Buckwheat is recognized as an important traditional crop and supports local economies in several regions around the world. Buckwheat is used, for example, as a cereal grain, noodle and bread. In addition, buckwheat is also used as a sprout or a young seedling. For these foods, sprouting is an important characteristic that affects food quality. For foods made from buckwheat flour, pre-harvest sprouting may decrease yield, which also leads to the deterioration of noodle quality. Breeding buckwheat that is resistant to pre-harvest sprouting is therefore required. Germination and subsequent growth are also important characteristics of the quality of sprouts. Although buckwheat sprouts are the focus because they contain many functional compounds, such as rutin, several problems have been noted, such as thin hypocotyls and husks remaining on sprouts. To date, several new varieties have been developed to resolve these quality issues. In this review, we summarize and introduce research on the breeding of buckwheat related to quality, sprouting and subsequent sprout growth.

<p style="text-align: justify;">Climate change is modifying the environmental conditions in all the vineyards across the world. The expected effects on grape and wine production can be positive in some grape growing regions, but under warmer or dryer conditions the volume and quality of the wines produced can be impaired. Adaptation to new climatic conditions includes changes in the cultivation areas, changes in the vineyard or cellar practices, and use of new rootstock × scion combinations. In this article, we provide an overview of the possible effects of climate change on grapevine physiology and berry quality and we describe the more important traits and the genetic variability that can be used in the adaptation process. We also present the modern techniques that can be used by researchers to identify the links between genomic information and behaviors in the field. Finally, we discuss the existing opportunities in the present grapevine collections and the strategies that can be used by breeders to create new varieties.</p>

In past years, even though the world and local economies have encountered numerous difficulties, the gross retail revenue of Vietnam has been retained at a high level, reaching the annual average growth rate of 28%. Yet, the retail market of Vietnam in general and that of HCMC in particular is not attractive enough to tempt the world?s big retailers into it. This paper looks into the real situation of modern retail channels in HCMC and its ability to attract customers. With the descriptive statistics based on secondary data and a survey of 267 customers, the paper tries to evaluate the customer attraction ability of HCMC-based modern retail channels by examining such factors as product type and quality, the role and status of modern retail channels, display, price, sales promotion campaigns, and service quality of modern retail channels. The paper also recommends several measures to promote modern retail channels.

The world market of craft beer, especially dry hopped beers, has been constantly growing in the last few years. That is why new varieties of hops are still being bred. This article gives the genetic, agronomic, chemotaxonomic and brewing characteristics of Kazbek, the first “flavor hops” variety bred in the Czech Republic. Kazbek genetically belongs to a group of bitter American hops resulting from Brewers Gold variety, but the alpha acids content is relatively low, 5.0–8.0% by weight. The content of a homologous series of geranyl esters (acetate – propionate – isobutyrate) in an amount 2–4% of total essential oils (1–1.5 g/100g) is considered to be the originator of the specific, mainly citrus-like aroma of Kazbek. Moreover, the essential oil fraction contains about 25 sulfurous substances, predominantly thioesters. In the pilot scale brewing tests, the quality of Kazbek hops was proved both in kettle and dry hopping of Pilsner lagers. The overall sensory impression of kettle hopped lagers was comparable to Saaz hops, the differences were in the character of hop-derived flavor and bitterness. The best results of dry hopped beers were achieved for a 2.5 g/l hop dose and a contact time of 3 days.

Currently, the problem of early rehabilitation of stroke patients is important, since in terms of the prevalence of cerebrovascular diseases and disability after suffering a stroke, Russia is one of the first places in the world. The complex of medical rehabilitation of such patients should provide for the early and most complete restoration of all body functions, patient education for lost skills, re-socialization of the patient and improvement of the quality of life. One of the factors contributing to a significant reduction in the quality of life after a stroke is the development of chronic constipation. The article reflects the modern methods of correction of chronic constipation in patients with limited mobility.

It has been known that both in the world and in Turkey a continuous change has been experienced in the provision of health services in recent years. In this sense by adopting the customer(client) focused approach of either public or private sector hospitals; it has been seen that they are in the struggle for presenting a right, fast, trustuble, comfy service. The purpose of this research is to measure the satisfaction degree, expectations and perceptions of the patients in Karabük State Hospital through comparison. In this context, the patient satisfaction scale which has been developed as a result of literature review has been used and by this scale it has been tried to measure the satisfaction levels of the patients in terms of material and human factors which are the two main factors of the service that was presented. In the study, with the scales of Servqual and 0-100 Points together, in the part of the analysis MANOVA have been used. The expectations and the perceptions of the patient has been compared first by generally and then by separating to different groups according to the various criterias and in thisway it has been tried to be measured their satisfaction levels. According to the results that were obtained, although, the satisfaction levels of the patients who have taken service from Karabük State Hospital are high in terms of thedoctors and the nurses; it has been reached to the result that their satisfaction levels are low in terms of the materials that have been used at the presenting of the service and the management.

The article deals with the world rating of Ukrainian educational sphere according to The Global Competitiveness Report and UNESCO Science Report. It shows comparative indices of Ukraine in contrast to the other countries of these world ratings according to the “Quality of primary education”, “Penetration of primary education”, “Penetration of secondary education”, “Quality of secondary education”, “Quality of education in Sciences”, “Quality of school management”, “School access to the internet” and others. Progress in information technology that is so fast is expected to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. In the world of information technology education can help and support the learning process. Especially now all the learning process activities can be done online. Progress in information technology must also be supported by quality human resources. In this case the teacher is very instrumental in the utilization of information technology in the world of education. Because the teacher is one of the education supervisors who will encourage the advancement of the quality of education in Indonesia. But in reality the quality of teachers in Indonesia is inadequate. There are still many teachers who cannot use information technology in learning especially for teachers who are senior or old. As teacher supervisors, they must improve the quality of their performance in using technology. To improve the ability of teachers to use technology, ongoing training is needed to use technology. The role of the head of the school as a supervisor is also needed, namely the principal is obliged to supervise, control, and approach the teacher in terms of the use of technology in the learning process.

The world has been surprised by the emergence of a COVID 19 pandemic, was born in China, and widespread to various countries in the world. In Indonesia, the government issued several policies to break the COVID 19 pandemic chain, which also triggered some pro-cons in the midst of society. One of the policies government takes is the closure of learning access directly at school and moving the learning process from physical class to a virtual classroom or known as online learning. In the economic sector also affects the parents’ financial ability to provide sufficient funds to support the implementation of distance learning applied by the government. The implications of the distance education policy are of course the quality of learning, including the subjects of Islamic religious education, which is essentially aimed at planting knowledge, skills, and religious consciousness to form the character of the students. Online education must certainly be precise, in order to provide equal education services to all students, prepare teachers to master the technology, and seek the core learning of Islamic religious education can still be done well.

Abstract: Islamic education institutions in Indonesia face two challenges, namely; internal and external. Internally, Islamic education is faced with the classic problem of the low quality of human resources in education management. The causes include poor quality and education staff development and selectivity of education personnel. Furthermore externally, Islamic education institutions faced three major issues; globalization, democratization, and liberalization. The issue of globalization that is identical with market orientation and mechanism also affects the world of education. That way in education also includes awareness about how to attract and convince the community of the type and model of education. From here, the education world is ready or not ready to be involved in competition to gain public trust. To face these challenges Islamic Education institutions must maximally manage and empower all elements of management in the management of educational institutions. A good understanding of the elements of management can have an impact on the readiness of educational institutions to manage their institutions well in any condition to be the best and foremost.
