The purpose of this study is to describe comprehensively and provide recommendations from the results of this PPIP research program. This study uses the theory of Edward III. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive methods through a deductive approach. The technique of collecting data is done by interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the PPIP Program Implementation in Lopana Satu Village has not run optimally. This causes the Village Development to proceed slowly. Then the community has distrust in the implementation of the program due to the failure of development in the previous program period. This program also has problems in managing funds that are a resource in this program. For this reason, the Regional Government should pay more attention to matters, namely approaching the community for the smooth running of the program and improving management problems and the PPIP funding budget Keywords:  Policy Implementation, Rural Infrastructure Development Program, and Adequate Infrastructure

The construction of public participation has paid his dues. This is that in realizing development projects readily undergoing a failure that empowers people. Related in all process that deals with planning, implementation, the use of results and development monitoring. The rural infrastructure development program (PPIP) is development programs community empowerment. Where people have got to dive headlong in village development, especially physical development he purposes of this research is to find how the participation of the community in the Rural infrastructure development program (PPIP), Ngranget Village, Dagangan District, Madiun Regency. The kind of research is qualitative descriptive. In research, this is the population is the number of household heads involved in the delivery rabat concrete development in Ngranget village which consisted of 95 KK. The majority of informants interviewed in this research was 12 people. Was used in the study data collection method that is Technical Documentation interviews and data available for analysis namely described the results of research or data with a form of what is he got writer whether it is the results of the interviews, or result in appreciating documentation then investigated and the studies of the issue and. The result that the community participation in development in the village of rabat concrete Ngranget mind (planning), low participation in the form of energy high, participation in the form of expertise, quite low in the form of goods low, the form of money and participation is very low.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Family Hope Program Assistance Policy and to want to know what factors hindered the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Mesigit Village. The method in this research uses qualitative research. The results showed that the implementation of the Family Hope Program policy has gone well, but that has become an obstacle in the implementation of the Hope Family Program coordinating PKH facilitators to the village government. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) has been going well because it has four indicators of policy implementation such as: communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. While the inhibiting factors are the awareness and interest of the community about PKH, telecommunications network facilities and the absence of meeting activities, there is no coordination from PKH facilitators.  Keywords: Policy, Poverty, Program.

The purpose of this study is to measure the accountability of village funds management in Kabupaten Bangka. In relation to the Village Funds program which is a government program, the measurement of accountability of Village Funds management uses accountability principles consisting of Transparency, Liability, Controlling, Responsibility and Responsiveness which are the principles of accountability developed by the United Nations Development Program in measuring bureaucratic accountability. This research is a qualitative research by taking data from several villages in Bangka Regency. As well as qualitative research, the data taken in this study using snowball sampling method, where researchers take data by conducting in-depth interviews until the data obtained until the condition is saturated, meaning there is a repetition of the same information at the time of data collection. The results of this study indicate that villages in Bangka Regency have met the accountability principles of 5 (five) starting from planning, implementation and reporting when measured from 5 (five) accountability principles consisting of Transparency, Obligation, Controlling, Responsibility and Responsiveness.

In early 2020, the entire world suffered the Covid-19 Pandemic which impacted the hotel industry enormously. One of the impacts felt by several hotels was a decline in hotel occupancy, resulting in a quite shortfalls. To suppress the increasing number of Covid-19 virus cases, the regional government of DKI Jakarta Province has implemented a Large-Scale Social Ristictions Policy (PSBB). Hence, the objectives of this study are (1) to find out the impacts on hotels’ during the PSBB period, (2) to find out hotel’s promotion policy during the Covid-19 pandemic (3) to find out the outcomes of hotels’ promotion policy implementation during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are used by conducting interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that hotel industry undergone a tremendous impact, one of which was the decrease in hotel occupancy. Some hotels have developed some promotion policy to keep their operation wheels moving. The following is the hotel promotion policy, including creating a “Work From Hotel” package or working in a hotel, namely by designing hotel rooms as personal offices equipped with fast Wi-Fi, selling 3 night packages for 2 nights including 2 breakfast, selling complete sanitation packages for living quarters,  offices, houses of worship, schools or other areas, selling food in boxes that can be delivered to the destination and selling the "Buy Now Stay Later" promotion, namely buy now, stay later "

This study aims to describe and analyze the empowerment of communities through  the Rural Infrastructure Development Program (PPIP) in Improving Public Welfare Wanasalam District of Lebak.From the results of this study concluded that the Community Empowerment through Rural Infrastructure Development (PPIP) in improving public welfare Wanasalam District of Lebak has implemented 10 (ten) of the 12 (twelve) principles proposed community empowerment in Mardikanto Dahatma and Bhatnagar (2013: 106), then through the Community Empowerment for Rural Infrastructure Development (PPIP) in improving public welfare Wanasalam District of Lebak not carry two (2) principles of community empowerment which principles of community development cooperation is based on the analysis of the participation and empowerment of the principle of democratic society based on the analysis in the application science, this is due 1.Less public's understanding of the meaning of community empowerment and the existence of the Rural Infrastructure Development Program (PPIP), 2 Lack of socialization given by the community facilitators and institutional devices village in providing information on the activities and the lack of public awareness both as individuals and members of society concerning the conditions and environment, 3 There is a culture of compliance citizens against warlords (formal and informal leaders) that affect people's attitudes in policy decision making.

The village chief as the leader who is directly elected by the villagers and it is believed and also claimed to have good leadership for the development of rural infrastructure as well as to invite the community to participate in the advancement of the village. An organization will succeed or fail is determined by the leadership. This study raises the issue: (1) How is the leadership of the village chief in the construction of infrastructure in the coastal village? (2) What are the factors that affect the leadership of the village chief in the construction of infrastructure in the coastal village? The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data used is primary data (observations and interviews) and secondary data (literature). The primary data sources are direct observation, interviews and recording the data in the seaside village office. Then, it is analyzed with related theories. The conclusion of this research was the leadership of the village chief in developing of infrastructure field in Pantai village, west Kapuas subdistrict, Kapuas district. Urban areas in disaster prone require increased capacity in order to reduce the risk level. This study identifies resilience strategies in towards natural disasters in the village unit to obtain detailed data. This study uses field observations to find information about resilience strategies that have been carried out by the government and by the public in general and with snowball sampling techniques in each unit of analysis. Some strategies obtained were then made a typology of strategies found in several villages in the city of Yogyakarta. The results of this study are there are two types of strategies for increasing resilience in Yogyakarta, bottom-up strategy and top-down strategy. Bottom-up strategy is a strategy that was indeed initiated and carried out by the village although in the end it still cannot be separated from the role of main stakeholders, among others, is conducting disaster simulations, training in the use of emergency equipment, disaster socialization, planning, and infrastructure preparation. Top-down strategy is a strategy or policy carried out by the regional government in order to coordinate the level of resilience in the entire region of Yogyakarta, including the addition of the Kampung Tangguh Bencana (KTB), village expansion, organizing volunteers, and infrastructure development.

The study aims to determine the role of village government in Implementing the Rural Infrastructure Development Program (PPIP) In the village Sendana, Mambi district Mamasa Regency . Type research is descriptive qualitative approach is an approach that focuses on the process of data collection in order to describe the state of the object. Data collection technique used by observation, interview and documentation. The result of this study shows that the role of the village government can already be said to play an active role with the following indicator, which is to facilitate the village government to provide facilities at village meetings, implementation of transparency, and support facilities for CSOs. Community engagement where the village government to try and work together with management to prioritize community involvement; supervise and control the implementation of the PPIP. The village government to approach the manager for observing the principles of the PPIP program and use of the budget in accordance with the allocation; fostering CSO where the village government to provide guidance through the values of local wisdom and social capital so that the attitudes and behavior of society for the better organization. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peranan Pemerintah Desa Dalam Pelaksanaan Program Pembangunan Infrastruktur Pedesaan (PPIP) Di Desa Sendana Kecamatan Mambi Kabupaten Mamasa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif adalah pendekatan yang menitik beratkan pada proses pengumpulan data. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peranan Pemerintah Desa sudah dapat dikatakan berperan aktif dengan indikator yaitu: adalah menfasilitasi yang dimana Pemerintah Desa memberikan fasilitas pada musyawarah desa, transpransi pelaksanaan, dan fasilitas penunjang untuk OMS. Keterlibatan masyarakat yang dimana Pemerintah Desa berusaha dan bekerja sama dengan pihak pengelola untuk mengutamakan keterlibatan masyarakat; mengawasi dan pelaksanaan PPIP. Pemerintah Desa melakukan pendekatan kepada pengelola untuk memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip Program PPIP dan penggunaan anggaran sesuai dengan peruntukkannya; membina OMS yang dimana Pemerintah Desa melakukan pembinaan melalui nilainilai kearifan lokal dan modal sosial agar sikap dan perilaku organisasi masyarakat menjadi lebih baik.

Congestion, inconvenience of road users, garbage dumped arbitrarily causes unpleasant odors to disturb public peace. Control of people who trade as street vendors by Satpol-PP is a procedure for law enforcement. This study aims to explore and obtain a description of policy implementation, inhibiting factors for policy implementation, and efforts to control street vendors. Researchers used exploratory and qualitative design research methods with an inductive approach where the research informants consisted of elements from government and society. Collecting data using interview and documentation techniques. To analyze the research data using Edward III theory in Sobarsono (2020: 92) and a normative approach. The results of this study are that so far the implementation of policies regarding public policing and public order in controlling street vendors by Satpol-PP has not been optimal, and is still constrained in several ways such as: Apparatus Resources, Lack of public awareness. Suggestions to the Regional Government to be able to handle it by guiding and arranging rigid traders five.

Planning can be defined as determining the actions that will be carried out in the future with the aim of achieving what is desired. Planning is often arranged to solve a certain problem at a certain time. Planning is a continuous process, covering two aspects, namely the formulation of the plan and its implementation. Development is a process of implementing activities to make a better change as an application of a predetermined planning process. In the Cianjur Regency RPJMD 2011-2016, it is explained that the policy on public works is directed at road and bridge infrastructure programs, irrigation, water resources, building construction and rural infrastructure development. In accordance with the context of the problem to be studied, this research focuses more on road infrastructure based on tourism in South Cianjur which is expected to increase the purchasing power and welfare of the community, especially those in South Cianjur. This research uses qualitative research. A qualitative approach was chosen because it can be used to reveal and understand something behind a phenomenon that is not yet known or a phenomenon that is little known. The results showed that the implementation of the Cianjur Regency RPJMD policy was deemed not implemented properly, it was proven that good road conditions were around 36.35% and the rest was 64.65%.
