Febrile seizure in toddler if not treated quickly can affect the increasing in seizure frequency and can cause death. The capability of mother in handling febrile seizure must be based on the right knowledge of febrile seizure. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of the mother before and after health education based on 10 steps in handling febrile seizure on toddler in Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital. Experimental research method with one group pretest-posttest designed with random sampling technique approach involving 80 mothers with 0 to 5 year old who had fever being hospitalized. The researchers prepared 10 images of steps in handling febrile seizures randomly and asked the respondents to arrange the pictures according to their knowledge. The results were observed to determine their knowledge rearranging as pretest data. Afterward, health education was given about 10 correct steps. Thereafter, reobserved was made and the knowledge in arranging 10 images was obtained as post test data. The knowledge score before health education was 20.75% and after was 83.75%. While the analytical test used paired t test. The results showed a significant relationship between knowledge before and after health education. p value = 0.00 < 0.05. The results showed that the value of tcount (14.26) > t table (2.26). Increased knowledge in mothers reduced the risk of recurrence of febrile seizures in toddler and the nurse who had not tought these steps needed to run regularly to the mothers whose child was being hospitalized.

Hydrotherapy and Benson's relaxation are effective complementary therapies for blood pressure and pulse, but still few patients utilize it. There is a known effect of hydrotherapy and Benson relaxation combination (called hydrosol) on blood pressure and pulse. The study method was pre-experimental with pre and post design with a purposive sampling technique on 32 respondents aged 26-65 years. The study was conducted from 1-18 March 2019 in neighborhood 19 and 20, Sungapan V, Wahyuharjo Village, Lendah District, Kulon Progo. Regency Each respondent was given intervention with hydrosol therapy for 3 consecutive days. The instrument used was a digital sphygmomanometer to measure blood pressure and pulse 5 minutes before and after the administration of therapy. Blood pressure was analyzed by the Wilcoxon test while pulsing by paired t-test. The analysis showed that systolic blood pressure before therapy was 118.25 mmHg and after therapy became 111,00 mmHg, so there was a decrease of 7,25 mmHg with a p-value of 0,0001. The diastolic blood pressure before treatment was 81,25 mmHg and after therapy became 78,75 mmHg, so there was a decrease of 2,50 mmHg with a p-value of 0,002 mm. The pulse before therapy was 82,30 x / min and after therapy became 80,64 x / min, so there was a decrease of 1,66 x / min with ρ-value 0,003. There is a significant effect of giving a combination of hydrotherapy and Benson relaxation (hydrosol) on reducing blood pressure and pulse among 32 subjects in neighborhood 19 and 20, Sungapan V. Keywords: hydrotherapy, Benson Relaxation, blood pressure, pulse

The performance of nurses can be seen from several cases that occur in hospitals. The incidence of falls in patients, nosocomial infections, inadequate documentation is the result of nurses' low performance. Factors that affect the performance of nurses in hospitals are job satisfaction. So this study aims to describe the relationship between job satisfaction and nurse performance. This study used a cross-sectional study design with a sample of 85 nurses at Arosuka Hospital using proportional sampling technique. The research instrument used a job satisfaction survey questionnaire and the Individual Work Performance quasi (IWPQ) and statistical tests used frequency distribution and chi-square tests. The results showed that the majority of nurses' job satisfaction was in the satisfied category as much as 56.5% and the majority of nurses' performance in the high category was 51.8%. Then obtained a significant relationship between job satisfaction and nurse performance with a p-value of 0.000. So it is expected that hospitals can pay attention to aspects of nurse job satisfaction in making policies
