Beekeeping is one of the most common agricultural activities in the world. In addition to the world and human life, it is very important in the pollination and the efficiency of the plants. Beekeeping activities have been done since ancient times as the tradition of Anatolian people. In Turkey grows 75% of the honey plants species determined in the world. This provides a variety of honey in different aroma and flavors. Turkey with 7 796 666 beehives is in 3rd rank, with 114 471 tons of honey production is in 2nd rank and with 4 488 tons of beeswax production in 2017 is in 4th rank in the world bee products have an important role. It is important to determine future trends in developing appropriate policies for our country, which is one of the leading countries in beekeeping activities. The main aims of this study are to forecast honey and beeswax product in Turkey for 2019-2025. Arima model, which is one of the time series analysis, was used in this study. According to the results, it is expected that honey production will increase in these years. However, it is expected the increase in the production of beeswax until 2021. After 2021 year is expected to decrease a little. In our country which has great potential for beekeeping, it will be able to take place among the countries which have a significant influence in foreign trade with the effective use of production resources in the realization of activities.

The article presents data on the bearing capacity of columns with various combinations of prestressed and conventional reinforcement. The areas of the most effective use of such structures with different eccentricities and flexibilities are shown. The ecology of reinforcement steel is an important task that the designers of reinforced concrete structures face. The creation of effective constructive solutions, that allow to combine high technical characteristics with economic use of reinforcement steel, has become urgent and is necessary for today's development of the construction industry. In the works [1,2,3,4,5] it was shown that the solution of these problems was possible by creating conditions for the full employment of building materials properties - reinforcement and concrete. The working reinforcement is characterized by its application in the conventional and prestretched forms. At the same time, the works done in the recent years show that reinforcement, subjected to precompression, can be used in the compressed zone [6,7,8]. It is most effective in rigid reinforced concrete columns. Thus, precompression of all longitudinal reinforcement or its part allows to increase the strength of non-flexible columns with not high relative eccentricities of the external longitudinal force. At the same time, in order to obtain the greatest effect caused by the precompression of the reinforcement, certain conditions must be observed.

The article deals with methodological aspects of the production funds analysis. In this work the study of literature which examines the basic and transferable funds is presented. Much attention is paid to the analysis of basic production funds in the crane sector. Analysis of the basic production funds in the country’s crane sector is presented. Special attention is paid to the structure of the cranes park and crane utilization efficiency. In the analysis of basic production funds, the factors that impede the efficiency of production funds were established as follows: the greatest negative impact on basic production funds efficiency of businesses was in small tower crane fleet; a small range of tower cranes in the park is reducing the technical possibilities of the lease. Basing on the analysis and observation of tower cranes installation and dismantling, the poor supply of the parts for the work place, lack of competence and motivation of the support staff have been ascertained. After elimination of these factors it is possible to raise the efficiency of the main production funds.

The article examines the problem of the effective use of resource potential in agriculture. It is argued that the reasons for increasing the efficiency of resource use at the current stage of development are closely related to the digital transformation of the industry. The aim of the study is to develop a model for diagnosing the efficiency of using the resource potential of the agricultural sector of the economy, which is based on a regional industry approach that takes into account the current trends of large-scale transformations, the driver of which is the dependence on innovation and the rapid penetration of new technologies. The developed integrated territorial-industrial model allows us to link logically occurring structural changes in agriculture associated with digitalization and technical modernization of its sub-sectors, to identify the specifics of the spatial development of the agricultural sector, to determine the vector of effective management decisions. The criteria for identifying the degree of digitalization of economic resources are justified, the main of which is the percentage of: digitalization of agricultural land; employees with an IT specialty; automation and computerization of the management of the main production assets; agricultural machinery provided with the Glonas and GPS system.

Time is considered as production resource, which determines the need for its effective use in connection with other production resources. The problem consists in the inconsistency of the results of the existing forecasting system of production which are founded on modern concepts of space and time. The theoretical positions of Galilean, A. Lorentz and G. Minkowski were analyzed. A. Einstein’s explanations regarding the use of the velocity of light in vacuum as a constant in the well-known dependency for the generalized four-dimensional space were studied. An attempt is made to solve the applied problem in space and time, taking as a constant, for example, standard or maximum possible, (calculated) productivity.

The econometric models constructed in work have established the basic production factors determining the level of the labor income in the country. Capital-labor, human capital and new technologies in 2010-2013 explained 71.6% of the labor income in the country. The effect of changes in the level of human capital on labor income surpasses the impact of changes and the degree of capital-diffusion of new technologies. In the pre-crisis period, the influence of the main production factors on the income of the employed population of Russia has declined under the influence of pass laws that formed unfavorable for economic development institutional environment.
