With the growing frequency and quantity of clothing purchases, the elimination rate of waste clothing is increasing. Many researchers have contributed to the topic of the recycling and reuse of waste clothing, and therefore many related literature reviews are emerging. The current reviews only focus on waste textile recycling and waste-clothing life-cycle evaluation. The topic of waste-clothing recycling itself is ignored. In this article, we propose a systematic review of the recycling and reuse of wasted clothes. Firstly, we summarize the existing methods of waste-clothing collection and recycling and the related recycling technology, and discuss their advantages and disadvantages. The involved literatures are journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers selected from Google Scholar and Web of Science. Citespace software, as a literature visualization tool is used for the analysis. Based on this review, the low efficiency of waste-clothes recycling can be attributed to poor organization from a management aspect. From a consumer perspective, because of the differences in understanding among consumers about waste-clothing recycling, the existing clothing-recycling system cannot be fully utilized. The results of this review provide reference for further research on waste-clothing recycling, and make suggestions for the relevant governmental/industrial development strategies.

Abstract: Education is a process of activities carried out to live a good life and can also be said to be an activity of honing human resources (human resources) to gain expertise in the social field and the development of a good person to make a strong interpersonal relationship with the cultural environment of the surrounding community. . (Idris, 1987). On that basis, why education cannot be far from the culture or culture of a place it occupies, as the goal of education so far, namely, to hone taste, initiative and work. The achievement of these educational goals depends on how the culture is conveyed in the classroom, so this is where the role of multicultural education will become an intermediary for the development of human resources who have strong and good characters.This study aims to describe several things, namely as follows: (1) Culture-based learning, (2) Application of Cultural Learning to children in schools, and (3) Impact of implementing cultural curricula on children's characters. The approach in writing this paper uses literature analysis with literature reviews and data is collected through systematic search of scientific literature on journal articles and documents that discuss significantly and are related to the theme of this research. The data that I get will be processed or analyzed descriptively, interpretatively and comparatively.

This study is a systematic review of the library and information science (LIS) literature related to international students and academic libraries. A systematic review involves the methodical collection and analysis of a body of literature and is growing in popularity in the LIS field. Three well-known LIS databases were systematically searched for articles related to the topic, and manual bibliography searches were conducted to find additional publications. Journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers were included or excluded based on established criteria. Findings show that articles published about international students and academic libraries have increased steadily between 1990 and 2014. The majority of authors are affiliated with universities and institutions in the United States, although an increase in represented countries is apparent. Fewer than half of the articles can be considered original research, and surveys are the most popular method for data collection. The LIS field—and international students—would benefit from further exploration of this topic, particularly from original research with practical implications.

Heteromorpha arborescens is an important medicinal plant species throughout its distributional range in tropical Africa. This study evaluated the botany, medicinal uses, and pharmacological activities of H. arborescens. Literature focusing on the botany, phytochemical, pharmacological, and toxicological properties of H. arborescens were obtained from scientific databases such as SCOPUS, Science Direct, PubMed, SciFinder, Medline, and Google Scholar. Pre-electronic literature sources such as book chapters, books, journal articles, conference papers, and other scientific documents were obtained from the University library. Literature search revealed that H. arborescens is used as an aphrodisiac, as herbal medicine for shortness of breath, intestinal worms, inflammation, pain, respiratory problems, skin infections, headache, fever, and malaria. Pharmacological studies of compounds and H. arborescens extracts revealed anthelmintic, antiarthritic, antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antimycobacterial, antinociceptive, antioxidant, antipeptic ulcer, anti-scabies, antispasmodic, antiviral, cytotoxicity, genotoxicity, and uterotonic activities. More detailed research is needed aimed at assessing phytochemical, pharmacological, and toxicological properties of different plant parts and phytochemical compounds isolated from the species.

This paper offers an analysis of the strategic EU's framework in the planinning of sustainable industrial development and possibilities for harmonisation of Serbia. The aim of this analysis is finding an acceptable formulation of new approaches to sustainable industrial planning in relation to the European strategic framework based on the Lisabon Summit (agenda), the European Spatial Development Perspective towards sustainable territorial development EU (ESDP) and possibilities of introducing the EU Directive IPPC in industry (Integrated Pollution Prevention Control) and Directive of the EU Parliament and Council on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment (SEA -strategic environmental assessment). This paper deals with various strategic frameworks, approaches and aims of sustainable industrial development in the EU and proposes its harmonisation for Serbia in the period of transition towards market economy. The paper also takes into account the advantages and disadvantages of the application of this approach of sustainable industrial planning during the transition in Serbia, and proposes the formulation of new industrial policies that would contain combined elements of market and environmental mechanisms and the way of implementing (standards, indicators, set of various policies, instruments, measures,etc.). Different proposals are offered for strategic planning of territorial industrial development

>> See video of presentation (28 min.) The primary goal of scholarly communication is improving human knowledge and sharing is the key to achieve this goal: sharing ideas, sharing methodologies, sharing of results, sharing data, information and knowledge. Although the concept of sharing applies to all phases of scholarly communication, most often the only visible part is the final publication, with the journal article as a most common type. The traditional characteristics of the present journals allow only limited possibilities for sharing the knowledge. Basic functions, registration, dissemination, certification, and storage, are still present but they are no more effective in the network environment. Registration is too slow, there are various barriers to dissemination, certification system has many shortcomings, and used formats are not suitable for the long term preservation and storage. Although the journals today are digital and various powerful technologies are available, they are still focused on their unaltered printed versions. This presentation will discuss possible evolution of journal article to become more compliant with users' needs and to enable “the four R’s of openness” – reuse, redistribute, revise and remix (Hilton, Wiley, Stein, & Johnson, 2010).Several aspects of openness will be presented and discussed: open access, open data, open peer review, open authorship, and open formats. With digital technology which has become indispensable in the creation, collection, processing and storage of data in all scientific disciplines the way of conducting scientific research has changed and the concept of "data-driven science" has been introduced (Ware & Mabe, 2009). Sharing research data enhances the capabilities of reproducing the results, reuse maximizes the value of research, accelerating the advancement of science, ensuring transparency of scientific research, reducing the possibility of bias in the interpretation of results and increasing the credibility of published scientific knowledge. The open peer review can ensure full transparency of the entire process of assessment and help to solve many problems in the present scholarly publishing. Through the process of the open peer review each manuscript can be immediately accessible, reviewers can publicly demonstrate their expertise and could be rewarded, and readers can be encouraged to make comments and views and to become active part of the scholarly communication process. The trend to to describe the author's contribution is also present, which will certainly lead to a reduced number of “ghost”, "guest" and "honorary" authors, and will help to establish better standards for author’s identification.Various web technologies can be used also for the semantic enhancement of the article. One of the most important aspects of semantic publication is the inclusion of the research data, to make them available to the user as an active data that can be manipulated. It is possible to integrate data from external sources, or to merge the data from different resources (data fusion) (Shotton, 2012), so the reader can gain further understanding of the presented data. Additional options provide merging data from different articles, with the addition of the component of time. Other semantic enhancement can include enriched bibliography, interactive graphical presentations, hyperlinks to external resources, tagged text, etc.Instead of mostly static content, journals can offer readers dynamic content that includes multimedia, "living mathematics", “executable articles”, etc. Videos highlighting critical points in the research process, 3D representations of chemical compounds or art works, audio clips with the author's reflections and interviews, and animated simulations or models of ocean currents, tides, temperature and salinity structure, can became soon common part of every research article. The diversity of content and media, operating systems (GNU / Linux, Apple Mac OSX, Microsoft Windows), and software tools that are available to researchers, suggests the usage of the appropriate open formats. Different formats have their advantages and disadvantages and it would be necessary to make multiple formats available, some of which are suitable for "human" reading (including printing on paper), and some for machine reading that can be used by computers without human intervention. Due to the high degree of production of oil reserves in Western Siberia, geological exploration has been carried out mainly on complex objects for the last 10 to 15 years. The complexity of the task increases because of the fact that the predictive properties of seismic data on such objects are not high. All this leads to low efficiency of geological exploration.In order to increase the efficiency of geological exploration of complex objects, we have proposed a methodology, in which, based on the results of a comprehensive analysis of diverse geological and geophysical information, a model of the quality of hydrocarbon reserves has been built. The ranking of the zones of the quality map of reserves will justify the most effective strategy of geological exploration, that is, the strategy with the least risks. In proposed methodology, special attention is paid to assessing the economic impact of involving reserves in industrial development. Testing of the methodology on reservoir rocks of the J2/1 layer within the Surgut arch has showed its rather high forecast properties.

Activities related to Enterprise Systems (ES) are knowledge-intensive tasks, and the management of ES-related knowledge has received much attention in the Knowledge Management (KM) field. A systematic literature review of empirical studies of KM processes in the ES lifecycle identifies the KM processes most widely explored and the ES-related knowledge most often addressed. From 350 relevant book chapters, journal articles, and conference papers, 49 papers discuss KM processes in the ES lifecycle. The KM process that appears most often in studies of KM in the ES context is knowledge transfer/sharing. The type of ES-related knowledge most often studied in the literature is knowledge of the client organization.

Objectives: Although the last few years have seen an increased number of smartphone applications (apps) disseminated in the field of Otolaryngology (ORL), these apps vary widely in quality. The aim of this paper, therefore, is to systematically review ORL apps directed towards patients in mobile app stores and the current literature. Methods: The Google Play Store, Apple App Store and PubMed were searched for ORL apps for patients using various keywords pertaining to different ORL subspecialties. Apps not relevant to the scope of this research and/or duplicates, educational apps, apps promoting a business, apps requiring specific separate hardware, and apps in non-English were excluded. In PubMed, keywords pertaining to the subspecialties were combined with “mobile app” in a search query; literature reviews, editorials, case reports, conference papers, duplicate articles, and articles irrelevant to ORL apps were excluded. The quality of apps with the highest number of reviews was assessed using the “Mobile App Rating Scale” (MARS), while the quality of the articles was rated using “The Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology” (STROBE) Statement. Results: After searching the app stores, 1074 apps were included and grouped according to their ORL subspecialties. The overall MARS score of the ten most popular apps in each category was 3.65 out of 5. A total of 636 articles were identified in the literature, and 193 were included. The mean adherence percentage of the articles to the STROBE checklist was of 84.37%. Conclusions: Although the apps currently available need further development, their application in ORL appears promising. Further dialogue between physicians and patients, as well as formal support from professional and scientific associations, should be encouraged.

This paper presents the review of the ergonomic on workstation for disable student in higher education. Most of disable especially in term of physically disable student has limitation in their study area, which highlighted here as workstation.  The main objective of this paper is to discuss the significant role of ergonomic workstation for disable students, which will create an enjoyable learning environment for these students thus enhancing their self-motivation to learn. This review was conducted by referring on the published journal articles, conference papers, legislation, standards and other reports available on the internet sources. Data from the literature review shows that the number of disabled persons in Malaysia was on the rise from year 2009 till 2012 and they are facing many challenges in obtaining good education to prepare for their future work life. Many students with disabilities drop-out from high school before graduating, leaving them even more unprepared for and less likely to obtain a job. Therefore, implementation lifelong learning programs could provide them the opportunity to learn and equipped them with the appropriate skills and enhanced their survival in this challenging world.

Since 1979 the Fachinformationszentrum Karlsruhe produces the bibliographic database PHYS which covers the worldwide literature in physics. The database is available on STN International. The database contains about 1,2 million citations in all fields of physics ranging from mathematical physics, elementary particles and field theories, nuclear, atomic and molecular physics, optics, acoustics and fluid dynamics, plasma physics, condensed matter physics, materials science, physical chemistry and biophysics up to geophysics, astronomy and astrophysics. The annual update contains more than 120.000 citations. The database is updated bimonthly. All kinds of literature are included from journal articles, conference papers, books and reports up to dissertations. The citations in the database are in English, publications in other languages have translated English title and abstract. Astronomy and astrophysics are covered in PHYS completely as possible. In 1987 there were more than 21.000 citations in these fields. There are many citations which are classified in PHYS into other fields like atomic or plasma physics and optics and which are not numbered to astronomy but may have a specific relevance for astronomers.
