The targets of community service activities are the teachers or educators of Malang City's AlJabbar Kindergarten (TK), and other private kindergartens around them. The selection of private Al-Jabbar Kindergarten teachers is because the existing facilities of the school are inadequate, so there is a need for learning media assistance and enhancement of the quality of creative teachers in the learning process. This activity aims to help improve the quality of the learning process by increasing the ability of teachers in this school, so that learning is better and more enjoyable. PKM activities include: Introductory material, Learning media demo, Provision of Materials, practical training in making instructional media, Planning learning media according to topic, making instructional media according to plan, discussion and evaluation of learning media and finally improvement in making instructional media..

Learning media is an important factor in improving the quality of learning. In connection with the use of media in the learning process, teaching staff need to be careful in the selection of media that will be used. This study aimed to describe the use of a medium of learning by students on field practice II in Al-Muhajirin Government Elementary School Banjarmasin. Data collected by observation. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative approach. Based on the results of the study illustrated the ability of PPL student in utilizing instructional media included in either category that most or some 63.6% of the students can use the media in accordance with the general principles of the use of media.                                                                                                          Key Words: Media Learning, Practice Fields II

The main focus of this research is on the self-concept and pedagogical competence of the teacher and its influence on the quality of the learning process both partially and double. The research method used is a survey method in which the authors go directly to the empirical level by distributing questionnaires to 47 teachers. The processing and analysis techniques used are linear and multiple regression. The results of the study show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of the teacher's self-concept on the quality of the learning process (2) There is a positive and significant influence on the teacher's pedagogical competence on the quality of the learning process. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of self-concept and pedagogical competence of teachers together on the quality of the learning process. Therefore, the authors suggest: (1) So that the teacher improves health and appearance because the results of the study show that the weakness of the teacher's self-concept is in the appearance and significance of the body. So that the teacher needs to be given enlightenment related to how to maintain health and fitness through the implementation of joint gymnastics or conducting group discussions related to the dirt to maintain a prime body. (2) To face future competition and improve the quality of education it is deemed necessary to further increase the pedagogical competence of teachers, especially those related to planning and evaluation of learning.

The qualified teacher is teacher who has the standards of educator that has capability of their materials according to the standard of the contents and carry out the learning process according to the standard of the process. Learning Implementation Plan (LIP) is the administration prepared teachers before carrying out the learning process. This research aims to know the quality of the LIP who made by teachers. This research is a descriptive qualitative. The data were collected through questionnaire, document’s noting, and interviews method. The research subjects are vocational teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Cilegon. The results of this research shows that (1) the completeness of the components 63.63; (2) conformity between components 85.7; (3) feasibility of competence 100; (4) feasibility of the indicators and the achievement of basic competencies 100; (5) feasibility of the learning objectives 80; (6) formulate learning objectives 75; (7) choosing and organizing the learning material 80; (8) feasibility of the learning activities 84.6; (9) selection of learning methods 100; (10) selection of media, tools and learning resources 85.71; and (11) the feasibility assessment 85.7, so that the average was 85.5 with good qualifications. The LIP is structured properly can increase the effectiveness of learning in the classroom and improve the quality of teaching and graduates are in accordance with the needs of the ASEAN Economic Community.

The changes in curriculum KTSP 2006 to the curriculum 2013, had a signifficant impact in the field of education in Indonesia. The signifficant of difference is on its implementation. Implementation of curriculum 2013 for elementary school trough an intregrated learning. The implications for implementation of several components, including teacher, student, materials and learning resources, facilities and infrastructure as well as the selection of instructional methods. The purpose of this writing is to see how the role of instructional audio media in implementation of curriculum 2013 through an integrated thematic learning. Results of review the role of audio instructional media in the implementation of the curriculum 2013 trough an integrated thematic learning are: (1) the use of audio instructional in integrated thematic learning can make the learning process become more ideal, (2) an audio instructional media, can become tools or instructional materials for teacher, to explain the difficult materials, giving concentrate and build a classroom atmosphere, and (3) an audio instructional media in an integrated theme for students of being learning materials to access or repeat information submitted in learning so that it is possible to catch up on some subject matter.Abstrak:Perubahan kurikulum KTSP tahun 2006 menjadi kurikulum 2013, memberikan dampak yang signi kan di bidang pendidikan di Indonesia. Perbedaan yang siginifikan adalah pada implementasinya. Implementasi kurikulum 2013 untuk Sekolah Dasar melalui pembelajaran tematik terpadu. Implementasi tersebut berimplikasi pada beberapa komponen, diantaranya pendidik, peserta didik, materi dan sumber belajar, sarana dan prasarana serta pemilihan metode pembelajaran. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah mengkaji peran media audio pembelajaran dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 melalui pembelajaran tema terpadu. Hasil kajian peran media audio dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 melalui pembelajaran tema terpadu diantaranya adalah: (1) penggunaan media audio dalam pembelajaran tema terpadu dapat menjadikan proses pembelajaran lebih ideal, (2) media audio pembelajaran, bagi pendidik dapat menjadi alat bantu atau bahan ajar untuk menjelaskan materi-materi sulit, memberikan contoh konkrit serta membangun suasana kelas, dan (3) media audio pembelajaran dalam tema terpadu bagi peserta didik menjadi bahan belajar untuk mengakses atau mengulang kembali informasi yang disampaikan dalam pembelajaran sehingga dimungkinkan dapat mengejar ketertinggalan pada materi pelajaran tertentu.

To make it easier for principals in conducting supervision activities supervision techniques are needed. The experts differed in formulating the stages of the supervising techniques but basically remained the same. The core academic supervision competence is to foster lecturers or instructors in improving the quality of the learning process. Therefore the target of academic supervision is the lecturer or instructor in the learning process, which consists of the main material in the learning process, preparation of syllabus and lesson plans, selection of strategies /methods / techniques of learning, use of media and information technology in learning, assessing the learning process and results and classroom action research. When we compare with the quality of the best education in the world, Indonesia can catagorized as far behind. This can be seen from the achievments of students who become rejected measuring education quality in improving the qualitu of education, education supervision has very important role in developing education quality.

In higher education need to apply the process of teaching, coaching, and training both to students. Implementation of teaching, coaching, and training should be conducted in a professional manner because students are required ready to plunge into human society as an adult, responsible and forward-minded. Three aspects should be offset by improved performance in designing devices lecturer and the learning process. One effective way to improve the quality of learning undertaken by lecturers is to implement Lesson Study is designed so well that it will make a professional and innovative faculty. Lesson study is a vehicle for the development of the faculty, where the target is learning to the learning process. The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of teaching faculty of mathematics education through lesson study that starts from perancanaan, implementation and evaluation of learning. As well as provide learning among fellow faculty of mathematics education, especially the development of new lecturer to senior lecturer to student learning. Subjects in this study 4 dilakanakan professor of mathematics education in four subjects. The conclusion from this study is the implementation of lesson study activities can increase the performance of the education faculty of mathematics at the lecture. This is shown by research that showed an increase from cycle I to cycle II. Although there are some indicators that are not increasing but still in good category

In accordance with the standards of education for the development of cognitive activity and creative abilities, to work with a large amount of information and interact in a group, the paper suggests using the possibilities of a demonstration experiment in all courses of physical geography. In accordance with the standards of education for improving the quality of students’ knowledge, developing their cognitive activity, creative abilities, the mechanism of forming positive motivation in the process of independent activity in the acquisition of new knowledge and creative approach to the learning process is shown. The conducted pedagogical research on the selection of the content and forms of organization of the demonstration experiment showed the possibility of forming critical thinking in students on the basis of experimental activities in geography lessons. A wide introduction of a demonstration experiment that brings the quality of the lesson and extracurricular work to a new level with the provision of differentiation and individualization of the learning process is proposed.

The variety of learning by applying teaching techniques in a fun, effective and efficient manner provides an important role in the learning process of children. Therefore, this community service activity aims to train the participants' abilities in teaching techniques that are specialized in games, songs and storytelling in English. This activity was carried out by using Google Meeting for two days. In addition, the uses of learning media and class routine activities are the goal of this community service. 18 participants participated in this activity, most of whom were kindergarten teachers. The implementation was carried out using the methods of lecturing, brainstorming and discussion, demonstration and mentoring. The results show that the participants' knowledge and understanding of the given themes increased. Participants are also able to answer several questions at the end of the session and be involved in online game activities. The results of the evaluation show that this activity is very useful and beneficial in increasing their ability to implement  more varied teaching techniques that are in accordance with the abilities of kindergarten children.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Kuis Kihajar 2013 terutama dari aspek: karakteristik Kuis Kihajar dan proses pembelajaran dalam Kuis Kihajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap pelaksanaan Kuis Kihajar 2013 pada Juli s.d. Oktober 2013. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui data sekunder serta pengamatan dan wawancara terhadap pengelola dan peserta Kuis. Hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa karakteristik Kuis Kihajar sangat menarik karena setiap bulannya tidak hanya menambah peserta baru tetapi lebih dari setengahnya peserta lama tetap setia mengikuti kuis ini. Peserta kuis tidak sekedar membuka web atau mengirim sms, tetapi mengerjakan soal hingga rata-rata mencapai 44 soal setiap kali mengaksesnya. Proses pembelajaran dalam Kuis Kihajar, antara lain: mudah, menyenangkan, menuntut penggunaan berbagai sumber belajar, fleksibel, serta menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (televisi, SMS, dan internet) yang sesuai dengan tren tuntutan zaman. Model Kuis Kihajar juga secara bertahap dapat mendorong terwujudnya budaya baru dalam memanfaatkan TIK sebagai media pembelajaran guna meningkatkan kemampuan dan kualitas hidup. Kata kunci: Kuis Kihajar, media pembelajaran, media televisi, media internet Abstract: This study aimed to determine the implementation of Kihajar Quiz 2013 mainly from aspects: characteristics and the learning process. This study used a descriptive method. Research conducted on the implementation of Kihajar Quiz from July 2013 until October 2013. Data collected through secondary data as well as observations and interviews with organizers and quiz participants. The analysis of the data found that the characteristics Kihajar Quiz very interesting because every month not only add new participants but more than half of the previous participants remained faithful with the quiz. Participants do not just open a web quiz or sent sms, but work on the problems to reach an average of 44 questions each access. The learning process in Kihajar Quiz, among others: easy, fun, demanding the use of a variety of learning resources, fleksibel, as well as the use of information and communication technologies (television, SMS, and internet) in accordance with the trend of the demands of the times. Kihajar Quiz Model gradually promote the establishment of a new culture in is using ICT as a learning medium to improve the ability and quality of life. Kualitas pendidikan sangat bergantung pada kualitas pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan guru di kelas. Optimalisasi proses pembelajaran dapat dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan penggunaan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu sangat penting melatihkan penggunaan google classroom kepada para guru. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan penggunaan google classroom untuk mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran di SMK ISFI Banjarmasin, dan menghasilkan modul google classroom. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah para guru SMK ISFI Banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini, antara lain memberikan pelatihan pengetahuan mendasar mengenai penggunaan google classroom, memberikan gambaran pengalaman bagaimana penggunaan google classroom secara sistematis dalam pembelajaran, serta menghasilkan modul google classroom. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan modul google classroom yang digunakan oleh para guru dalam pelatihan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini berkontribusi meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan google classroom sebagai media pembelajaran. Penggunaan google classroom diharapkan dapat membuat proses pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan, sehingga berdampak positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa, serta meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru. The quality of education is very dependent on the quality of learning carried out by teachers in the classroom. The optimization of the learning process can be done by integrating the use of technology as a learning medium. Therefore it is very important to train the use of google classroom to teachers. Community service aims to provide training in using google classroom to optimize the learning process at SMK ISFI Banjarmasin and produce a google classroom module. The target of this activity is Banjarmasin ISFI Vocational School, teachers. The methods used in this activity include providing training in basic knowledge about using google classroom, providing an overview of experiences on how to use google classroom systematically in learning, and producing a google classroom module. This activity produces a google classroom module that is used by teachers in training. In addition, this activity contributes to increasing teacher knowledge and ability in using Google classroom as a learning medium. The use of google classroom is expected to make the learning process enjoyable so that it has a positive impact on student learning outcomes while improving the quality of teacher performance.
