Organizational Climate is a subjective perception about the condition of a person in an organization that is sustainably maintained by involving all stakeholders, so that organizational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. If the organizational climate setting in an institution is positive, then the vision, mission and goals which are the ideals of the school will be effectively achieved. This research uses research library type research. The data analysis technique uses content analysis. Based on the results of research conducted by experts, including Tagiuri, argues that in developing the organizational climate in schools, there are four dimensions namely the ecological or environmental dimension, the social dimension, the social system and the culture that surrounds it. These four dimensions according to Taguiri include all dimensions in educational institutions to achieve the goals of the organization of educational institutions. Among the strategies that can be used to develop a positive organizational climate through these four dimensions, namely by making a policy or regulation by the Principal, where the policy leads to the improvement of organizations that are oriented to quality.

Balancing the social, economic and environmental priorities for public health is at the core of the United Nations (UN) approaches to sustainable development, including the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The four dimensions of sustainable diets are often presented as health, society, economics, and the environment. Although sustainable diet research has focused on health and the environment, the social and economic dimensions of sustainable diets and food systems should not be forgotten. Some research priorities and sociocultural indicators for sustainable healthy diets and food systems are outlined in this report. The present goal is to improve integration of the social dimension into research on food and nutrition security.

Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana impelementasi kompetensi sosial guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa Smp Negeri 3 Bungin Kec. Bungin Kab. Enrekang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi, wawancara dan Angket. Tekhnik Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel yang akan diteliti yaitu: Variabel bebas yaitu kompetensi sosial guru dan Variabel terikat yaitu motivasi belajar siswa. Jumlah sampel ialah 22 orang dari 220 populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi, wawancara dan Angket. kompetensi sosial guru merupakan seperangkat penguasaan, pengetahuan dan kemampuan yang harus dimiliki guru agar dapat melaksanakan tugas-tugas pokok sebagai seorang guru dan  bertanggungjawab dalam mendidik. Cara meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa antara lain Pemberian Nilai pemberian ulangan dan kerja kelompok. Melihat implementasi kompetensi sosial guru untuk meningkatkan  motivasi belajar siswa sudah berhasilan dalam bidang pendidikan, guru diharapkan mampu  menjadi pigur dalam memajukan  lembaga pendidikan agar siswa termotivasi untuk melakukan perubaha-perubahan dalam memajukan lembaganya pendidikan kedepannya.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Sosial, Guru,  Motivasi Belajar SiswaABSTRACTThis study was analyzed with descriptive qualitative is purpose which to give an overview of how the implementation the social competence of teachers to students' motivation Smp Negeri 3 Bungin Kec. The Inquiry collection techniques in this study is observation, interview and questionnaire. social competence of teachers is a set of mastery, knowledge and abilities that should be owned by teachers in order to carry out basic tasks as a teacher and in charge of educating. How to improve students' motivation, among others Grading Award replicates and group work. See the implementation of the social competence of teachers to improve students' motivation has been success in the field of education, teachers are expected to be pigur in advancing educational institutions so that students are motivated to do perubaha-change in advancing the educational institutions in the future.Keywords: Social Competence, Teacher, Student Motivation

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between product quality and price with the interest of buying consumer Ole-Ole Futsal Bung Tomo. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 30 respondents taken by the snowball effect method. The data analysis technique in this study usedcorrelation test analysis Spearman rank. The calculation process was aided by theapplication program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (IBM SPSS Statistics 20). The results of this study indicate that a correlation of 0.877 means that it is very strong and based on calculations, the product quality variable with consumer buying interest has a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, so Ho is rejected, the product quality is significantly associated with consumer buying interest. And the price variable shows that there is a correlation of 0.738 which means strong and based on calculations, the price variable with consumer buying interest has a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 so Ho is rejected, then the price is significantly associated with consumer buying interest.

The research objective was to describe the improvement in social studies learning outcomes of grade V SD Inpres 12/79 Macope students after using the Think Pair Share type cooperative learning model. The approach used is a qualitative approach that is descriptive, this type of research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The focus of research is the social studies learning outcomes of grade V students and the Think Pair Share type of cooperative learning model. The research setting was class V SD Inpres 12/79 Macope. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis which is carried out by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions, and verification. The results of data analysis indicate that learning using the Think Pair Share type of cooperative learning model can improve social studies results for fifth grade students of SD Inpres 12/79 Macope.

ABSTRAK Masa remaja merupakan masa transisi dari masa kanak-kanak menuju masa dewasa, kisaran umur dari 10 hingga 24 tahun. Di masa inilah seseorang mencari jati diri untuk membentuk karakter kepribadian, seperti pengalaman baru maupun teman baru. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui minat serta faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat remaja di Kelurahan Lempake, dan difokuskan pada tiga faktor yaitu faktor dorongan dari dalam diri, faktor motivasi sosial, dan faktor emosional. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif, dimana teknik analisisnya menggunakan analisis data model interaktif. Hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa minat remaja didasari dari faktor dorongan dari dalam diri, faktor motivasi sosial, dan faktor emosional. Akan tetapi dari tiga faktor tersebut yang sangat berperan ialah faktor motivasi sosial. Faktor pendukung remaja dalam berorganisasi selain yaitu lingkungan tempat tinggal, keluarga, dan teman, sedangkan untuk faktor yang menghambat minat tidak ada akan tetapi terkadang faktor yang menghambat remaja untuk mengikuti kegiatan organisasi yaitu waktu kuliah yang berbenturan dengan kegiatan organisasi. Kata kunci : Minat, Remaja, Organisasi ABSTRACT Adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood, age range from 10 to 24 years. It is at this time that someone searches for identity to shape personality traits, such as new experiences and new friends. The purpose of the study was to determine the interests and supporting factors and inhibiting factors of adolescents in Kelurahan Lempake, and focused on three factors, namely internal motivation, social motivational factors, and emotional factors. This type of research is qualitative research, where the analysis technique uses interactive model data analysis. The results of the data analysis revealed that adolescent interest was based on internal motivation, social motivation, and emotional factors. However, of the three factors that are very important is the social motivation factor. Supporting factors of adolescents in organizing other than the environment where they live, family, and friends, while for factors that inhibit interest there are no but sometimes factors that hinder adolescents from participating in organizational activities, namely college time that collide with organizational activities. This research aimed to (a) describe the structure of folklore legend of Syekh Katik Sangko in Pasir Subdistrict, central Pariaman District, Pariaman City. (b) describe the social function of folklore legend of Sheikh Katik Sangko in Pasir Village, Central Pariaman District, Pariaman City. The type of this research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data analysis technique was carried out through four steps. The first step was to carried out data inventory. The second was the data classification or analysis phase. The third step was a discussion and conclusion of the results of classification or data analysis. The last was reporting the research as thesis. The results of this study were found that in the folklore legend of Syekh Katik Sangko in Pasir Subdistrict, central Pariaman District, Pariaman City has 10 figures. The theme in this story is the spreading of Islam in Pariaman. Social functions found are means of education, inheritance and identity. Keywords: structure, social function, folklore

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate the factors that determine two forms of crowdfunding campaign success: success in securing the necessary financial resources and personal success in terms of the entrepreneur’s satisfaction. Specifically, it studies factors linked to the relationship between entrepreneurs and funders (co-creation and feedback) and factors linked to the campaign’s content (dimensions of corporate social responsibility (CSR)). Design/methodology/approach An empirical study of 52 crowdfunding entrepreneurs was conducted. Data were gathered using a structured questionnaire. Fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis was performed. Findings For financial and personal success, all factors, except the social dimension of CSR, are necessary conditions. Two configurations are sufficient for entrepreneurs to achieve financial success. The first configuration that is sufficient for personal success is the same as the first configuration for financial success. The second configuration for personal success is similar to the second configuration for financial success, except that it also includes financial success itself. Research limitations/implications Entrepreneurs should invest in CSR and seek to improve the quality of their relationships with their funders. Crowdfunding platforms should design and manage co-creation and feedback tools that are capable of providing deep knowledge of users’ opinions and concerns whilst generating value. The limitations of this study are that only the reward-based crowdfunding model was considered, and the data covered just two platforms. Originality/value This study contributes to the literature by presenting empirical analysis of the factors that influence financial success and personal success in reward-based crowdfunding. It examines aspects that strictly refer to the content of the project and aspects that refer to the entrepreneur–funder relationship. Specifically, the roles of the four dimensions of CSR were considered. Moreover, the fsQCA method provides a fresh approach to research in this area.

The development of health is basically an effort to increase awareness, willingness, and the ability of every person to commit a healthy life to achieve the highest level of public health. Health behavior is influenced by several factors including physical, mental, spiritual, and social. This study aims to gain clarity about the social dimensions of the health behavior of the people of Abuan Village, Kecut, Bangli. Data collection in this research using observation, interview, and document study technique. Furthermore, the technique of data analysis is through data reduction or chosen according to research purpose. In the process of data analysis carried out throughout the study or carried out continuously from the beginning to the end of the study. Through the process of systematically tracking and arranging interview transcripts, field notes, and other materials, showed that the social dimension of health behavior in the form of a) human relationship with God; b) human relationships with humans; and c) human relationships with the environment.

This study aims to determine the role of social advisers as a judge's consideration in making decisions on those who are dealing with the law. This research is a normative legal research. Literature study methods such as law. This data analysis technique uses a qualitative descriptive technique. The results showed that the social adviser from the Correctional Center (BAPAS) has an important role for the suspect or defendant, namely children in the trial process, namely accompanying children and then conveying the results of social research to the judge. Community research reports are used for the purposes of investigation, prosecution and trial in cases involving children for judges in making their decisions.

This study aims to determine empirical influence perceptions of salary and organizational climate on employee motivation at PT. Prudential Life Assurance Pruadvance Medan. The population of 56 people and the sample is the total population of 56 people.The methods of data collections are the scale of perception of salary, the scale of organizational climate and the scale of work motivation. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of data analysis showed that (1) There is significant influence of perception of salary to work motivation with R2 = 0.539 (p = 0.000). (2) There is significant influence of organizational climate to work motivation R2= 0.601 (p = 0.000). (3) There is significant influence of perception of salary and organizational climate to work motivation R2 = 0.640 (p = 0.000). Specifically, it is known that in this study, perception of salary is classified as positive, organizational climate is classified as conducive and work motivation of employees is high. the whole hypothesis can be declared accepted. The total efecvtive contribution of perception of salary variable and organizational climate to work motivation is 64%. It means there are still 36% influence from other factors to work motivation
