research explores community movements both spontaneously and in an organized manner, such as the Trash Hero Indonesia community and other community activities that care about the high waste generation. It is hoped that alternative activities will be obtained to help reduce the generation of plastic waste that supports the implementation of Bali Governor Regulation number 97 of 2018. Activities from the community are expected to be able to maintain and provide a positive legacy for future generations.

This research is focused on the home industry of woven bamboo crafts in the village of Heuleut Leuwimunding Majalengka in 2019. The aspect studied is the objective conditions of the existence of woven bamboo crafts in the midst of the industrial revolution 4.0. This study aims to describe the existence of the bamboo handicraft home industry in the village of Heuleut Leuwimunding, Majalengka in 2019 in the midst of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research is a qualitative research. This type of research was chosen because qualitative research is able to provide descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the behavior of the people being observed. So that in researching "The Existence of Home Industry Bamboo Matting, Heuleut Leuwimunding Majalengka Village in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0" qualitative research is needed in order to obtain descriptive data. Based on the research findings and analysis of the research findings, the existence of the bamboo woven handicraft home industry in the village of Heuleut Leuwidinding Majalengka in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 can be concluded that the production factor is still traditional in both the aspects of raw material procurement and product design. From the aspect of acceptability, the village of Heuleut Leuwidinding Majalengka is relatively easy to reach so that it does not complicate direct marketing. In selling products, the craftsmen do not market directly but there are collectors who will market the products. In the new marketing using traditional marketing, not yet using online sales. The government regulations have not been used by craftsmen both in the aspects of capital and guidance. In general, the existence of the bamboo woven handicraft home industry in the village of Heuleut Leuwidinding Majalengka in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 will be eroded by other parties who will adopt the bamboo woven home industry using machines and with more sophisticated designs (computing). Furthermore, the bamboo woven handicraft home industry in the village of Heuleut Leuwidinding Majalengka in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 will reduce the craftsmen's economy because it is limited to producing products traditionally without any product development, results, and marketing. Abstrak Penelitian ini difokuskan pada home industry kerajinan anyaman bambu di desa Heuleut Leuwimunding Majalengka Tahun 2019. Aspek yang dikaji adalah kondisi objektif tentang eksistensi kerajinan anyaman bambu di tengah revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan eksistensi home industry kerajinan bambu di desa Heuleut Leuwimunding Majalengka Tahun 2019 di tengah revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini dipilih karena penelitian kualitatif mampu memberikan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari perilaku orang yang diamati. Sehingga dalam meneliti “Eksistensi Home Industri Anyaman Bambu  Desa Heuleut Leuwimunding Majalengka  di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 “penelitian kualitatif diperlukan agar mendapatkan data-data deskriptif. Bersadarkan temuan penelitian dan analisis hasil temuan penelitian maka eksistensi home industry kerajinan anyaman bambu  desa Heuleut Leuwidinding Majalengka di era revolusi industri 4.0 dapat disimpulkan faktor produksi masih bercorak tradisional baik dari aspek pengadaan bahan baku maupun desain hasil produk. Dari aspek aksepbilitas desa Heuleut Leuwidinding Majalengka relatif mudah dijangkau sehingga tidak menyulitkan dalam pemasaran langsung. Dalam penjualan produk, pengrajin tidak memasarkan secara langsung tetapi ada pengepul yang akan memasarkan produk. Dalam pemasaran baru menggunakan pemasaran secara tradisional, belum menggunakan penjualan online. Adapun regulasi pemerintah belum dimanfaatkan oleh pengrajin baik pada aspek modal maupun pembinaan. Secara umum eksistensi home industry kerajinan anyaman bambu  desa Heuleut Leuwidinding Majalengka di era revolusi industri 4.0 akan tergerus oleh pihak lain yang akan mengadopsi home industri anyaman bambu dengan menggunakan mesin dan dengan desain yang lebih canggih (komputasi). Lebih lanjut home industry kerajinan anyaman bambu  desa Heuleut Leuwidinding Majalengka di era revolusi industri 4.0 akan mereduksi perekonomian pengrajin karena sebatas menghasilkan produk secara tradisional tanpa adanya pengembangan produk, hasil, dan pemasaran.

The spread of hoax information on social media is still difficult to control. Various efforts have been made by the government to eradicate hoax information, even the Ministry of Communication and Information has chosen the decision to block accounts that spread hoaxes, especially those on social media. However, hoax information still exists and its spread is increasing. Therefore, it is necessary to have a strategy that is right on target to prevent the spread of hoaxes. To design a strategy that is right on target, it is necessary to identify the acceptance attitude and behavior of sharing hoax information on social media. Through research using an interpretive paradigm and a qualitative research approach with research data collection, namely interviews with 12 (twelve) informants who are part of the community in Banten, West Java and Aceh Provinces. So, an interesting finding was found that currently receiving hoax information that leads to belief can occur if hoax information is highly correlated with hoax recipients, viral is discussed in the community, and is in accordance with personal views or logic. This acceptance can motivate the behavior of sharing information back due to the desire to be recognized as a trendsetter in disseminating the first information to the people around him. This is the main factor in the dissemination of Hoax information which needs to get recommendations for improving policies and strategies for eliminating Hoaxes in Indonesian society.

Theories on consumer behavioral change emerged from the study of psychology and later used on consumer behaviors. Behaviorists believe that human behaviors can change from stimulus and responses based on the theories developed by Pavlov, Skinner, Thorndike, and many others.  In this paper, the COVID-19 pandemic has forced many countries to take actions such as restricting people movement, providing economic stimulus to push the economy back up, and enforcing social distancing rules and alike to flatten the pandemic curve. The study envisioned that all the actions taken by the government, especially in the context of Malaysia, as stimulus that create positive and negative responses from the learning consumers. The study emulates the operant conditioning theory and proposes four different types of behavior categories that arises from the pandemic. The aim of this paper is to propose a conceptual framework of the market segmentation arising from COVID-19 pandemic. Methodology used by the study is based from the literature search and secondary data to come out with the suggested framework. The expected findings of the study are the four segments of the consumers based on their behavioral reactions post pandemic. The four segments are the back to square one, new normal, moderately new norm, and recycle consumer groups. Their preferences, needs, and wants can change the landscape of how market can be segmented apart from how business should react towards the changes in the future. Policy could be developed in terms of promoting the new norms behavior to overcome COVID-19 problems and future outbreaks as well as to ensure that Malaysia can be accommodative to the industrial revolution 4.0. Future research should be conducted to replicate the framework in different contexts and industries.

In the era of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution a new culture was created in the form of the use of social media, Instagram, for various purposes. Social media users who have reached 63 million (according to data from the Ministry of Communication and Information, 2017) have provided opportunities for academics and the government to use them in efforts to preserve Indonesian. Researchers in the journal conveyed the participation of social media users in preserving Indonesian through a cultural approach. This study uses an ethnographic qualitative analysis method which is presented in a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that Instagram users participate in efforts to improve language knowledge by uploading several things including punctuation, word equivalents, word meanings, proverbs, articles and standard word writing.

Abstrak – Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi dan pemanfaatan media sosial usaha kecil dan menegah untuk bertahan di tengah pandemi covid-19. Dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini metode jenis pendekatan yang digunakan dengan penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa resto meatandmeet di tengah pandemi covid-19 ini berusaha dengan berbagai cara meatandmeet sangat kreatif dan inovatif teknologi yang digunakan sangat menarik  dengan memanfaatkan teknologi media sosial melalui Instagram di mana akun Instagram meatandmeet memiliki banyak pengikut dan banyak hasil- hasil dari konsumen sebelumnya yaitu testimoni dari tiga menu yang ditawarkan pada resto meatandmeet. Upaya lain yang dilakukan resto meatandmeet adalah memberikan home service delivery dimana konsumen diberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan pemesanan, konsumen tidak harus memikirkan peralatan untuk bisa berkumpul menikmati makanan yang sedang tren saat ini yaitu resto meatandmeet menawarkan berbagai pilihan menu terutama yang paling diminati adalah menu paket BBQ dan Shabu  yang komplit. Di dalam paket menu paket BBQ dan Shabu tersebut di keterangan hanya untuk empat orang saja namun setelah melakukan pemesanan menu tersebut bisa dinikmati untuk lebih dari sepuluh orang maka harga yang ditawarkan pada resto meatandmeet sangat relatif murah dan tetap dapat  menikmati masakan menu BBQ dan shabu tanpa harus datang ke resto jadi bisa menghindari kumpulan banyak orang dan mengikuti peraturan pemerintah untuk berdiam diri dirumah namun tetap bisa menikmati masakan BBQ dan shabu dirumah. Abstract - The purpose of this study was to determine the strategies and use of social and medium media to survive the covid-19 pandemic. In carrying out this research, the type of approach used is descriptive qualitative research. The results obtained from this study are that the meatandmeet restaurant in the midst of the Covid-19 epidemic is trying in various ways. Meatandmeet is very creative and innovative. The technology used is very attractive by utilizing social media technology through instgrams where the meatandmeet instgram account has many followers and many results. - The results of previous consumers are testimonials from the three menus offered at the Meatandmeet Restaurant. Another effort made by the meatandmeet restaurant is to provide home service delivery where consumers are given an order, consumers do not have to judge the equipment to gather to enjoy the food that is currently trending, namely the meatandmeet restaurant offers a variety of menu options, especially the most popular ones are the BBQ and Shabu package menus which Complete. In the menu package, the BBQ and Shabu package is mentioned only for four people but after ordering the menu it can be enjoyed by more than ten people, the price offered at the meatandmeet restaurant is very relatively cheap and you can still enjoy BBQ and shabu menu dishes without having to. come to the restaurant so you can avoid crowds of people and follow government regulations to stay at home but still enjoy BBQ and shabu dishes at home.
