  Caracterizar el estado de la logística constituye un soporte para trazar estrategias de desarrollo, tanto a nivel del sector empresarial como en la formación del potencial humano. El objetivo del artículo es demostrar cómo la utilización de los modelos de referencia de la logística y su adecuación matemática permite caracterizar el estado de la temática con sus particularidades en las microempresas en el contexto ecuatoriano. Se utilizan encuestas, el análisis y la síntesis, y la estadística para el diagnóstico. El resultado principal es la caracterización del estado de la logística en una muestra de empresas que es estadísticamente significativa. Como conclusión fundamental se obtuvo que los modelos de referencia desarrollados constituyen instrumentos de gran utilidad y validez para caracterizar el estado de la gestión logística en las condiciones de las empresas de la amazonia ecuatoriana, así como una guía para trazar estrategias para su desarrollo.   Palabras clave: logística, micro empresas, índice, gestión, modelo.   ABSTRACT   Characterizing the state of logistics constitutes a support to draw development strategies, both at the level of the business sector and in the training of human potential. The objective of the article is to demonstrate how the use of the logistics reference models and their mathematical adequacy allows characterizing the state of the subject with its particularities in micro-enterprises in the Ecuadorian context. Surveys, analysis and synthesis, and statistics are used for diagnosis. The main result is the characterization of the state of logistics in a sample of companies that is statistically significant. As a fundamental conclusion, it was obtained that the reference models developed constitute highly useful and valid instruments to characterize the state of logistics management in the conditions of companies in the Ecuadorian Amazon, as well as a guide to draw strategies for their developing.Keywords: logistics, micro enterpris-es, index, management, model.   Keywords: logistics, micro companies, index.

The article deals with the peculiarities of becoming a constitutional-legal institute of the state language in Ukraine. The main part of the research is devoted to the analysis of the laws of origin of the considered institute, the prerequisites of the modern stage of its development, and therefore the generalization of the factors that led to the establishment and final consolidation at the legislative level of the status of the state language in the context of creating the national language of the people of Ukraine, the establishment of the Ukrainian political nation. Within the framework of this article, considerable attention is given to the characterization of the stages of the genesis of the institute of the state language, starting from the 9th to the beginning of the twentieth centuries. The author of the article emphasizes the conditions that contributed to the formation of regulations in the field of language policy in Ukraine. The subject of the study is the legal monuments of Ukraine, the legislation in force in the territory of Ukraine during the period under review, which regulated the language relations and, consequently, the approval of the state language as a legal institute. Critical analysis of the normative mechanisms of functioning of the Institute of the State Language was carried out. It is suggested to take into account certain features of the legal system, characteristic of a specific historical period of development of Ukraine. This approach, in the author’s opinion, is expedient, since it provides an opportunity to distinguish the main stages of becoming a state language as an institution of constitutional law and to understand the mechanism of constitutional and legal regulation of linguistic relations. At the same time, a chronological division of the process of formation of the state language institute into periods according to belonging to the stages of its formation was made. The regularity of the relevant division is determined, which defines the purpose of this study, and therefore, the legal characterization of the selected periods and stages of formation of the Ukrainian language, the search for regularities in their correlation.   Los seguros de responsabilidad civil se han convertido en la póliza más importante que cualquier empresa debe adquirir para solventar daños o perjuicios de los que pueda ser civilmente responsable ya sea a la empresa o terceras personas. En países en desarrollo la tendencia es que haya poca cultura de seguros de responsabilidad civil, sin embargo, se ha llegado a considerar que el sismo ocurrido en Ecuador el 16 de abril de 2016 fue un estímulo para mejorar esa cultura en el país. Por tal motivo, se plantea como objetivo de este artículo caracterizar la cultura de seguros de responsabilidad civil antes y después de sismo de 16 de abril de 2016 en Manabí, en Ecuador, por haber sido una de las provincias más afectadas por dicho evento. La investigación fue documental y de campo, el alcance fue exploratorio y el diseño transversal – no experimental. La información documental se obtuvo de los informes de la Federación de Empresas Aseguradoras después del sismo y la de campo se recolectó a través de entrevistas realizadas a dos representantes de empresas aseguradoras y dos representantes del sector empresarial de la provincia de Manabí. Los resultados indican que la cultura de seguros de responsabilidad civil mejoró después del sismo, pero no en niveles óptimos. Se concluye que para incrementarla se requiere de la integración coordinada de acciones de Estado, empresas aseguradoras y empresas no aseguradoras, para que de ocurrir nuevamente una tragedia como la del 16 de abril de 2016, el Estado y las empresas no tengan necesidad de altos niveles de endeudamiento para recuperarse económicamente.   Palabras clave: aseguradoras; empresas; cultura de seguros de responsabilidad civil; gestión de seguros.   Abstract Civil liability insurance has become the most important policy that any company must acquire to settle damages or losses for which it may be civilly liable, whether to the company or third parties. In developing countries, the trend is that there is little culture of civil liability insurance, however, the earthquake that occurred in Ecuador on April 16, 2016 has been considered to be a stimulus to improve that culture in the country. For this reason, the objective of this article is to characterize the culture of civil liability insurance before and after the earthquake of April 16, 2016 in Manabí, Ecuador, for having been one of the provinces most affected by said event. The research was documentary and field, the scope was exploratory and the design was transversal - not experimental. The documentary information was obtained from the reports of the Federation of Insurance Companies after the earthquake and the field information was collected through interviews with two representatives of insurance companies and two representatives of the business sector in the province of Manabí. The results indicate that the culture of liability insurance improved after the earthquake, but not at optimal levels. It is concluded that to increase it requires the coordinated integration of State actions, insurance companies and non-insurance companies, so that if a tragedy like that of April 16, 2016 occurs again, the State and companies do not need high levels debt to recover financially.   Keywords: insurers; companies; culture of civil liability insurance; insurance management.

La presente investigación aborda una temática de importancia y actualidad en los centros de enseñanza superior referida al proceso del trabajo educativo en los estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Cultura Física. La misma revela las insuficiencias que aún se manifiestan en el proceso de formación de los estudiantes en la carrera lo cual limita su compromiso con la naturaleza pedagógica de la profesión en la práctica social. En tal sentido se aplicaron métodos de revisión y análisis documental y bibliográfico acerca del tema, los métodos empíricos para la caracterización de los grupos y los métodos de persuasión, diálogo y debate para la realización de la propuesta del trabajo educativo en la carrera Cultura Física haciendo énfasis en los elementos esenciales epistemológicos del qué , cómo y para qué de las acciones educativas en aras de incentivar en los estudiantes las  obligaciones, compromiso y deber con el encargo social profesional. El aporte fundamental del trabajo se expresa en las formas, vías y métodos de organización y planificación de las acciones que persuaden, estimulan y sancionan a los estudiantes y eleva la percepción del ejemplo personal del docente. PALABRAS CLAVE: trabajo educativo, métodos, formación profesional ABSTRACT This research addresses an important and topical issue in higher education centers related to the process of educational work in students from the Sports Culture Program. It reveals the inadequacies that are still manifested in the process of training students in the career, which limits their commitment to the pedagogical nature of the profession in social practice. In this sense, methods of review and documentary and bibliographic analysis were applied on the subject, empirical methods for the characterization of the groups and the methods of persuasion, dialogue and debate for the realization of the educational work proposal in the Sports Culture career doing emphasis on the essential epistemological elements of the what, how and for what of educational actions in order to encourage in students the obligations, commitment and duty with the professional social commission. The fundamental contribution of the work is expressed in the forms, ways and methods of organization and planning of actions that persuade, stimulate and sanction students and elevate the perception of the teacher's personal example.

ResumenLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo identificar las dificultades que presentan los estudiantes en el aprendizaje de la ecuación diferencial ordinaria (EDO) en el área de Educación Matemática. Para eso, hicimos una investigación bibliográfica del tipo Estado del Arte. Realizamos un mapeo de los diferentes trabajos de investigación, efectuados durante los últimos quince años eligiendo palabras-clave que utilizamos en la búsqueda de datos de programas de posgrado de universidades de Perú, Brasil, Colombia, Chile y Francia. Después del análisis de los trabajos de investigación, podemos afirmar que existe predominio del enfoque algebraico en la obtención de la solución de una EDO y se otorga importancia al uso de modelamiento en la enseñanza de la EDO. Palabras-clave: Ecuación Diferencial Ordinaria; Estado de Arte; Campo de direcciones.AbstractThe aim of this research was to identify the difficulties that students have in the learning of the Ordinary Differential Equation (ODE) in the subject of Mathematics. For this purpose, we used the State-of-the-Art methodology. Using keywords to search for data in postgraduate programs from universities in Peru, Brazil, Colombia, and Chile, we mapped the different research papers done during the last fifteen years.   Las Matemáticas en el preuniversitario cubano exigen de los estudiantes la capacidad de enfrentar y resolver problemas, y que los mismos sean pertinentes y respondan a las necesidades sociales (Aprender a Hacer, Aprender a Ser, Aprender a Convivir, y Aprender a Aprender). Esto sin duda alguna, implica desarrollar la creatividad desde la escuela, ya que la apropiación del conocimiento puede resultar inútil si no se sabe emplear este para crecer como persona y hacer frente a los problemas de hoy y del futuro con eficacia y creatividad. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo estimular el desarrollo de la creatividad, en particular la flexibilidad del pensamiento, de los estudiantes del preuniversitario. El estudio epistemológico permitió revelar limitaciones teórico-metodológicas en presupuestos teóricos que sustentan el objeto de estudio y proponer ideas tendentes a la superación de esas limitaciones. Se parte del análisis de los fundamentos teóricos de la creatividad y de los diferentes enfoques para su estudio. Se realiza una caracterización del concepto creatividad y se determinan las regularidades del mismo en un ambiente sociocultural del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de las Matemáticas en la Educación Preuniversitaria Cubana. El enfoque de aprendizaje que se fundamenta teóricamente toma como referente práctico el proceso de aprendizaje de las Matemáticas en el IPUEC “Ismael Ricondo Fernándezˮ, en el municipio Sagua de Tánamo de la provincia de Holguín.   Palabras clave: estimulación, creatividad, potencialidades creadoras, enfoque creativo, enseñanza aprendizaje.   Abstract   Mathematics in Cuban Senior High School require students with capacity to face and solve problems, and they should be relevant and should respond to social needs (learning how to do), (learning to be), (How to Live Together), and (How to Learn). This certainly means developing creativity from school, because the appropriation of knowledge can be useless, if you do not know how to use it in order to grow up as a person and to deal with today and future problems, effectively and creatively. This paper is aimed to stimulate the development of creativity, particularly the flexibility of thought from pre-university students. This epistemological study allowed revealing theoretical and methodological limitations in theoretical assumptions that support the subject of study, and proposing ideas aimed to overcome these limitations. Starting from the analysis of the theoretical foundations of creativity and different approaches for their study, a characterization of the concept of creativity is made and its regularities are determined within a socio-cultural environment in the teaching-learning process of Mathematics in Cuban High School Education. The learning approach theoretically supported, takes as a practical referent the learning process of mathematics in the IPUEC "Ricondo Ismael Fernandez", in the municipality of Sagua de Tánamo Holguin.   Key words: stimulation, creativity, creative potential, creative approach, teaching and learning.

The aim of the article is to determine the methods of financial control of the State Financial Inspection of Ukraine. The subject of the study is the methods of financial control of the State Financial Inspection of Ukraine. Methodology. The study is based on the use of general scientific and special-scientific methods and techniques of scientific knowledge. The logic-semantic method was used to determine the content of the notions of “method”, “form”, and “concept”. The comparative legal method enabled to compare doctrinal approaches to this issue. The normative-dogmatic method enabled to interpret the content of legal regulations of the domestic legislation on the issue of determination of financial control methods of the State Financial Inspection of Ukraine. The systemstructural method enabled to analyse the most common methods of financial control. Methods of analysis and synthesis helped study certain methods of financial control to formulate further conclusions regarding the most optimal functioning of the State Financial Inspection of Ukraine. Practical implications. The determination of the methods of financial control of the State Financial Inspection of Ukraine enabled to make recommendations for improving the procedure of financial control of the State Financial Inspection of Ukraine, as well as identify problematic issues that require further consideration and research. Relevance/originality. The methods of financial control are defined and classified. The absence of a check without linkage to the subject (public procurements) among the forms of control of the SFI of Ukraine is revealed so that independent coexistence of such a form of control as “public procurement check,” which methods are documentary and/or factual examination, can be asserted.

OBJECTIVE: The present study aimed to characterize the processes of ethical and professional nursing transacted at the Regional Nursing Council of Santa Catarina (Coren/SC), considering their factual elements (events/offenses, causes and outcomes). METHOD: This descriptive, exploratory and documentary research with a quantitative approach was developed at Coren/SC. Data was collected from 128 professional ethical processes in nursing, between 1999 and 2007, analyzed descriptively with regard to the origin of the complaints and ethical processes, the denouncers, the accused, the subject of the complaint and the outcome of the process. RESULTS: Considering the topics, out of the eight categories described, iatrogenesis was highlighted, as well as illegal professional practice, conflicting inter-professional relationships and professional responsibility of the nurse. CONCLUSION: The results show the need for discussion and intervention in concrete practical and arouse reflections about the process of professional training and continuous education in the institutional spaces of health, in order to reduce ethical occurrences in professional practice.

This research aims to promote a discussion on how to characterize an ecologically dysfunctional municipality, in terms directly linked to environmental legal noncompliance, and how it can impact the axes of Environmental Democracy, based on the identification of institutionalized environmental conflicts by governmental agencies that have a duty to conduct investigations and punish its offenders. The methodology used was a documental analysis of works published on the subject in books, specialized magazines, scientific articles available in libraries or on the internet; and the analysis of a case study, which took place in a medium-sized municipality in the state of São Paulo. Using the methodology, we were able to characterize ecologically dysfunctional municipalities, and their impacts on the structural axes of Environmental Democracy, in order to provide access to information, increase citizen participation, and resolve environmental conflicts.

O objetivo deste trabalho é realizar uma análise sobre a constituição do patrimônio cultural de forma que se agreguem à problematização sobre o tema, visões que contribuam para o entendimento do estabelecimento da relação de pertencimento do Homem com o Lugar, na tentativa de obter uma compreensão do Patrimônio enquanto elemento de afeto e segurança para o sujeito no ambiente e no que concerne às conexões deste com o Estado. Para tanto utilizou-se basicamente como metodologia a reelaboração / retrabalhamento bibliográficos. Pôde-se refletir que o patrimônio cultural vem ganhando destaque em políticas governamentais que, em certa medida, valorizam a democracia cultural no que concerne às formas e as expressões que o Ser Humano recria e reinventa no Lugar e em seu imaginário, firmando o sentido do patrimônio na sociedade. Para este propósito, el retrabajo bibliográfico se utilizó básicamente como metodología. Fue posible reflejar que el patrimonio cultural ha ganado importancia en las políticas gubernamentales que, en cierta medida, valoran la democracia cultural con respecto a la valorización de las formas y expresiones que el ser humano recrea y reinventa en su lugar y en su imaginario, estableciendo el sentido del patrimonio en la sociedad. RESUMO Este artigo objetiva refletir sobre a formação no processo de tessitura do conhecimento em uma disciplina do mestrado em educação da Universidade do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte – UERN. O trabalho se inspira numa epistemologia multirreferencial na qual a bricolagem conceitual e metodológica se apresenta como dispositivo importante no projeto de uma formação em devir do autorcidadão (Barbosa,1998) inserido no contexto da cibercultura (Ribeiro, 2015). Reconhece que a pesquisa é lócus de produção de conhecimento e de produção de si no sentido de se apropriar tanto do que lhe é externo quanto do que é mais interno ao sujeito. Como resultado, apresentamos o estranhamento refletido na postura de negraticidade e ressignificação de sentidos dos atores da disciplina, ao se perceberem valorizados em suas singularidades e co-autores no processo formativo.   PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Formação; multirreferencialidade; autoria; cibercultura.   ABSTRACT This article aims to reflect on the training in the process of knowledge construction in a discipline of the masters in education of the University of the State of Rio Grande do Norte - UERN. It recognizes that research is the locus of knowledge production and self-production in order to appropriate both what is external to it and what is most internal to the subject. As a result, we present the strangeness reflected in the attitude of blackness and re-signification of the actors' senses, when they perceive themselves valued in their singularities and co-authors in the formative process.   KEYWORDS: Formation; multireferentiality; authorship; cyberculture.     RESUMEN Este artículo objetiva reflexionar sobre la formación en el proceso de tesitura del conocimiento en una disciplina del máster en educación de la Universidad del Estado de Rio Grande do Norte - UERN. El trabajo se inspira en una epistemología multirreferencial en la que el bricolaje conceptual y metodológico se presenta como dispositivo importante en el proyecto de una formación en devenir del autor de la ciudadano  (Barbosa, 1998) insertado en el contexto de la cibercultura (Ribeiro, 2015). Reconoce que la investigación es locus de producción de conocimiento y de producción de sí en el sentido de apropiarse tanto de lo que le es externo cuanto de lo que es más interno al sujeto.
