Blood pressure is the pressure that is urged by circulating blood in the walls of blood vessels, and is one of the vital signs of the principal technique in reducing blood pressure Brisk walking exercise. blood pressure in hypertensive patients at UPT Elderly Social Services Range in Prapat Overseas Range in 2020. This study used a pre-experimental design study One Group pre-test and post-test design. The population in this study were all elderly who had hypertension in the UPT Elderly Social Services Range in 2020, as many as 50 elderly people using the Purposive Sampling technique in which the research sample was 40, the statistical analysis of the data used in this study was univariant and bivarian namely using the Wilcoxon Test. Based on the results of the study there was a significant effect between blood pressure before and after the Brisk Walking Exertice, with a p value (0,000) <α (0.05). For further researchers can improve and pay attention to the number of sex characteristics and pay more attention to the procedures given. Abstrak Terapi komplementer merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah kesehatan. Hidroterapi dan relaksasi Benson merupakan terapi komplementer yang efektif terhadap tekanan darah dan nadi, namun masih jarang masyarakat yang memanfaatkannya. Diketahui ada pengaruh kombinasi hidroterapi dan relaksasi Benson (disebut hidroson) terhadap tekanan darah dan nadi. Metode penelitian pra-eksperimen, pre- and post- design dengan teknik purposive sampel pada 32 responden usia 26-65 tahun. Penelitian dilakukan dari tanggal 1-18 Maret 2019 di RT 19 dan 20, Sungapan V Desa Wahyuharjo, Kecamatan Lendah, Kabupaten Kulon Progo dengan tiap responden diberikan intervensi selama 3 hari berturut-turut. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah sphygmomanometer digital untuk mengukur tekanan darah dan nadi 5 menit sebelum dan sesudah pemberian terapi. Tekanan darah dianalisis dengan wilcoxon test dan paired t-test untuk nadi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tekanan darah sistolik sebelum terapi sebesar 118,25 mmHg dan setelah terapi sebesar 111,00 mmHg, sehingga disimpulkan terjadi penurunan sebesar 7,25 mmHg dengan ρ Value 0,0001. Tekanan darah diastolik sebelum terapi sebesar 81,25 mmHg dan setelah terapi sebesar 78,75 mmHg, sehingga disimpulkan terjadi penurunan sebesar 2,50 mmHg dengan ρ value 0,002. Nadi sebelum terapi sebesar 82,30 x/menit dan setelah terapi sebesar 80,64 x/menit, sehingga disimpulkan terjadi penurunan sebesar 1,66 x/menit dengan ρ value 0,003. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pemberian kombinasi hidroterapi dan relaksasi Benson (hidroson) terhadap penurunan tekanan darah dan nadi di RT 19 dan 20, Sungapan V. Kata kunci: hidroterapi, Relaksasi Benson, tekanan darah, nadi Abstract Complementary therapy is one alternative to solving health problems. Hydrotherapy and Benson's relaxation are effective complementary therapies for blood pressure and pulse, but still few patients utilize it. There is a known effect of hydrotherapy and Benson relaxation combination (called hydrosol) on blood pressure and pulse. The study method was pre-experimental with pre and post design with a purposive sampling technique on 32 respondents aged 26-65 years. The study was conducted from 1-18 March 2019 in neighborhood 19 and 20, Sungapan V, Wahyuharjo Village, Lendah District, Kulon Progo. Regency Each respondent was given intervention with hydrosol therapy for 3 consecutive days. The instrument used was a digital sphygmomanometer to measure blood pressure and pulse 5 minutes before and after the administration of therapy. Blood pressure was analyzed by the Wilcoxon test while pulsing by paired t-test. The analysis showed that systolic blood pressure before therapy was 118.25 mmHg and after therapy became 111,00 mmHg, so there was a decrease of 7,25 mmHg with a p-value of 0,0001. The diastolic blood pressure before treatment was 81,25 mmHg and after therapy became 78,75 mmHg, so there was a decrease of 2,50 mmHg with a p-value of 0,002 mm. The pulse before therapy was 82,30 x / min and after therapy became 80,64 x / min, so there was a decrease of 1,66 x / min with ρ-value 0,003. There is a significant effect of giving a combination of hydrotherapy and Benson relaxation (hydrosol) on reducing blood pressure and pulse among 32 subjects in neighborhood 19 and 20, Sungapan V. Hypertension is a health problem for the majority of people in Indonesia. The Efforts to reduce the incidence rate of hypertension and controling blood pressure by changing the healthy lifestyle and by being in taking. To realize healthy lifestyle and behavior of hypertension, self-efficacy and support of the family as well as health care cooperation with the parties, the family, and society are required. The purpose of this research to know if self-efficacy and family support stabilizing blood pressure of patients with hypertension. This research is a pre-experimental research with One-Group Pre-Post test design approach. The study was conducted in 50 people with the stratified random sampling technique in Ketawang Village, Gondang Districtor 8 weeks. Measurement of the blood pressure was the Spignomanometer merk Onemed  was given before and after the patients were given counseling self-efficacy and family support. The data was analyzed SPSS 21 Wilcoxon test. The Statistical test results obtained p value 0.000 to sistole and diatole so that there is a meaningful that  self-efficacy counseling and family support stabilizing blood pressure of patients hypertension. Self-efficacy counseling and family support controling blood pressure for patients with hypertension, so they needs to be developed to reduce hypertension complications.

One of the factors that affect the frequency of the pulse is the emotion caused by  acute pain and anxiety to increase sympathetic stimulation, it is can increase the frequency of the pulse, respiration rate, tension of blood. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of music therapy on changes vital signs in patients postoperative fracture who experienced of pain in RSUD dr. Harjono Ponorogo. Design research is a one group pre - post test with Pre Experimental approach. The population studied were all patients postoperative fracture in dr. Harjono Ponorogo, by using a sampling technique accidental obtained sample was 26 respondents. The instrument used was observation. The results were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test (α = 0.05).  The results showed Effects of music therapy on blood pressure with a significan p-value (0.002), pulse rate with p-Value (0.025), Respiratory with p-value (0.014), and that no significant is the body temperature p-value (0.180). This is because the music therapy can stimulate the production of serotonin that can stabilize vital signs. The conclusion of this study is blood pressure, pulse and respiration can be affected by music therapy..Advice for nurses is expected to provide music therapy to patients by giving the impression that the music is relaxing and beautiful so as to bring the patient to a state of relaxation.; Keyword : Music Therapy, Vital Signs

Approach to PLWHA by providing interpersonal counseling is the right thing to do to overcome psychological problems including social, emotional and spiritual aspects of PLWHA. This study aims to look at the effect of interpersonal counseling on social, emotional and spiritual responses in HIV/ AIDS patients. This research is a type of non-experimental research with a cross-sectional approach. The sample is post-test people and tested positive for HIV in the Kediri region, which is 32 with purpossive sampling technique. Data on social, emotional and spiritual responses were obtained based on the results of data recapitulation from the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the study with the non-parametric Wilcoxon test showed there were differences between social responses of HIV/AIDS patients before and after given interpersonal counseling with p value = 0,000, there were differences between the emotional responses of HIV/AIDS patients before being given interpersonal counseling and after being given counseling with p value = 0,000, and there is a difference between spiritual responses in HIV/AIDS patients before being given interpersonal counseling and after being given interpersonal counseling with p value = 0,000. It can be concluded that interpersonal counseling influences social, emotional and spiritual responses of HIV/AIDS patients. It is recommended that the mentoring of HIV/AIDS patients through interpersonal counseling can continue so as to enhance physiological responses that will have an impact on disease prognosis, prevention of opportunistic infections and reduce mortality rates for HIV patients/ AIDS.

Tomato (Lycopersicum commune) contains potassium and lycopene which has the effect blood pressure. The study aims to understand the effect of tomato juice in menopause women with hypertension. This was a pre experimental research. The population was menopausal women and hypertension case amount 11 persons, using total sampling. The research instrument was observational paper dan sphigmanometer. The research result was analyzed by normality test of Shapiro-Wilk test. Statistical test with Wilcoxon test. The research result shown there is no difference mean value between blood pressure before and after treated by tomato juice. They are 6,00 mmHg (systole) and 1,82 mmHg (diastole). Data analyzed by It is 0,05. obtains p value systole 0,072 and diastole 0,334 where p value < α, this H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. The analysis result shown there is no difference between blood pressure before and after treated by tomato juice at Posyandu Kantil sub-district of Mojoroto, Kediri. Based on the research result revealed there are still many shortcomings that research do so very influential on the final result, and is expected to be study in the future.

Background: According to WHO it is estimated that 70% of traffic accidents are experienced by students. Based on data from the Asian Development Bank, traffic accidents in Indonesia claimed 37,000 lives in 2005 and 48,000 in 2010. The types of injuries or injuries sustained as a result of traffic accidents are 49% or bruising injuries, 65.9% abrasions, open injuries 26.7, burns 1.9%, sprained 21%, broken bones 8.5 and broken 1.0% limb (WHO, 2007), Injury due to traffic accidents will increase in 2020 and will be the third leading cause of death in the world after coronary heart disease and depression (Hutapea, 2012). Objective: This study aims to determine the Effect of Bandage, Nursing and Evacuation Training on Student Knowledge in Emergency Management in Adventahan High School. Method: This type of research is a pre-experimental design study using one group pre-post design test design to compare knowledge before and after training in splint and evacuation. The study population was 45 students. The sampling technique used is the sample used is simple random sampling, which is as many as 30 students. Results: Analysis by Wilcoxon test. The results of the test have a significant effect on the training of bandaging, aids and evacuation (α ≤ 0.05 ie p-value = 0.000). The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence on the training of wrapping, aids and evacuation of students' knowledge in emergency management in Advent Ratahan High School. Suggestions to broaden students' knowledge about first aid dressing and evacuation, it is better for Adventahan High School to be an extracurricular school act. The elderly is a vulnerable age group having health problems. The addition of age causes the function and structure of organs, especially the cardiovascular system and blood vessels, the condition contributes to the trigger occurs an increase in blood pressure. Prevention and management of hypertension can be done by pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods. The non-pharmacological method that can be intervened is classical music. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of music therapy on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive elderly. This type of research design uses a pre-experimental design with one group pre-test-post test design approach. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique of 53 elderly people living in the Banyuwangi Tresna Werdha Social Home. Analysis of data using the Wilcoxon test with a value of p <0.05. Wilcoxon analysis test results obtained p or (Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000, p <0.05. These results research showed there was a difference before and after given classical music therapy in elderly patients with hypertension. Then it can be concluded that the delivery of music therapy in patients with hypertension will help in lowering blood pressure so that music therapy (Vivaldi-the four-season) becomes a non-pharmacological solution both in service and self-handling.

High blood pressure or hypertension is a state where a person experiences an increase in blood pressure above normal figures indicate the upper number (systolic) reached 140 mmHg, and the bottom number (diastolic) reaches above 90mmHg. Patients with hypertension in the world reached 1 billion, or 1 out of 4 adults. Hypertension caused 1 of 7 deaths or totaled 7 million annually that cause damage to heart, brain, eyes, and kidneys. The objective of study was to find out the effectiveness of coconut water on the reduction of blood pressure in patients with hypertension. This type of research was quasy experiment with non-equivalet research design. The population of study were all the people in Beringin Makmur Village RT 01 RW 01 Pelalawan District Riau Province aged 30-50 years with hypertension who meet the criteria. The sample of study amounted to 30 people. The sampling technique was taken using total sampling method. The sample of study consisted of two groups as the experimental group and the control group, then followed by pretest in both groups and the intervention in the experimental group. There were significant differences in blood pressure (both systolic and diastolic) final adult patients with hypertension before and after the control group in Beringin Makmur Village Pelalawan District Riau Province p-value for sistole 0.334 and p-value 0.253 for diastolic p-value > 0.05. The result of study indicates means that the coconut water therapy effective in lowering blood pressure in patients with hypertension. More people were expected to know that coconut water could lowering blood pressure and prevent hypertension.

Masa remaja ditandai dengan munculnya karakteristik seks primer dan karakteristik seks sekunder. Hal ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh mulai bekerjanya kelenjar reproduksi. Yang mana ciri-ciri dari seks primer yaitu menstruasi, merasa khawatir, gelisah dan cepat marah, sedangkan seks sekunder cirri-cirinya pinggul bertambah lebar dan bulat, payudara membesar, kulit menjadi lebih halus. Nyeri haid muncul akibat kontraksi distritmik miometrium yang menampilkan satu gejala atau lebih, mulai dari nyeri yang ringan sampai berat di perut bagian bawah, bokong, dan nyeri spasmodik di sisi medial paha. Ada beberapa cara non farmakologi untuk meredakan dismenorea, yaitu kompres hangat atau mandi air hangat, masase, distraksi/relaksasi, latihan fisik/exercise, tidur cukup, diet rendah garam dan peningkatan penggunaan diuretik alami seperti daun seledri. Teknik relaksasi memberikan individu control diri ketika terjadi rasa tidak nyaman atau nyeri.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasy eksperimen dengan rancangan “One Group Pretest Posttest” yaitu rancangan yang digunakan untuk mengungkapkan hubungan sebab akibat dengan cara melakukan uji skala nyeri dengan durasi tidur sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi.Hasil analisis Pengaruh Teknik Back exercise dan terapi musik Terhadap Penurunan Nyeri Haid (Disminore) pada mahasiswi tingkat 1 dan 2 di STIKES Widya Husada Semarang pada tabel 4.3 menunjukkan hasil uji Wilcoxon dengan nilai p value <0,000 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima bahwa ada pengaruh teknik Back exercise dan terapi musik penurunan nyeri haid(disminore) pada mahasiswi tingkat 1 dan 2 di STIKES Widya Husada Semarang.Kata Kunci : Back exercise, Terapi Musik dan Penurunan Nyeri Haid (Disminore)Adolescence is characterized by the emergence of primary sex characteristics and secondary sex characteristics. This is greatly influenced by the onset of the working of the reproductive gland. The features of primary sex are menstruation, worry, anxiety and irritability, while secondary sex of the cirri-hip tend to grow wide and round, breasts grow, the skin becomes smoother. Menstrual pain results from a myometrial dysplastic contraction featuring one or more symptoms, ranging from mild to severe pain in the lower abdomen, buttocks, and spasmodic pain on the medial side of the thigh. There are several non-pharmacological ways to relieve dysmenorrhoea, such as warm compress or warm bath, massage, distraction / relaxation, physical exercise / exercise, adequate sleep, low salt diet and increased use of natural diuretics such as celery leaves. Relaxation techniques give the individual self-control when there is discomfort or pain.The method used in this research is quasy experiments with the design of "One Group Pretest Posttest" is a design that is used to reveal causal relationships by way of testing the scale of pain with sleep duration before and after intervention.The result of the analysis of Back Exercise Technique and Music Therapy on the Reduction of Menstrual Pain (Disminore) on the 1st and 2nd degree students in STIKES Widya Husada Semarang in table 4.3 shows Wilcoxon test result with p value <0,000 which means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted that there is influence Back exercise techniques and music therapy decrease menstrual pain (disminore) in female students level 1 and 2 in STIKES Widya Husada Semarang.Keywords: Back Exercise, Music Therapy and Decreased Menstrual Pain (Disminore)

The research design used was Experimental with Kunsekutive Sampling technique. The population in this study were patients who had migraine in Noreh village. The working area of Puskesmas Sreseh was 18 respondents and the result was analyzed using Shapiro Wilk and Wilcoxon test. The results of the study in migraine patients can be seen that the mean pretest scale of migraine pain scale is 4.67 whereas, for the mean posttest of migraine pain scale is 2.22. In the pretest of migraine pain scale the minimum value found is 4 whereas, the maximum value is 6. While in posttest skalanyeri migraine the minimum value found is 1 whereas, the maximum value is 3. In the Shapiro Wilk analysis showed that there were differences in the scale of migraine pain before and after wet bruise therapy. In the Wilcoxon analysis comparing migraine patients, a p-value of 0,000 indicated that there was an effect of wet-brushing therapy on changes in the pain scale. To health workers and educational institutions are expected to use wet brewing therapy as a complementary alternative and as a non-pharmacological treatment that can reduce the scale of pain.
