Kata Kunci : Back exercise, Terapi Musik dan Penurunan Nyeri Haid (Disminore)Adolescence is characterized by the emergence of primary sex characteristics and secondary sex characteristics. This is greatly influenced by the onset of the working of the reproductive gland. The features of primary sex are menstruation, worry, anxiety and irritability, while secondary sex of the cirri-hip tend to grow wide and round, breasts grow, the skin becomes smoother. Menstrual pain results from a myometrial dysplastic contraction featuring one or more symptoms, ranging from mild to severe pain in the lower abdomen, buttocks, and spasmodic pain on the medial side of the thigh. There are several non-pharmacological ways to relieve dysmenorrhoea, such as warm compress or warm bath, massage, distraction / relaxation, physical exercise / exercise, adequate sleep, low salt diet and increased use of natural diuretics such as celery leaves. Relaxation techniques give the individual self-control when there is discomfort or pain. The method used in this research is quasy experiments with the design of "One Group Pretest Posttest" is a design that is used to reveal causal relationships by way of testing the scale of pain with sleep duration before and after intervention. The result of the analysis of Back Exercise Technique and Music Therapy on the Reduction of Menstrual Pain (Disminore) on the 1st and 2nd degree students in STIKES Widya Husada Semarang in table 4.3 shows Wilcoxon test result with p value <0,000 which means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted that there is influence Back exercise techniques and music therapy decrease menstrual pain (disminore) in female students level 1 and 2 in STIKES Widya Husada Semarang. Keywords: Back Exercise, Music Therapy and Decreased Menstrual Pain (Disminore)

Menstrual pain or dysmenorrhea is known as cramping pain in the lower abdomen during menstruation experienced by some women. Abdominal stretching exercises and acupressure can reduce dysmenorrhea. This research aims to determine the difference in the intensity of primary menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) between abdominal stretching therapy and acupressure for adolescent girls in a Senior High School in Denpasar. The method applied in this research is a Quasi-Experimental two-groups pretest-posttest design. The research sample was grouped into two, namely 70 high school students in the abdominal stretching therapy and 70 students in acupressure therapy. The data were collected using the Numerical Rating Scales or NRS. The data were then analysed using the Wilcoxon test and Mann Whitney test. The result of the research showed that there was a significant difference in dysmenorrhea before and after abdominal stretching therapy (p=0.000). Also, there was a significant difference in dysmenorrhea before and after acupressure therapy (p=0.000). There was no difference in dysmenorrhea before applying abdominal stretching therapy and acupressure with a p-value=0.335. Also, there was no difference in dysmenorrhea after both therapies were undergone in two groups (p=0,111). The difference test on the difference between the pre-test and post-test obtained p-value = 0.012. Hence, there was a significant difference in decreasing dysmenorrhea between abdominal stretching therapy and acupressure (p=0.012). Conclusion: there is a significant difference in reducing dysmenorrhea between abdominal stretching therapy and acupressure. Suggestion: further research is necessary to conduct by using time series design.

Menorrhea during menstruation, unpleasant experiences of sensations and emotions, circumstances that exhibit subjective/individual discomfort, hurt the body, and whenever individuals say it is real. If the dismenmenore is not handled it can affect the activities and attitudes of the students. One of the non- pharmacological measures in dealing with pain is the technique of distraction with music therapy  that can safely reduce pain. Listening to music can produce zatendorphins (a substance similar to morphine supplied by the body that can reduce pain that can inhibit the transmission of pain impulses in the central nervous system, so that the sensation of menstrual pain can be reduced. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of classical music therapy on the reduction of primary dismenorrhea pain in young women of SMAN 1 Buton. This research uses experimental methods, using pre-experimental designs with pretest-postest designs. In this study using non probability sampling with consecutive sampling method, the population in this study was all girls who experienced primary dismenorrhea in xli ipa1, IPA2 and IPA3 classes of 35 people. The data analysis used is univariate and bivariate, where bivariate uses Wilcoxon test analysis. Instruments used numeric rating scale (NRS). Samples were given classical music therapy 10-20 minutes for 3 consecutive days. The results showed a value of ρ = 0.000, where the ρ value is smaller than α=0.05 then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there are different results before and after the administration of classical music therapy, so there is an effect of effective classical music therapy on disminore. While the advice from this study is to address menorrhea pain not directly taking pharmacological drugs but rather using musical therapies such as classical music therapy, then this study can also be an additional reference related classical music therapy to menstrual pain.
