Islamic boarding school Sidogiri is one of the school which has 8.400 male students. The sanitary conditions of Islamic boarding school are closely related to the contagion rate of contagious environment-based diseases, one of which is Hepatitis A. Islamic boarding school Sidogiri experiencing Hepatitis A outbreak in 2014, attacked as many as 111 students. This research was conducted to find out the correlation between students behavior (knowledge, attitude, and action) with incident and prevalence of Hepatitis A. The type of research was analytic observational research by analyzing behavior with the occurrence of Hepatitis A (IgG and IgM). The study was conducted in Islamic boarding school Sidogiri Kraton subdistrict in Pasuruan district from July 2017 until March 2018. The population in this study were all students in Islamic boarding school Sidogiri. Sample selection was done randomly so that got sample amount 38 people. The result of this research mentioned that attitude and action factor have significant influence to the occurrence of hepatitis A (IgG) with p-value equal to 0.017. The lower the attitudes and actions, the higher the prevalence of IgG. While the action factor has a significant effect on the incidence of Hepatitis A (IgM) with p value of 0.001. The lower the action, the higher the prevalence of IgM. Socialization, promotion and health education needs to be done to reduce the risk of contracting hepatitis A. This research aimed to identify differences in problem solving skill between male and female students. The research subjects were 50 students (21 male and 29 female) who were taken by random sampling technique from two high schools in Malang. The research instrument was adapted from problem solving instruments of Maries & Singh (2018). The data was analyzed by statistic descriptive and Kruskall Wallis test (p-value <0.05). The results showed that overall, there was no significant difference between male and female students (p-value>0.05). However male students performed better than female students on preparing the action (p-value<0.05). The results of this research can be a consideration and input for practitioners of education to improve the quality of education, especially in Indonesia.

Background: The problems associated with unsafe sexual behavior in adolescents are caused by premarital sexual intercourse with a partner of their own age. One of the problems caused by premarital sex is a pregnancy outside of marriage. Increased incidence of premarital sex is caused by the development through media depictions of sex scenes in the form of television, magazines, video clips, online media, and films. In Musi Banyuasin there are 7754 high school students, many students have dropped out of school because they get pregnant before marriage so that in adolescence their parents are forced to marry or have abortions. The aim study is determined the factors associated with unsafe sexual behavior in adolescents in high school. Method: Observational research with cross sectional and quantitative approach. The population is high school students. Sampling technique was using multistage random sampling obtained 393 samples. Bivariate analysis, chi-square Result: the result showed a correlation between the influence of peers with adolescent sexual behavior has p-value (0,000). There was no relationship between media pornography with sexual behavior because the result more than p-value (0,05). Conclusion: Necessary to be given knowledge and assistance to adolescents about positively and creatively thing and supervision of parents to their children in order to have a friends and avoid unsafe sexual behavior. Key words: The Influence of Peers, Pornographic Media, Unsafe Sexual, Adolescent

Abstract Flexibility is one component of body fitness needed for daily activities, such as bending, running, and walking. Human flexibility significantly increases in childhood and reaches its peak in adolescence. One of the exercises related to increasing lower back flexibility is stretching exercise in the form of Islamic prayers five times a day. This study was conducted to know the effect of stretching exercise on lower back flexibility in students age 12-15 years. This research is analytical observational research with a cross-sectional design using proportionate stratified random sampling. The subject of the research is 70 students of the Islamic school and 70 students of public school in Kota Palembang. Lower back flexibility is measured by the Sit and Reach Test. The Mann-Whitney Test analyzed data. There is a significant difference between lower back flexibility of Islamic school that do stretching exercise and lower back flexibility of public school that does not include stretching exercise (p = 0,000). Stretching exercise in the form of Islamic prayer increases lower back flexibility.

Indonesia have various form of schools both regular and pesantren-based. The student of pesantren or Islamic Boarding School lack of time to be able to gather with family and home environment and cause problems in the mental health of the students. This study aims to analyze the relationship of social support with the mental health of students in Islamic Boarding School conducted in May 2020. The design used in this study is observasional (cross sectional), the population is all male students in F block totaling 50 people, the sample is part students totally 42 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, the instruments used were social support questionnaire and Mental Health Inventory. Data collected by sharing the google form link, then the data was coding, editing, tabulating and analyzed univariate by percentage and bivariate by the Sommers'd test. The results showed that social support of large students in the medium category was 30 people (71.4%), mental health of almost all students had mental health with a prosperous enough life of 36 people (85.7%), and there was a fairly strong relationship between social support with mental health with a value of co-eficient correlation 0.434 and p-value 0.007 which is possible due to various factors such as the age of the student, length of stay in boarding school, support from friends or parents. Based on the results of the study it is suggested that teacher at Islamic boarding school must conduct communication activities more often so that students can talk about problems they are facing and not feel alone.

ADOLESCENT SOCIAL ADJUSTMENT OF SINGLE SEX SCHOOLS. Teenagers sometimes have the inability to overcome the conflicts they face. This inability can be seen from the behavior of not finding the right ways to overcome problems, resolve demands from the environment, unable to build good relationships with others, hard to believe and be accepted by other people or their environment. The study aims to determine social adjustment in adolescent single sex schools which is a practice of learning by dividing students according to gender, male students are in a classroom with the same sex, and vice versa. The results of evaluations carried out on single sex schools, there are several problems that hinder the task of adolescent development, one of which is the aspect of social adjustment. The study was conducted using a survey method in class XII students of one of the boarding school high schools in Bandung. The results showed 50% of students included in the category of well-adjustment, and 50% of students included in the category of maladjustment. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate an appropriate requirement for guidance and counseling services designed for the development of boarding school students’ self-adjustment.

Poor personal hygiene can be a factor supporting the development of skin diseases such as scabies. In Indonesia the scabies disease numerous in boarding school. One of the things that support the transmission of scabies is personal hygiene students who are not good. The study aimed to determine the relationship of personal hygiene with the incidence of scabies on students Al Falah male boarding school students at sub-district of Liang Anggang in the year 2016. This research is an analytic observational  with cross sectional design. The sample of research are students of Al Falah for boys boarding school Sub-district of Liang Anggang as many as 127 people. Data analysis using statistical Chi-square test (X2). The results showed among 127 students, 59 of them in a poor condition of personal hygiene 53 of them categorized affected with scabies (89.8 %). While the remaining 68 students were in a good condition of personal hygiene with 23 of them having scabies (33.8%). X2 test results showed that there was a significant relationship, personal hygiene with the incidence of scabies on students boarding school Al Falah for boys Sub-district of Liang Anggang in the year 2016 at p-value = 0.000. Efforts should be made to reduce the incidence of scabies among others: showering twice a day using clean water, use personal belongings are not mutually borrowing, keep clean hands and nails, hygiene clothing and cleanliness of the bed.

Background: Scabies is a contagious skin disease caused by Sarcoptes scabiei. Scabies is still a neglected health problem in the world. In Indonesia, scabies ranks 3rd out of 12 of the most common skin diseases. Islamic boarding school students are generally prone to scabies because they live and sleep in the same place. Scabies can be caused by gender, level of education lack of knowledge and the extent of inadequate ventilation. Objectives: This study aims to analyze the relationship between gender, knowledge and extent of ventilation with the incidence of scabies at the Nurus Sunnah Islamic Boarding School Semarang. Research Metodes: This study is a quantitative study with an observational analytic approach and a cross-sectional study design. The sample in this study were 107 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection using google form and analyzed using chi square. Results: The results of this study indicate that there are 19.6% of respondents suffering from scabies. There was a sex relationship with the incidence of scabies (p-value = 0.001), there was no relationship between the level of education and the incidence of scabies (p-value = 0.557), there was a relationship between the level of knowledge and the incidence of scabies (p-value = 0.036), there was a relationship between the extent of ventilation. with the incidence of scabies (p-value = 0.023). Conclusion: There is a relationship between gender, knowledge and extent of ventilation with the incidence of scabies in students of the Nurus Sunnah Islamic Boarding School in Semarang in 2020. Background: Testicular self-examination (TSE) is one of the most effective ways for the early detection of testicular cancer. The Medical Association and American Urological Association recommend raising the awareness of TSE and educating the public in this regard for early diagnosis. Objectives: The present study aimed to evaluate the effect of the training given to nursing students for testicular cancer and TSE on the knowledge levels of the students. Methods: The current single-group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental study was carried out on the students continuing their education and training in the Faculty of Health Sciences of a university in Turkey within 2018 and 2019 (n=83). No sample selection was made for the determination of the study subjects (n=56). The research data were collected using a questionnaire. The data were evaluated by appropriate statistical methods, and a p-value of less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: The students participating in the study were within the age range of 20-26 years. In addition, 51.8% of the study subjects were male. Moreover, 58.9% of the students in the study stated that they did not receive any training for testicular cancer and TSE. Furthermore, 80.4% of the male students did not perform TSE 43.6% of whom reported that they did not know how to do it. However, the mean test scores of the participants for testicular cancer and TSE were reported as 12.84 and 15.73 prior to and after the training, respectively, . Nevertheless, the rate of TSE among the students was previously reported as 19.6% and increased to 100% after the training. Conclusions: In this study, it was concluded that the participants, even with an ordinary awareness-raising campaign, could be informed about testicular cancer and TSE. It is recommended to raise the awareness of society in this regard through well-planned educational activities.

Scabies is a skin disease caused by mites Sarcoptesscabiei var. Horminis make tunnels in the stratum corneum of the skin that is easily transmitted from animals to humans. According to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) prevalence of scabies ranks of three of the most common skin disease 12. The cause was staying with a group of people who are at risk of contracting various diseases especially easy skin diseases. Based on the research results Yuzzi Afraniza in 2011 at Demak boarding school of 66 students found that 30 students (45,5%) were suffering from scabies and research results Frenki boarding school in 2011 in the city of Pekanbaru Darel Hikmah of 72 students there are 36 cases (50%) suffering from scabies. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of knowledge and attitudes of students toward the incidence of scabies in boarding school DarelHikmahPekanbaru city in 2014. Quantitative research with the type of research design and analytic cross-sectional approach. This study uses primary data to the entire population that boarding school students Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru city in 1446 a number of students and the sample was 94 students. This study used a questionnaire instrument and data retrieval technique with stratified propottional random sampling , processing, univariate and bivariate data. Results reveal that the majority of students have low knowledge of as many as 48 students (51,1%), have the negative attitude many as 49 students (52,1%), and those with scabies as many as 48 students (51,1%). From the results obtained chi-square test p value > 0,1 means there is no correlation between knowledge of students on the incidence of scabies, and p value < 0,1 means there is a correlation between knowledge of students on the incidence of scabies. From the results of this study hopes to become an input for further research and institutional Midwifery Academy International.

PHBS is a conscious health behavior to help yourself and your family in the health sectorand can participate in public health activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between clean and healthy living behavior with the incidence of skindiseases in the Sheikh Hasan Yamani Islamic Boarding School, Parappe Village, Camplagian District.This type of research is observational research, where the researcher conducts observations, interviews, and questionnaires as well as measures the variables studied, namely healthy behavior and skin diseases. This studi used cross sectional method. the HasanYamanistudents connected 585 students. The sample in this study was 88 students of Syekh Hasan Yamni Islamic Boarding School used random sampling, based on the results of the above data testing showed a significant value of p-value = 0,004 <α = 0,05. The results obtained are generally men who suffer from skin diseases because they do not maintain a cleanand healthy lifestyle when they are in the Hasan Yamani Islamic boarding school.
